British media is reporting a “rise in racism” among patients of the National Health Service. Allegedly, white Brits are using derogatory terms towards Medical Personnel of Color…of course, same Brit media will say that a POC should be able to ask for a non-white doctor because that makes them feel more comfortable. But a white guy does the same? Racism!!!!
Or the fact that foreign-born medical personnel are 1.8 times more likely to be hauled up on malpractice charges than native British medical personnel. Could be that, ya know? And you know it is – and that is why the Brit media is putting out “racist white Brits” here…to forestall complaints about non-white medicos. Make a complaint and the police might pay you a visit to see if you’re violating Britain’s anti-racism laws. With evidence that you are being, well, you’re white. The twists and turns the global Ruling Class will make just to sustain their views.
What I like to point out is that Mumbai (which is really Bombay…a city founded by the Portuguese, not the Indians, later ceded to Britain…the name change is just a lame Indian attempt to pretend the Raj never happened) is the richest city in India and yet you can easily find pictures of Bombay like this:
Granted, this was probably taken after a storm or some such and is likely the worst you’ll ever see the beach…but, still, what a dump. In India’s richest city. Fully functional societies don’t have this. India has always had squalor, of course…but I’ll bet any amount of money that when Mumbai was Bombay, this sort of thing was never seen. If these Indians are so brilliant that we have to import them by the bushel, why does India look like it does? I think someone is trying to sell us on a con, guys.
Oh, the Lefties are out there saying that El-Sayed is this totes brilliant guy with doctorates n’ stuff…and I’m over here going, “can we check?”. The thing about stereotypes is that they are based upon experience. It only becomes bigotry or racism if the stereotype is applied universally. That said, there is a great deal about the non-West that we find distasteful – and rightly so. The concept that non-Westerners are dishonest is based upon the fact that non-Westerners think cheating a Westerner is ok. We’re not part of the tribe, after all; outsiders may be cheated and the only judgement on it is, “did it work?”. This is why European colonial officials were often exasperated with their Native subjects…steal you blind in a minute if your back was turned. And getting them to put in an honest day’s work required intense supervision. It was also why they only took on Natives into government when those Natives had been thoroughly Westernized.
On the whole, the non-West is not compatible with us – just as we aren’t with them. Fair is fair – and I wouldn’t go into Afghanistan to open up a strip joint…but I also refuse to allow an Afghan to come here and marry a minor.
