The Democrats hate those cat memes.

I love how the MSM is all “official sources are denying reports of cats being eaten”…as if anyone believes official sources…or that the MSM’s job is to just repeat the press release rather than checking.

Look, do I know with existential certainty that a cat has been eaten by an illegal immigrant? No. But there is enough anecdotal evidence to indicate it…and it would be rare for a person to call the police to report a missing cat. The place to check is actually the local animal shelters: has there been an increase in inquiries about missing pets? That would tell the tale…but the MSM won’t do that. Why not? Because they are terrified of what they might find.

What is important about this – and why Democrats hate it so much – is that it makes it personal and easily understood by the American people. There was a news report not too long ago about the Biden Administration providing “temporary” protected status for another 309,000 Haitians. We know that “temporary” means “forever” – but it is another 309,000. Meaning there are far more than 309,000 Haitians in country. 309,000 is nearly 3% of Haiti’s total population. Just how many of them are here? 5%? 7%? 10%? We really don’t know – and extending “temporary” protected status to 309,000 means its really extended to every Haitian who can get here…how in heck you going to sort them out? It isn’t like there’s a government in Haiti we can check with…even supposing the Haitian government actually kept records about their people.

But all that I just wrote still doesn’t mean a lot. It gives a sense of unease…but nothing you can put your finger on. Missing kitty cats? That is something. Huge numbers of us have cats. We love our little kitty cats. If someone is doing something to them – and we’ve got enough recent reports to say that things are being done to them by foreigners in the USA – that is horrific…and easily understood. It demonstrates the complete cultural incompatibility of these people. They simply don’t know that you can’t kill Fluffy…nor are you allowed to hunt the geese in the local park. To a Haitian flown from his shack next to an open sewer in Port au Prince to a Section 8 house in Ohio, that goose is just free food…he doesn’t understand. And why should we expect him to? I don’t blame the Haitian guy for seeing the tame park goose as an easy meal…I blame the monied interests who brought him in.

It is entirely killing their Narrative about Dreamers…an already unpopular thing (illegal immigration) has become politically toxic. And they can’t do anything about it – the Democrats, as a party, are committed to mass importation of a replacement population. If Harris were to really get up there and say “we’re going to deport and we’re going to seal the border” then 20% of her vote would to to Jill Stein. The far Left will not forgive such a thing. So, she makes vague statements about providing more funding for the border patrol and getting tough on drug trafficking…which statements are, of themselves, lies.

Gavin Newsom signed a new law to “get tough” on smash and grab robberies. Or, at least, that is how the regime propagandists at the Associated Press described it. But once you dig into it you find out that its only if the robber passes $50,000.00 in theft or damage. In other words, it is the Beverly Hills Retail Establishment Protection Act. Gavin must have got some calls from the rich about how they don’t want their nice little shopping areas ruined…and like a good, little Ruling Class tool, he got the job done. The poor suckers in Compton losing their local CVS and Target get nothing. I think Trump should figure out a way to bring this one up – it so clearly shows that the Democrats are just the Ruling Class and only care about the Ruling Class.

Over on ABC’s Tik Tok account, Trump’s closing statement from the debate is past 23 million views, overwhelmingly positive. Harris’? Not quite 4 and a half million views.

I’m sure you saw that video of Biden putting on a MAGA hat. I’m still not 100% sure about what happened there: was he just senile and didn’t know? Just having a little fun?

Or was he giving a gigantic middle finger to Harris and the DNC for what they did to him?

Nobody despises Biden more than I do but the bottom line is that they did totally screw him. The time to get him out was June of 2023. That’s when Hillary and Barry and the other leaders should have gone to Biden and said, “Joe, we love you; we appreciate all you’ve done and we’re forever grateful…but your fast ball has lost a bit and it is time to bow out gracefully”. Biden probably would have agreed. There would have been a real primary and the Democrats would have someone who could credibly campaign on change…but, no: they decided to lie (with Biden’s cooperation, of course; he is still a rat bastard in his own right) and keep him in only to have him implode…and now they’re stuck with Harris.

Using ten-dollar words does not disguise the inherent dishonesty of your post, billybonker. (Is this that you bonk billy, or that your bonker is named billy? Asking for a friend.) You people have gotten away with so much lying by implication you are getting pretty confident that this will continue. There is nothing in this story to link any of this to Trump, or Vance, or Loomer (?). It boils down as something that can accurately be described as “someone did something”.

How did you come to the conclusion that Trump/Vance/Loomer had anything to do with this? And where did the “Christian” part of your scurrilous comment come in?

