The election news is so positive for the GOP that you seriously start to wonder if its all too good to be true. All I can say right now is: get out and vote. Bring a friend. But not that blue-haired maiden aunt; leave her at home.

The Democrats have tried their October surprise – a claim that Trump praised Hitler. The story is entirely unsourced and even some MSM outfits are treating it as the garbage that it is. I doubt it’ll get any traction – Democrats have been calling Trump Hitler since 2015. You can only do that so long before everyone who’s not a Democrat fanatic just tunes it out. But I doubt this is the last of if – if things are as going as well for us as we think, then the Democrats will just get more desperate as we approach election day. There is no lie they won’t utter – no dirty trick they won’t engage in. Yes, they will cheat if they can – but they can only cheat if its close in crucial areas as it was in 2020. I suspect this won’t be close.

To digress for a moment here: the Democrats and the overall Left don’t even know why Hitler was bad. Even if Hitler had never carried out the Holocaust he still would have been someone who all decent people had to oppose. Hitler was bad because he thought that God didn’t exist and that the State stood supreme over all human considerations. In other words, the basics of Hitler’s evil was the same as the evil of Communism and Fascism…and, of course, the godless modern Left who want total control of our lives.

Harris took the day off yesterday and is mostly taking today off – just a bit of prep work for an interview. And yet her team is calling Trump exhausted. It is very strange how her campaign is being run – and some people are pointing out that Harris has pulled together some pretty bad people to run it. Like they just don’t know what to do. Sending Harris to campaign in Texas is just bizarre. Having her take days off with two weeks left to go is malpractice. If (when) Harris loses, the knives will come out – she will be chopped to pieces as everyone runs for cover and disavows any responsibility.

Anyways, I just hope this proves true: I’m tired of Nevada voting for the idiot every election.

Tucker is dropping facts. The momentum is on our side but never let up. We not only need to defeat Democrats, we need to destroy the grip the globalists, the Clintons, and the Obamas have on that party.

That was so good I had to watch it twice. I hope every person who has not voted or maybe was not planning to vote watches it.

He makes the same point I have been making, which is that it doesn’t matter who they run, but he ties it in to the core tenet of Leftism, which is collectivism. I have not taken that next step and it’s an important one.

I don’t remember Obama’s exact words but he once opined on salvation being collective, and my response was no, salvation is individual. But the concept of the collective is at the very heart of the Left and often referred to.

The Right is about individualism and individual responsibility and individual salvation, while the Left is much more of a hive mind mentality based on collectivism.

On quite a few occasions, Kamala has mentioned the need for everyone to “end up in the same place”, and to do that, “some people will require more because of where they started”. I’m not sure if she even grasps it, but that kind of thinking is straight up communism.

Equality of Outcome. It’s their core belief. Of course, the outcome when everyone is guaranteed to share it equally is always pretty lousy—everyone gets a car but it’s a beige four-banger, everyone gets free housing but it’s 700 square feet in a densely occupied high rise, everyone gets free food but you won’t find steaks or ribs in that grocery cart. All income is merged and then doled out equally to everyone so there is no incentive to do well leading to mediocrity in production.

Dems pretend they just want to move some people up to a higher starting place on the ladder, so they don’t have so far to go to “catch up” but that’s not how it really works. How it really works is that some people get pushed to the top of the ladder without qualifying for this success, knocking hard working productive and qualified people off to make room for them.

It’s not even the Peter Principle, which is based on the concept that a person is qualified up to a point and just promoted beyond that point. DEI drops the whole “qualified” thing altogether and even rejects it as unnecessary and even a negative.

I’ve been aware of Joe Rogan for a while but not listened to him. I tried, once, for few minutes and it was just boring chitchat between him and some guy who works for him, and sounded like something you might overhear on a bus, so I was not impressed.

But I’m going to check in to the show tomorrow, and I have a feeling that having Trump on is going to boost Joe’s numbers dramatically because I don’t think his core audience and Trump supporters overlap a lot in a Venn diagram.

    To prepare, there is this:

I’m not a Rogan guy either, but his reach is huge and should help Trump.

I tried listening to Rogan today and just can’t deal with the stupidity. I love a good conspiracy theory as much as the next guy, but seriously—linking Bushes, Obama and John Hinkley? Give me a good solid UFO story, or even an alien abduction, and I do love me some Bigfoot updates, but don’t just throw crap at a wall to see if it will stick.

I’ll just have to wait and catch a video of the Trump part.

