I’m sorry I haven’t posted! Been busy. But, here I am again!

The Democrat response to the first night of the GOP Convention was to burn down Kenosha, Wisconsin. I’m not sure this will work to the Democrats’ advantage. This came up too quickly; shooting video gets out and almost instantly very violent riots occur which seem to deliberately stay away from anything which could provoke an independent federal response. To me, Antifa had the plan ready to go – and activists on standby – and were just waiting for some event to happen which could be cast in “racist white cops shoot a black man” terms. Someone is controlling these riots and funding them. We should find out who.

Meanwhile, the ratingsfor the GOP’s first night buried the DNC’s first night. If Joe is up 12, why are so many more people tuning in to the GOP than the Democrats?

Reports of a Coronavirus reinfection; where you get it, again. Who knows? It looks, though, like the ‘Rona will be with us forever…as perhaps a more deadly flu and even if we get a vaccine it likely won’t be 100% effective and will have to be modified over time like the flu vaccine is. It is time to end the lockdowns entirely and go about our normal lives.

Pelosi thinks you’re an enemy of the State. Which is, in a sense, true: we are rather opposed to the government, aren’t we? But we aren’t enemies of the people…as she is.

The MSM is all excited about Republicans for Biden. What they don’t realize is that these “Republicans” are precisely the reason we turned to Trump. What it really shows is that it is Trump vs Establishment in 2020. The Dems, the MSM and Never Trump have all set it up so that the incumbent President gets to run as an outsider.

Good Morning! Well said, Mark! Excellent paragraph here! “Pelosi thinks you’re an enemy of the State. Which is, in a sense, true: we are rather opposed to the government, aren’t we? But we aren’t enemies of the people…as she is.” Thanks and keep up the great writing! Val

I’m definitely an enemy of “the State,” but I’m not opposed to government, at least not a government that governs with the consent of the people and in accordance with the Constitution.

Great to see those ratings …. after the last 6 months of Democrat voters in the streets burning down our cities and the dystopian view the DNC put forward last week, I think a lot of Americans are hungry to restore optimism and patriotism.

And why are Juan Williams, Donna Brazile, and Chris Wallace on the Fox panel discussing the RNC Convention? They are worthless, all of them and no conservative cares what they think. It’s bizarre to think that Fox News think they have something to contribute. Donna may be the dumbest woman I have ever been acquainted with and Juan is simply a clueless swamp creature.

As usual, what makes it great is an element of truth. You could do a lengthy montage of nothing but Biden “petting” young girls, caressing and sniffing their hair, kissing their ears. And I don’t think it’s off limits to point that out.

Incidentally if you caught Tucker last night, he reported that the CDC recently issued some new guidelines on Covid and buried in that report was the admission by the CDC that they have zero direct evidence that masks work in prevention. ZERO EVIDENCE that masks work.

And yet we are all still wearing masks. Does anyone still think it’s about “keeping people safe”?

So the woman who raised a convicted rapist in Kenosha is currently on tv lecturing the nation on what kindness is. And oddly enough she had time to hire 5 attorneys.

Someone is controlling these riots and funding them. We should find out who.

I have been saying this for a long time now. That is why I came up with the idea of (1) marking the roofs of all cars within walking distance of a riot with some kind of mark on the top that can be read from a helicopter or drone. Then when the recreational rioters step in and the professionals leave any car leaving the area could be tracked.

Chances are they would go to either hotels or transportation hubs like railway stations or airports.

Once located they could be identified by (2) the nearly invisible UV powder dropped on the crowd from drones or sprayed on them in some way. This shows up under black light.

Once located, apprehended and identified the source of their funding would be easier to track. Someone will post bail for them. Someone will hire lawyers for them. At the very least, they would become more expensive to maintain, and with criminal records easier to track and even ban from flying.

Watched a bit of the Republican National Convention tonight. What a contrast from the doom and gloom, dark, dystopian tone of the DNC. Some very powerful speeches from ordinary people whose lives have been made better by the policies of this administration and this President.

    Well it’s begun:

Gun battle on the streets of Kenosha: Two dead and one wounded as dramatic videos capture clashes between ‘self-styled militias guarding gas stations’ and BLM protesters after looting

Democrats and BLM started this war but rest assured, patriotic citizens will finish it with or without law enforcement. That’s not a threat to woke progressives, that’s a promise.

