Apparently at UC San Diego something like 130 students were asked this math question: 7+2 = 6+___. And twenty five percent of them couldn’t answer it.
That is third grade math, tops. Another education thing I saw recently was a professor who’s class was upset because he was using letters for mathematical equations and the kids were furious that he expected them to know there are twenty six letters in the alphabet.
Turns out when Sir Edward Grey said the lights were going out in Europe in 1914 he was dead right – the only real reason I can think we’re here is so many of the very best people in the West were killed in WWI that we were left with nothing but the dregs…who have, step by step, brought the West down to their level. It is worse in Europe – where the dying was must greater – than in the USA, but everywhere in the West the 20th century saw the most intelligent, physically fit and bravest sacrificed…and as time went on, sacrificed by ever stupider people.
Always good to keep in mind that to be educated 125 years ago meant you knew Latin and Greek. That you had a firm grounding in math, history, law, theology, philosophy and geography, no matter what sort of degree you were aiming at. And also good to keep in mind that money didn’t keep you out of college – sure, the rich kids got in because daddy paid, but anyone who had the intellectual chops for college could get in. Sure, it was difficult to pass the exams…sure you probably had to work to earn money in addition to your scholarship…sure, you lived poor and struggled to keep going. But if you had the grit plus brains, you got the degree…and entered into a world of rare and honored achievement. To be an educated man or woman in 1900 placed you in an elite. A class of people who were not only intelligent, but knowledgeable, hard working and disciplined. Since WWI, all of that has been dispensed and getting a degree is really no more than sitting there and waiting to get it. And now the kids can’t add or read.
Democrats are in massive psy-op mode, again. The bottom line is that they want us talking about anything but their support for illegals, criminals and boys in girls sports (positions their insane base will not let them retreat from). This is why they are now bringing up Epstein as if it had anything to do with Trump. They don’t care that every scrap of evidence indicates that Trump never used Epstein’s services and that the two men hated each other – they’ll just lie and say up is down not really with the intent to convince, but just to get us talking about it. Meanwhile, the GOP is on track to flip voter registration in North Carolina red by 2026…and Pennsylvania by 2028. And even our loss in New Jersey this month is masking a distinct trend in favor of the GOP in that State. Oh, and Nevada is a Red State – so Red that both our Democrat Senators voted to end the shutdown.
The real key is to understand that whatever it is the Democrats and MSM (BIRM) are talking about is mere distraction. Don’t get distracted.

I read somewhere the other day that there are NO known direct emails between Epstein and Trump. I didn’t think of it at the time because it was before the most recent round of emails were released. I figured it should be pretty easy to find out, so I searched “direct emails between Epstein and Trump”, and this is what I got.
The average person, (the one who doesn’t know the answer to 7 + 2 = 6 + __ ) isn’t going to do that search. They’re just going to see the dozens of articles (all essentially the same article) and say Trump and Epstein were tight. Mark is absolutely right; it’s all a ginormous distraction.
My sense of the Epstein/Trump “relationship” is that Trump always saw Epstein as a remora, a parasite always trying to latch onto those with more money or fame or stature, and Trump ran into these poseurs every day. (He joked about women like that, observing that “you can grab them by the p***y and they won’t care”, showing his disdain for such prostitution.) He seemed to tolerate Epstein in public, as he pretty much had to when they were at the same functions, etc. but he also went to the FBI with concerns about him and reported on anything he saw that was suspicious. I’ve never seen anything to indicate that Trump saw Epstein as a friend, though he did make a couple of generic “he’s a good guy’ kind of comments when asked for an opinion.
Epstein seemed to be seeking attention from Trump, sucking up to him and trying to get into the In Crowd, but he was always a new guy, tolerated but not really accepted. He managed to get photographed with a lot of people, and provided his “services” to those so inclined, but I get the impression he was always angling for inclusion and equality. Then Trump totally dissed him by kicking him out of Mar-A-Lago (and I’d love to know how that went and what was said) and then Trump rubbed salt in the wound by outbidding him on a mansion in the neighborhood that Epstein really wanted, probably sending the message that the neighborhood didn’t want “that kind” of person moving in.
So then Epstein started his “well, I never liked him anyway” campaign, calling Trump names and making insulting comments about him—but still dropping his name, like in that email about who he had invited to some shindig, as if Trump would ever go.
I am a little curious about what kind of attention Epstein thought Trump should have gotten for being in his house—he seemed peeved that no one paid any attention to what he evidently expected to get the dogs barking. This makes me go back to the claims that Epstein was set up to create honey traps for prominent people and maybe he was upset that this failed when he tried it with Trump. He certainly sounded irritated that no one seemed to attach any significance to Trump being in his house. When you analyze that comment, it appears to say that (1) Epstein knew that merely being associated with him would/should get negative attention, and (2) that he was surprised and annoyed that this did not happen with Trump. It kinda sounds like he WANTED Trump’s presence, if it occurred at all, to generate some negative reaction. In other words, a set-up effort that failed.
IMO, if Epstein did try to trap Trump – and he almost certainly would have – the problem is that Trump isn’t interest in that sort of service. If you look at the ladies Trump has been with, Epstein didn’t have the necessary inducement.

Sensing a pattern here? Trump doesn’t like little girls – he likes fully mature women who don’t actually need him to have a life. The kind of girls Epstein provided were young – some underage, of course – who were victims. Girls induced into a type of life – the life of prostitution. This is done most often by a course of physical/psychological abuse combined with drug addiction. Not the kind of girls Trump would find in any way attractive – keeping in mind that attractiveness isn’t merely physical for any mature mind…it also ties in with intellect and spirit. Most people simply don’t know how prostitutes get made…nobody ever volunteers for that life. Any person that is for sale is coming from a whole series of very bad things often topped off by an abusive pimp who puts the prostitute on the market. The “hooker with a heart of gold” which has become a literary and movie cliche just doesn’t exist…or, if it does, it is exceptionally rare. No good thing or series of things leads a person to selling their body for money. That some become voluntary participants in it – often as pimps and madams themselves in later years – doesn’t change the facts about how they got into it.
Trump has never been part of that world – from what I understand, he’s a germaphobe and that, of itself, precludes the act – and when you’re a billionaire you can get voluntary cooperation from all the good looking girls you want. The rich men who buy sex are not doing it just for sex…they can get that pretty much at the drop of the hat. They are looking for abuse – the ability to own another human being, even if only for a little while. There is nothing in Trump’s background that indicates he likes to abuse people – he’ll kick an opponent in the groin (figuratively) but that’s just the give and take…but he doesn’t go out of his way to be plain nasty to people. He doesn’t need that kind of power trip – plenty of psychologically damaged people do, but not Trump.
And once Trump found out just who Epstein was, he became a serious threat to the game – and not just to Epstein, but to Epstein’s partners and victims. Trump found out enough of what was going on to ban Epstein and from that moment, Epstein was on borrowed time…it was all going to come out because someone in the know (at least to some degree) wasn’t on the hook. That, ultimately, is where this stems from…a desperate need to stop the truth about Epstein from coming out…and we know that a lot of Trump critics are deeply implicated in Epstein’s actions.
I read that approximately 80% of all students in advance classes at Harvard are foreign students …. that’s not good and an unmistakable example of how bad are educational system is. We simply don’t teach our kids the skills they need to succeed. Instead we teach them delusional cultural issues that only serves to keep them ignorant and dependent on the ruling class. The damage to this country that self serving politicians of both parties have inflicted upon it over the last 30 years, is immeasurable.