This lack of a declarative statement about the threats, which could then be disputed and debunked, is a lot like the lack of a declarative statement that pets and park animals are not being eaten by Haitians. It’s all nebulous weasel-wording. “We have no definitive proof that this has happened”. In other words, no goose or cat heads nailed to the fences of Haitian homes, or pictures of Haitians with feathers in their teeth, so to the average Lib it just couldn’t have happened. Once again it is is “don’t believe your lying eyes”.

That’s it, 100%. Biden even kept the hat, as he was seen walking up to AF1 with it in is hand. And of course Biden’s first middle finger was endorsing Kamala right out of the gate. Even Joe knows Kamala is a train wreck.

And speaking of train wrecks, not sure if any of you caught the interview yesterday Kamala did with a local Philadelphia reporter but it was as bad as y’all can imagine. The woman is bone deep stupid

Yeah, but your link doesn’t have any of the really good stuff. After all, it’s still ABC, though just a local affiliate, and it’s an effort to salvage something from the train wreck of the ABC “debate”. It never cited, for example, the brilliant political mind that answered this softball question” “Talk about bringing down prices and making life more affordable for people. What are one or two specific things you have in mind for that?”

Clearly unfamiliar with the word “specific” and obviously still lacking a plan, she reverted to her carefully memorized debate non-answer with babble about growing up around real people, like construction workers and nurses, and then looped around for a while before trying to come back and touch down on business creation.

“”Well, I’ll start with this,” she said. “I grew up a middle-class kid. My mother raised my sister and me. She worked very hard. She was able to finally save up enough money to buy our first house when I was a teenager. I grew up in a community of hardworking people. You know, construction workers and nurses and teachers. I try to explain to some people who might not have had the same experience, but a lot of people will relate to this.

You know, I grew up in a neighborhood of people who were really proud of their lawn, you know, and I was raised to believe and to know that all people deserve dignity and that we as Americans have a beautiful character. You know, we have ambitions and aspirations and dreams, but not everyone necessarily has access to the resources that can help them fuel those dreams and ambitions. So, when I talk about building an opportunity economy, it is very much with the mind of investing in the ambitions and aspirations and the incredible work ethic of the American people and creating opportunity for people, for example, to start a small business.”

You can kind of sense a vague concept of people expressing personal dignity even in the face of poverty by keeping their lawns nice and maybe painting their shutters or sweeping their sidewalks, but it is so fuzzy and nebulous and elusive that she just can’t get close enough to it to grab onto it and make it into a coherent thought. It’s like her thought process is a pinball and just when it approaches a real thought it hits a bumper and goes bouncing wildly in another direction.

All the concepts are there: character, ambition, dignity, work ethic; but when the pinball of her thought process heads toward any of them it never makes it and gets shot off in another direction till you hear the bells and the lights flash TILT!

She can’t finish a thought. She starts off with ” I try to explain to some people who might not have had the same experience” but never says what she tries to explain. Rattling around in there is the general idea that she tries to explain the experience of growing up having to do without, without a lot of money, but the thought process just falls into the void and when it climbs out the other side it doesn’t make any sense.

I checked back a bit and her only challenging election was the 2010 CA AG race – she was pitted against a real opponent, Republican Steve Cooley, who was Los Angeles County DA. The MSM helped her (of course) by asking in debate if he’d give up his government pension if elected AG…he said he wouldn’t and so the MSM and Team Harris (BIRM) made out that Cooley was some sort of greedy bastard for wanting to keep his pension. But here’s the real oddity – on election night, Cooley was leading and had declared victory…and then late arriving votes out of Democrat strongholds pushed Harris into a narrow lead. Surprise, surprise, surprise! Now, think about this – she had to get late votes to get over the top…in a incandescently Blue year in CA where every other Statewide office went to the Dems by landslides.

In 2014, she was now running in California’s jungle primary system approved in 2010…Democrats of course united behind her while 4 Republicans entered the field…the eventual GOP candidate was Democrat-lite who’s main selling point was “I’m not technically a Democrat”. Naturally when given that choice the GOP vote fell from 4.3 million in 2010 to 3 million in 2014. You just know that Democrats voted strategically in the jungle primary to ensure the least-acceptable GOPer got the GOP nod; Harris dropped from 4.4 million to 4.1 million so, just perhaps, a strong GOPer could have beaten her (her office was rife with corruption and laziness while she passed off all serious issues to the Feds for prosecution).

In 2016 her Senate opponent was another Democrat.

She’s never had to work for anything. She’s never been challenged.

“late arriving votes” changed a Republican victory to one for a Democrat! Gee, where have we heard that story before?

