Blogs For Victory 
I’ve kind of made it a tradition to post an Easter song every year on Easter Sunday. Here’s an old favorite.
Huge upgrade – the other day the Princess of Wales allowed a Muslim cleric to treat her as morally unclean and I understand the Royal Family neglected to attend Easter services today…don’t want to upset the Muslims, I guess. Or maybe they just all don’t care? Doesn’t matter – they have rejected God, we haven’t. We’re going to win.
I imagine the Royal Family is aware of the growing mass and violence of the barbarians at their gate, and are trying to figure out how to navigate this.
If that’s the case, then, to paraphrase a line from Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, they have chosen poorly.

This resonated with me because as soon as I saw that the Pope died on Easter I guessed that Vance would be blamed for it.

RIP to the Pope. I have not been a big fan of his but regardless of his political positions, he was a Faithful man and that is to be respected. I took great umbrage with his position and lectures on illegal immigrants, but when someone shows up at your border with clean clothes, luggage, and a cell phone … is this an immigrant? Or a paid provocateur?
I suggest the latter. The knives are out for Hegseth but we have seen this play out before and if we fall for it again, then shame on us. The Democrats have targeted Hegseth and are leaking every damaging thing they can. Here’s what we need to do … terminate and investigate every single leaker and find out who is giving them their marching orders.
Never forget, 213 Democrats voted against no tax on tips and no tax on social security, but all of them are insisting that illegal immigrants remain in this country at tax payers expense. And now Jamie Raskin wants retaliation against MAGA …. We are definitely not the same people and considering the increasing level of rage and violence from the Left just 90 days into this administration, it’s obvious that Democrats have no intent on improving the country but rather just increasing their power. And those are people who don’t deserve our respect or civility.
So some know-nothing rabble rouser hysterics are more qualified to determine how information should be classified than the Secretary of Defense, and furthermore determine who should be informed of this and when and how.
I think the focus should be on “know-nothing rabble rouser hysterics” and not on the combat veteran who is now in charge of national defense.
100% … this is the Democrat playbook and it’s time to shut that shit down
They do seem to really want Hegseth out – my guess is their worries are:
1. He’ll start to see how procurement is done and expose massive corruption there.
2. If he applies physical standards across the board, there will be vastly fewer combat-qualified females. There will be some! After all, the physical requirements to be in the CiC of a warship are different from those necessary to be in an infantry company. But a lot less.
3. Those physical standards will also boot every last trans person (even if the Trump’s ban on them is overturned) and every one of those tubby “soldiers” who are always coming out against Trump. IOW, the Left won’t have moles inside the military.
4. Making the armed forces into war fighting instruments means that the soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines simply won’t obey Leftist orders to oppress American citizens. The Left has been slavering at the prospect of getting a military force which will hate the USA and open fire on American citizens. War fighters won’t do that.
All very good points, and a distillation of the observation that everything Trump, et al, are doing represents threats to the Leftist agenda, whether it is in defense or education or the EPA, etc.
I’m a woman who has had to fight my whole life to be allowed to do “man things” but only when I was equally qualified. So I could drive a truck, operate the heavy equipment I was trained on, train horses, etc. I never aspired to be accepted in any field where I could not be equal, and I never expected standards to be lowered because of my physical limitations, whether they stemmed from gender or accident-induced damage or any other reason.
I have, in the past, linked to an essay that skewered the whole PC/alternately-abled theme. I thought it was hysterical, ranging from allowing a nearly blind middle aged man to play professional football to renaming the Denver Broncos the Denver Mares. I’ll see if I can find it.