Democrats had better get their shit together and stop this insurrection

    • Amazona August 26, 2020 / 10:54 am

1.) These rioters are still being sanitized as mere “protesters
      2) One who was shot as they attacked a man who shot from the ground was armed—no mention of that—and had an aerosol can in his backpack that was probably associated with some kind of attack.

Surely even the gun-phobic Brits can recognize a pistol when they see one. And the wound is to the lower arm, not necessarily meaning he was “badly hurt”

In this photo it looks like the man who was shot in the arm was aiming his pistol at the man on the ground. I’m impressed that. lying on the ground surrounded by savages attacking him, the man with the rifle, seeing a pistol aimed at him, shot that man in the arm instead of in the head. This was clearly a defensive move, and one not intended to kill.

Someone in the background, behind the car, was photographing this from the other side. I would like to see his photos or video. Other photos show people armed with sticks or bats, and clearly the skateboard was taken to be used as a weapon. Given the extent of injuries to people hit by skateboards I would call it a deadly weapon.

      “Protesters!” Hah!

I would say that the guy with the really bad owie qualifies as a winner in the “Play Stupid Games Win Stupid Prizes” category.

Glenn Beck interviewed one of the independent photographers at the Kenosha riots on his show this morning. He (the photographer) also mentioned photographers from,, The Daily Caller and a couple independent news agencies. Beck described them all as “war photographers,” and offered to provide all of them, regardless of affiliation, with body armor. He also played a clip from CNN in which the reporter came right out and admitted that these riots are hurting Democrats chances in November. Ya gotta love it when your adversary voluntarily self-implodes.

I am sick of listening to media pundits or anyone for that matter having to first clarify that “oh yes I support the right to protest” …. everyone supports the right to protest you morons but this is NOT a protest any longer and every rational patriotic adult understands that. These are acts of war, period and I am glad two Antifa traitors were shot and killed last night. Democrats have blood on their hands and the media also has blood on their hands and the bloodshed will continue if they keep it up.

        A reckoning is coming.

      • Amazona August 26, 2020 / 12:16 pm

My mistake, regarding the wound to the arm. It is near the elbow and a video shows a large amount of arm simply missing.

I think what is important here is that it is on the arm of the hand pointing the pistol at a man on the ground. Let’s not forget that salient fact.

I’m amazed, quite frankly, that it’s taken this long for some of them to pay the price. I suspect it won’t be the last. Like Amazona. I had hoped they’d be stopped with skunk water or permanent dye on themselves, their clothes or their vehicles, followed up with arrests and prison, but since law enforcement either can’t, won’t or won’t be allowed to respond with necessary force, then God bless the individuals who have taken a stand against these fascist anarchists.

      • Amazona August 26, 2020 / 3:26 pm

The objection to the quick-drying foam was that, aside from the possibility of suffocating someone if it was accidentally (!) sprayed on a face it was just too hard to remove, making arrest harder. So?

So haul them in with their legs, knees down, anchored in the stuff, put them in big cages and let them get out of it themselves. They can be photographed, printed and arrested while incapacitated, and when they need to go potty or get tired of being locked into foam restraints they can get out of the foam if they work at it.

Personally, I loved the image of a whole mob suddenly locked into place, often glued together and in any case unable to move due to a huge glob of quick-hardening foam around their legs, screeching in impotent rage while the cops then take their time sawing them apart, photographing and fingerprinting them and then hauling them like cordwood into the backs of pickup trucks to the station where they are dumped into big cages and told they can come out when they get this stuff peeled off their legs.

        Ruined their Antifa costumes? Awwwww

Bet you won’t see this on CNN or MSNBC.

SEATTLE, WA – Just when we thought it couldn’t get any worse… we were wrong. We’ve gone from protests… to anarchy… to straight up terrorism.

Late Tuesday night, Law Enforcement Today learned from sources about an active investigation into whether rioters tried to burn police officers alive.

The report was also noted by the Jason Rantz Show.

Photos reveal that rioters used what is believed to be a quick-dry concrete to seal shut the door of the East Precinct at the same time that they lit the building on fire.

As Fi on Burn Notice was fond of saying, “can we shoot them now?”

    • Amazona August 26, 2020 / 3:18 pm

Gee, that effort to kill police officers reminds me of Obama buddy and mentor and presidential advisor Bill (“guilty as hell and free as a bird”) Ayers who plotted to bomb a police station during shift change, to kill as many officers as possible.

And he is a hero to the Left, still raking in the big bucks in “education” along with fellow Most Wanted charmer Bernadine Dorhn.