I wonder how many current or recently-in-office Democrats only got there due to “late arriving votes”.

(N)ow to Mr. Murphy: Washington State has just reported that due to freeing so many prisoners since 2020, there’s now a shortage of Washington State license plates.

    Stop laughing.

In Washington, drivers have months-long waits to get new license plates. Endless paper temporary “plates” will be de rigeuer until the leftists who run that state step away from the crack pipes.

The equipment to make license plates has been moved to the Big House to put murderers to work since the lesser offenders are now free to steal more cars and rob mom-and-pop stores.

Things are so serious that if Kamala Harris were Attorney General of Washington, she would, as she did in California, keep people in prison longer to keep them working in the prison sweatshops.

However, Big Brother has a plan to deal with this problem. It’s easy. Just replace license plates with electronic GPS trackers on cars.

Maybe this is just a convenient excuse to adopt California’s electronic license plates that put trackers on users’ cars. Reviver, the company that produces these for California, Arizona, and Michigan, is eyeing users in Oregon, Washington, New York, Florida, and Pennsylvania, as well as for fleets in Texas.

Really, what could go wrong? (Full disclosure here: My company has these trackers, or something like them, on our fleet vehicles. Because they are company vehicles, licensed and insured by the company and specifically for company use we need to know that they aren’t being used to take the family to Disney World or rob liquor stores, and we also keep track of speed. They have been helpful in finding stolen vehicles. But these are not privately owned vehicles, the drivers all know they can be monitored, and they are NOT “electronic license plates”. If the idea is to replace license plates with these so everyone can be tracked, this is chilling and totally unacceptable.)

This is even more appropriate for Kamala:

  4. Amazona's avatar Amazona September 14, 2024 / 12:02 pm

A favorite whine of the Left is “How is Trump going to deport 20 million illegals?” And the answer, of course, in spite of Kamala’s effort to portray the Right as storm troopers going house to house (a rather dangerous ploy given the Biden administration’s record of storm troopers mounting heavily armed dawn raids) the answer is that not all illegals will have to be physically rounded up.

It’s a linear thought progression: They are here for the benefits. Therefore, remove the benefits. (To this I would add “facilitate their departure” but that’s another topic.)

On Thursday, Trump said that if elected, he would ban illegal immigrants from receiving home mortgages and renting apartments in federally subsidized apartment buildings. He would also include conditions in their rental agreements, such as requiring people to show proof of citizenship or legal residency.

And then we can strictly enforce 8 U.S. Code § 1324

    (iii)

    knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation;

    (iv)

encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law; or

    (v)

    (I)

engages in any conspiracy to commit any of the preceding acts, or

    (II)

aids or abets the commission of any of the preceding acts,

shall be punished as provided in subparagraph (B).

    • Amazona's avatar Amazona September 14, 2024 / 12:25 pm

Then if citizenship or legal residency is a requirement to qualify for any kind of shelter, or government program or support, there will be mass self-deportation. Reinforce this with strong laws against being here after a certain period of time to allow for this self-deportation, which would require actual detention and prosecution, and the problem will start to resolve itself. Pass these laws at the end of January 2025 and make them go into effect and become enforceable on March 1, 2025, offering free transportation to several locations in Central and South America and Haiti. (If you are here from the Middle East you are on your own.)

One caveat: I would have different rules for dealing with long-term illegals who have paid taxes, not broken the law and indicated a desire to assimilate. This would only apply to post-2021 illegal entries.

      1. Asylum is solely a system to protect people who can prove persecution for political or religious grounds. Period. There is no such thing as “economic asylum”. So make it clear, though public service announcements and various means of communication that all asylum applications will be promptly and rapidly reviewed for this content and any asylum request that is not based on the specific requirements for asylum will be quickly rejected, meaning that the person involved must leave the country immediately or be arrested. False statements on asylum applications will be considered fraud and federal felonies and harshly prosecuted.

      2. No services—shelter, food, medical care or school—will be available to anyone who is not a citizen or legal resident.

      3. Any entity violating U.S. Code § 1324 will be prosecuted. If this is a non-taxable entity it will lose its tax free status as well as face federal charges and consequences, as will individuals in charge of those entities and making those decisions. No more NGOs or churches harboring illegals. This would also apply to government officials—mayors, governors, anyone participating in “sanctuary” cities or states or localities.

      4. Any illegal alien who is a member of a designated gang will be automatically assumed to be a criminal for the purposes of deportation, but will first be subjected to investigation for illegal activities and if found guilty of violent crime be punished to the fullest extent of our law, with no possibility of probation. International gangs will simply not be tolerated and will be eliminated by any means necessary.

