The funniest thing about Biden pardoning Hunter is the pretend-shock among the Left and Never Trumpers…those who aren’t immediately getting on board with the pardon (which is most of them) are all “well, I never! Who could have thought that Joe Biden would lie to us???”. Just another reminder that Trump’s most important act to date was taking out the trash on the Right.
It is a ten year pardon – going back to just before Hunter was placed on the board of Bursima. Which means that he’s now skating on everything he did during that time and Joe is betting that Trump’s DOJ won’t indict him on his part of it (Hunter can’t refuse to testify now – his 5th Amendment right against self-incrimination doesn’t apply…he can’t be prosecuted for these things). This is probably a good bet – and might have already been discussed between Biden and Trump. Biden isn’t going to live much longer anyway…and even if indicted, his lawyers could very easily get a declaration that he’s not competent to stand trial. What was extra funny is that given the wording of it, there was a several hour period where Hunter could have robbed a bank yesterday and there would have been nothing anyone could do about it…Biden pardoned Hunter for everything done to December 1st.
There was, of course, zero chance that Hunter wasn’t going to skate…there was no way Biden was going to die while his only living son was locked up. This is over and above the Biden Crime Family aspect of it…it just wasn’t going to happen. All those firm statements that he wouldn’t were just lies…and everyone knew they were lies when stated. But what is odd is that usually these are done right out the door…in the last week in office, some times on the last day. Makes me (and others) wonder about the health status of Joe right now? Someone was in a hurry to get this done.
Trump posted on Truth right after tying this to the J6 defendants and so the expectation is that they walk sometime in the afternoon of January 20th. There is still some debate about how widespread the pardons should be – some arguing that only non-violent people should be pardoned. Nope: in my view, its gotta be everyone. And then compensation for them. We must “insult to injury” here. We have to let the Democrats now that it is over – their whole lawfare scheme is done and now the real law is about to be turned on them.
Jeff Childers has a good analysis of THE PARDON, but I especially liked this part:
What killed any chance of making this look like “a father’s love” is making it for 10 years…from just after Hunter joined Bursima. That lets everyone know that all the stories of Biden Family corruption are true, and that Joe was primarily protecting himself.
The next pardon will be for Jim Biden. The question is, does Joe pardon himself on the way out the door?
This next 16 years is going to be SO MUCH FUN!
That’s funny!
“Never underestimate Joe’s ability to fuck things up” – Barack Obama
The Democrat Party is collapsing under the weight of identity politics and Joe Biden’s lies, greed, and incompetence and I for one could not be happier.
Biden isn’t going to live much longer anyway…and even if indicted, his lawyers could very easily get a declaration that he’s not competent to stand trial.
It doesn’t matter and at this point it’s not really about Joe either. Just forcing Hunter to testify against his father, uncle and all other associates will place him in a very difficult situation. Besides, we need to know the truth to the extent it compromised us, and institute ways to protect from this happening again. This includes knowing what financial payouts were provided and what they were in exchange for, especially with relation to foreign countries.
The last thing deep state wants is exposure of anything they did (or plan on doing). This keeps their minions clueless and allows them to continue their atrocities. The amount of investigation needed to bring to light the evil perpetrated against the US citizens and innocents of the world is beyond what can be accomplished in the next 4 years, especially with the resistance working even harder to make Trump’s next Presidency a difficult one. I believe, using Hunters forced testimony will open unknown doors. Outside of obvious places to go after the deep state, it seems imperative that we shut down their theft of funds to run their enterprises. Once that is compromised, their ability to continue or protect themselves or carry out their plans should substantially diminish.
We are aware of at least a few people guilty of treason during Trumps last time in office and probably more will be found guilty once he takes office again. For this the death penalty could be imposed. The obvious reason is the seriousness of the crime dictates it. Under what circumstances would you be in favor this, or are ways to accomplish better results with lifetime jail and getting the perps to divulge everything they know, especially things that might likely go under the radar? Not sure how much of deterrent lethal injection for a few guilty people would be given the enormity of the deep state enterprise, though it certainly wouldn’t bother me any either. The big players tend to insulate themselves but taking even one of them down would be monumental.
