Seeing some video of Episcopal “priests” who are essentially denying not just the divinity of Christ, but His very existence. And I wonder: what is the point? Why even bother? If Jesus is not God – or if He never existed – what is the point of even talking about Him? I mean, other than to just insult the whole idea of Christianity? This is not heresy – it is apostasy. These people could go golf or something on a Sunday morning…going to Church to simply dump all over the very idea of Christ – aside from the risk to one’s soul – seems a gigantic waste of time.

But that is the Left – nothing but hatred. So much hatred that you even go out of your way to hate. There are fallen away Christians – including some who downright loath Christianity – but they don’t dwell on it. For whatever reason, they have rejected grace…and now they go about their lives doing things which please them. Not spending huge amount of time and resources expressing their hatred. But not our Left! Nope: once they hate something they need to let you know – at length – that they hate it.

Just weird. And sad. Pathetic. Kinda stupid.

Japan and the USA sign a rare earths agreement – more work towards cutting China out of the loop on it. Keep in mind that China nearly cornered the rare earths market; on purpose to hamstring us if it ever came down to a fight. American President after American President simply let it happen. Were they stupid? Bribed? Yes. Trump isn’t having any of that – he knows it is crucial and we have to get our own rare earths. This is MAGA – and this is true diplomacy. Working to build up America while also building up our true friends…not our so-called “allies” who routinely stab us in the back and, step by step, turn themselves into fascist tyrannies.

Women in Gaza are being traded for food and being forced to marry rapists. Of course some will blame Israel but I’ll just remind everyone that the Gazans sent rape/murder squads into Israel and every last thing that happens after that is 100% the moral responsibility of the Gazans. That is what sort of people they are – and now that they can’t kidnap, rape and pass around Jewish girls, they are doing it to their own. Completely hideous people. Like all people, they are capable of redemption – but as Gazans, they never will be. As long as they are there and being controlled by savages their chances of emerging into normal basic humanity are nil. I didn’t want Gaza placed under siege, forced to surrender and the population sent into exile to be cruel…it was to give Israel real peace and give the Gazans a real chance to stop being barbarians.

Flock cameras should be banned – here’s a story of a woman who was locked up for 86 hours due to Flock indicating she was involved in a car accident. She wasn’t. I get the idea of having cameras for security…but we’re also dealing with humans not just having the data, but refusing to think. That is, they take what the computer tells them as Gospel. You can’t do that – but people do because it is just easier. Can’t trust humanity with the power that Flock puts in their hands.

Polling says “Blue Tsunami”. But polling also shows Democrats winning more white voters in Texas than they have in a generation. In other words, the polls are lies. I don’t pay the least attention to them. I mean, come on! They’ve always overstated Democrat strength – and they’ve gotten worse. Response bias is where it starts – you and I don’t even answer when a pollster calls or texts. Democrats eagerly answer every last one, thinking that they are somehow Defending Our Democracy by so doing. We’re going to win in November.

I’m betting that the polls are correct. The American people are pissed about the war and the economy. I’m guessing Democrats will pick up 20-60 seats in the House and 4-8 seats in the Senate.

Anything is possible – but just to take one example, a recent poll showing that Islamist nutcase Sayed barely ahead in Michigan is recall Harris +4 in a State which was Trump +2. So, they shifted the electorate 6 points to the Left of the most recent vote and only barely got themselves a lead. And then they took a Harris +4 on young voters (under 30) and turned it into a Sayed +70ish. It is just ridiculous. But if its what you want to hang your hat on, go for it.

After all, perhaps Trump is as catastrophically unpopular as W was in 2006. If so, you get your Blue Tsunami. I don’t see it – because I don’t know anyone IRL who is an actual disappointed Trump voter. Some wish he had move stronger this or that direction, but we’re all adults and realize there is limited time and resources and choices have to be made…plus he’s doing what we voted for, in come cases things we didn’t even know we voted for until he did them. Gas is high, sure – but I’m also making more money than I ever had. By a lot. The Mrs cut her leg the other day and we were able to get the whole doctor thing done via video for like $40 including meds (didn’t need stitches, got slightly infected)…that’s pretty cool and has been helped along greatly by Trump policy. We were able to take our usual two vacations this year and while gas was high (especially in California) hotels, food, etc were pretty much same as the year before. So, things just aren’t that bad right now…and we won the war.

I don’t do predictions—and Casper’s is right up there on the rosiest side—but while you might not know anyone IRL who is “an actual disappointed Trump voter,” they do exist in pretty broad numbers. For instance, this poll indicates that one in five Trump voters regret their vote for Trump.

