Not sure. Could go either way. But someone noted on X the other day that the actions of the Ruling Class (DNC/MSM/Corporate America/Deep State/GOPe, etc) are the actions of people who are losing control, know it, and are now lashing out irrationally.
As all of us have agree for a long time, polls are not to be trusted but we have had poll after poll now indicating that the only core, Democrat constituency – that is, core, Ruling Class constituency – who are staying on side are white, college educated women. In all other areas there has been erosion of Democrat support. Not necessarily resulting in gains of GOP power, but certainly ebbing away from the Democrats. And voter registration trends in places like Pennsylvania and Delaware are favoring the GOP. Yes, Delaware. Perhaps there is a limit? Perhaps there’s a point where things are so bad that even the deepest Blue areas start to shift?
We’ll have to see how the year goes but if it ends of a collapse of Democrat support then I’m going to identify the “stunt” of shipping illegals to sanctuary cities as the catalyst. The pebble that started the avalanche. Remember, the MSM simply wasn’t telling anyone about the invasion at the border. If any reports were made about illegal immigration it was couched in “poor, suffering Jose who just wants a better life”…not hundreds of thousands of fit, military-aged males surging across the border unchecked. Certainly nothing about the human costs this disastrous migration has caused. And absolutely not a word about the amount of taxpayer money, funneled through NGOs, paying for the migration. But start sending a few thousand of these illegals to blue cities and the lid was ripped off…mostly because the idiot leaders of the blue cities dumped the illegals in black and other working class/poor neighborhoods as if these people would be pleased (and I guarantee you the upper class liberal whites thought they would; nobody is more racist than a white liberal). It became something nobody could ignore and it placed in sharp relief just how lousy the Biden Administration is. At this point, whether its corruption or incompetence is irrelevant. It is just bad; people hate how things are going and have lost any faith that Team Pudding Brain can fix it.
The really important thing is going to be whether or not our civilization still can be saved. Sure, we might well elect a trifecta MAGA government this November. It could happen. In fact, probably 50/50 right now that we will. But supposing we do, will we then do what is necessary? Like most on the Right I hailed the rise of Georgia Meloni as Prime Minister of Italy in 2022…but we found out by the end of 2023 that she had pretty much entirely sold out. Now we’re all praising Javier Milei…and I strongly suspect he won’t sell out. He’s really taking a hatchet to the system…attacking the very founding ideas of the Progressive Social Democratic State. My thinking with him is that the global Ruling Class will try to have him killed. But if we win, we have to be like Milei…but even more so.
Milei has the good fortune to be in a country where the President has far more unilateral power over government than the USA. He’s able to just shut down things without so much as a by your leave from anyone. But, here’s the thing: we’re going to have to do that anyway. Sure, there’s laws saying that certain classes of bureaucrats can’t be fired without a tedious, time consuming process. Fire them anyway. Even if its initially just telling them to stay home while still getting paid. There was a ridiculous federal judge which ruled a State law banning medical mutilation of minors is unconstitutional: enforce the law anyways.
It is going to take that level of determination. That level of courage. It will take actions that might provoke an extreme reaction. What it will come down to is: do we want to win? I mean really win?
We’re going to find out.

I’m wondering how many Dems and Independents are starting to realize how stupid it is to call election questions ‘baseless” when there is so much data coming out about various proven frauds in so many states. I know there are obdurate deniers of the obvious who just ignore the facts or claim to because they refuse to admit the truth, and no doubt many more that have not really been exposed to them thanks to the intervention of the Complicit Agenda Media, but when people do hear of various examples of fraud and are then immediately told that all questions about the election’s integrity are “baseless’ they have to start wondering why they are being lied to.

I agree. You get what you vote for. Whenever I see someone who is clearly a LIV whining about conditions I wish I could be there to ask “So how are you going to vote this time?” We all know the answer.
After reading about Jack Smith’s efforts to keep Trump literally off the campaign trail by having his federal trials during the year (the law would require Trump to be in the courtroom for a federal trial) I started to think what a good thing that might be.
First, the optics for the Left would be terrible. If Trump were not gagged he could send out his messages all based on the idea that the Left is so terrified of him they have had to lock him up to keep him from speaking to the people.
Second, it would cut down on Trump’s foot-in-mouth propensity if all his campaigning had to be done by surrogates. The people who love Trump love him, but the people who don’t love him would probably react better to not-Trumps on the campaign trail. It looks fishy to have surrogates substituting for the real thing, unless the reason is government abuse of power and overreach and an effort to silence the opposition. Also, the bench on the Right is full of smart, charismatic and articulate potential surrogates, while the Left has—who? Chris Matthews?
Third, it would put Melania out there as his main surrogate—and because we know that Jill is going to have to be doing the same for *President81millionLOL the campaign would boil down to being between smart, beautiful, articulate and charismatic Melania and frumpy, dumpy, not-very-articulate and amazingly uncharismatic Jill. It would be a hoot on so many levels, from Jill trying to compete with Melania on the fashion front to Melania explaining that a tyrannical State like the one she left is using its powers to try to crush her husband while Jill would have to “explain” that, well, Joe just isn’t up to it.

