Gentlemen: I don't have a particular problem with Custer-Battles getting over. More power to them. I wish I WERE that smart!

I THINK that Clinton's participation in that cattle trade scam was illegal. The right charges would be hidden ownership, conspiracy to conceal ownership and conspiracy to commit tax fraud. No argument whatsoever. I'm not getting into any tit-for-tat bullcrap. We could go around and around forever. Corruption and politics go together like macaroni and cheese.

If it makes you happy to think that Republicans are mostly clean and Democrats are mostly dirty, that doesn't bother me one bit. Not at all. I have no desire to change anyone's mind.

And it really is becoming less and less my fight this D vs R business. So long as the USA respect's my country's sovreignty, I really don't care. I think McCain my present me more hassles in that area than Obama would, but it's not for certain. And if Colin Powell is part of Obama's team, that's a big problem for me down here.

But even if McCain has all sorts of imperial designs or if Obama's Secretary of Defense is Powell and either look to be taking a run at stuff down here, I know how to get legit papers for 50 countries. So, next year in Reykjavik or Vancouver or Melbourne. Who knows? Just another thing to adjust to. There are worse things in life.

Its not that the liberal lemmings that post here dont believe your post about lib'ocrat curruption Mark.

They simply dont care about corruption as long as it isnt an (R) next to the name.

That little (D) gets you a lifetime pass as long you make all the right noises when the microphone comes your way.

"Custer-Battles turned a $500 investment into a $600 million company in two years? How’d that happen? Brilliant business plan I guess"

Sounds like the $10,000 investment in cattle futures and turned it into over $100,000(?) in a very short time by the first lady of Arkansas.

Liberals saw nothing there, wonder why?

The liberals keep making up scandals for non-liberal types and look the other way for their own.

Pass more popcorn.

Custer-Battles turned a $500 investment into a $600 million company in two years? How'd that happen? Brilliant business plan I guess.

Halliburton was one of the smallest players in the Louisiana oil-field services industry in the 90s. Worth 10s of billions now. How'd that happen. Super brilliant business plan, I guess.

Democrats aren't corrupt. They're just nickel and dime players. Jefferson with $90k in his freezer. Rostenkowski stealing stamps. Goofballs. If you're going to risk a custodial sentence, I say GO FOR IT.