MAGA will win for the exact reason you mentioned Mark … HATE. Democrat hatred is palpable and every American sees it. They hate Trump, they hate MAGA, they hate Jews, they hate tradition, they hate America, and they think this is a winning strategy. And in addition to their childish hatred, their agenda includes dismantling the Senate and the Supreme Court, eliminating the electoral college and turning America into a third world shit hole. Not many Americans will vote for this shit. And here’s a laughable example …

A Florida history teacher is fighting for her reputation after the state’s attorney general accused her of trying to ‘cancel’ an eighth-grade student over his conservative views.

Liz Ballard, a teacher at Pine View School in Sarasota County, allegedly singled out the boy as the conservative voice in classroom political discussions, branded him a ‘misogynist’ and disparaged his father, according to a September 21 letter from Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier.

    https://www.dailymail.com/news/article-16154331/Florida-teacher-cancel-8th-grader-anti-woke-views.html

And Democrats are not just irreligious, they are satanic. This is a spiritual battle more than a political battle. Democrats have some very dark souls, much like Muslim men, and this cancer in our country needs to be extracted, starting in November. Then in 2028, can you imagine any of the Democrat front runners debating Vance or Rubio???? They will be eviscerated. .

Fraud is going to play a big role in the mid terms and the 2028 election and so far the fraud uncovered is 99% Democrat. Reportedly there’s an investigation into California homeless fraud to the tune of over $1 billion. Newsome will have some explaining to do. Vance just revealed that nearly 1 million “non existent” people have been kicked off of the ACA and doctors are implicit. This is all in addition to the massive hospice and daycare fraud around the country and MAGA will pin all of this right where it belongs …. With Democrats

The “genocide” in Gaza is not what Democrats want you to think it is … it’s actually Muslim men, who are are more like cockroaches than humans, raping and oppressing their women and girls

Women in Gaza are being traded for food and forced into marriages with their rapists, according to a pair of reports from the United Nations — underscoring the critical importance of President Trump’s Board of Peace in the war-torn enclave.

There was a 123% increase in the number of early and forced marriage incidents across Gaza in the first quarter of 2026, with women between the ages of 18-59 suffering 68% of all gender-based violence (GBV) in the Palestinian enclave, the United Nations’ Population Fund (UNFPA) found.

Researchers spoke to women who said young girls were married off to rapists, traded for food or given up by guardians who did not want to take care of them amid the humanitarian crisis caused by the Israel-Hamas war.

And this is what Democrats want for America. Democrats have a Muslim problem

I’ve seen some fretting over the Fed raising rates, and thought it time to introduce a perspective on this. Stephen Green of TownHall writes:

Let me start with my favorite economic factoid of all time, and my only regret is that it never comes up in Trivial Pursuit, which admittedly I win all the time, regardless.

When Reagan came into office in 1981, the misery index (inflation plus unemployment) stood at 19.3. That’s inflation at 11.8% and unemployment at 7.5%.

So you know what Reagan did? He and Fed Chair Paul Volcker agreed to make it worse.

That’s right, they made it worse.

Courtesy of Richard Nixon and Jimmy Carter, we were stuck with stagflation — low growth plus inflation — a condition so unlikely that all the best economists agreed it couldn’t possibly happen right up until it did. Volcker understood (and Reagan agreed) that the only way to get us out of hell, as Winston Churchill would have advised, was to keep on going.

So Volcker pretty much killed off the economy and jobs with massive rate hikes at the Fed, with Reagan providing the necessary political cover. The country entered a deep recession in July 1981, with the goal of finally wringing ’70s inflation out of the system.

Only then could Americans get to the serious (and seriously fun) business of wringing the malaise out of our souls.

And that’s where the rest of Reaganomics — a word coined by his know-nothing critics — came in. It wasn’t enough to tame inflation; Reagan also had to set people free to do stuff. And that he did, with a combination of tax cuts and deregulation that got us humming again.

Memory refreshed, I can finally get to that favorite factoid.

The Reagan-Volcker recession didn’t end until Nov. 1982, and it was a bad 16 months for all involved. But from the end of the recession to the end of 1988, right before Reagan left office, we the people achieved something remarkable: In those 73 months, we kinda made ourselves a West Germany.

American workers, investors, business leaders, tech guys — in six years, they built an economy about the size of West Germany’s and just sort of casually tacked it onto the world-leading economy we already had.

In the nine months before Reagan’s 1984 reelection, median family income went up by almost 7%. That’s nearly 14 years’ worth of annual income growth under Barack Obama, crammed in between New Year’s and Halloween. No wonder Obama always looks so sour.

Just the First Lady of the United States of America telling us all what a “beautiful” childhood she had under communisim. See, B4Vers, it’s not that bad! Try it, you might like it! lol

First lady Melania Trump said Wednesday that she had a “very beautiful childhood” growing up under communism in Slovenia, offering a personal reflection on a political system her husband, President Donald Trump, has repeatedly invoked as a threat to the United States.

