Angry and Hopeful

Where are we? Here:

A man was just charged with 20 counts of sex abuse with minors. Teacher at a church school. That is bad, but it does get worse: the man is an illegal immigrant deported multiple times. You know: someone who isn’t supposed to be here but who keeps coming back in because, why not? Why shouldn’t he come back? It is clear we don’t enforce our laws – that deportation is just a bureaucratic checklist which has no baleful affect. Just go, and then come on back…if we get around to it, we’ll deport you again. Maybe; but mostly only if you let us deport you…because if you run off, its not like we’ll chase you down. Heck, you can even get a job – even though everyone who gets a job in the United States has to fill out an I-9 form where they state their citizenship/residency status under penalty of perjury.

Has anyone ever been prosecuted for lying on an I-9?

But it also just get worse than that – with Israel still reeling from the 10/7 attacks and Christians, Jews and homosexuals routinely oppressed/murdered by Muslims, all our Democrats noted that today is something like the international day to fight “Islamophobia”. As if that is a problem. Yeah, the poor, little Muslims out there being phobia’d all day long! Hey, Nigerian, your congregation was massacred by Muslims? Better not get Islamophobic about it! That would be bad.

Do I sound a little bitter here? There’s a reason: our Ruling Class hates us. Wants us gone. Is trying to replace us with illegal immigrants. Is kowtowing to our enemies. There’s just no other way to put it – Pudding Brain’s social media intern put out a lying statement in support of a “non-binary” kid who killed herself but still no mention of Lanken Riley, murdered by an illegal immigrant deliberately and maliciously allowed into our country. Oh, and let’s not forget that as cannibal gangs are allegedly roaming Haiti, Biden’s people are flying in thousands of Haitians…one of whom just raped a 15 year old girl. Can’t wait for the cannibals to get here!

The good news – and there is some good news – is that voter registration trends are still favoring the GOP. Even with the previous weak RNC leadership and a Congressional GOP knifing the base at every turn, people are turning to the GOP. Not because of love, but because it is the only way to stop the Democrats who are determined to destroy the nation they hate the most, the United States of America. Now with Trump people in charge, I expect this to continue – they’ve hired Scott Presler who has spent years, unpaid, registering GOP voters. They’ve pledged to legal ballot harvesting. They killed the old phony minority outreach team and they’ll replace it with some people who actually go and talk to minorities.

Then there are the polls; no matter how you slice it, if the election were held today, Trump would get 312 electoral votes. That’s low end; could be higher if a couple of light blue States flip his way. People are starting to look back on the Trump years as a good time…mostly because they were. Until the CCP and the DNC manufactured the Covid drivel, everything was going very well. People want that; peace and prosperity, that is. Someone said that Trump was first elected to make sure Hillary didn’t get it and then Biden was elected to make sure Trump got out. Maybe – but Biden’s people went on a radical left bender…and the more they do that the more people realize that some mean Tweets aren’t all that bad.

But, also, I think more and more people are waking up to the fact that the “chaos” of the Trump years was manufactured – by Trump’s enemies. With the supposedly non-partisan federal bureaucracy leading the way. That is, people are understanding that Trump got a raw deal. That the current charges are nothing more than political theater. It is now doubtful that any of Trump’s trials will take place before November…and even if they do, any guilty verdict is likely to boomerang. Probably most sensible Democrats are hoping the trials just go away…but the Resist nitwits aren’t having it. So, Democrats are stuck on this ride they’d rather get off.

So, I am angry. I think that came through here. But I’m also hopeful. Just maybe we can save our nation; not that Trump is the answer, but if we can get him back in, it’ll break the system for good. There will be no more cobbling it back together. And with people like Fetterman, we might even see the Democrats start to wake up to the fact that the people don’t want unlimited illegal immigration and medical mutilation of minors. We might become sane again.

Let’s hope.

Tyson Foods is facing criticism and calls to be boycotted over the company reportedly firing its employees and hiring illegal immigrants in their place.

According to Bloomberg, just days after Tyson Foods’s Perry, Iowa location fired more than 1,200 American workers, the company announced that it has partnered with a non-profit refugee group, Tent Partnership for Refugees, hiring thousands of asylum seekers instead.