    • Mark Noonan's avatar Mark Noonan September 14, 2024 / 2:37 pm

There’s a law that hasn’t been enforced – didn’t realize it had that much teeth! Basically, if you help an illegal you have broken the law…the only thing you can do if you know you’ve got an illegal in front of you is report him or do absolutely nothing…anything else is a crime.

But, yeah: Trump is on the right track – box them in. Really enforce laws against employing illegals. Make it impossible for them to participate in the American economy…they can’t work, they can’t get a house, can’t get a car, can’t get insurance. It would be impossible to deny them emergency medical care but we can certainly ensure that if anyone presents themselves at a hospital for a check up or treatment of a chronic problem that if they’re illegal, that is the moment they get sent back.

And it is crucial that all of them go back – this is not to be cruel. If we allow any percentage of the illegals to stay, under any guise, then we simply encourage the problem to continue. The Cartels trafficking these poor people don’t mind if they lose some…as long as they get most, or at least enough to make the traffic profitable. If it is 100% certain that you will eventually get caught and sent back, that will discourage all but genuine asylum seekers from even trying – and genuine asylum seekers will present themselves at legal border crossings.

Is it possible to be a state Attorney General and not know of this federal law?

That might be a good campaign approach—how can you vote for an AG who doesn’t even know the law?

      • Amazona's avatar Amazona September 14, 2024 / 2:43 pm

How about this aspect of the law?

encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law; or

I think the actions of Biden and Mayorkas constitute encouragement or inducement to come here illegally, making them felons many times over

This is an interesting post in the comments section of an online news site. It makes me think of the anger prompting comments by Spook and Cluster (and felt by me, though I haven’t talked about loading any guns):

    Written by Anonymous:

“The most terrifying force of death comes from the hands of Men who wanted to be left Alone.

They try, so very hard, to mind their own business and provide for themselves and those they love. They resist every impulse to fight back, knowing the forced and permanent change of life that will come from it. They know that the moment they fight back, their lives as they have lived them, are over.

The moment the Men who wanted to be left alone are forced to fight back, it is a form of suicide. They are literally killing off who they used to be.

Which is why, when forced to take up violence, these Men who wanted to be left alone, fight with unholy vengeance against those who murdered their former lives. They fight with raw hate, and a drive that cannot be fathomed by those who are merely play-acting at politics and terror.

TRUE TERROR will arrive at these people’s door, and they will cry, scream, and beg for mercy…
but it will fall upon the deaf ears…

of the Men who just wanted to be left alone.”

They don’t even try to hide it any more

During the first eight months of 2024, Chicago police arrested hundreds of people and recovered hundreds of guns and nearly 30,000 shell casings in part because of alerts from their ShotSpotter gun-shot detection system, which far-left mayor Brandon Johnson intends to begin phasing out in just over a week.

Police also responded significantly faster to ShotSpotter alerts than 911 calls, according to a Chicago Police Department report released this week that provides a new analysis of ShotSpotter data from January 1 through August 31.

The data analysis comes as many Chicago aldermen are looking into last-minute options to keep the life-saving technology, which Johnson has vowed to remove, in part to fulfill a campaign promise and to appease the anti-police activists who helped to elect him.

If crimes are identified, it spikes the numbers on crime reports. If technology can identify gunshots and where they come from, it’s a lot harder to deny that they happened, or cover up the ugly truth about the dangers of some neighborhoods.

  8. Amazona's avatar Amazona September 15, 2024 / 11:52 am

Back in 2020 when the Great Covid Panic was getting ramped up, I found myself very skeptical because of the media involvement in the medical aspect of the problem. When Trump mentioned a couple of potentially promising or helpful approaches to dealing with the virus and the media instantaneously jumped on his comments and gleefully misstated them I knew at that time that the whole thing was a massive scam that would only get worse. When the medical profession jumped on this bandwagon it became obvious that the fix was in, and I knew then that millions of people would die to prevent Trump from having any credit for being helpful in any way.

I knew, for example, that ivermectin is not only not a “poison” or even just “horse paste” but that it is a relatively benign and generally helpful drug, so when the media started their anti-ivermectin crusade I saw the writing on the wall. When I learned that the most dangerous symptom of Covid was massive overreaction of the autoimmune system flooding the lungs with fluids and saw “doctors” refusing to use a drug used for decades to deal with autoimmune overreaction (hydroxychloroquine) and saying to not use steroids to calm the inflammation when steroids are the go-to drugs to combat inflammation I could tell we were in for a rocky ride. I didn’t know why, exactly—surely not every doctor in the country was so virulently anti-Trump he would sentence his patients to die just to keep Trump from looking good—but I watched it happen in real time. (Only later did I learn that a few honest, sincere, doctors had risked their licenses and liberty to properly treat Covid patients, being forced to do so in a new underground health system reminiscent of the old Prohibition speakeasy days when to get in you had to have a referral from someone else. And only then did I learn that when these doctors were able to treat early stages of Covid they saved every patient, and saved many who went to them only in the later stages of the disease, while being forced to hide from their own government and their own medical associates.)