Evidently the Trump/Rogan interview went very well, so I’ll catch up on during the day today. One review:

“As Trump spoke candidly about his presidency, Harris continued to dodge meaningful engagement. While she clung to celebrity endorsements and shallow interviews, Trump laid bare his strategy for governance and his vision for America. Rogan, known for his open-ended format and incisive questioning, gave Trump the space to explore complex topics, from foreign policy to election integrity, in a way that mainstream media simply does not allow. And through it all, Trump’s humor, intellect, and genuine connection to the American people shone through.

It is clear to me now that all of her Conservative positions were just to retain political viability in Wyoming. She’s even now moving towards pro-abortion. None of these people who ran the party ever gave a damn about us…we were just pawns. Things to be used so they could get ahead.

      • Amazona's avatar Amazona October 24, 2024 / 10:42 pm

Well, the people in Wyoming, once her mask slipped, wasted no time in getting rid of her. Emphatically, dramatically, working to get rid of her.

The day after she came out against Trump so visibly, in taking over the J6 hearing, I was at a tractor dealer in Wyoming and out of nowhere the cashier asked me what I thought of this. I told her, and within a couple of minutes every employee, including the mechanics, and a couple of customers, were all gathered in the office talking about her and the atmosphere was so hostile toward her it might not have been a good idea for her to walk in the door at that time. And it never cooled off.

    Mark,

Glenn Beck is raving about Trump’s Las Vegas speech yesterday as being the best he’s ever given. Did you see it?

    • Cluster's avatar Cluster October 25, 2024 / 9:45 am

Trump has hit his stride and has become a more relaxed, more focused candidate and he is killing it. All the while, Kamala and Democrats become more loud and more angry. Kamala lost the election the other night when she did the CNN town hall. That was a train wreck and even Democrat pundits are in a panic over that. I also read a report that during the 22 minute interview on Fox, she mentioned Trump over 40 times. Kamala is just not up to the task of POTUS and Americans know that.

The question is, will Democrats allow Trump to govern? Or do they start impeachment proceedings again on day 1? Time will tell

      • Amazona's avatar Amazona October 25, 2024 / 2:47 pm

They will start by trying to keep him from being inaugurated, with a prison sentence and claims that a felon can’t be inaugurated. After that they will try impeachment again, but impeachment is actually only for allegations of wrongdoing while the president is in office. Last time around they tried, and got away with, going after things he did before taking office, but we wouldn’t let them get away with that this time. With a decent AG any impeachment effort would have to wait till he actually DID anything as president, in the current term.

Hopefully the Right will have at least some ducks in something approximating a row, and can meet every such effort with howls of INSURRECTION !!!!—-trying to overthrow a legally elected government and assume its powers.

As for Kamala losing the election based on her performance(s), none of that will matter to about 40 million people. As Tucker said in that speech, it doesn’t matter who they run. The base will vote for any D, probably even one To Be Named Later.

We’ve been having fun, so let’s join some guy named Parker Thayer in his enjoyment of the freak-out over the WaPo decision to not endorse either candidate. He posts a meltdown comment from a Lib and his own reaction to it in a long thread that just gets funnier and funnier. I do love to watch someone enjoy himself as much as he does.

SOUND THE TRUMPETS AND RING THE BELLS, THE DAY OF SEETHING IS UPON US

UNFURL THE BANNERS, RAISE THEM HIGH, THE DAY OF NON-ENDORSEMENT IS HERE

Speaking of “seething” the reaction to the sight of a red MAGA hat behind home plate at the Dodgers/Yankees game gives a whole new bump to the term. People were freaking out, demanding that she be ejected from the arena and in general having a hard time dealing with it. There’s never been a better time to buy a “Liberal Tears” mug as there are going to be a lot of them.

The New York Times explicitly described this Trump-deranged trend as having zero evidence. But they still explained the theory:

In other words, they think Bezos is scared that he’ll get the Elon Musk treatment. Even though fear of deep state retribution was the first explanation they ran to, Democrats still can’t see that the real problem is a weaponized federal government. Democrats cannot imagine a world where the papers’ owners have good faith, bona fide reasons for not endorsing Harris.)

In an excellent article called PREPARING FOR THE STEAL Zero Hedge addresses the antics of Brad Raffensberger, who has somehow avoided legal consequences while Rudy Giuliani has been stripped of his home and personal property because he exercised his 1st Amendment rights to comment on a video of actions by some Georgia vote counters. Georgia is evidently not ready to give up its election manipulations.

Evidently on a roll, Zero Hedge also prints a very provocative opinion piece that I think will echo with some here who have expressed similar ideas, STEPPING ON THE SNAKE.