“I grew up, under the communism, and actually, I didn’t miss anything,” Melania told Fox News Business. “I feel I had a very beautiful childhood, and, my parents provide a beautiful child for my family.”

If there were only a few polls showing Trump unpopular I wouldn’t be predicting a blue wave, but it’s all of them. Groups that helped Trump get elected (Hispanics, Independents, young males, etc) have turned sharply against him. Republicans have also been hurt because they are running some very weak candidates. Paxton in Texas and Graham in South Carolina come to mind. And while Mark has ben declaring the Iran war over for months, most of the the population isn’t seeing that. The biggest issue right now is inflation. Between gas, electricity and groceries I’m spending two to three hundred dollars more a month than I was a year and a half ago. And I’m not alone.

If we were up against the Democrat Party of the 1990’s I might be worried, but we are far removed from small policy differences. Democrats offer nothing but hatred and the desire to dismantle everything that made this country great. And the majority of Americans see that. The Democrat field of candidates is so pathetic it’s laughable. Not one of them have two competent brain cells to rub together and worst yet, Democrats have allowed cockroaches into their party. Then why didn’t they do that during the Clinton, Obama, Biden presidency’s? Obama exploded the cost of healthcare, and Biden exploded the cost of living. Their track records are horrendous. Universal healthcare would cost approximately $4 trillion, money of which we don’t have and just fyi, our total budget is $7 trillion, but worse is that we would then face the same shortages Canada, Britain, and France are experiencing. Re: wars, Biden and Harris were almost solely responsible for the Ukraine/Russia war.

But Casper, you need to reread the Democrat platform because it is a helluva lot more than your child like notions. They want to end capitalism and abolish the Senate for starters. Which are non starters. The Democrat Party is simply bat shit insane.

      • casper3031's avatar casper3031 September 24, 2026 / 6:28 pm

The reason Democrats haven’t passed universal healthcare is because of Republican (and in a few cases Democratic) opposition.

“But Casper, you need to reread the Democrat platform because it is a helluva lot more than your child like notions. They want to end capitalism and abolish the Senate for starters. “

That is not in the Democratic platform.

People like you Casper are the people who allow tyranny to take hold all because they make you feel warm and fuzzy and morally superior.

The DSA owns the Democrat Party Casper, and right in their platform is to abolish the Senate the Supreme Court and the electoral college, and they will hide from that now because Democrats always lie during campaigns. Maybe one day you will grow up and become an adult. I doubt it.

“You’d have Americans dying in the Donbas, impose a Green New Deal to make prices of everything skyrocket and your Medicare for All would wind up in MAID…”

We already have Americans dying in the Middle East and the prices of everything is skyrocketing.

Casper, you are no longer in a role of assigning homework.

OF COURSE you are for dismantling the Electoral College and expanding the Supreme Court—-as they currently exist they are roadblocks in the Leftist efforts to completely take over the country. I’ll bet your rationale for expanding the SCOTUS is to make it more “balanced”, amirite? This is the argument made by the ignorant, who think that the Court is somehow supposed to modify the Constitution based on a popular vote among the justices. One of the most depressing aspects of the death spiral of education in this country is seeing alleged “teachers” espouse such ignorance.

No surprise in seeing you bleat about some ISSUES, or in seeing how ignorance-based they are. Do you know who sets the price of gasoline? I didn’t think so. What other prices are “skyrocketing” and to what extent is this offset by the increase in the average takehome pay of the average working American? (Uh-oh, Casper might have to do some cipherin’ here—-or see what the Guardian says.)

A lot of Melania’s statement can be explained by this:

Communism in Slovenia during the 1970s and 1980s was defined by a relatively high standard of living, economic self-management, and open borders compared to the Soviet Bloc, though it shifted from early-decade political crackdowns into a vibrant wave of civil society and pushback against the federal Yugoslav government.

    Economy and Standard of Living

Industrial Powerhouse: Slovenia was the most economically developed and industrialized republic in Yugoslavia, producing around 16.5% of the total GDP despite its small size.

Worker Self-Management: Under economic frameworks heavily influenced by Slovene communist theorist Edvard Kardelj, factories and enterprises used a “self-management” model where workers had a nominal say in operations.

High Quality of Life: Citizens enjoyed nearly full employment, free education (including universities supported by state grants), strong social security, and robust healthcare. Living standards closely resembled those of Western European nations like Spain or Italy.

    Freedoms and the Political Climate

Open Borders: Unlike citizens in Soviet-controlled countries, Yugoslav citizens held passports that allowed them to travel freely to the West, and many Slovenes worked abroad or shopped across the Italian and Austrian borders.

The “Years of Lead”: After a brief period of economic and cultural liberalization, a conservative faction within the Slovenian Communist Party—backed by federal authorities—clamped down in the early 1970s. This era of increased censorship, political arrests, and tighter press control was known as svinčena leta (the “Years of Lead”).

