The very phrases “gender affirming care” and “assigned at birth” have to be banned and those in official positions who use them should be jailed.

So, Mark, why bring that up?

Because I saw yet another of those RINO statements we see about, “we’re better than that” and “you know, if we use government to coerce, it’ll be used against us!”.

As if it wasn’t already – and, no, we can’t be “better than that.”

The fundamental problem we have – and I’m not the only one seeing it – is that our side doesn’t realize that it is a fight to the finish. Either our dogmas will prevail or theirs will. And the losing side loses everything. There is no mid-point between “there are two genders” and “there are three (or more) genders”. There is no possible compromise between those who think that children should attend drag shows and those who think they shouldn’t. There is no way to reconcile “all men are created equal and are endowed with certain unalienable rights” and “abortion to birth, and maybe even for a few hours after”. We either become all that they demand, or they become all what we demand.

Now, because we aren’t Leftists – and thus not rat bastards – we’re never going to massacre those who hate us. But we must remove them from all positions of power and influence. They must be forced out of office. Terminated from their positions in the bureaucracy, corporations and educational institutions. Their tax free NGO’s shuttered and the funds confiscated.

There is no other way – a house divided against itself cannot stand. It must become all one thing, or all the other.

And Ron DeSantis is doing it. Trump issued a statement as well on this subject. There are more and more people coming to the understanding – shocking as it may be – that those who call us Nazis and who think the USA is inherently racist don’t wish us well.

They did a show called Velma – a spin off of the Scooby Doo franchise – and it has bombed. I guess they made Velma a woke lesbian and made the show a bunch of woke preaching. The insidious part of this is the attempt to rewrite everything to fit the modern Left’s vision of the world – there is no room for non-Left; everything must be converted to the new religion. The pathetic part of this is that the show isn’t pitched at 6 year olds – you know, the target audience of Scooby Doo. I loved the show – when I was a little kid. I wouldn’t bother with it today (or, indeed, any time after, say, my 10th birthday) because it is a silly and childish show not suited for even teenage intellects, let alone adult. What sort of adult cares about Scooby Doo? Only pyschos, in my view. That any adult looked at the Scooby Doo material and said, “hey, we need a lesbian Velma spinoff for adults” is someone fit only for the loony bin. What’s next, Yosemite Sam comes out as gay and opens up a flower shop?

Nothing is more funny than the Woke putting up illegal immigrants at high end hotels and then, when its time to leave, finding that those illegals don’t want to leave their swell digs.

Hey, guys: masks don’t work. And I mean, at all. Here’s the report proving it…but the fact that we needed a report shows how far gone we are. Anyone with a cursory knowledge of biology knew that masks don’t stop viruses. They can’t stop viruses. Viruses are too small. It was with mask mandates that I realized we were being conned – and that medical professionals (who know better) eagerly pushed masks demonstrated just how degraded our supposedly neutral professionals are.

The Trump vs DeSantis battle heats up. I’ll support the nominee no matter, but there is great rancor growing between supporters of the two…and I suspect grifters paid by the DNC are fanning the flames. I am unsure if the GOP can united in 2024.

The politician is just one part of the equation, the other part is who do they owe loyalty too?? Who funded their ascension? And that is the most important question. One reason why I will never vote for Nikki Haley is that she is owned by the defense lobby, as is Lindsay Graham. McConnell is owned by the Chamber of Commerce, Pompeo is owned by the CIA, Biden is owned by Ukraine and China, etc., etc. And that is my only concern with DeSantis. I don’t know who owns him. Trump??? NO ONE owns him. He owes loyalty to no one but God, and that’s why I think Trump is the bull we need in the China shop for four more years. DeSantis needs 4 more years in FL to continue the fight against WOKE at the State level while Trump cleans house at the Federal level and paves the way for a DeSantis Presidency. It could be a really good 12 years if we just get our shit together.

