Now, do keep in mind that Trump didn’t ban flag burning – the hair on fire comments about his Executive Order were made by people who hadn’t read it. In line with the absurd Supreme Court ruling that flag burning is speech, Trump doesn’t propose to arrest anyone for burning a flag. But if that burning is an incitement to riot, then you’re going to be in trouble. Trump is, as usual, the most law-abiding of Presidents. Probably the most law-abiding since Coolidge. Certainly far better at it than the utterly lawless Biden and Obama Administrations.
So, why do I tie it in with the Scottish girl? Because she’s not free – that’s her problem. She had to take an axe to defend herself because the UK is a lawless nation. Oh, sure: the authorities will arrest you and charge you and put you in jail…but only very selectively (for instance, the girl is being charged with assault…not the man who was trying to assault the girl’s 12 year old sister). Selective application of law is no law at all. It is merest whim of whomever has the power to do a thing.
Here’s now the Ruling Class works – and they’ve done this since the USSR and Nazi Germany – create lawlessness and then impose rules allegedly designed to suppress the lawlessness but which actually work out to tying the people hand and foot. Lenin ordered the Russians to “loot the looters” and they did…and then Lenin’s successor imposed a criminal code to ostensibly to get a handle on this but what you found in practice is that it allowed the looting to continue unabated (except, of course, against those who were specially protected) while the slightest deviation from Stalinist ideology got you ten years in Gulag. The British Ruling Class imported a huge class of aliens with no connection to or love for Britain, allowed them to run rampant with crime, and has now enacted laws allegedly to control crime but which actually control the British people…various speech codes for social media, and such. The migrants are still out there committing crime with impunity…their victim is facing criminal charges for not allowing herself to be attacked…oh, and that censorship is still in place…from what I understand, hardly anyone in the UK has even heard of the incident…it is completely suppressed on social media while the MSM won’t talk about it. And if they do, rely on it the girl will be called a racist in all reporting.
What Trump is trying to do with the EO on flag burning and by sending the Guard into DC is to end the lawlessness. It has to be done. If it isn’t done, then the next time the Democrats get back in, they’ll enact laws allegedly to stop the the chaos they created but which will have the practical effect of making MAGA illegal. Now, I personally believe that burning the American flag is not speech and I’d be perfectly happy sending a flag burner to jail for a few years, and then disenfranchising and deporting him. But, Trump won’t do that – but he’s doing the next best thing: making the Left think twice…and if they don’t think twice and decide to go on a rampage of flag burnings, that just goes into the 2026 campaign ads.
Trump fired Fed Governor Cook – she’s being charged with signing for two different mortgages that listed each separate property as her primary residence. This, by the way, is illegal. Under US law, you only have one primary residence – it is why it is called “primary”. Now, you might ask: why would she do something as stupid as sign loan documents like that when its all easily accessible records which nobody can possibly misunderstand? Because she thought she’d never be caught – none of them do. The entire Ruling Class thinks it is invincible…because until January 20th of this year, it was. The only people who got caught were those the Ruling Class wanted to dispose of for whatever reason. The sooner everyone starts thinking of the Ruling Class like a Mafia, the better – because that is what it is: and as the movie Goodfellas pointed out, the primary purpose was to provide protection. The Mafia, as such, didn’t commit the crimes…they just took a percentage of the proceeds in order to provide cover (that was the genius idea of Lansky and Luciano). So, too, with our Ruling Class…with the percentage being extracted in various ways – some times it is just straight up money, but it is also things like lowering interest rates to help Biden and then keeping them high to harm Trump. That’s Cook’s job – and she was sure something as trivial as a mortgage document would never come back to haunt her.
Our Ruling Class is shot through with such corruption – it is part of the reason we really gotta work for GOP victory in 2026 and 2028 because we’re going to need years to really get after these people. They’re all giving and taking bribes, falsifying documents, producing bogus reports and studies…anything and everything they need to make sure that everything works out to them staying in power and on the gravy train.

