Obama Campaign Under FEC Investigation? What We Can Expect From an Obama Administration

High Risk of Voter Fraud in Las Vegas

October 6th, 2008 at 12:46am Mark Noonan

One does start to wonder just how massive the Democratic voter fraud effort will be - and whether it will be enough to tip the election to Obama:

As we fly headfirst into election 2008, it is worth noting how big Nevada figures in the outcome.

Our measly five electoral votes are not only up for grabs, they could be the difference. There’s no greater proof of that than how many times the presidential candidates have been to Nevada — and not just in the population centers of Las Vegas and Reno.

By my count, Sen. Barack Obama’s been to Elko three times, and he even granted the editor of the Elko Daily Free Press a one-on-one, sit-down interview. Elko? Three times?…

…Given what’s at stake, I hope our public officials charged with making sure we have a clean and fair election are up to the task. I’m not saying they aren’t, I’m just saying there’s much at stake and, well, the idea of dead people voting is not exactly a Chicago-only phenomenon.

Along that line, I pass along this note from a long-time Las Vegan who began to notice some weird things. I’m not going to divulge the name, but, trust me, it’s a person who knows his way around the Las Vegas political landscape and is not given to flights of paranoia.

Here’s the note, with names changed:

“Hi Sherm — We continue to receive postal cards from the Clark County registrar of voters for my two daughters, one who was married 15 years ago, and the other that was married 12 years ago, as well as my son who moved to Atlanta nine years ago this October. The stuff comes in the girls’ maiden names, at our home address.

“I continue to get phone calls asking for Jack and Lilly. I simply tell them they don’t live here anymore. The other day I informed the young lady that Jack had moved to Atlanta nine years ago. She said thanks and hung up. She called me back about an hour later and reminded me that I had spoken with her and told her that Jack didn’t live here, and she was told by her boss to call back because their information from the registrar’s office shows he still lives at my address. I informed her that if that was true, then the information was incorrect and unreliable.

“The kids, I suspect, all initially registered as Democrats. Lilly is now registered as an independent under her married name. Our oldest daughter, Audrey, hasn’t voted in years so she should not be on the voting rolls and neither should Jack because he hasn’t voted in Las Vegas since he moved to Chicago.

“I thought you might want to look into how the registrar’s office scrubs the voting rolls. I thought you were dropped if you missed two general elections in a row. It would really be interesting to know if they vote, or are shown to have voted in the primary.”

The Nevada Secretary of State is a Democrat - the Secretary of State runs the election process. Supposedly, our Secretary of State was diligently looking into voter fraud by Obama’s old buddies at ACORN back in August, but there’s been no follow up - how much anyone want to bet that the investigation will be finished after election day? Perhaps are State Attorney General will carry the ball? One can hope, but she is a Democrat so that would be the triumph of hope over experience. Nevada Democrats are gleeful that the registered 40,000 people in September…the big question is: did they? Or have they merely flooded the system with bogus registrations in preparation for voter fraud on election day?

Its a funny thing, this year’s reports of voter fraud - how many there are, and how little news reporting there has been about it. Odder than that is the fact that when you google “nevada voter fraud”, the top story is a 2004 report - which proved spurious - of allegations that GOPers had trashed Democratic voter registration forms. Curious, huh? Google “acorn voter fraud nevada” and you get a link to a denial by Obama that he ever organized with ACORN. Same sorts of results from a Yahoo search.

I, too, am not given to paranoia - but the pattern of fraud emerging in this election year is staggering. Now, since our Democrats are saying that Obama is a sure thing to win, why all the voter fraud? Is this another indicator that things aren’t as they appear and Democrats are cooking the books to ensure they win an election they fear they will lose?

Didn’t some write a book about corruption in the Democrat caucus?

Time for a new 2008 edition. Something tells me it’s just beginning.

I think you’re referring to a book by John Fund of WSJ

    acorn again?

they are already being investigated or have been convicted in OH,PA,CO,MI, WI, FL, NY and WA….now NV too…(how many more we dont kow about?)…how long is our legal system going to let this conspiracy continue…its obvious that ACORN is little more than an organized criminal enterprise and should be stopped…

every state acorn is active in (41 states) is at risk of voter fraud…already, in 25% of the states they are in…are reporting suspicious activity….are investigating or have convicted ACORN members already….

it goes to show what can happen in america…obama was lead council for the group, and a community organizer (thats the network they use to drum up votes for the DNC…in which voting fraud occur’s…coincidently)…its organized criminal activity…and needs to be shut down!!

    Well Mark,

At least you will have some new material for your next book. It should hit number #1 on the fiction list.

    Nevada…Florida….Katherine Harris….

    Talk is cheap.

Sign up to go to Nevada like I did at http://www.johnmccain.com . Take all of the time that you spend surfing the web and get out in the open country a bit, go door to door for a weekend, and make a difference.

If you get two people to go with you like me, you can make up for these Acorn creeps and just fight back and win.

That’s how we can win. Period.

    Thank you.

The MSM just doesn’t get it.

If ACORN gets Obama in through voter fraud, then ALL elections: State. County, City, etc, are vunerable. If you want an incompetent alderman or state representative removed, as long as he or she are in ACORN’s pocket, you won’t e able to get rid of them. That’s the Chicago style of elections and if you excuse that kind of fraud, then you pervert the entire electoral process.

So the only way the Dems win is by fraud? It couldn’t possibly be, you know, that people are genuinely disgusted by the last 8 years of Republican misrule?