I hope you’re busy with Secrets. I just finished reading Mirrors, and I’m anxious to continue the story. My only criticism is the number of typos in Mirrors, at least in the Kindle version. Celeste is referred to as Beatrice in one chapter, and Hadwin is referred to as Hadwick. A number of “he” that should have been “she,” or vice versa. Halfway through the book I began wishing I had documented them just for your benefit. They didn’t detract from the story, which I enjoyed, but I was surprised that your (or whoever did it for you) proofreading wasn’t a little more diligent. Anyway, good job on your first try.

Hillary thinks a defeated candidate has to “concede” for the other party to be declared the winner. She’s probably ticked off at herself for not coming up with this theory four years ago.

The coverage of her comment is interesting. Though what she said was >i>Joe Biden should not concede under any circumstances this is being spun by some as saying she doesn’t think he could concede “if the election is close”. I wonder why they are trying to make her comment less outrageous.

Actually, I don’t really wonder that at all. As usual, the press is providing cover for Hillary, trying to make her sound less insane and smooth over the blurting out of the Dem strategy to contest this election to try to make the next Trump term seem illegitimate.

And Meghan McCain, as usual seeing herself as the center of the universe and therefore the authority on the decency of everyone else depending on how she and her daddy have been treated, upped Hillary’s “deplorables” comment by declaring that Trump’s attacks on her daddy prove that “they” have lost all decent people.” “They? They Trumps? Trump supporters? Republicans? “ALL DECENT PEOPLE”? In any case no “decent people” can part of this vague but evidently distressing group.

Hey, Meghan—your daddy might have been a good guy once upon a time but he ended up being mean, spiteful, backstabbing, vengeful and a traitor to the party. His meddling led to, or at least contributed to, the three-year dragging of this country through the swamp of Dem efforts to unseat a duly elected president. You seem to define “decent” as approving of that kind of behavior.

    • Cluster August 28, 2020 / 8:05 am

but he ended up being mean, spiteful, backstabbing, vengeful and a traitor to the party.

Yes McCain did. In fact McCain sent an aide to secure the Steele Dossier and cast the final ballot to keep the ACA in place. He was a traitor indeed.

We have to stop glorifying politicians and more importantly holding them accountable. Has anyone seen Elijah Cummings district in Baltimore? No one would want to live there, yet he was beatified upon his passing. Weird.

A few weeks ago I cited some laws or rules regarding deadlines for states to certify their votes, and i can’t find that post now. I’d like to look up the rules cited in my quotations. As I remember, they said that if a state does not certify its votes by a certain date then its electoral college votes cannot be counted. What I wonder is if they would then be deducted from the total of electoral college votes, reducing the number of votes necessary to win.

I remember the vitriol directed at Florida Secretary of State Harris when she certified the Florida vote for Bush in 2000, and the explanation that she was required by law to certify the votes by a certain date.

I’ve been looking for rules on things like this and can’t find them. I did find an old article about the 2016 election which included this: Wisconsin will begin a historic presidential recount next week and the state could risk losing its ability to have its 10 electoral votes counted if it doesn’t meet key deadlines next month. This still does not address my question about whether losing these votes would have reduced the electoral college total by 10. It seems that it would have to.

What I’m getting at is that the biggest states, like California, can’t certify their votes by December 14 and lose their electoral votes, it could skew the entire Electoral College and make it possible to win by fewer than 270 votes. So it would seem that a delay in counting, or other issues, could end up disenfranchising a lot of voters.

I did find this, which puts additional pressure on the Congressional side of the election:

The current statute reads that “the electors of President and Vice President of each State shall meet and give their votes on the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December next following their appointment at such place in each State as the legislature of such State shall direct.” This year, that day is December 14, 2020.

“….. in conjunction with the presidential election, a new Congress also needs to be in place on January 3 following the general election under the 20th Amendment. That new Congress would select a president and a vice president if the Electoral College voters do not agree on a majority winner for each office.”

  18. Amazona August 28, 2020 / 7:43 am

In the Chinese Cultural Revolution of the 1960s, when Mao Zedong’s Communist Party took over the country, one of his tactics was to employ mobs of young people and students to swarm, shame, and harass those of insufficient zeal for the cause.

Victims of this tactic were berated until they admitted they were guilty of class crimes against the proletariat.

These so-called struggle sessions were used to terrorize the entire population into complicity with the communist agenda. All dissent was to be crushed and stamped out.