The food company reportedly recently had a job fair in Iowa for immigrants to attend as American workers remain without paychecks. Tyson Foods also created a database of tens of thousands of illegal alien workers that they plan to replace American workers with, offering $16.50-an-hour wages and free immigration lawyers.

Tyson recently hired tens of dozens of illegal immigrants from Venezuela, Mexico, and Colombia during a job fair in New York City.

§1324a. Unlawful employment of aliens: Making employment of unauthorized aliens unlawful

In general: It is unlawful for a person or other entity to hire, or to recruit or refer for a fee, for employment in the United States an alien knowing the alien is an unauthorized alien (as defined in subsection (h)(3) of this section) with respect to such employment,

    (h) (3) Definition of unauthorized alien

As used in this section, the term “unauthorized alien” means, with respect to the employment of an alien at a particular time, that the alien is not at that time either (A) an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or (B) authorized to be so employed by this chapter or by the Attorney General.

Aside from the odd fact that the Attorney General seems to have the authority to unilaterally override immigration law, this all seems to say that Tyson is not only breaking federal law but firing Americans to do so.

I read this too yesterday, and if true, it’s incredibly outrageous. Boycott Tyson and encourage your representative to open up investigations on them. Americans need to severely punish anyone who doesn’t put America first.

There are federal laws against doing what they are doing, laws which are simply ignored. (Unless Garland has issued some secret edict saying he just overrode the legislated law.)

Of course there are also federal laws against harboring illegal aliens, against encouraging or enabling them to come here illegally and interfering with their apprehension. Seen any prosecutions for any of these acts file against any mayor or governor? Try filing criminal actions against Biden for encouraging and enabling illegal immigration and see how fast presidential immunity pops up.

And since when does the Attorney General have the authority to unilaterally override federal law? (“As used in this section, the term “unauthorized alien” means, with respect to the employment of an alien at a particular time, that the alien is not at that time either (A) an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or (B) authorized to be so employed by this chapter or by the Attorney General.“) This appears to say that the AG can simply say that illegals are authorized to be employed, and shazaam! we’ve just replaced tens or hundreds of thousands of American workers!

“I think more and more people are waking up to the fact that the “chaos” of the Trump years was manufactured – by Trump’s enemies. “

This would be a great theme for Trump surrogates to focus on during the campaign. Not Trump—he tends to sound too whiny when he goes into his “witch hunt” or “the big meanies are always picking on me” modes.

No, someone else, a lot of “someone elses”, needs to get into this in some detail. I’m amazed that #RESIST hasn’t been brought up, in the light of claims of insurrection by Trump. I think it is important to point out the efforts to undermine a presidency, sow discord solely for political gain, and destabilize our nation as we have seen since 2016.

If Trump thinks he can keep up his self-congratulating over Operation Warp Speed and not bleed critical electoral support come November, he is sorely mistaken, and indeed could be passing the election to Biden in November.

    ………………………………………….

One question, among many, is: where are his advisors? Why have they not sat him down and explained reality to him? Or have they and he simply won’t listen to good advice?

One scenario I see as a possibility (and in war-gaming every scenario has to be treated as possible even if unlikely) the Left sees Trump building up too much momentum to make even their cheating machinery reliable so they throw Biden and Fauci and the entire plandemic under the bus, start to pump up hysteria about vaxx injuries, and blame it all on clueless Trump who is still out there congratulating himself on the “vaccine” that is really just a time bomb waiting to blow up in his face.

The Left can bring in a dark horse who can repudiate everything Biden did regarding the drugs and with the help of the Complicit Agenda Media turn it all back onto Trump

Dr. Peter McCullough is already starting a conversation about Trump’s responsibility in the more than half a million vaxx deaths, and this is, as I have been saying, a time bomb.

It [vaccine deaths] are grossly underreported, probably thirty to one. That means the total number of Americans who likely have passed away of the vaccine is about 550,000…

Our two major presidential candidates are the same on this issue. They are completely, willfully blind to what’s happened to Americans. They’re focused on other issues outside of the health, the welfare, and actually the survival of their own people. The same is true worldwide.