I do think DeSantis can use a full four more years here in Florida. But I’m less and less impressed with Trump these days because he seems to have lost his focus. He’s got the nomination if he can keep his foot out of his mouth. He doesn’t have be stuck in 2016 gutter politics. His inability to shift with the changing political winds has me concerned.

We need a statesman. We need a focused analysis of the problems of the NATION, not of the campaign, and we need to know that he has the ability (and willingness) to learn from his mistakes.

You know what would flip this whole 2024 campaign on its head? If Trump were to buy an hour of prime time TV and go to the public and say “I’ve learned that I made the biggest mistake of my life…” and admit that the so-called vaccine turned out to be a disaster.

What would this do? For one thing it would open the door to a full-fledged attack on Biden for the government complicity in this human rights atrocity. For another it could be used to support his attacks on the Bureaucratic State, as he could use this to illustrate the dangers of overpowerful federal agencies and unelected political appointees guiding and even sometimes making law.

It would focus his attack dog mentality where it should be, instead of fretting about who might be coming up in the wings of the party to threaten him. It would firmly establish him as the one guy who can gut the Deep State. It would let him not only sink Biden forever, it would let him point out the dangers of Democrat governance, as within two years the Dems imposed tyranny like this nation has never seen before (while destroying the economy).

This Covid/vaxx thing is like a nuclear bomb just sitting there, and Trump is in the position of needing to defend his role in it or standing up and pulling the trigger himself.

I agree with everything you said about Trump but I have noticed a shift in his approach so I am cautiously optimistic. I’ve noticed that Trump is now holding smaller, more intimate, more focused meetings with constituents rather than the large mega rallies and I think this is a good idea. I noticed too that he had kind words for Nikki Haley and her possible bid, so that was a shift. I think there is some bad blood between him and DeSantis and I hope those two can reconcile because conservatives need both of them to succeed.

        Well, DeSantis hasn’t attacked Trump.

Trump, while trying to project strength, is really telegraphing weakness by acting like DeSantis is such a threat he has to be cut down now.

I’m guessing DeSantis likes his job, and looks forward to four years of fixing problems in Florida. It seems to me that a good strategy would be to form an alliance of shared political goals, and support each other.

    Are you F****ING kidding me????

‘Bob Woodward, of the Post, told me that news coverage of the Russia inquiry “wasn’t handled well” and that he thought viewers and readers had been “cheated,”‘ wrote Jeff Gerth for the Columbia Journalism Review.

‘He urged newsrooms to “walk down the painful road of introspection.”‘

“Wasn’t handled well”?????? This piece of shit Woodward was on MSNBC every f***ing morning calling Trump a traitor and a tool for Putin, with zero “introspection” or concern for what he was doing to the country. And now he wants to rewrite history, as liberals always want to do. Well f**k off Woodward. Russia Collusion was all a Hillary Clinton lie that the Deep State and the Media used to tear this country apart and every single one of them needs to be held accountable. They all knew it was a lie, and they all knew what they were doing. No mercy. Fuck them all

“Watergate journalist” is pretty much all Woodward has going for him, and too few these days even know what Watergate was. Now Woodward has to try to weasel out of his shameful role in the Trump Attack Machine, and the only way he can think of is to point fingers at the Other Guys.

      What a wanker.

The ungrateful Muslim bitch got the boot and the Tik Tok influencer is screaming mad

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., echoed that suggestion.

‘This about targeting women of color!’ she said on the House floor ahead of the vote.

‘One of the disgusting legacies of 9-11 has been the targeting and racism against Muslim Americans and this is an extension of that legacy.’

Rep. Rashida Tlaib accused Republicans of ‘weaponizing hate against a black, beautiful Muslim woman.’

I take exception with that. Ilhan is definitely not beautiful. I lover liberal angst in the morning.

Biden – “We are fully cooperating with the investigation of the classified documents held in my possession”

National Archives Says It Was ‘Ordered’ to Keep Biden’s Classified Documents Hidden From Public

“We did ask who gave him the order,” Comer continued. “He said, ‘I can’t tell you that.'” How convenient.

