Things to Do on Lockdown

Here’s a series which is great if you love history:

Generation War: saw it on Amazon. Its sort of a Kraut “Band of Brothers”. Highly recommend.

As they don’t seem to be teaching much these days about it, maybe any youngsters you know should watch “Holocaust”?

Christopher Plummer as Wellington and Rod Steiger as Napoleon in “Waterlooo”:

We still get a local newspaper. The sports section, which is normally 6 – 10 pages was 4 pages today with the comics taking up half of that.

On the positive side, the year’s supply of survival food I bought 4 or 5 years ago might actually come in handy before this is all over.

I think it’s time to discuss something that actually has some meaning:

Tom Brady is LEAVING New England as the 42-year-old first-time free agent thanks fans, teammates, coach Bill Belichick and owner Robert Kraft on Twitter while declaring he is ‘FOREVER A PATRIOT’

WOW. It will be strange seeing Tom Brady in another teams jersey but it’s going to happen. Where does he go? I am thinking Miami or San Diego. On another note, my 49ers just made a trade and grabbed the 13th overall pick …. time to load up again and get back to the Bowl.