I never did like the guy and reportedly he was quite careless with classified material which could be his downfall and isn;t that ironic after he spent a couple years on MSNBC blaming Trump for the same thing. Evidently to the empowered journalist, women’s progress can only be measured in workplace economic data as compared to men, and if those metrics are off, well then inequality exists. Two of the top three States are Utah and Idaho, both States of which I have family in, and one of which I lived in for quite a few years and I can honestly say, some of the happiest people I have ever known live in those States. Measuring peoples happiness by economic data is Orwellian and dystopian but it does play right into the hands of a ruling class who see the populace as simply a labor force. Corporations love childless women, one reason why they offer to pay for abortions and phrasing it as healthcare. But real happiness is never found in a paycheck or a promotion. Real happiness is found in family, friendship, and worship and a country that loses sight of that, will eventually lose their consent of the people. I think the reason why our younger generation pushes so hard for socialism is because they have lost sight of what real happiness is. If you spend anytime on X, you’ll see that our younger generations are enflamed politically, and it’s not healthy. I posed a simple question to some non binary lesbian on X the other day asking her .. what is a woman? That set off an unbelievable amount of rage from so many commentators that I finally left the conversation. I was a little shocked at how angry and hostile they become. They have zero education and zero conflict resolution skills.
I am guessing this journalist who wrote the piece has never even been to Idaho or Utah. If she did ever go, and spent a little time there …. I think her opinion would change. Women offer so much more to life and happiness then any data could ever measure. My hope is that the younger generations begin to rebuke the Lefts push to secularize and categorize people by oppressors and oppressed, and start to cherish family and individualism again. That’s how we get back to normal.

Any article in the Daily Mail is about as credible as anything on HuffPo or said by Joe Scarborough. The criteria listed are arbitrary and unrelated to happiness or how women are “treated”. The comments on Utah reek of religious bigotry and basic facts are simply ignored. For example, a lot of the Texas economy is based in the petroleum industry, and women simply do not work on oil rigs.
One thing that jumped out to me was the constant reference to “education”. That is pretty funny, given the fact that the quality of education has fallen dramatically across the nation, particularly in blue states, because of the growing control by the Left. She carefully avoids any specifics about education, such as statistics for reading comprehension, math skills, etc. because any specifics could then be applied to women living in Boston, Los Angeles, Chicago, etc. The authors never bothered to define “health care” but I speculate that it centers on abortion. And these are primarily rural states, and healthcare is notoriously less available in rural areas. This is true for men as well.
In other words, it’s not just a hit piece, it is a clumsy hit piece, not even bothering to pretend to legitimacy. The author’s opinion would never change merely by being exposed to the facts. Her agenda was to attack the Right and look down on women who live in primarily red states. She could be immersed in communities of healthy women joyfully employed as full-time mothers and wives, completely happy in the lives they have chosen, secure in loving and monogamous marriages, and still look down on them for not getting paychecks or abortions and define those as essential criteria for happiness. She might as well have done a study on how often women get manicures and base a theory on overall happiness on how much women care about their fingernails.

You know, maybe something like securing the building when classes start, hiring ex vets to watch entrances and exits during school hours, have ex vets monitor the playgrounds, arm teachers with non lethal weapons ie; byrna’s or high velocity pepper sprays.

One thing that is pretty obvious by now is that as the Democrats made the trans community the Oppressed Victims, a huge number of very bad people started taking on the trans identity in order to avoid scrutiny. Basically, in all Blue and most Red locations, the local authorities are deathly afraid of doing anything that the MSM can cast as “transphobic”…so, nutjobs like today’s shooter are allowed to carry on without anyone even thinking about stopping them. I am confident he’ll be shown on lots of people’s radar…a guy like that is noticeable. Being trans – for bad people – is a way to gain access to weapons and victims without anyone daring to take a second look.
