WHERE is the OUTRAGE for this horrendous abomination?
I wouldn’t bet the farm that this is going to pass both the House and the Senate and then a House/Senate Conference — certainly not in its present form. And if, by some weird circumstance, it does, the electoral bloodbath next year is going to make 1994 look trivial.