The radical left has evolved since the days of Mao. Those who oppose their agenda are now guilty of race crimes without sufficient zeal for “anti-racism” as they define it.

And the way they define it looks an awful lot like, well, racism.

The message of these anti-racist mobs is quite simple: Join us or we’ll berate you, refuse to comply and we’ll cancel you.

Given the policy proposals of the anti-racist woke intellectual vanguard, which would essentially strip the individual and civil rights of any who don’t support their agenda, is this really a surprise?

Those who do not understand history are doomed to repeat it.

I don’t know how any one who loves this country and who watched both conventions could possibly support the Democrat Party.

The RNC was comprised of real people who through adversity and struggle became productive, successful and full of joy, love, and appreciation for this country, it’s people, and it’s promise.

The DNC was a parade of insufferable celebrities and politicians who whined, complained, and stoked division and promised to abandon our past and “fundamentally transform” this country.

I know who Americans will be voting for.

It ends when our government stops incentivizing single parent households. It ends when we secure our border and stop the free flow of drugs. And it ends when we invite God back in our lives.

THAT’S WHEN IT STOPS ASSHOLES, and no one wants to tell you that but it’s all up to you

Personally, I love the athlete boycotts. I wish they would boycott every single game in every single sport. Get Americans used to entertaining themselves for a change, getting out there and playing instead of chugging beer and watching other people play. Cut off the revenue stream to the spineless pandering owners, and wait till the spoiled players finally realize that trickles down to them. Let them go get real jobs.

What did we do before 24/7 sports on TV? Besides building an amazing country, I mean. Besides being strong and independent and creative, I mean. Spending meaningful time with our families, I mean.

A year without professional sports would, in my opinion, make this a better country and our people better people.

So does everyone here still think we can live around these progressive motherf***kers???

Kentucky Senator Rand Paul and his wife were attacked by a mob of protesters as they left the White House Thursday. Raucous protesters accosted Republican National Convention guests leaving the White House, after they tried to drown out Trump’s speech with bullhorns and drums. Protesters were heard chanting ‘No justice, no peace’ and ‘Black Lives Matter’. Video shows Paul and wife Kelley being surrounded by dozens of activists and aggressively accosted as they leave the Republican National Convention, where Trump had just accepted the party’s nomination, as police officers try to hold the crowd back. At one point an officer holding a bicycle to shield the couple from the demonstrators was shoved backwards, stumbling into Paul and almost knocking the Kentucky senator to the ground.

    After we win, let’s purge.

  23. Cluster August 28, 2020 / 8:51 am

While Democrats support, celebrate and host 5 day funerals for convicted criminals and while the media panders to black athletes and celebrities, the Trump administration is quietly going about dealing with the real issues:

The US Marshals announced Thursday that 39 missing children were recovered in Georgia in a two-week rescue dubbed ‘Operation Not Forgotten’. The operation was conducted in August in Atlanta and Macon and led to the rescue of 39 kids who were safely located. In the crackdown nine ‘criminal associates’ were arrested. They face charges including sex trafficking, parental kidnapping, custodial interference and registered sex offender violence. ‘The message to missing children and their families is that we will never stop looking for you,’ Director of the Marshals Service Donald Washington said .

While black athletes and celebrities feel sorry for themselves, let’s all of us stay focused on what really matters

    • Amazona August 28, 2020 / 11:29 am

Yeah, while marginally talented actresses are whining for sympathy after trading sex for jobs, getting famous and making big bucks, they are remarkably silent about sex trafficking.

What does Joe Biden keep saying? “Silence is complicity”. The Left is still pretending that interviewing children at the border, away from their accompanying adults, is abuse and not an effort to halt child abuse and sex trafficking. They are so disgusting.

      • Retired Spook August 28, 2020 / 11:41 am

        They are so disgusting.

And that’s really the bottom line. They outright support and/or apologize for, or at the very least don’t condemn things that we find repugnant. And then they claim that WE are divisive. You can’t get much more divisive that killing police and burning peoples businesses to the ground. How do you find common ground with people who support that?

I’m felling better and better about the outcome on November 3rd. The contrast between the two conventions couldn’t have been more stark. No matter what your source of news is it’s pretty clear that the momentum is shifting. When Don Lemon admits on air that the riots are hurting Democrats and begs the Democrat establishment to make them stop, you know they’re running scared. And that also begs the question, if Democrats can make them stop, then they clearly exist with the Democrats’ blessing or at least permission.