There is a lot to be angry about only because we are dealing with a deeply stupid, emotionally challenged, and propagandized Democrat voter base who have all been enflamed by intentional government and media defamation and lies. It’s all very surreal. Case in point, Trump spoke yesterday and was talking about the car industry and China’s efforts, which are all supported by Americas current ruling, to build plants in Mexico and dominate the car industry. Trump said that it won’t happen on his watch, but if Biden wins again it will be a “bloodbath” for Americas car industry. Well you can all predict what happened next. All over X, prominent liberals are triggered over the word “bloodbath” and the usual hysteria takes place. Question, how can anyone critically think through any subject when they are constantly triggered?

There is hope, millions of Hispanics and Blacks are turning away from Democrats for obvious reasons, and more heartening, is the resurgence of Faith amongst the younger generation. They have finally realized that Government is not their guide, God is. Pray for God to return and Bless us, and vote Trump.

Not so sure about the Christian nightclub thing – but I guess every little bit helps.

The main thing is that this is all a choice. I just got over a cold and while I had it, not having much energy for useful work, I rewatched the Narcos: Mexico series. As I had mentioned before, it is good; well worth a watch. But it is also written in the parameters of the Narrative. That is: the War on Drugs, which was keyed upon getting after the drug lords. This required our guys to get down and dirty with the lords. And, of course, for all the fact that the lords of the 80’s and 90’s are all dead or in jail, the fact is that the problem not only remains, but has gotten worse. Because we never confronted the actual problems:

      1. The only way mass drug trafficking works is with government cooperation.

      2. Going after a drug lord is a waste of time as soon as you get one, the next steps in. Heck, the coming guy might even help you whack the current boss just so he can step in.

El Salvador demonstrated conclusively that criminal gangs running drugs only happens when the government lets it happen – and the government lets it happen because the people don’t demand it stop. Make no mistake about it, huge numbers of Mexicans make their living off the drug (and, now, human) trade. For all the complaints by the Mexican people about it, you don’t see them making it stop. All they have to do is vote for someone who will make it stop. But, they don’t. They turn a blind eye and take the drug lord pay. In El Salvador they did finally have enough and they elected a man who simply put a stop to it.

And it was easy: everyone knew who the bad guys were. Knew where they lived. Where they kept the drugs, money and guns. The cops were on the take – but when a clear order came down, “do this”, they did it. They had to. Probably liked doing it even as they regretted a bit the end of the payoffs. El Salvador in the blink of an eye went from arguably the most dangerous country in the world to the safest. It just got done.

The Mexican government can do this. Our government can do this. All governments can do it. If they want. And if they don’t, then it is because they don’t want to – likely because they are all paid off and simply don’t care about the mayhem.

And if they don’t, then it is because they don’t want to – likely because they are all paid off and simply don’t care about the mayhem.

I wonder why Trump’s team hasn’t brought this up: Fani Willis Case Began With Illegally Obtained Evidence, Book Says

The article focuses on the fact that the infamous phone call from Trump to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger was made by the Deputy Secretary of State, Jordan Fuchs. The illegality here is that she taped the call while she was in Florida, which is a two-party consent state meaning that both parties to the call must know it is being recorded.

The potential legal problems have been well known. Authors of an anti-Trump pro-Willis book wrote: ”

“a lawyer for Raffensperger’s office asked the January 6 committee not to call her as a witness for reasons the committee’s lawyers assumed were due to her potential legal exposure. The committee agreed.”

It continued to state that when Fuchs was called before a Fulton County special grand jury convened by Willis, “she was granted immunity and confirmed the taping, according to three sources with direct knowledge of her testimony.”

The authors also wrote that “a lawyer for Raffensperger’s office asked the January 6 committee not to call her as a witness for reasons the committee’s lawyers assumed were due to her potential legal exposure. The committee agreed.”

It continued to state that when Fuchs was called before a Fulton County special grand jury convened by Willis, “she was granted immunity and confirmed the taping, according to three sources with direct knowledge of her testimony.”