Cultural and Social Movements: By the late 1970s and 1980s, restrictions loosened again, making Slovenia a hotbed for alternative youth subcultures. It hosted pioneering punk rock music scenes, peace movements, environmental campaigns, and Eastern Europe’s first organized LGBTQ+ groups.

So – not exactly the same as growing up in virtually any other Soviet era entity. Nice try, though.

    • justanotherguy98's avatar justanotherguy98 September 24, 2026 / 2:14 pm

So… you’re defending communism now? Gotta admit, Spook, I didn’t see that one coming. Basically, what you’re saying is that while communism as practiced in the Soviet bloc might have been bad, communism as practiced in Slovenia was actually pretty great with a high quality of life.

Before this, you and your pals never had a good word to say about communism in any form. Now, you seem to be backtracking.

(And just a note to Cluster: I’m not defending communism myself, just responding to Spook’s defense of it. If you have an issue with defending communism, take it up with Spook.)

I’m not sure how you twisted my comment into being a defense of Communism.

Come on, man. You and your pals routinely call people “communists” in order to denigrate them. It’s a favorite pastime around here. So here comes Melania Trump, who says growing up in a communist country was “beautiful.” If Michelle Obama had said anything like that you would be go after her for days, and you know it.

So now you feel the need to “contextualize” her comments by going to AI and posting whatever it said to show that, see, it wasn’t so bad. Well if it wasn’t so bad, then why do you always resort to calling people “communists” as an insult?

If you had any history of nuance, maybe I would grant you a pass. I understand there is nuance, but you have never indicated that you do. Maybe it’s because you feel compelled to always defend “your side” and attack “the other side.” And now with Trump it is doubly so. So now you’re in a bad spot here, defending communism as not so bad. Trump turns you inside out. It’s a sight to behold.

Are you now willing to admit that there is, in fact, nuance?

      • Amazona's avatar Amazona September 25, 2026 / 10:57 am

Are you now willing to admit that there is, in fact, nuance?

Well, there obviously was nuance in Slovenia back in the 70s and 80s. Seeing as how the Soviet Union imploded in 1991, I’d say the nuance is pretty much gone. And I can’t think of anyone today who is suggesting a nuanced approach to Communism. But go ahead – keep on digging. If you give me your address, I’ll send you a shovel.

This is, I guess, supposed to mean something. It might be less stupid if it said “See? You can have communism and not actually miss EVERYTHING”.

Like a loving family, like living in a beautiful part of the world, like being far enough from the seat of oppression to have its impact less onerous, like the fact that CHILDREN are less aware of the harsh realities of the things their parents have to cope with, like tyranny and economic strife.

Most of us who grew up in poverty were not really aware of the sacrifices our parents had to make to ensure that we felt secure and comfortable. It’s what good parents DO, or at least DID back in the day when parenting was taken seriously.

Help me out here. Do you mean “WEREN’T” so bad, as in 50 years ago when Melania grew up in a communist country that WAS more like Communist light and no longer exists, or “AREN’T” so bad now? As in she’s making a “nuanced” pitch for Communism – TODAY. How exactly do you make that leap? And, of course, you have to make that leap to accuse me of “defending” Communism. What forms of Communism that aren’t so bad today do you think I’m defending? Can you list the Communist countries that I’m supposedly defending as not so bad currently? Do you have any idea just how insanely stupid you sound?

I’m so sorry. I meant epithet instead of epitaph. You probably knew that, but you need to score cheap points. As for proving I’m a bot? What is it with you and the need to call anyone you disagree with a bot? Do you do that to make yourself feel like a bigger person—I mean, being? Seriously.

In an attempt to set the scene, Michaels told viewers that Penix Jr had started his career at Indiana before having ‘two great years at Oregon.’

College football fans quickly seized on the glaring error, pointing out that Penix starred for the Washington Huskies – who are fierce rivals of the Oregon Ducks.

While Michaels later corrected himself and tried to move past the slip-up, the damage across social media was already done.

God forbid an 81 year old make a mistake about colleges which the author described as a “glaring” error, and “the damage across social media was already done”??????

You’re the one who’s saying Republicans are doing a lousy job. I can’t speak for anyone else here, but I’m delighted with the job they’re doing, the President more so than Congress, but given the razor thin majorities in both houses, I didn’t expect much out of this Congress. And you seem to be the only one who doesn’t know what communists are. In fact, your whole grasp of American politics is tenuous at best. The only question is whether you’re just ignorant or really stupid.

      • Amazona's avatar Amazona September 26, 2026 / 11:17 am

Yes, Spook, but then you are looking at reality, not the cartoonish constructs of the Left fed to the ignorant. Folks like Casper obediently slurp up the toxic dreck tossed in their troughs and then prance around bleating about how they FEEL about it.

