It has been noted that if they won’t change because of this, then they’re not going to change. So, as the Left is not changing after they orchestrated the murder of Charlie Kirk, we just have to go on the assumption they never will change. This means we have to think a bit differently about what outcome we want – that is, what is our definition of victory?
It isn’t good enough to simply beat them even for a whole series of elections – we must get to a point where it is impossible for the modern American Left to ever be in control of the destiny of our nation. This is so because they have now absolutely proved that their goal is our death or enslavement. They will not quit, will not change and the only thing preventing them from putting us against the wall at any given moment is the lack of power. Now we on the Right much better understand why Pinochet and Franco did what they did – not out of bloodthirsty cruelty, but because they knew that if they didn’t, then everyone they knew and loved would be killed. Keep in mind that both men only acted when they felt they absolutely had to and both almost acted too late…just a little more time for their opponents in either case and they would have lost forever (it should be noted that Pinochet, like us, was patient – he obeyed Allende’s orders to suppress anti-Allende protests and only reluctantly joined the coup when he perceived that Allende was leading Chile to destruction).
The good news is that the murder of Kirk has opened a lot of eyes – even among middle of the road, Trump-skeptical people. In spite of relentless lies about Kirk since he was killed (in addition to all the lies prior), people do perceive that all he was doing was talking. He wasn’t inciting violence. He wasn’t calling for tyranny. Just talking…and he was killed…and then large numbers of Left people shouted for joy. The man was killed in front of his wife and children…a very terrorist, public execution. A warning to everyone else: don’t talk! And this perception is moment by moment alienating more people from the Left. Whether or not they’ll now all turn out for us is unknown…but it is unlikely they’ll turn out for Democrats. At least, not until Democrats clearly and distinctly condemn what happened without any “but” in there.
The bad news is that no matter what happens, tens of millions of people are totally committed to the Left – their place in the world (at least in their minds) is dependent upon toeing the Party Line. If even they want to change, they feel they can’t – too much to be lost. Position. Wealth. Friends. All gone if they stray even an inch from orthodoxy. In addition, the major media outlets – in spite of some tremors of change recently – have doubled down on lying for the Democrats. Going along with their talking point which is overtly that Trump causes the violence and covertly that Kirk had it coming. That sort of social reach means that if the stars align, an unrepentant Democrat party gets into power…and we already saw Biden’s people making major efforts to criminalize dissent…this will go on overdrive if any Democrat obtains Executive power in the USA.
This is why Trump must really go after these people – and there are signals that he’s going to. The shutdown of USAID and other government programs has massively hurt the Left. But there are still plenty of money-bags out there. Think about how the Army of Bots was out on social media within minutes of the assassin’s arrest telling everyone that the killer was MAGA…it is now dogma on the Left that he was MAGA and no amount of facts will change that. They believe it. The Party has told them to ignore the evidence of their eyes and they are doing so…but the really disturbing thing here is that army of bots which put out the Party Line: someone paid for it. And as the Party Line is that the killer is MAGA based on his background, this means the person or persons who paid the bots knew who the killer was before the arrest. What I’m saying here is that the Leftist Money is paying for a certain outcome…relentlessly putting out the word about MAGA’s evil and Trump’s a Nazi and going on the dark web to tell the mentally unstable that they must kill. And then setting up the talking points in advance as they perceive which fools are most likely to carry out the deed. They’ve tried two times against Trump (that we know of). They’ve now go Kirk. They will try to get others like him and rely on it that Vance, Rubio and Hegseth are in the crosshairs.
It is a huge churn of Leftwing hate mongering going out there…backed by the major media outlets and most popular culture. And it is all paid for – it is all deliberate. And it is also getting very desperate…they know that if youth continues to shift Right then the GOP will win many elections in a row…and it’ll be Trump followed by Trumpsters. Meaning that twenty years from now, America will be a place where the Left can’t win…and those on the gravy train because the Left is dominant will be out in the cold.
But only if we win – and winning now requires us to go after the true malevolent actors…not the fool who shot Kirk, but the wicked people who lit the match. Who has the greater guilt: the man who believed the lies, or the liar? I say the liar. Kirk was killed by a man who apparently submerged himself in a Leftwing swamp on line…but that swamp was built on purpose, and just for this purpose. If we don’t go after the makers of the swamp, then that swamp will just keep sending out killers.
