Wednesday Open Thread

Been working on a long new article and the thing I use for a brain just isn’t cooperating. So, I’ll just throw up a few links for now.

There’s a company called Glencore. Apparently our crack-jack financial industry has just noticed they have piled up $100 billion in debt which they might not be able to pay. Does the word “Lehman” ring any bells, folks?

Gallup won’t poll during the primaries, and may not poll during the general. Just getting too hard to accurately poll, I guess. Keep that in mind while you watch the polls.

Speaking of which, in swing States 60% think Hillary is untrustworthy – which indicates that as many as 40% of swing State people just haven’t been paying attention.

Ted Cruz neatly rips the Sierra Club to shreds.

We keep hearing about the GOP’s demographic problem – well, the Democrats have one, too.

Random thoughts from a right wing extremist:

    – When Biden gets in, the DOJ ramps up the Hillary investigation forcing her out of the race. The Obama’s do not want the Clinton’s back in the white house and will do what they have to.

    – Jeb Bush is out of the race by Thanksgiving, Rubio gets his donor base and moves to the top two

    – The massive ACA premium hikes set to hit many of the states this fall will create outrage and demands to replace Obamacare

    – A big second amendment fight is brewing knowing that Obama is going full progressive on us in the last year

    – An altercation between the US and Russia is a real possibility and Obama will again look like the fool.

    – 80% of all planned parenthood locations are in minority communities, and approximately 60% of all abortions are performed on black women. Could it be argued that PP is systematically destroying the black family?

    – The murder rates in liberally controlled cities – NY, Chicago, Baltimore, St. Louis, Milwaukee are averaging over 50% increases in the number of murders YTD

    – When the Charleston madman killed nine church members, it was racism. When the Fort Hood shooter shot and killed his victims, it was workplace violence. When the Jihadists killed Amb. Stevens in Benghazi it was a video. But when Roseburg happened, it was the gun. Do liberals have a manual that we can reference as to who or what to blame when violence breaks out?

    – As to Hillary’s claim that the Benghazi committee is a political witch hunt, I reply – “At this point, what difference does it make?”

I do wonder just how helpful Obama will be for Hillary – much bad blood runs between them and as they are both arrogant nincompoops, it could get interesting.