Casper’s world is an inflamed little pimple on the ass end of American civilization, a strange little world in which he is flattered to have his intellect compared to that of Maizie Hirono and his source for information is the Leftist rag the Guardian. But moving out from that charming image the rest of us can see the vast changes wrought by the Trump administration, such as the reset of Middle Eastern alliances and that the entire Western world is changing. South and Central America, so recently under the boot heel of Communism, are rebounding into liberty and alliances with the United States, led by Trump and his South American counterpart, Argentinian president Milei. (To which Casper is likely to just whine “But the GAS PRICES! THE GAS PRICES!”)

When Casper tries to sneer, it just comes off as a kind of dribble, as when he says “To (sic) bad you don’t know what communists are”. You know who DOES know “who Communists are”? President Milei for one, who recently explained that Communism is “the ultimate expression of human arrogance. It’s a laboratory experiment that can only be sustained and survive in that laboratory. Because in fact when it was taken to the extreme it was a failure—economically, socially and culturally.”

That’s the system. So what are Communists? In the United States, they tend to be fuzzy-minded rebels without a clue who have been fed so much crap about the so-called defects of their own country and its Constitution and who are so abysmally ignorant of history and the actual structure of the political system of Communism that they have distilled their “ideology” into nothing more than “not American” (or, more likely, just “not Trump”) and a concept of government as a nurturing mommy taking care of them and giving them stuff. Not to mention that they are dumb as dirt. And not to mention that this “mommy” can kill them off when they become too inconvenient. “MAID”—you could ask the woman recently killed off against her will in Canada, except, well, you really can’t.)

There are some True Believer Communists who truly believe that the system, when applied “correctly”, would resolve the problems of humanity by bringing about true equality. These tend to be on the lowest rung of the Leftist ladder, still committed to huddling under clouds of ganja smoke wallowing in the writings of Marx. At the top of that ladder are the Enforcer Communists, the Lenins and Stalins and heads of the police forces like the KGB and Stasi in their days. They don’t give a flip about ideology, but they do love the power that goes along with enforcing the ideology. In the middle are a lot of virtue signaling idealists who have cherry-picked the most appealing emotional bits out of the harsh reality of the system and flit around waving them as banners of their alleged moral and intellectual advancement.

So yes, we DO “know what Communists are”—from one end of the spectrum to the other, from silly to sinister. (BTW in Latin, “sinister” means “left”.)

The only way Republicans are “doing a lousy job” is in their ineffectiveness in informing the public of their successes.

I doubt that any individual in the United States has undergone more investigation by more agencies than Donald Trump. From early business competitors trying to take him down to later political assassins who saw him (rightly) as a looming threat to their power, the man and every aspect of his business and private lives has been under the microscope for decades.

And all they have ever been able to find was not found but was created, in a Frankensteinian mishmash of long-expired and debunked accusations given new life by forcibly mating them with a wildly creative invention of alleged motivation and then taking this reeking mess of political lawfare and calling it separate and discrete “crimes”—-a process so convoluted and so transparently designed to rig an election that it impressed only the lowest of the Left’s bottom feeders.

Even if the entire Trump business enterprise had been frozen for the duration of his presidency the howling drooling Left would claim it was profiting, in some way, from his work. It’s what they do, as they frantically signal their desperation and their total lack of integrity.

Well, they are profiting in a massive way. That’s a well-established fact. I remember the quaint old days when Obama received income from books he wrote before his presidency and you considered it a national scandal.

But like I said, I’m sure you agree no one in the Trump family, or their associates, have anything to worry about.

      • Amazona's avatar Amazona September 26, 2026 / 12:36 pm

Every business is “profiting” in the energized economy. Leave out your editorializing about how “massively” these businesses are profiting, and they suddenly just become part of the economic engine of the American revival. (Though the seething resentment of Leftists about anyone profiting by being part of the market economy is what we expect.)

The so-called “scandal” about the Obama books was not based on the profits but the fraud, as they were not written by Obama but by an admitted domestic terrorist, Bill Ayers.

      • Amazona's avatar Amazona September 26, 2026 / 12:25 pm

Well, as we have seen, they can worry about wholly corrupt Dem activists simply inventing “crimes” out of allegations of intent to deceive, even in the absence of any proof. The sequence of this creation would have rejected as potential movie script as too crazy to be convincing.

Only in certain venues, controlled by levels of corruption it is hard to understand outside those sewers, can laws be invented and the subsequent ‘crimes” can be prosecuted with impunity.

      • justanotherguy98's avatar justanotherguy98 September 26, 2026 / 12:28 pm

Seems to me the Trump DOJ has been doing a great job of inventing “crimes.” We’ve seen that with corrupt grand jury proceedings, for example. The cases typically fail when the rubber meets the road—that is, when they actually have to present their cases in court.

It is ironic that they are now worried about the same thing coming back on them.