There is that—and there is also the fact that a trans person is already, by definition, emotionally disturbed, and the Left has taken advantage of this and instead of getting these unhappy people the help they need they have been used to advance a political agenda. So there has been this huge PR campaign that has simultaneously celebrated this, fed into the sad wishful thinking that gender can be changed, and and at the same time created the delusion that they are hated and despised for their condition. Throw a little anti-religious hate gasoline on that smoldering fire of confusion and resentment and anger and it’s no surprise to see someone snap and lash out at a symbol of religion.
The Mrs and I were talking it over this morning and she was trying to remember when the whole trans thing started – which is probably how most people view it. The thing was suddenly there and the whole Ruling Class was immediately 100% on board…everything changed overnight. As I said when SSM was given the green light, it was a gigantic slippery slope…to call something by a name which doesn’t match up to reality might seem harmless, but it is a horrible thing to do. Whatever we might want for our gay and lesbian fellow citizens is a matter for us to decide via law in an organic political process…to willy nilly say that something which had never been other than one man and one woman is now also one man and one man opened up a can of worms. As I’ve noted, I thought the next step was plural marriages…but it turns out the next step was “I was born in the wrong body”. If men and women are interchangeable in marriage, they’re interchangeable in all things.
But the Left also lost the argument – people don’t want a world where second rate male athletes take all the women’s championships. Don’t want grown men going to the restroom with little girls. Don’t want flamboyant caricatures of women reading stories to little kids (and why don’t they ever want to read stories to the oldsters in a nursing home?). This isn’t hostility to trans – it is just recognition of certain boundaries which must be respected if we’re to have a functional society. But in response to this, the Left has fed their people the story that we’re trying to genocide transgenders…and this nutjob believed it, completely.
There have always been “trannies”—men who dressed as women. Some did it because it was sexually thrilling, some (like the man I have referred to here) just because sometimes they “just wanted to look pretty” and experience the ability of women to dress up, some because they hated being men and wished they could be women and wanted to try living as women. I have never bought into the idea that they truly believed they WERE women, just “born into the wrong body”, but just wished they could be women, wanted to be women, and had a hard time with the concept that you don’t always get what you want.
The thing is, this was accepted as an aberration. The British movie “Kinky Boots” is an excellent portrayal of a man yearning to be a woman and trying to integrate it into his life, and his eventual acceptance as a valuable human being with a quirk.
Then the Left latched onto this as a political tool, or rather political bludgeon. It checked so many boxes. It gave the virtue-signalers something else to feel morally smug about, it created conflict, and it ended up dividing people into opposing camps. So what if it sacrificed confused people, especially young children at the mercy of their virtue-signaling parents eager to show off their proof of moral superiority? It’s not on the scale of starving millions of Ukrainians or butchering millions of Cambodians to gain a little political traction, and those have been accepted as OK by the Left.

And we have been talking about the crucial need to defund the Left here on the blog for ages…it is all about money. The American Left was a few cranks writing books and articles nobody read until FDR started to infuse it with New Deal cash in the 1930’s (additionally, the USSR provided funds after FDR recognized the Soviet government). Since then, the Left has gone on its Long March through the institutions and now just about everyone is on board…but the basis is still taxpayer funding. Trump has made a gigantic hit on that and it is already hurting…we didn’t have a Summer of Love (Violence) this year because the money simply wasn’t there to pay for mobs. The Democrat fundraising is anemic for 2026. Now with the hint of RICO coming for these organizations, it’ll get even worse for the Left.

There might be some legitimate non-profits but offhand I can only think of a few. Most are scams and vehicles for either fraud and grifting or for funneling money to the Left—and they are not mutually exclusive.
I’ve been complaining about the refusal to follow up on the paying of professional rioters for at least a couple of years now. We have laws against inciting riots, we have laws against paying people to riot, we have laws against crossing state lines to riot or incite violence, we have all sorts of laws already in place—but none (NONE!) have been enforced. And a law without a penalty is exactly the same as no law at all.