Then the truth about the dangers of the “vaccines” started to creep out, in spite of hysterical denials from the government and its complicit Agenda Media. And as I saw our own government forcing people to take these dangerous and experimental drugs or lose their jobs or military positions and the ability to travel freely I knew we would be looking, at some time in the future when people could fully research this episode in our history and write freely about it, an account of the biggest human rights violation in history

So today when I read this: What if the largest experiment on human beings in history is a failure? I saw that this is already starting to happen, as information is coming out about what could only kindly and generously be called a massive mistake but what is much more accurately the purposeful sacrifice of millions of lives in the pursuit of power. It is becoming obvious that the Covid experiment had two main goals: to test the willingness of human beings to submit to government control and give up their liberty and agency, and to eliminate millions of people who were for the most part the aged and the infirm and therefore a future burden for a government single-payer health care system. (The ability to use it against Trump was just the icing on the cupcake.) The deaths result from two main sources: One source is the refusal to engage in effective early treatment of Covid, relying instead on things like ventilators and refusing to use proven drugs and therapies, and the other is the ongoing damage from the “vaccines” which is targeting a younger demographic.

From the article: Dr. Malone says, after citing actuarial figures from a huge insurance company which find that “the increase in deaths represents “huge, huge numbers,” and that’s it’s not elderly people who are dying, but “primarily working-age people 18 to 64” who are the employees of companies that have group life insurance plans through OneAmerica.

“And what we saw just in third quarter, we’re seeing it continue into fourth quarter, is that death rates are up 40% over what they were pre-pandemic,” he said.

“Just to give you an idea of how bad that is, a three-sigma or a one-in-200-year catastrophe would be 10% increase over pre-pandemic,” he said. “So 40% is just unheard of.” Emphasis mine

AT A MINIMUM, based on my reading, one has to conclude that if this report holds and is confirmed by others in the dry world of life insurance actuaries, we have both a huge human tragedy and a profound public policy failure of the US Government and US HHS system to serve and protect the citizens that pay for this “service”.

IF this holds true, then the genetic vaccines so aggressively promoted have failed, and the clear federal campaign to prevent early treatment with lifesaving drugs has contributed to a massive, avoidable loss of life.

AT WORST, this report implies that the federal workplace vaccine mandates have driven what appear to be a true crime against humanity.  Massive loss of life in (presumably) workers that have been forced to accept a toxic vaccine at higher frequency relative to the general population of Indiana.

FURTHERMORE, we have also been living through the most massive, globally coordinated propaganda and censorship campaign in the history of the human race.  All major mass media and the social media technology companies have coordinated to stifle and suppress any discussion of the risks of the genetic vaccines AND/OR alternative early treatments.

Now I have to wonder how much of the panic about the possibility of Trump regaining power is based on awareness of the dangers of in-depth investigation of these actions. The list of agencies and individuals threatened by a Trump presidency keeps growing, and explaining the increased urgency of his opposition.

    More Complicit Agenda Media Lies

The Washington Post, which I think Mark Levin refers to as the Washington Compost, simply invents a lie, claiming “Vance doubles down on false claims demonizing immigrants

Sen. JD Vance (R-Ohio), Donald Trump’s running mate, acknowledged Sunday that he amplified the baseless claims that Haitian immigrants are eating their neighbors’ pets in Springfield, Ohio, “to draw attention to the Biden-Harris immigration policies.”

If he did, it was not in the disgusting Dana Bash “interview”, where he denied this. He repeated many times that he has been responding to complaints from his constituents (he is, after all, a Senator from Ohio) claiming that their pets are being eaten by Haitians placed in their communities by the Biden-Harris policies, and that these highlight the problems of these policies.

Also note the gratuitous editorializing claiming the reports are “false” and “baseless”—-another favorite trick of the Complicit Agenda Media as they present their politically-motivated inventions as actual “news”. No one from the Post has visited Springfield or interviewed any of the witnesses, and testimony is evidence.

Also, these people are not “immigrants” in the traditional, legal, sense of the word. They are illegal aliens, brought to this country under the pretense that an Executive Order from the White House legally overrides actual legislated law.