      • Amazona's avatar Amazona September 26, 2026 / 12:41 pm

Identifying real crimes is hardly the same thing as inventing them, as the comparisons between real crimes committed by Democrats and the cooked-up mess of bogus crimes created in New York are illustrating.

Define “destroyed”. People on the Right tend to define it in abstract political terms, as in no longer in office or power. The Left, on the other hand (see what I did there?) uses the term literally, as in “killed” or at the very least confined in some kind of camp to be “reeducated”.

When the Right prosecutes people who have committed real crimes, the Left has hissy fits, runs to compliant lapdog judges, and in general fights to protect the criminals. However, the Left loves to invent “crimes” to attack political opponents.

IMO, the most frustrating thing about Democrats, and certainly our resident Democrats, is that they don’t know who they are or what they believe in. Therefore any debate with them is pointless. They just deflect and resort to bumper sticker slogans:

“Democrats want a lower cost of living and universal healthcare”

”I want anyone who committed a crime to be prosecuted and punished”

These are not well thought out positions, these are bumper sticker slogans.

There is no better comparison of MAGA governance and Democrat governance than the States of FL and CA. Democrats have controlled CA for a couple of decades and by every measure, it is a failing State. Largest homeless population, high crime, highest cost of living, etc. If Democrats can not create their utopia in a State, how will they do that for the country? Any thoughts on that Casper?

Hillary Clinton destroyed government cell phones under subpoena, used an off site server to conduct government business, raised millions of dollars for the Clinton Global Initiative while SoS, lied to the FBI and FISA courts over the Steele Dossier and yet I have not heard one mention of this from justanidiot. Biden withheld $1 billion in foreign aid to Ukraine to fire a prosecutor who was looking into Hunter and not one mention from justanidiot. Ilhan Omar married her brother and not one mention from justanidiot. So forgive me when I say you’re full of shit.

Democrats have tried to assassinate Trump 4 times, and the day they did assassinate Charlie Kirk was the day I resolved myself to defeat this cancer by any means necessary. And yes, I would go to war with them in a heartbeat. They are a cancer and threaten my grandchildren’s way of life. That’s a deal breaker for me.

It’s kind of like a Miss American contestant saying she’s for world peace, but then she identifies with a political movement that thrives on war, and criticizes a president who ran on ending endless wars. Just like you associate with a political persuasion that thrives on being soft on criminals and hard on police. So when you say you want criminals prosecuted (yes, I know it was Casper who said it, and if you don’t agree with him I think you would have made that clear), do you see how it rings just a little hollow?

And I don’t believe anyone here defended the actions of any J6th defendants who actually physically assaulted police. As Clusters said, a swing and a miss. But do keep digging.

      • Amazona's avatar Amazona September 27, 2026 / 2:36 pm

I’ve been saying for years that when the dust settles and the air clears and the facts about Covid and the human rights violations centered on the use of Covid to rig the election are revealed the truth will be quite different from the promoted narrative. And we are seeing this happen.

I also think that some day, hopefully in the not-distant future, the videos of the events on J6 will finally be revealed, and we will be able to see for ourselves if, for example, rioters initiated violence on law enforcement officers or merely responded with violence when they were attacked. And I am just as sure that the reality will be as different from the official narrative in that case as the contrast between the Covid narratives and the truth.

In the meantime we are seeing the same old efforts to manipulate facts by, in this case, presenting the actions of a very few people in a unique setting as representative of a national pattern of policy endorsed by more than half of the country. This is an effort to conflate those few isolated incidents of spontaneous violence on one side with the official endorsement of ongoing, premeditated, organized nationwide violence promoted, excused and forgiven on the other.

So we see something like this: The pardon by one man of a few individuals who engaged in spontaneous violent behavior in a single isolated incident is compared to the repeated overlooking of thousands of serious crimes by multitudes of Democrat officials in a national pattern of tolerating, when not actually advocating, far worse violence as part of a political policy.

That’s one of your lamest replies yet, and that’s saying something. You supported a president who gave a blanket pardon to everyone on the committee who prosecuted the J6th defendants, so who exactly who were the real criminals. And I don’t believe anyone here defended the actions of any J6th defendants who actually physically assaulted police. As Clusters said, a swing and a miss. But do keep digging.

Talk about a lame response. Comparing the rioters, who violently assaulted law enforcement officers, to prosecutors… So let’s be clear, Spook. No evasions. No rationalizations. Should Trump have pardoned the J6th defendants who physically assaulted law enforcement officers?

      • Amazona's avatar Amazona September 27, 2026 / 2:19 pm

Trump had access to much more information, in much more detail, than a public dependent on the Complicit Agenda Media when it came to sorting out types and levels of criminal violence. I don’t know what he knew, so I can’t say if I agree with his decisions across the board.