But also keep in mind that Trump is our last chance to save America as we understand her. That is, a federal Republic under our Constitution. If the Left had any sense at all, they’d see it, call a halt and shift a bit to the Right…but they won’t because at this point they can’t…too far down the hate-filled Leftwing rabbit hole. If Trump is not able to uproot the Left’s Ecosystem of Hate, then this doesn’t mean we roll over and die…it just means we go a different route. We go Pinochet or Franco. That is, we refuse to die. We refuse to let our love of the Constitution lead us step by step into Gulag. The only way the Left wins now is with violence…if they can kill enough Trumpsters, they believe they will win. And if we can’t uproot them, they will keep killing…and it’ll come to the point where it is time for us to shoot back. The Left better hope that Trump destroys them…because that will be a lot nicer for them than the alternative.

The Mrs and I just returned from a vigil for Charlie at Turning Points HQ in Tempe. Very moving and very well attended.
The left has ignited something they will never extinguish.
I’m 60. Starting in June of 1983 when I joined the Navy at 18, I have worked continually, save for brief periods of unemployment. That’s 42+ years now. I’ll work until I’m 67 more than likely though I might stretch out the work life to 70 as I’m pretty darn healthy.
Main thing, is that I work. Not particularly hard, though I do my job well. I have no specialized training – I’m not a doctor, plumber or some such. But by working – taking responsibility – I have a nice house with a pool, two cars, all the food, clothes and toys I want. On my weekends I putter around the yard, write a bit on my books, take the Mrs out to dinner from time to time. We go on vacation a couple times a year. Pretty boring, I know – but its a life. But the central thing is the work – the fact that day after day I get up, get dressed and go to work where I am expected to produce a certain amount and quality of output. That, I think, is what is missing in all too many lives.
We see these youngsters (but some of them are in their 30s) who go on a rampage or even commit murder and what is common to all of them is massive amounts of free time. Time to cruise the web. Time to obsess over this or that. Time to mentally twist themselves into knots which only some act of violence can seem to cut. What becomes clear is that we’ve built such a rich society that we have a gigantic class of people who have so little worry about the basics of survival that they can turn their minds to other things. It was thought a century ago that increased leisure would lead to increased art and science…that is, people would have time to do good things once they were freed from the mundane needs of day to day existence. Got that wrong! Turns out, lots of leisure means – at least for some large number – time to wonder if they are called upon to kill a Nazi…in the form of a goofy, moderate GOPer talking on campus.
The only way out of this is wealth confiscation and work camps – I know, shades of Gulag! But if a kid has the money to lay around his room all day gaming and talking with other bored youths about how important it is to kill Nazis (ie, me), then I’m thinking we’ve got to really do something. I don’t really blame the kids – I do blame their parents (to an extent) and overall society (also to an extent) and massively blame the Left Ecosystem of Hate…but the kids, themselves, haven’t known any other sort of life. It isn’t like they are challenged in school to excel. They say the shooter has a 4.0 grade average…but with a third of high school graduates being functionally illiterate I’m not as impressed as some are by that stat…my guess is that he can read…but to think the shooter is educated? Let me administer a test of my own devising and I’ll let you know if the kid is educated. Bored kids who are guaranteed all their meals and access to high tech and all the toys and sex is just sort of on offer in each social interaction without any need to promise…no wonder they start getting sucked into evil. I’ll set up a system where they can’t be bored…because if they are bored, I’m sending them off to a work camp. It is a renewal of “if you don’t stop crying I’ll give you something to cry about” of our youth.

I worked with kids from a family that probably did not own a book. They were bright, they had a great work ethic, but were functionally illiterate. A daughter graduated “with honors” and told me she had never read a book—well, she corrected, she did HAVE to read one book, for a class, but didn’t understand it till she saw the movie. (This complex book was To Kill A Mockingbird.) This is a strongly middle class family, relatively affluent, bright, solid citizens, but people with very tiny lives. Their understanding of the world does not go beyond their family, their church (they are Mormons) and their personal experiences. I consider them uneducated, or at least marginally educated.
Yep – lots like that. I’ve mentioned the bright young people I work with and they’re a lot like that…literate in the sense that they can comprehend what’s on the screen in front of them but I bet most would have a hard time actually comprehending something like Treasure Island or Old Yeller. It is very sad to see – they are missing out on so much. Side note: they also will not watch black and white movies…they just can’t mentally get around that it isn’t in color. So they’ll also never get to enjoy Casablanca and Citizen Kane. It is all very visual for them…and as its all visual, it must be stunning.

