The Biden family is asserting that Joe has an aggressive form of prostate cancer. Yes, asserting. We don’t know if they’re telling the truth. They are such egregious liars that nothing they say – even about something like this – can be taken at face value. I have said a prayer for Joe over it because that is what God commands us to do. Though at 82 our thoughts should be more towards a holy death rather than recovery. But that will be as it will. But even with all that, I just don’t know. I can’t know – I can’t rely on Bidens, I can’t rely on the MSM.
Truth or not, the issuing of this news – which none of us would need to know if the Bidens were normal – if it was designed to knock the Hur tapes out of the News Cycle isn’t working. To be sure, Democrats, MSMers and the Usual Suspects on the Never Trump Right are saying we’re all rat bastards if we don’t lay off Biden at this point…but that kinda shows the whole point of the exercise: getting us to shut up about Biden’s cognitive decline. In my view, the Hur tapes show conclusively that Biden was mentally incompetent no later than October of 2023 (my bet is that he was mentally incompetent prior to the 2020 election, but figuring and proving are two different things) – and that means that Harris should have exercised her authority under the 25th Amendment no later than then…that she didn’t and the entire apparatus of the Executive Branch and the complicit media tried to cover up Biden’s condition is the biggest scandal in political history.
Nothing compares to it. We did not have a functioning Executive under our Constitution. Nobody knows who was issuing the orders. And every order issued after October of 2023 is obviously legally invalid – just like you can’t get a senile person to sign a new will transferring all their stuff to you, so you can’t get a senile Executive to, say, issue you a pardon. The political and legal ramifications of what happened are going to be a huge problem – the whole thing needs to be thoroughly investigated and legislation enacted to retroactively deal with what happened (we can’t actually dispense with all Executive actions taken under dubious authority: some things are water under the bridge and just have to be accepted…but we need to make sure that, legally, they stand up to the future). And the people who covered it up in the Executive branch need to go to jail. You think about the huge number of people who had reasonable access to Biden and none of them ever came forth – as was their legal and patriotic duty – to say the man was gaga. And this means they were essentially participating in a fiction…a conspiracy to defraud.
And we have also learned that the 25th Amendment isn’t enough. If we have an Executive branch willing to lie in cooperation with friendly media, then the Executive can be zombie. Keep in mind that if they kept Biden together long enough to get re-elected, they’d still be hiding his condition. But our Constitutional order requires that the person elected to hold Executive power be mentally and physically capable of doing the job. Executive power is vested in the President…not the President’s family, cronies and senior White House aides. We need an amendment whereby Congress can force a cognitive test on the President. Some sort of majority vote in both houses and a third party does a full medical check on the President. The purpose of this isn’t to get the President to a physical…but to let the Executive branch know that if they try to pull another Biden, it will be exposed…if the guy is gaga, get him out of there.

Yep – Musk’s team o’nerds has set things up…now it will be good to have someone more experienced in what the bureaucracy actually does to direct the program.
I know November, 2026 is a long way off, politically speaking, but I’m feeling a lot better than I was a couple of months ago about our chances.
Harris was waiting for Bidum to announce his resignation. It was unlikely she’d invoke the 25. It seems likely there were key cabinet members who didn’t care for her and had no desire for her to be running things, therefore unlikely to back her on the 25th. She wanted the easy way in without any contention. Bidum’s handlers had no intention of letting go of the golden opportunity to run the show from behind the scene. They wanted the control and power without being the face that could be attacked. White House press secretary was incompetent but played whatever game necessary to retain her job, as well as other members of that administration. I’ve no doubt Pelosi and Obummer were in on the scheme, exerting pressure wherever they felt it would advantage themselves. All of that tug-of-war created the situation the left find themselves in. Good! While some people are still dumb to fact that Joe wasn’t running the show, many others became even more distrustful of the legacy media – bonus points.
Trump has been playing his 2nd term like a chess master.