As Comer noted, “there are only two people that could have given him those orders — and that’s either the Department of Justice with [Attorney General] Merrick Garland or the White House with Joe Biden.”

Oops. Guess they’ll have to spin a different story. But don’t worry. I’m sure Biden is innocent of any wrong doing. /sarc

It may be possible for each to think too much of his own potential glory hereafter; it is hardly possible for him to think too often or too deeply about that of his neighbor. The load, or weight, or burden of my neighbor’s glory should be laid daily on my back, a load so heavy that only humility can carry it, and the backs of the proud will be broken. It is a serious thing to live in a society of possible gods and goddesses, to remember that the dullest and most uninteresting person you talk to may one day be a creature which, if you saw it now, you would be strongly tempted to worship, or else a horror and a corruption such as you now meet, if at all, only in a nightmare. All day long we are, in some degree, helping each other to one or other of these destinations. It is in the light of these overwhelming possibilities, it is with the awe and circumspection proper to them, that we should conduct all our dealings with one another, all friendships, all loves, all play, all politics. There are no ordinary people. You have never talked to a mere mortal. Nations, cultures, arts, civilization—these are mortal, and their life is to ours as the life of a gnat. But it is immortals whom we joke with, work with, marry, snub, and exploit—immortal horrors or everlasting splendors. -C.S. Lewis

As it turns out, staying married, raising kids, investing in church, and maintaining lifelong friendships could be the most significant thing we do for ourselves and for others, for today and for eternity.”

If only there was something we could do …

China urges America to stay ‘cool headed’ as it ‘looks into’ Pentagon claims that one of its spy balloons has violated US air space over sensitive military sites in Montana: Canada probes SECOND incident

But when the President and his son is owned by China, this shit happens.

And shouldn’t you be in Ukraine fighting for democracy? I know how much you care about that

  8. Cluster February 3, 2023 / 11:22 am

So I guess if manipulated government labor statistics show improvement, selling classified information for personal profit by the Presidents drug addicted son is all ok. This is now the lowered standard for Democrats. And we still don’t know the over/under on how many Democrat men are now women.

Just curious at how much more evidence is needed before people realize that the POTUS is in complete control of the Chinese.

Evidence-schmevidence – you obviously don’t understand how our two-tiered system of justice works.

I guarantee you that balloon has thermal imaging and is locating natural gas reserves. Which Hunter will eventually sell them. Nothing to see here folks, just Democrats selling out America

Biden is so blatant, he’s not even asking the Chicoms to be subtle. Why not? The media won’t report anything no matter how obvious, half of Congress will fight anyone who calls him out, and he knows no one will kick him out if it means Mattressback Kami will take over. He’s bulletproof

      • Mark Noonan February 3, 2023 / 11:19 pm

I was thinking about it when it first came up and I decided it was one of two things:

        1. China’s spy satellites are so bad that they had to resort to this.

        2. China is testing to see if there’s even an ounce of resistance in the US government.

I go with the latter: here in 2023, even if the Chicoms are using 25 year old tech, their spy satellites have to be least good enough…plus if they are snooping at American missile bases and such, they’ve been there for decades and I’m sure the Russians can help them with any intel they need. So, it was a test – is a test, because it looks like there may be another headed our way. The official word that we daren’t shoot it down because of the risk on the ground is just patently absurd…its mostly been over very rural areas and even a simpleton could figure out the best place to hit it for the least amount of collateral risk. The Chinese now can rest assured that they can do whatever they want and the US Government will not do anything.

Of course, there is the third possibility – it is a test of an EMP or biowar platform and they’re just getting us used to having them overhead so when its go time, we’ll be caught with our pants down…but that would also work into the “test” theory.

It is amazingly humiliating but I also think it’ll cause hardly a ripple in the American political system…too many of our own people are ignorant cowards to understand or even care what this means.