Every one of the offenses I listed has a paper trail. You can’t fly without officially documented ID. You can’t rent a car without a drivers’ license and either a credit card or a company account, which has its own requirements for establishment. You can’t rent a hotel room without proof of ID and a credit card. (Even when I used the old Priceline model and paid a discounted hotel rate through Priceline when I checked in I had to have a current, verified, credit card on file to cover any additional expenses.)
We have had the laws on the books and we have had the technical ability to track these criminals, yet we have never done a single thing to arrest and prosecute them. Not the professional rioters themselves, as they have blatantly traveled across state lines in public transportation governed by federal laws, openly wearing their black bloc uniforms and talking about their exploits in public.. Certainly not the money men funding them, paying for their transportation and rental cars and hotel rooms or AirBnBs and their restaurant meals and the purchase and delivery of riot materials (pallets of bricks) blatantly delivered the night before a SCHEDULED riot.
And if any of this could have been definitively tracked back to Soros we could have rescinded his naturalized citizenship, meaning that no party or candidate could accept any money from him because he would then be a foreign source.
This has all been a lot easier to track, prove and prosecute than unraveling the tangled web of inter-related funding shown in the article on Arabella. So maybe now, finally, someone is going to take some action on this. Not while it is in play, of course. Not the simple act of having the FBI track professional rioters in real time from hotel to riot scene to airport to next hotel to next riot scene while all expenditure are logged and traced. No, they were too busy tracking down grandmothers who had been invited into the Capital building to chat with guards and take selfies with them. That, and hiding incriminating evidence of Bureau wrongdoing in burn bags in case it might be needed for leverage if certain shenanigans were ever revealed.
I think it is a mistake to prioritize going after the big fish – its what we’ve done in the War on Drugs and all we find is that the previous Drug Lord is simply replaced by the next. Sure: get the big fish when and as you can, but if you want to stop it, you have to hurt the foot soldiers. Make it unprofitable for them to be in the game. In the drug trade it would be spectacular punishment of the mules who move the drugs and the petty street dealers. For the Left, it is going right after the rioters…the guys who get the money to smash the windows and start the process rolling (with most of the rioters being just local cretins who, once they see the police won’t stop them, go along with the instigators).
I agree, to a point, but think a double-pronged effort would be most effective. Going after low-level drug handlers and sellers is a good idea, but whenever possible take down a big guy. If it was my turn to run things I might send in several Tier One operations simultaneously to hit the big cartel bosses with military-like attacks and just take them out. Oh, every now and then keep one to march in front of the cameras looking like hammered s**t and not at all glamorous or dangerous, but the rest should just–disappear. No bodies left behind, just some blood pools and empty rooms where the money used to be stored. Drop some lurid gossip about the bosses being tossed out of helicopters shackled to bowling balls. Burn the drugs, burn the houses, take the compounds to the ground. And go after the suppliers, the growers and the chemists. Make drugs Not Fun. Scorched Earth on steroids. (And then try to refrain from giggling when threatened with the Mexican Army.)
For rioters, I would definitely go after the money men while rounding up and prosecuting, to the max, the professional rioters as well as the more violent recreational rioters. And as a deterrent I still think saturating a riot with stink juice would make rioting very definitely Not Fun. Because after the projectile vomiting (very much Not Fun, and damaging to a Tough Guy image) there would be the discarding of all the clothes and dealing with not being allowed back in the house/dorm/apartment till the stink wears off. A lasting aura of disgusting odor would definitely discourage future riot participation, as well as saving money for the state and keeping the courts available for the big fish. Who would, of course, be facing federal charges and federal penalties, putting them out of reach of the lapdog Leftists in the various blue cities. But taking down a big money man or two would be very upsetting to the Left, pointing out that yes, there ARE consequences and they ain’t pretty.
The RICO approach is interesting, but RICO is a tough sell
