Report: Hillary To Concede Friday

The end of the end is upon ua?
So, what does Hillary do when she hangs up the gloves? I don’t see her as Obama’s running mate. Politically, it isn’t the smartest move by Obama. So, does Hillary return to the Senate (remember, that job she was actually elected to do) with all the new baggage she carries from this election season? The Clinton Machine is broken, and the Clinton Brand has been severely (and perhaps permanently) damaged. Congress is full of Democrats who Hillary will see as having stabbed her in the back… and these Democrats will see her as the one who unnecessarily prolonged the Democratic primary … perhaps hurting the party’s chances of victory in November.
I don’t know. If I were advising Hillary, I wouldn’t be rushing back the Senate. I’d stick it out to the convention and hope something extraordinary happens that could somehow turn her luck around.

Hey Noodles Noonan, never mind the whole idea of you wanting to throw due process under the bus, apparently to you anyone who doesn’t act in an impetuous, thoughtless, shooting from the hip manner is a coward, which would explain why you wuvz the Shrub so much. Let’s not talk about the idea that when considering things like impeachment, there are necessary steps you have to go through to meet any reasonable standard of due diligence. You also want to make sure that the electorate is firmly, clearly decided on what they want you to do, which is why, of course, those of us who are into the idea of impeachment need to keep hollering about it!! It isn’t too late to end the Bush nightmare!

Well, she is a Senator from New York. That’s not a bad gig. There are some people have made manged to make pretty interesting careers just of being in the Senate :-)

I’ve seen a lot of ideas thrown out there. Return to senate, Sec. of Health, or next spot on the Supreme Court. One way or another, she is going to be around for a while.

I won’t be all that sad to see Bush and Cheney ride off into the sunset next January. I know a few Bush haters who are probably going to have withdrawal symptoms. I know quite a few more who would love to see the Clintons follow them off the stage.

RK, if you’d take the time to actually read the post, which has nothing to do with impeachment, you’d find it was written by Margolis, not Noonan. So if you’re going to call people names, at least correctly identify your target.
I think I will enjoy watching Bills senility fully develop.
I’m not sure I can bear to look. Ditto for Hillary’s convulsions as her desire to succeed her husband continues to recede.

It’s going to be a wild ride when George Prescott Bush (son of Jeb) and Chelsea Clinton fight it out for the presidency. Hopefully, I will be dead of old age before then.
