Obama Ducks Question About Abortion
August 17th, 2008 at 12:03pm Matt Margolis
When it came to the issue of abortion during the forum with Rick Warren yesterday, Barack Obama, unwilling to stray far from the pro-abortion platform of the Democratic Party, gave a pathetic non-answer a question about abortion:
U.S. Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama side-stepped a pointed query about abortion on Saturday by “mega-pastor” Rick Warren during a televised forum.
Asked at what point a baby gets “human rights,” Obama, who strongly supports abortion rights, said: “… whether you’re looking at it from a theological perspective or a scientific perspective, answering that question with specificity … is above my pay grade.”
He went on to reiterate his view that it was important to reduce the number of unwanted pregnancies.
Let’s face it. Barack Obama is pro-abortion. He can’t pretend he’s not. Democrats try to soften their pro-abortion views by say thing they want to reduce the number of abortion or unwanted pregnancies, but that doesn’t change the fact that at the end of the day, they support abortion, even partial-birth abortions, and actively seek out money and support from radical pro-abortion groups. Barack Obama is no different, and values voters won’t be fooled.

Most everything is above Obamas pay grade.
He isn’t even qualified to be a Senator.

And whats wrong with being pro choice?
Polls show that 60% of citizens favor abortion.

So Margolis goes to a Reuter’s blog post for information about what happened in the forum and Noonan (in the previous post) went to a Reuter’s blog post for information about what happened at the forum (yeah, the same post).
Warren presents the first real chance to watch the candidates in a personal way, a way to get past all the campaign and media noise that you constantly comment on, and this is what you do with that opportunity? What a waste. You guys don’t even pretend to be interested in what’s happening.

MS, ask Hussein. He’s the denier. Maybe something to do with voting to kill after delivery? Infantcide.

jayhay,
Do you know if Matt watched it, or not? You know I watched McCain, and yet you claim that I didn’t watch anything but only got my info from a news story.
Anyways, getting an after-action report from the old man this morning, he’s convinced that Obama got his clock cleaned…

Does Obama’s pay scale allow him to vote for infantcide?

You both said you watched McCain (part in Noonan’s case). He said he hadn’t watched Obama. Just seems like you two would watch the whole thing and then make your case. But it doesn’t actually seem worth the time - you’d just launch into some abortion rant (based on a link I imagine is being passed around on the right) and that’s it. You both posted without even watching, which is just sad.
Warren wasted a good thing on people like you it seems to me.

Obama’s position on infanticide is what is sad a pathetic Jayhay. DO you agree that premature babies delivered alive should be left to die without medical care? This is the real point of this post, not if Matt and Mark watched the damned show. Pure obfuscation and misdirection on your point, like usual.

Obama opposed legislation in Illinois that would declare babies, who survived an induced labor abortion, “a viable human life”.
On, the Born Alive Act, he voted “PRESENT” on one vote (talk about gutless!). Then he voted NO. Then he LIED as to why he voted NO.
But don’t take my word for it, let his record speak for itself. We deal in FACTS and not liberal fantasy concerning their messiah. Pay attention, your “messiah’s” radical record is making the light of day and Obama campaign based on image is slowly imploding.

Magnum Stupidity, polls show that more Americans are pro-choice when it comes to schools and drilling, but I don’t see you siting those pollsne or demanding that golden boy, Pelosi and Reid follow the American voter’s lead.

Looks like Obama is polling rather poorly. Read the comments on the socialist Reuters blog.