I say NBC News is blatantly biased, to the point of being an overt propagandist for the Left. Starting with this: “The “Unite the Kingdom” rally was organized by Tommy Robinson, a convicted fraudster with a violent criminal record…” Prove me wrong.
Followed by “British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said Sunday that Britain would “never surrender” to far-right protesters and condemned attacks against police officers as well as the racist intimidation of minorities.” Implying, of course, that (1) people there to honor Charlie attacked police officers, and (2) that they engaged in “racist intimidation of minorities”. Starmer is turning out to be a real piece of work. And, of course, no one ever identified “far-right”—-it is just a free-floating pejorative with no connection to any actual political philosophy.
They Left is compounding their mistake. Mass was packed this morning. I’d guess that turnout was 99% of a Christmas/Easter service. The priest specifically mentioned Kirk in the homily – he didn’t even mention Trump in the Mass after Butler. This murder is sending shock waves through the entire West…Kirk was killed because he spoke…and killed by a man who was taught to hate by Leftist lies. All of us are in the crosshairs…sure, prominent people first, but the killing of Iryna shows that even down on our Nobody level, there are people trained to kill us. I do believe we’ve entered an entire new phase and nobody can say what is going to happen.

My liberal friends are completely oblivious about how radicalizing the last week has been for tens of millions of normal Americans. Zero clue.
I’m not talking about people who are “online”; I mean regular, everyday Americans. “Normies.” People who scroll through Facebook posts and Instagram reels from the Dutch Bros drive thru line. Political moderates who have water cooler chats about Mahomes touchdowns and Bon Jovi concerts, not Twitter threads or Rachel Maddow monologues.
Millions of them. Tens of millions. They’re logging on, they’re engaging, and they’re furious.
And I’ll be candid: They blame you guys. They blame the left.
Regardless of whether you believe it to be justified, they think you’re the bad guys here. And they are reacting accordingly.
I can already hear some of you racing toward the comments to start screeching in moral indignation, so I’m going to be blunt: Shut up and listen to what I’m telling you. Your movement will lose any semblance of relevance if you don’t develop some small measure of self-awareness, and—absent someone force-feeding you bitter medicine—you guys collectively lack the humility to do this on your own.
Here are the facts:
Fact 1. Tens of millions of Americans started the week seeing a 23-year-old blonde woman—a young woman in whom virtually every parent watching pictured their own daughter—stabbed in the neck by a career criminal. These people then found out the murderer had been released from jail 14 times over.
Fact 2. Two days later, tens of millions of Americans watched a video of Charlie Kirk get murdered speaking to college students. Millions of these people knew who Charlie was; millions of them didn’t. Upon seeing the video, however, these normal Americans from across the land and across the political spectrum agreed that he was the victim of a terrible, fundamentally unjustifiable crime, and their hearts broke in sympathy for his family. Good people who had never even heard the name Charlie Kirk before wept.
Fact 3. Immediately after seeing the footage of a peaceful young man get shot in the neck, these same people logged onto Facebook and Instagram (remember, we are talking about regular Americans, not perpetually online Twitter or Bluesky users) and saw some of their local nurses, school teachers, college administrators, and retail workers celebrating this horrific crime. Not just defending it, but cheering it.
These are all facts. You may not like the implications of these facts, and we can certainly debate the underlying causes thereof, but, indisputably, they are nevertheless factual statements.
Here’s what it means for you, the Democrats reading this:
These normal, middle-of-the-road, non-political citizens just become politically active. They realized that politics cares about them, even if they don’t particularly care about politics. After watching Iryna Zarutska and Charlie Kirk both bleed out from the neck, they think their lives and the physical safety of their families—the bedrock of human society, the foundation of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs—depend on political activation, whether they desire it or not.
These people are now sprinting—not jogging, not walking, but racing—to the right. Because they blame you guys for everything that just happened.
When they see footage of Decarlos Brown stabbing a Ukrainian refugee to death, they don’t see just one demon-possessed man. They picture every university administrator, HR bureaucrat, and DEI apparatchik that ever lectured them about systemic racism, the “carceral state,” or the need to release violent crime suspects without bail in the name of social justice.
They then think back to conversations they’ve had with their cop friends—their buddy from high school who quit the force after getting tired of being called a racist, their friend at the local YMCA who vents about having to release career criminals because Soros-funded prosecutors aren’t willing to file charges—and they realize everything the left has told them over the last five years has been utter bullshit.
And they blame you. Because, even if you count yourself as a moderate Democrat, your party supported the district attorneys, city council members, and mayors that let fictitious concerns about mental health and racial justice supersede very real concerns for their family’s safety.