    Hilarious.

dont you think it should be left up to the people to determine that instead of corrupt idiots like obama…searup…or is you pancake ideology so overwealmed by obamasiah that you think its an honest days work when you commit election fraud?

october surprise– Ayers and Obama shared the stage.

    http://chronicle.uchicago.edu/971106/justice.shtml

Children who kill are called “super predators,” “people with no conscience,” “feral pre-social beings” — and “adults.”

William Ayers, author of A Kind and Just Parent: The Children of Juvenile Court (Beacon Press, 1997), says “We should call a child a child. A 13-year-old who picks up a gun isn’t suddenly an adult. We have to ask other questions: How did he get the gun? Where did it come from?”

Ayers, who spent a year observing the Cook County Temporary Juvenile Detention Center in Chicago, is one of four panelists who will speak on juvenile justice at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, in the C-Shop. The panel, which marks the 100th anniversary of the juvenile justice system in the United States, is part of the Community Service Center’s monthly discussion series on issues affecting the city of Chicago. The event is free and open to the public.

Ayers will be joined by Sen. Barack Obama, Senior Lecturer in the Law School, who is working to combat legislation that would put more juvenile offenders into the adult system; Randolph Stone, Director of the Mandel Legal Aid Clinic; Alex Correa, a reformed juvenile offender who spent seven years in Cook County Temporary Detention Center; Frank Tobin, a former priest and teacher at the Detention Center who helped Correa; and Willy Baldwin, who grew up in public housing and is currently a teacher at the Detention Center.

The juvenile justice system was founded by Chicago reformer Jane Addams, who advocated the establishment of a separate court system for children which would act like a “kind and just parent” for children in crisis.

One hundred years later, the system is “overcrowded, under-funded, over-centralized and racist,” Ayers said.

Michelle Obama, Associate Dean of Student Services and Director of the University Community Service Center, hopes bringing issues like this to campus will open a dialogue between members of the University community and the broader community.

“Students and faculty explore these issues in the classroom, but it is an internal conversation,” Obama said. “We know that issues like juvenile justice impact the city of Chicago, this nation and — directly or indirectly — this campus. This panel gives students a chance to hear about the juvenile justice system not only on a theoretical level, but from the people who have experienced it.”

isnt it odd that we have had several posts here on election registration fraud in the last week or two…and today…the MSM comes out saying new voter registration surges favor the DNC cadidates…

fruit from the rotten tree, eh?

  • 11. brettmicheals  |  October 7th, 2008 at 12:16 am

If voter fraud is staggering..why isn’t DOJ investigating?
Or is the lack of a DOJ investigation just an another failed Bush policy?

  • 12. cam  |  October 7th, 2008 at 12:20 am

    js,
Causation and coincindence are not the same.

  • 13. Mark Noonan  |  October 7th, 2008 at 12:41 am

    brett,

Its tricky - Democrats have various judges who will issue injunctions against GOP efforts to block fraud efforts; any attempt to open a criminal investigation pre-election will be painted in the MSM as a racist ploy to disenfranchise black voters; if Democrats win, there will be no investigation for obvious reasons - if GOPers win, the impetus for an investigation drains away; professional law enforcement people might be looking to an Obama Administration for pay raises and promotions, and the Democrats’ penchant for taking revenge on those who cross them is well known…

The left has greatly poisoned American political life - and one of the reasons they are fighting to strongly against McCain/Palin is that they are deathly afraid of a “chips fall where they may” investigation into corruption in the United States.

    cam,

There have been just too many cases of surges in Democratic registration turning out to be the result of fraudulent actions…its not up to us, any longer, to prove that fraud happened but for Democrats to prove that it didn’t.

  • 14. cam  |  October 7th, 2008 at 12:47 am

    Mark,
The burden of proof is always on the accuser. Or are you planning for the Lord of the Flies scenario you are predicting. Nice to see what you think of the American ideal of innocent until proven guilty when the chips are down.

  • 15. Mark Noonan  |  October 7th, 2008 at 1:16 am

    cam,

Nice try - but all you’re doing now is desperately dodging and weaving in an attempt to ignore the facts. It is your right to do so - to be wrong, as it were…and I feel sorry for you. This is crucial, and you’re allowing an ideology which was stuffed into your head by liars to triumph over what your own eyes and see and ears can hear.

STEALING THE VOTES OF AMERICANS IS OUTRAGEOUS !!!
Acorn’s voter fraud registration must be investigated prior to the election. Also, Obama’s involvement must be investigated prior to the election. With the increasing number of anti-American racists and crooks surrounding Obama, we must insure that he does not steal this election. We must also investigate the legitimacy of Obama’s foreign and domestic campaign contributions prior to the election.

ARE THE POLLS TO BE BELIEVED ???
I, like many Americans believe that character, honesty, and integrity really do go to the foundation of who the next president should be.Obama is ahead in the polls because Obama is dramatically outspending McCain with television advertising … he has a biased media in the tank, who provides him with more and better exposure, and editorial endorsement … Obama has 96% of the black vote … he enjoys the relentless support of a completely biased entertainment industry, plus the left wing educational community, plus massive illegal, or unethical fund raising, and voter registration drives, by groups like Acorn … not to mention the fact that thanks to democratic propaganda, McCain has to carry Bush’s weight. At this point in time, many Americans are also beginning to question the validity of the POLLS. Are they skewed, like the biased media? Do they truly reflect reality? Are the sample groups mostly black voters? If the Democrats are so sure they’ve already won, how come they keep trying so hard to make the rest of us believe it? Just like they did against Hillary! There is a good chance that if we can keep voter fraud out of this election, that on November 4th, the actual voters, in the privacy of their booths, will elect McCain/Palin, by a comfortable margin. If you vote for Obama, you are also voting for voter fraud and a crooked media.
On November 4th cast your vote for McCain/Palin !!!