Two things jumped out at me as I read the article. One was the skill with which the authors of the book (and, evidently, everyone connected with keeping Fuchs from having to testify about the taping) shifted the focus to alleged concerns over Fuchs’ legal liability, a smokescreen for the real problem of it disqualifying the entire recording.

And to me the biggest was this: According to the authors, “In the moment, Fuchs decided she would protect the boss. Without telling Raffensperger or Meadows, she taped the call.” In other words, it was a third-party recording with none of the principals aware of the recording. And that’s even more illegal than recording a call with the knowledge and permission of one of the principals but doing it from a different state which requires two-party consent.

This leads to a third observation: Willis knew this was an illegally obtained call, but used it anyway. So, as the illegalities pile up, we have two concurrent crimes committed regarding the taping of the call itself PLUS the District Attorney knowing the “evidence” was illegally obtained but still using it to get an indictment (grand jury testimony) and as a foundation for the charges against Trump.

Then it gets even more interesting, as it appears that the J6 Committee knew this, as well. If I cared, I’d go back to see if they cited this phone call in their Kabuki Theater presentation. For now it’s enough to know that they were aware of the fact that the “evidence” was illegally obtained.

    • Amazona's avatar Amazona March 18, 2024 / 11:13 am

Georgia requires one of the parties to know the call is being recorded so Fuchs evidently violated the law in both Georgia and Florida. Florida requires all parties to the call to be informed, and consent to the recording.

While there doesn’t seem to be a federal law regarding recording phone conversations, the feds do seem to have some involvement in the matter:

“If you are a third-party and require consent from the parties taking part in the conversation, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) states that you may gain consent to make a recording by:

Getting verbal or written consent prior to the recording being made.
A verbal notification being played before the conversation begins. (For example: “This phone call is being recorded for quality control purposes…”).
An audible beep tone being repeated at steady intervals during the duration of the conversation.”

It would be very interesting to see Fuchs, the whole J6 committee and, of course, Willis all dragged into criminal actions based not just on the recording of the call but the manipulation of the legal process to use it. Willis knew it was illegally obtained—why else would she provide immunity to Fuchs for her testimony? So Willis knowingly used illegally obtained evidence, which BTW was the basis for her entire prosecution:

The book cites the leaked recording as the one piece of evidence that Willis needed to build her case.

“It was all the evidence Fani Willis needed to get started,” they wrote.

Later, they added that the recording was the “single piece of damning evidence that had launched the investigation.

I love McCarthy’s response to these RICO charges … he says the only time these defendants have been tied together is through the indictments.

The problem is activism, we have activist judges, activist prosecutors, and activist law enforcement. This isn’t about justice, this about is about control, that’s why I am so disappointed in those who took plea bargain. Never bargain with people like this. Just shoot

Just a simple mans answer to questions posed on another site.

    1. Do lies have 1A protections? YES

    2. If not, who determines what is a lie? Therein lies the problem to the age old adage about “One man’s trash….” With consideration within only the last few years almost every “story” told from government, the MSM and individuals in power have been proven false (lies) while those with differing options restricted or banned helps no one who seeks actual facts.

If I had my way, everyone from the Clinton administration onwards would be under review with real penalties. From Whitewater through Lois Lerner, Eric “Fast and Furious”, and too many others to individually name would be breaking rocks at the newest “Hard Rock Café” penitentiary. Well, after a “fair trail and conviction” meeting the same standards they afford us rubes.

Government needs money? Just take Fauci and the money he has made from both HIV and Covid including retirement as well as the others and we might be able to balance the government debt. If not we might be able to get 10 percent from the Bidens, oops, I meant the “Big Guy”

    • dbschmidt's avatar dbschmidt March 18, 2024 / 7:08 pm

BTW, nothing personal as I am still trying to understand how a SCOTUS justice can justify how the First Amendment could “hamstring” the government. If she had rudimentary reading skills she would understand the entire Bill of Rights is to hamstring government. It goes back to what a lot of folks do not understand. My rights come from the Creator. The State/Government does not confer rights–they only restrict them.