I always understood “treason” to be betrayal of the nation by providing aid and comfort to a declared enemy in a declared war, and if that is accurate then, while behaviors might feel treasonous, they might not rise to the legal level of defined treason. If it is accurate then there should be a slightly less severe definition and punishment for those who merely act against the best interests of their nation, by working to damage its national security for example. And actively working to cripple and undermine a legally elected administration ought to qualify in some way as a form of treason.
sedition is defined as the federal crime of advocating for an uprising against or overthrow of the government through speech, publication, or organization. In most cases, sedition involves participating in a conspiracy to prevent the government from conducting its legally assigned duties in a manner that goes beyond the constitutionally protected expression of opinion or protest against government policy.
……………………
In the United States, sedition is a serious federal felony punishable by fines and up to 20 years in prison.
This is close to “insurrection”, which is an actual effort to overthrow a government and assume its powers, usually but not necessarily with violence. A lot of anti-American, anti-government stuff is more like vandalism, just wanting to damage the government or the nation, but not necessarily to assume its powers.
When you get to “treason” the definitions are all over the place. Merriam Webster says it is ” the offense of attempting by overt acts to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance or to kill or personally injure the sovereign or the sovereign’s family” Go to Britannica and you get: the crime of betraying a nation or a sovereign by acts considered dangerous to security. Cambridge is more expansive: “(the crime of) showing no loyalty to your country, especially by helping its enemies or trying to defeat its government.”
The Constitution defines treason: “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. So our Constitution appears to define treason as not only giving aid and comfort to an enemy but also to “levying war” against the nation, and that leaves a lot of room for interpretation. And there seems to be a lot overlap, among sedition and insurrection and treason, enough to make prosecution dodgy.
I think the #RESIST movement that followed Trump’s first election would easily qualify as sedition, as it was quite openly dedicated to interfering with his ability to fully function as president, and with his administration’s ability to govern.
The Democrat Party is going to remain the minority party for quite some time, particularly after this announcement …

That’s right. Biden and democrats are sending $1 billion to AFRICA for their HOMELESS problem. Meanwhile, American families in NC are still waiting for their $700 checks from FEMA. I have never despised anyone the way I do Joe Biden. He is a complete piece of shit and I am so happy that a reprobate like him has destroyed that party.
Jan. 20 can not come soon enough
Where is the money coming from? That is, I thought the House has to make all spending decisions. Is this legislated, coming out of some slush fund, ???
Who the heck really knows?
And who is going to arrest Biden and other Executive officials for misappropriating funds?
It seems to me that this money isn’t immediately deposited but might have to go through steps, allowing time for Trump to shut it down. We can only hope. It does seem like this would be a good time to start some saber rattling about prosecuting malfeasance, misappropriation of funds, etc. In the meantime, is it really given away or just a pledge, like the supposed college loan “forgiveness”?
I often wondered about that. How is it that Bidum is able to spend money not allocated by congress, such as student loan payments & ongoing funds to Ukraine, while President Trump wasn’t able to find similar money to fund the wall? I believe much of what’s being designated by demoncrats as good will or humanitarian or some conceived “emergency” aid, ultimately finds a portion of that very money rerouted back into their control for alternate back channel unaudited designations.
I can almost guarantee that a good portion of the money sent to Ukraine was in turn given to NGO’s to help illegal migrant caravans. We have people showing up at our border who are well dressed, clean, have cell phones, and even luggage. Who is paying for that? Thank God we won, now it’s time to really clean house.
Same goes for the Ukraine war. The question isn’t whether or not Ukraine is a gigantic money-laundering operation, but how many millions, or likely billions found its way back into Democrat campaign coffers.
I’ve been asking the same question about the billions funneled to Pfizer and Moderna, as Biden et al mandated that everyone use their barely-tested ineffective and dangerous drugs.
Here’s something that occurred to me – the trans issue kinda rocketed up there, didn’t it? I mean, it was around but not major national issue and nobody was talking about mutilating kids…but then, whammo!, its everywhere…and every institution in America is acting like its always been there and that the most extreme position has always been the mainstream. That sort of uniformity and speed doesn’t happen without someone paying for it…I’d really like to have someone do a deep dive into Obamacare…my bet is that somewhere in there are subsidies for transition and the lifting of regulatory bans against it (like, perhaps, low-key shields against malpractice and such). Because it does seem to have really become a thing after Obamacare. Could very much be part of passing it to find out what’s in it.