He brought in a solid cabinet that has shown themselves willing and able to do the hard work and implement his wishes, while combating the opposition,
Been signing daily / weekly EO’s that are making positive impacts and with which most US Americans agree with,
Holding constant press conferences that stand on top of any negative legacy medias attempt to lie,
Created DOGE that broke wide open the fraud of government expenditures and corruption, exposing and shutting down the money spigots,
Bringing in Trillions in new investment money which in turn will create significant good paying employment opportunities while make us far less reliant on others,
Shoring up our trade imbalances and generating billions in new tariffs,
Closing the borders and sending illegals back or to foreign jails,
Publicly calling out liars to their face,
Going after corrupt politicians & judges,
Creating new international relations and allies while forcing those we’ve called allies to step up and carry their own weight,
Bringing energy independence back,
Securing deals for necessary raw materials,
Shutting down DEI and the gender ideology disasters,
Causing all kinds of disruptions to the left both domestically and internationally,
Returning the Panama Canal back to US control,
Working to end / prevent international wars ad putting nations on notice,
etc… all in the fist 4 months of this term.
Heads are spinning on the left. They have no resonating message that can appease both the far-left lunatics and moderates. Their lies are no longer hidden and they have less trust than loan sharks. People are seeing the true cost of accepting a few scraps from the controlling left and starting to grasp the precarious situation we face. To be sure, there are many forces who stand to lose a lot with Trump’s agenda and will fight him at every turn. Fortunately, Trump has become battle hardened and has prepared to face this – for US. He could have left it all behind, never to deal with the onslaught of lawfare, continuous slander, both character and physical assassination attempts, not to mention the toil this has taken on his family. We need to pray for his continued guidance and strength.
I’m not sure they really had a plan other than animating the corpse long enough to stay in office…they aren’t very bright people. David Hogg is a pinhead on a lot of different levels but he is a young man who does know how the youngsters think and the Dems forced him out because he was getting rebellious…and the forced him out on grounds that his position was supposed to be held by a gay woman of color. That is how committed they are to the identity politics…and as far as the trans thing goes, Colorado Democrats are trying to enact a law where if you ‘deadname’ someone that is discrimination (this is entirely unconstitutional, of course) and if a parent doesn’t support the transition, the State takes the kid. It is just insane…and the last thing the Democrats need.
They’re hoping the indictment of the Congresswoman for assaulting an ICE officer will get people mad at Trump but outside the fever swamps of the Left, everyone is tired of “radical activists” getting all shouty and pushy at demonstrations. It is just annoying as all get out and we’re all sick of seeing it. Protest all you want: do it quietly without blocking the streets or attacking anyone.
The reason why Democrats are in such disarray now is that:
Democrats departed the norms of democracy in pursuit of power, and they are paying the price now.
And it couldn’t happen to a nicer bunch of people.
I think the party is in such disarray because its members (those in office) are not there to promote and defend a specific, stated, understood political ideology but are there either to try to use their positions for personal gain (Pelosi, Reid, Biden) or for ego stroking (Schumer, AOC, et al). Because they are not united in an actual coherent POLITICAL belief system they are just elbowing each other out of the way, sabotaging each other, etc.
The party is based on emotion, which makes it inherently unstable. Some, though less all the time, is the emotion of feeling part of something noble and good—tolerance, equality, fairness, all the catch-phrases of the Left—but this is shifting to a preponderance of those whose emotional motivations are negative, even malignant. There are certainly enough personality-disordered people in the country to sway an election, but it’s a shaky foundation for a party.
The party in general is trying desperately to retain power, which has led to its blatant rejection of the democratic principles it has smugly declared to be its identity and to the massive cheating it has had to employ, as the strategy of merely fomenting hatred and then getting people to vote AGAINST the invented Other isn’t sound and is increasingly unproductive.
It was an effective strategy when the Left controlled all the means of conveying information—the educational system and the media. But when people started pushing back against the indoctrination that had taken over our schools and more importantly started having access to other sources of information the balance started to shift from blind acceptance of propaganda to actual individual thinking.
So now the Democrat Party has lost a lot of the authority it had acquired through its propaganda machine, and now it has to deal with individuals fighting for prominence motivated by personal agendas, not political ideology. I think the primary-rigging and increasingly blatant election-rigging are symptoms of a deeper disarray in the party.