Erstwhile Harvard President Claudine Gay will retain nearly $900,000 in salary despite resigning earlier Tuesday over rampant allegations of academic plagiarism that surfaced in the wake of her dubious congressional testimony about antisemitism early last month, the New York Post reported.
Gay will reset to the Harvard faculty as a political science professor but will continue to be paid a salary in excess of $850,000, according to the Post. Gay was a professor of government at Harvard beginning in 2006.
Of course, her “qualifications” for the faculty job were pretty much those for the presidency—that is, bogus and stolen—but Harvard got to virtue signal by pressuring her to step away from the more public job while maintaining its DEI credentials and radical Leftist status.

Here in Illinois a comprehensive “assault” weapons ban went in effect. So far the state police report less than a 1% compliance rate with this new dictate. When nobody complies with the government, the government has lost control.
Ninety of one hundred and two county sheriffs have stated on record that they will not enforce the PICA dictate. Last years (R) candidate for governor stated on a video posted on youtube, that he will not comply with the law, daring putzker to do anything.

Sure, SWAT teams have obeyed orders to do things like raid a mansion or arrest an elderly man at dawn for allegedly lying to law enforcement, but do we really think these citizens are going to arm themselves and go after their friends, relatives, neighbors just to back up a power play by some bureaucrats? Ditto for the military.
There is a tipping point for everything and my prediction is that this point will be when and where the guys with guns—law enforcement, military—-are ordered to do things blatantly outside their legal or moral authority. And that’s where they just say “no”.

I particularly noted the strong references to the fact that the vote tallies could not be legally certified. This has been a big complaint of mine for years. “Certify” has an actual legal meaning. As I recently posted, I just sold two vehicles, and to transfer the title I have to certify the mileage on the vehicle. It is a crime to certify a false number, even for a 20-year-old pickup. But evidently not when the outcome is an illegitimate president of the United States.
By law, the “certification” of the Pennsylvania vote count was fraud. So who will be prosecuted for this?
We have half a year or so to get our state legislatures to pass laws like this, and to make it clear to the entities charged with certification (state legislatures in some states, secretary of state in others) that false certification will be prosecuted. And since when did “Secretary of State” become the most powerful political position in the country?
What if a state doesn’t certify? I’m guessing that state would not have votes in the Electoral College, meaning that the entire population of the state would be disenfranchised. Which ought to lead to outrage over the fraudulent election antics that led to this and the determination to impose and enforce laws to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
Republican Gov. Doug Ducey also illegally certified the AZ election. We need to end universal mail in balloting and enforce Voter ID and signature verification. It’s not difficult, and neither is solving the border. We just need people in charge who don’t have other agendas.
The Arizona “certification” always stood out to me as one of, if not THE, most egregious violations of the term “certify” given the documentation of so many fraudulent votes—-not in state, double voting, etc.
I do think some states have laws written that executives SHALL certify the tallies presented. It is up to us to find out what our state laws say and work to change the ones that so clearly need to be changed or clarified, and to inform the responsible entities that they WILL be held accountable, by lawsuits against them personally if nothing else.
When we can find out so quickly about obvious violations, like not being residents, there is no excuse for pretending that the official vote count is valid. Lose all the votes of a state in one election and see how fast changes are made.
Also, we have seen how important narratives can be, so it’s time to push some of our own.
Example: It is the JOB of courts to rule on important issues. No more dodging this responsibility. Do your job or get off the bench, and that means no more hiding behind process dismissals, such as ‘lack of standing”.
Example: It is the duty of a president to do whatever he can to ensure the integrity of our electoral process, so President Trump had the responsibility to encourage Congress to do ITS job and look into election irregularities when credibly asserted
Example: Ditto for Congress. Congress failing to immediately mount investigations into credible claims of election fraud was proof of dereliction of duty and should result in removal—a good message for 2024
We are always on the back foot, always retreating a little as we remain on the defensive. It is time to get out there and push our own narratives. Get these ideas out there and support them. The TEA Party had a narrative, pushed it and made a difference (even though its narrative got distorted from Taxed Enough Already to general conservative concerns as it allowed itself to morph from TEA Party to plain old generic Tea Party).
We could/should swarm all social media with these narratives, put them in opinion pieces and letters to editors, start getting into comments sections on articles, try to get calls taken on radio shows, etc.
Imagine an election in which only a dozen or so states can send electors to the Electoral College vote because they are the only ones with up-to-date voter registration records, which are matched against in-person voters who have to show state-provided photo IDs, with limited absentee ballots only for specific reasons, with same-day voting and strict enforcement of voter fraud violations.
We need to throw some cherry bombs into the toilets of our existing election processes, to go back to a favorite form of vandalism when I was a kid–not to “vandalize” but to force reforms.

Latest global warming news: the weatherman on CBS affiliate WANE TV in Fort Wayne, Indiana said the other night that December, 2023 was the 5th warmest December on record. The 1st through the 4th warmest Decembers all occurred in the last 6 years. OK, I made that last part up. The warmest December was in 1921, followed by 1912, followed by 1931, and then, finally, 1998. Helluva trend.