When these Americans see blood erupt from the side of Charlie Kirk’s neck, they don’t see just a martyred political activist. They think of every extreme leftist they’ve ever met who (1) calls anyone to the right of Hillary Clinton a fascist and (2) constantly jokes—“jokes”—about punching Nazis and “bashing the fash.”
They realize that there really do exist people who wish to see them dead for their moderately conservative political beliefs, their Christian faith, and even the color of their skin. They ask themselves if the violence visited upon Charlie might one day show up on their own doorstep.
And they blame you. Because, even if you’re just a center-of-the-road liberal, you lacked the courage to police your own ranks. You let modern-day Maoist red guards run loose across every facet of society, and what started with social-media struggle sessions has now turned to 30-06 bullet holes.
When these Americans log onto social media and see their neighbors justifying, celebrating, glorifying murder, they realize that some who walk among them are soulless ghouls at best, literally demon-possessed at worst. These people—whether they faithfully attend church every Sunday or only attend with relatives once a year, on Christmas Eve—start talking about things like spiritual warfare. They implicitly understand that no normal human casually celebrates the mortal demise of a peaceful person.
And they blame you. Because, even if you condemned Charlie Kirk’s murder, they probably haven’t seen you condemn those in your own movement who cheered it on. They view you as complicit in allowing heartless fellow travelers to celebrate death, and it repulses them.
For all of these situations, what has your response been? Nothing but bullshit.
In response to Iryna Zarutska bleeding out on the floor of a train, you post bullshit statistics about reductions in reported crime, when everyone who’s ever been to a major urban center in the last decade knows that actual crime has skyrocketed, only for victims not to waste their time reporting it to cops that don’t have the manpower to respond and prosecutors that seek to downgrade as many felonies as possible to misdemeanor citations.

And no amount of gaslighting and propaganda by Democrats/Corporate Media can undo the self-inflicted damage. It’s a beautiful thing; almost like a higher power was involved.
One of the funniest, and I think most transparently desperate, efforts to distract from the brutal determination of the Left to silence opposition is the “what about Paul Pelosi” charade. Even in spite of efforts to link his sordid little encounter with what the Brits call a “rent boy” that got a little violent to his wife’s political position that never got any traction. Paul running around in his tightie whities with a guy off the street waving a hammer just could not be linked up to Nan’s politics. It was just another San Francisco deviant episode.
There is also a lot of “whataboutism” from the Kirk ghouls claiming that the murder of State Representative Melissa Hortman (and her husband) in Minnesota were “political assassinations”. This statement from U.S. Attorney’s Office, District of Minnesota, uses the phrases “political assassination” and “political violence” but so far I have not been able to find a political motive.
Acting U.S. Attorney Joseph H. Thompson’s report was so overheated and melodramatic it could have referred to a murderous rampage across the entire nation, including phrases like “a night of terror that shook Minnesota to its core” and “He carried out targeted political assassinations the likes of which have never been seen in Minnesota.” According to Thompson, the killer “embarked on a murderous rampage targeting Minnesota’s elected officials and their families” and “terrorized our entire state that night”. Well, SOME “elected officials” with not a hint of the motive for targeting them—was it their politics, their policies, their votes, their political affiliations, or just that they were well known and relative celebrities in their communities?
In other words, if a murder victim was a politician, is the murder automatically a “political assassination”? Thompson later said “.. I have not seen anything involving some sort of political screed or manifesto that would clearly identify what motivated him.” But in another interview he said “This political assassination, the likes of which had never occurred here in the state of Minnesota, has shook (sic) our state at a foundational level.” Basically, it looks like Thompson and others have been scrambling to try to link the killer to “right wing” or conservative motives, with no luck, as they flounder around issuing conflicting statements.
It appears the political philosophy, religion of the left, is much the same as Muslims. When thousands died in the catastrophe of 9/11, the Muslins cheered. They claim to be the religion of peace but their end goal is the destruction of, or submission of anyone not lock-in-step with their religion and practices. And whoa to anyone who should leave the plantation. They will become shunned outcasts, marked for death, considered every bit as despicable as those they consider their sworn enemy. Trump is not just a political adversary, he is enemy #1. Charlie Kirk and other like minded people are the left’s public enemies much like the FBI’s most wanted.