What I am seeing, though, is the deflection to J6 in an effort to pretend that the pardon of a very few people who had been caught up in a melee where boundaries were blurred and emotions ran high is somehow representative of a general conservative attitude toward overlooking crime.

One episode, on one day, involving a very few people, hardly offsets an overall policy attitude of tolerance, even approval, even support, of things like premeditated, organized and violent attacks on law enforcement officers day in and day out, in a pattern of politically motivated criminal activity.

Should Biden have pardoned the entire J6th Committee? What was the reason for that if they didn’t do anything wrong? Should the cop who shot Ashley Babbit have been prosecuted?

As far as Trump pardoning those who were convicted of violently assaulting law enforcement officers, I don’t have all the facts, and I doubt you do either, but if I were president, I think there were probably some that I would not have pardoned. There was so much going on behind the scenes, I imagine one could do a doctoral thesis on just the information that the government tried to keep from the public.

Should Biden have pardoned the entire J6th Committee?

Spook, I asked you a direct question. No evading. No rationalizing. And what do you do? Respond by asking another question.

Unlike you, I will answer your question directly, no evading, no rationalizing. I don’t think presidential pardons should be used preemptively. That includes Ford pardoning Nixon, Biden pardoning anyone from future prosecution, or Trump issuing “a blanket pardon for everyone who ever came within ten feet of him since the dawn of time.”

Furthermore, I would be in favor of eliminating presidential pardon power completely because it is obviously being abused. That, or perhaps require a 2/3 vote of the senate in addition.

As far as Trump pardoning those who were convicted of violently assaulting law enforcement officers, I don’t have all the facts, and I doubt you do either, but if I were president, I think there were probably some that I would not have pardoned.

What about the ones that were convicted in a court of law of violent assault on law enforcement officers? Do you have to think about that one too? (Not that I expect you to answer.)

Talk about a lame response. Comparing the rioters, who violently assaulted law enforcement officers, to prosecutors.

So, which is worse, someone who strikes a police officer with a flag pole during a spontaneous riot, a cop who shoots and kills an unarmed woman who was not a physical threat during that same spontaneous riot, someone who nails shut the door to a police precinct with police inside and sets it on fire, or a prosecutor and judge who prosecute someone (the head of The Proud boys) who wasn’t even in DC and give him a 22 year prison sentence?

Unlike you, I will answer your question directly, no evading, no rationalizing.

Which is a better example of the actual definition of “insurrection”? (That is, the effort to overthrow a government and assume its powers?

        1) A group of people petitioning the government for a specific, temporary and limited adjustment to a statutorily established date for an action to take place or
        2) An organized effort by government and military officials to undermine the authority of an elected government and assume the power to ignore and/or override the government’s actions

Isn’t “insurrection” an accurate description of a movement’s effort to assume the authority of a government by merely rejecting its properly legislated laws and substituting its preferred laws and rules? Examples: Violation of federal immigration laws and establishment of “sanctuary” cities and states. Example: Directing law enforcement officials to refuse to help federal officials enforce federal laws. Example: Using local and state law enforcement to physically interfere with federal law enforcement officials in their efforts to enforce the law. Example: Elected officials helping illegal aliens elude detainment by sworn federal law enforcement officials. Example: Colluding in the hiding of people who are actively violating federal immigration laws. Example: #RESIST

There are countless other examples of Leftist efforts to thwart the law—voting against a law to prevent insider trading by members of Congress and their families, blocking efforts to restrain voting to American citizens, blocking efforts to ensure the one citizen/one vote concept, using federal agencies to spy on American citizens in efforts to influence elections, etc.

What is the balance to this? Well, one man pardoned several people for what may or may not have been unprovoked attacks on law enforcement officers at one event on one day. And this will be revisited, over and over, ad nauseum, as if this outweighs the vast body of evidence of coordinated violation of the law on the Left.

        1) A group of people petitioning the government for a specific, temporary and limited adjustment to a statutorily established date for an action to take place

Just listen to yourself. This is your characterization of the J6 rioters? “Petitioning the government”? It’s just mind boggling the extent to which you try to rationalize what we all saw with our own eyes.

Well, one man pardoned several people for what may or may not have been unprovoked attacks on law enforcement officers at one event on one day.

The president of the United States pardoned 1,500 individuals, not “several,” including over 170 individuals who pleaded guilty specifically to assaulting law enforcement. They pleaded guilty, Amazona. So now you’re going to stand on them being provoked? Really? Are you just pulling our leg hoping to get a response?

      • Amazona's avatar Amazona September 28, 2026 / 9:24 am

Yes, we know your version of J6. We’ve certainly heard it whined, bleated, squealed, hollered, and shouted often enough. The fact that it is totally unrelated to reality never bothers you, because it is not malicious enough to appeal to you.

