Obama

(with apologies to Roger Waters)

Obama, do you think they’ll drop the bomb?
Obama, do you think they’ll like this song?

Obama, do you think they’ll try to break my balls?
Ooooowaa Obama, should you build a wall?

Obama, glad you ran for president.
Obama now, I trust the government.

Obama, will you put them on the firing line?
Ooooowaa is it just a waste of time?

Hush, my baby. baby, dont you cry.
Obama’s gonna make all of your nightmares come true.
Obama’s gonna put all of his fears into you.
Obama’s gonna keep you right here under his wing.
He wont let you fly, but he might let you sing.
Obama’s gonna keep baby cozy and warm.
Oooo babe.Oooo babe.Ooo babe, Obama’s gonna build a wall.

Obama, is the economy good enough,For me?
Obama, do you think that loan’s dangerous,To me?
Obama will it tear your little boy apart?
Ooooowaa Obama, will it break my heart?

Hush, my baby. baby, dont you cry.
Obama’s gonna pay all of your loans off for you.
Obama won’t let anything dirty get through.
Obama’s gonna wait up until you get in.
Obama will always find out where you’ve been.
Obama’s gonna keep baby healthy and clean.

And Obama’s gonna make all of your cars now for you
He’ll make all the payments and fix them all, too!
Obama will tell you how far you can drive
Obama will make sure that you get there alive
Oooo babe.Oooo babe.Ooo babe,
youll always be baby to me.

Obama, did it need to be so high?

Heh, this being the next track on Leo’s playlist

    Don’t Leave Me Now

    Ooooo Bush,
    Dont leave me now.
Dont say its the end of the road.
    Remember the flowers I sent.
    I need you, Bush,
To put through the shredder in front of my friends.
    Oh Bush,
    Dont leave me now.
    How could you go?
When you know how I need you,
To beat to a pulp on a saturday night.
    Oh Bush,
    Dont leave me now.
How can you treat me this way?
    Running away.
    Oh Bush,
    Why are you running away?

    Leo,

You may want to remove sar’s post; it contains two threats to a former President. Or maybe bring it to the attention of the Secret Service.

sar, you threatened to either kill or beat up President Bush. Maybe you should cite the source of your above verse. If you made it up yourself, you could be in a spot of bother…

  3. 1luv2h8mostlib5 says:

Watch out for sar’s next post. “I was just kidding,” he’ll say. And all will be well, because libs can say whatever they want and get away with it…

  4. tiredoflibbs says:

    sar,

Bush left. As usual, you are way behind the times.

Obamateur is president now. Put down the bong, sober up and face the reality that “hope and change” has rendered.

You got what your pot suppressed mind wanted.

I’m kind of saddened you didn’t get the Pink Floyd reference. Don’t Leave Me Now is the song that follows Mother in The Wall

Why is it you fellas can give but you can’t take? I can laugh with the best of them about Obama. Lighten up folks.

I’m kind of saddened you didn’t get the Pink Floyd reference.

I wasn’t a big Pink Floyd fan back in the ’70’s; I know a lot of people were enthralled by them. I was into heavier stuff.

Here’s the deal, sar. If you’re gonna post comments that can be interpreted as threats, especially against a former prez, maybe you should post a disclaimer afterwards.About two years ago, there was this jerk who trolled this blog, steve-o-moron. He accused me of threatening other trolls, and was talking all tough about how he had reported me to the FBI. No FBI folks ever visited me. steve-o-moron lives in some backwoods town in Virginia, Pig Balls or something along those lines. So he was probably bored, or the sheep weren’t in heat, so he had to come here and make crap up. Anyway, ever since then, I’ve posted disclaimers whenever I suggest someone jump in front of a bus, train, or off a building. That way, nobody got the wrong idea. I’ve since stopped making such silly suggestions, becoming a kinder, gentler keef.

Just be careful, sar; I’d hate to see a good troll get busted for a joke…

  10. 1luv2h8mostlib5 says:

…I said “good troll”–if a CO, joey, orrin, lib4, or dregs were to get busted, or popped in the jaw, I’d be highly amused.

Disclaimer: By claiming I’d be highly amused if some of our troll pukes got “busted in the jaw,” I was in no way, shape, or form threatening to perform the act myself. I am a peace-lovin’ good-ol’ boy who loves his wife, daughter, dogs, God, and guns–which I don’t own. I love everyone and pray that they get their heads on right…

lol understandable. Though I think you might be being a tad bit sensitive if you think that post is a) a death threat or b) credible enough to pass on to the secret service.

I didn’t have the pleasure to be born in the 60’s or 70’s, however I’m a big fan of the music that came out of both decade’s. Black Sabbath was the band that got me into classic rock. From there I moved to Led Zeppelin and never looked back. The 80’s were IMO a lost generation for music. It made a comeback with Grunge in the early 90’s but lost the battle to boy bands in the late 90’s. Now a days we have American idol, I think that says all that needs to be said about that. lol

    american FN idol????

    funny NO surprise there

    SIMPLE is as SIMPLE does!

  13. sar2 says:

    american FN idol????

Quite the opposite. Though I will admit, the Rockstar series was excellent! I’d lump Idol as equal the to boy band, to anyone who may disagree I point to Clay Akin. There really is no need.

    SIMPLE is as SIMPLE does!

Music can be very simple and very good. All it requires is passion.