To the left, we are not fellow American citizens, we are destroyers of all that is good and not worthy to be in control of anything, including our own children. It is most unfortunate that many who espouse these ideologies have no clue just how dupped they are. No wonder why schools don’t teach critical thinking anymore, much less basic reading and math skills. And worse yet is, those who perpetrate these ideologies sit smugly in their comfortable mansions, well out of the line of fire.
The Mrs and I have tickets to Charlie’s Memorial in Glendale at State Farm Stadium next Sunday. Trump is attending. It should be amazing.
I would change the conclusion to THE LEFT because Socialism is a defined political structure and The Left is simply an amorphous entity based on hatred, resentment, victimhood, self righteousness and envy but lacking any true political ideology.

The dilemma of the Democrat Party is that it not only created this monster, it depends on it. The American Left has actively recruited the mentally and emotionally unstable, validated even extreme personality disorders as not only perfectly normal but virtuous, and created an entire culture of promoting and rewarding political violence. Take away these elements of the party and it will be stuck with having to fall back on its ideology. That would be disaster for the party/movement, as most of its acolytes have no interest in words and ideas, depending instead on the cheap thrills of sheer hate and violent expressions of that hate, and the true ideology of the Left has very limited appeal when examined in the hard cold light of reality. The appeal of the party/movement is the ease with which people can assume occupation of a Higher Moral Ground merely by adopting some facile phrases and joining mobs of hysterics. I noted that the Bulwark has gone full trans rights – which means that the Money has told them to go that way. They’re committed – they’ve lashed themselves to the mast. Perhaps convinced that they’ll win in 2026 and 2028. Maybe they will – if so, really bad times coming. But they won’t change course…and it is probably because they can’t. Too many of them have staked out positions that they can’t retreat from without opening themselves up to criminal and civil liability (you think of the doctors and psychologists who have provided the intellectual cover for “trans kids” and understand that if this stops, they go to jail). They are also all very deep in responsibility for cultivating a culture of violence…one thing we all note is that when the killing doesn’t give the liberal Narrative, the social media of the perpetrator is scrubbed and law enforcement never gives us details and the Left is all “we’ll never really know why they did it”. Well, that isn’t going to fly…we’re going to find out just who Kirk’s killer was talking to…and their only defense going forward is to double down.

MAGA needs to start a campaign of public intimidation, personal scorn, and peaceful confrontation. Let all of these fucking Democrats know that they are no longer acceptable. A common reaction to the hate-drenched posts about the assassination of Charlie Kirk (one R.N. said she wished he had been tortured first, a theme that popped up more often than I would have believed possible) is to ask “where do these monsters come from?” And the answer is “we breed them”.
I saw a video today of two darling little girls, maybe 7 and 9, when someone (presumably Mommy or the Hive Queen) asked them what they thought would be best news of the day. The younger one pipes up “that Donald Trump is dead?” Hahaha chortles Mummy, but no, what would be the next best news? The older girl stepped up and said “that JD Vance is dead?” More delighted giggles from Mumsie. No, my sweet darling girls, what would be the next best good news? Younger girl again: “That Elon Musk is dead?”
And that’s all I could handle. So in a few years when we wonder how we ended up in such a cesspool of blind vitriolic hate, we need to remember—mommies and daddies around the country are twisting the beautiful hearts and minds of innocent children into distorted ugly imitations of themselves.

Here’s something else I found today: that Zinn character who caused a ruckus and distracted law enforcement from Kirk’s murderer has been arrested…and as they started their investigation they were able to book him for obstruction of justice…and 4 counts of felony sexual exploitation of a minor (this based upon images and message boards found on Zinn’s phone). That really does say it all about just what we’re dealing with…and I’m not at all convinced his shouting to distract the police was a spur of the moment thing. The killer in his text messages to his romantic partner did express full confidence in getting away with it…his only worry at the time was explaining the loss of his grandfather’s rifle.
This is big – and it involves a lot of dirty people (in a lot of different ways).
You may have thought the same thing I thought when you saw that video: who posted it? This was not just a private family moment captured on camera that somehow found its way unto the internet, but a staged production then released, which tells me that the parent is really proud of it and wants the world to see how well she has indoctrinated her daughters into the rancid and despicable hate she seems happy to publicly adopt as her own identity. Her prompting and affirming laughter were the most sickening thing about this.
I think of this as child abuse, grooming children into a deviant mindset. It reminds me of the Communist schools where the students were required to repeat slogans and respond the way these girls were programmed to do. It also reminded me of that chilling scene in “Cabaret” where the beautiful blond boys, so wholesome-looking and apparently innocent, started singing “Deutschland uber alles.”
