That’s actually a great video depiction of the last three years of the Obama administration.

Obama is out on the stump today still, and I emphasize STILL, blaming Bush for the deficits and debt. This alone disqualifies him for another term.

Currently on MSNBC, they are talking about the racial component of the election and more specifically on how if there were fewer racist white people, then Obama would have won by a bigger margin in 2008. Ironically, they never mentioned the 98% of the black population that voted for Obama, to which I had to think that if there were fewer racist black people, then McCain would have lost by less of a margin. Or is racism only a white people problem? I always forget, could you have someone at MSNBC get back to me on that?

James when you were told your posts would be deleted this meant that from that time on your posts would be deleted. You were given many chances to change your method of participating in the blog and you ignored them. Now your first post back is also one of ageist bigotry but it would have been deleted anyway because of your history here. // Moderator

This video hardly comes close to depicting his handling of the economy. For one, he never involved himself in the recovery. It was spend, spend, spend (on Democrat desires and earmarks for the previous eight years – politically they could not request such spending) and blame Bush.

Now, the video does depict, ACCURATELY, obAMATEUR’s athletic ability.

Speaking of racism…. cluster, did you know that referring to the pResident as “cool” is the latest “that’s racist” meme? We have Angela Rye, the Executive Director of the Congressional Black Caucus, stating this after Karl Rove in an ad asked if the pResident was “too cool”.

    What’s next?

Anyone looking for a high yield investment? Spanish bonds just hit an all-time high of 7%. Between our election and the impending implosion of the EU, I may just have to buy a popcorn franchise this summer.

More bad news for Obama. Even his 2008 cheerleader is having second thoughts.

        James,

Real Clear Politics has Obama at 45.7 to Romney’s 44.9. Here’s a little assignment for you – go back through previous presidential elections and tell us how many incumbent presidents have won when they are polling below 50%.

      • Cluster's avatar Cluster June 14, 2012 / 10:33 am

Here’s a little something to sober you up James:

        • In June 1980, President Jimmy Carter led Ronald Reagan 39 percent to 32 percent, with independent John Anderson at 21 percent. In November, Reagan defeated Carter, 51 percent to 41 percent, with Anderson getting less than 7 percent.

        • The polling was fairly stable in 1984. In June, Reagan already led Walter Mondale by 53 percent to 44 percent. The incumbent won 59 percent in the fall.

        • By 1988, the June polling was far more misleading: Michael Dukakis was ahead of George H.W. Bush by a landslide, 52 percent to 38 percent. Bush garnered more than 53 percent in November.

        ….who cares about national polls?

James, you’re the one who told me to go to real clear politics to check out the poll, so if you didn’t care, why did you suggest it?

Remember when President Obama repeats that he never thought the economy was this bad–he was part of the Congress that made it this bad. Democrats took hold of the purse strings (and ‘Yes’ most Republicans are no better) in 2007 and we have hit the skids almost immediately. Obama was a empty suit then and now he a 5-pound bag holding 10-pounds of . Headwinds, oh my. The economy was worse when Bush inherited the dot.com bubble from Slick Willy Clinton and the one big difference (except the turn around) was he never blamed his first three years on anyone else. He had a set. Same with Reagan and several others ~ sadly, no Democrats need (or can) apply.

    • Cluster's avatar Cluster June 14, 2012 / 2:05 pm

Great example. Bush not only inherited a recession, but he also inherited an out of control, and emboldened Al Qaeda that had successfully trained operatives on our soil during the Clinton years, and then pulled off 9/11 eight months after Bush’s inauguration, YET Bush never once blamed Clinton for anything.

Blaming Bush at this point just shows what a coward Obama is. He is not man enough to be President.

could you imagine listening to countless ads from zerobama in your state as he drones on and on about how every thing is the fault of someone else? my goodness…if zerobama wants to continue to blame bush 3 years after the fact, while 2 of them having unchecked power, then he IS NOT the guy to fix what “bush screwed up”.

Folks, this is what happens when you have a bloated, government centered society:

But this is Athens, and the statistics are grim reminders of a middle-class society in rapid decline. Many fear that elections, including voting scheduled for Sunday, offer no clear route out of a deepening political and economic crisis. From its wealthy northern suburbs to the concrete blocks of downtown, there is a sense of an endgame in Athens

And this is where Obama wants to take this country. Down the road to a bloated, inefficient public sector that will ultimately drain the life out of this country.

    GTFO 2012!

Mean while, back on the ranch, 800k newly minted legal residents of the United States, get to compete for jobs in an economy that doesn’t have any jobs for them.

Which in turn makes them eligible for food stamps and other government assistance. Provided by borrowing more money from the chicoms. Which in turn adds even more debt that for another future generation to pay off.

As an afterthought Senator Mitch McConnell has finally realized that barky mcchimpy is a threat to our Constitution.

Would it be a negative thought is said “Gee Mitch, thanks for nothing”?
