The Effects of Applied Liberalism

From CNN Money:

Buffeted by high taxes, strict regulations and uncertain state budgets, a growing number of California companies are seeking friendlier business environments outside of the Golden State…

…Companies are “disinvesting” in California at a rate five times greater than just two years ago, said Joseph Vranich, a business relocation expert based in Irvine. This includes leaving altogether, establishing divisions elsewhere or opting not to set up shop in California…

And this is also why, as a nation, we’re seeing a lot of businesses not just fleeing California, but fleeing the nation – when you have high taxes combined with capricious regulations and lawsuits, you just can’t do business.  Especially in a down economy when generating profits is hard, you seek every advantage you can…and if shifting from California to, say, Arizona will cut your costs by 20%, you do it.  You’d be insane not to.

Sorry, liberals, but you can’t successfully manage an economy…you can’t make a rule and a tax for every activity.  You have to, for the most part, just leave it be.  All government can do is prevent fraud and enforce some very basic health and safety regulations…and even in that area, local governing bodies should have vastly more authority than State or federal bodies.  If you are trying to make it fair and make it come out right – by your definition – all you’ll do is mess it up.  California is proof that liberalism is a complete failure – you liberals absolutely govern that State and pretty much have for the past 20 years.  It is your baby – and it is dying of liberalism.

The success of liberalism will always be dependent on a gullible and brain damaged populace. Liberalism never brings about the results the rhetoric would lead you to believe, yet as long as the populace are still emotionally invested in the outcome, actual results never matter.

Thomas and Monty are perfect examples. There is no way those two can look at the current economical condition of the country and consider it a success, BUT, they are still emotionally invested in the aspect that Obama means well, and says the right things, so they ignore the actual results. Rhetoric and intent are the only things that matter to a liberal. Results? Not so much

Monty and Thomas are idiots, Cluster–just like every lib troll puke who pollutes this blog.

“If you voted for obama in 2008 to prove you werent racist
in 2012 vote foe anybody else to prove you arent an idiot.

I can’t wait to hear your explanation for why the lousy economic status of red states doesn’t mean that conservatism is a failure. Go for it.

But then again, you’re still stuck trying to explain why the Bush tax cuts failed to do every single thing their backers said they would do. But you can choose which one to tackle first.

      1. tiredoflibbs

Yes, jeffy, Bush’s tax cuts were such a failure that obAMATEUR decided to extend them because he wanted more failures during his administration.

“failed to do every single thing their backers said they would do” – I like the way you put in that little detail – “everything”. Of course, no legislation doesn’t do everything that are claimed.

But when a liberal passes something and it fails, like the stimulus, health care, welfare, etc. the usual reply is after the failures are revealed – “Well it’s better than nothing” or “something had to be done” or my favorite “anything is better than nothing”.

        Pathetic jeffy, really pathetic.

why the Bush tax cuts failed to do every single thing their backers said they would do
then YOU explain why the POtuS and the donk congress kept them in place if they accomplished nothing?

        liberalism IS a mental disorder!

      3. MontyBurns

Great dodge, tired, but I already knew you’d punk out–you’re a coward and a wimp, after all. Anybody else up to the task?

        Probably not.

      4. tiredoflibbs

Not a dodge there Monty (jeffy) (you would make sh!t up to think you proved a point), obAMATEUR did extend the Bush tax cuts and they were successful in increasing revenues to the government and lowered unemployment. Government sources prove this. Your “failed to do every single thing their backers said they would” is just more spin to say that it is a failure. You drones tout the stimulus as a success, but it did not do “every single thing” the pResident said it would do – remember “we must pass this or unemployment would rise above 8.5%. Using your dumbed down talking points (and illogic) then the stimulus failed!

You are just too scared (and it goes against your programming to use other sources than your dumbed down talking points) to look at the government figures to verify that revenues increased and unemployment went down.

        Keep digging up those strawmen!!!

        Pathetic jeffy.

      5. MontyBurns

You’ve already established that you’re a coward and a wimp, tired. You don’t need to keep reiterating the point.

If you’d like to explain why the lousy economic status of red states doesn’t mean that conservatism is a failure or why the complete and utter failure of the Bush tax cuts somehow isn’t a failure, though, then hey, I could use a laugh.

But you won’t You know, because of your cowardice.