The intent of the gathering is a matter of record. All the howling in the world can’t change that. It was, quite specifically, to petition Congress to POSTPONE its certification of the figures presented to it, for the precise period of TEN DAYS, to allow time to examine some of the evidence presented indicating problems with the election. While it was going on, Senator Cruz was reading the formal petition to Congress.

Something else that is a matter of record is the fact that the vast majority of those participating in the event were peaceful and wholly non-violent.

Another fact is that the event was infiltrated by troublemakers who incited violence, who participated in and even initiated it. The head of the FBI finally admitted that there were FBI infiltrators, and said he didn’t know how many. We have all seen videos of one identified man who went from group to group openly trying to incite violence, telling people they needed to get inside the Capitol, and whispering in the ear of at least one man who then turned to attack law enforcement. (This identified man was never prosecuted.)

Of the number pardoned, nearly all were pardoned for minor offenses that came down to the equivalent of trespass, for things like merely being in a building where they were “not supposed” to be. (And we have all seen the videos of them being invited in by Capitol personnel.) Of the very few “violent” offenders, many pled guilty just to end the violations of their civil rights, including incarceration without bail and solitary confinement. It is the Left that howls, about torture, that eventually people will admit to anything “just to make the pain stop”. Well, the same thing happens to people watching their families bankrupted while being subjected to brutal conditions deplored by the likes of Amnesty International.

You people got your guilty pleas, just as you got your 34 FELONIES, and you have gloried in those words for years. But we all know it is just noise. Dishonest, vile, disgusting noise. So wallow in your “victory” of getting a handful of guilty pleas. Not a single one of those alleged crimes carried with it a penalty as severe as the treatment those men received BEFORE finally bowing to the power of the State and pleading guilty, so you can stop your faux outrage over the pardons. They were punished, and the pardons merely removed the formal record of guilt.

The actions of the government following January 6 were so despicable and so shameful that when they are finally published decent Americans will be horrified at what their own government did. The fact that you find this all to be not only acceptable but that you brag about it is merely yet another piece of evidence about the mendacity of the Left and its eager acolytes.

Once again, the old Casper question: Is he really that dumb?

      • Mark Noonan's avatar Mark Noonan September 27, 2026 / 2:46 pm

        Well…

The nation’s violent crime rate fell 9.3% in 2025, marking the largest year-to-year decline since the FBI began estimating crime trends in 1936, according to newly released FBI data.

The decrease was broad. The estimated number of violent crime offenses fell from 2024, with murder and nonnegligent manslaughter down 18.1%, robbery down 18.5%, rape down 7.6%, and aggravated assault down 7.2%.

        And…

President Donald J. Trump is delivering real, immediate relief to American families struggling with high housing costs as the national median rent falls to its lowest level since 2022. According to new data, rents posted their sixth straight monthly decline in January, with the largest annual drop in more than two years — down 6.2% from their Biden-era peak.

“2026 is shaping up to be one of the more renter-friendly periods we’ve seen in a decade,” says one real estate expert.

        With…

Personal income increased $115.1 billion (0.4 percent at a monthly rate) in July, according to estimates released today by the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA).

        Now…

Prescription drug prices are falling at their fastest annual rate in more than six decades, offering potential relief to Americans who have struggled with the rising cost of medications.

So, fewer people are being raped and murdered, rental prices are coming down while incomes are up and it is cheaper to get health care.

WHAT THE F*** ELSE DO YOU WANT???? WHAT THE F*** IS YOUR PROBLEM???? He’s doing exactly what you said your side would do but never did.

Poor Casper, still parroting the narratives fed to him.

Is it even possible to still be unaware of the complications of the Epstein files given the knowledge that he was, in fact, an intelligence operative and therefore much of the information in the files is classified and/or very sensitive? Are you truly still stuck in that prurient hole where you eagerly look forward to finding some smut to drool over and clueless about the true story of Epstein? Not that we will ever know the whole story, but when a man with no background, no money to speak of, no business to speak of, suddenly arrives on the scene accompanied by the daughter of a top Mossad official and starts representing himself as a billionaire (backed by mystery money) and offering sexual favors to important and powerful people, the question (except for the small minds like yours) is not focused on the sexual favors but on what could be gained by the leverage of having proof of sexual escapades to control those powerful people.

I know, you want the smut. You crave the smut. You yearn for nasty details of nasty goings-on and fervently hope Trump might be involved in some of them. You are not going to care that Trump very quickly became suspicious of Epstein and went to the FBI with his suspicions and offered to provide them with any information he might run across on the man or his doings. You would not care that Trump kicked him out of the club at Mar-A-Lago for disgusting behavior. No, to a mind like yours a superficial appearance of a casual social relationship is all you need or care about, so immersed in a need to find some dirt on Trump.

What control does the president have over prices? For example, what control does he have over gas prices? Do you know who sets them? Where this group is based? The basis for their decisions? Of course not. While you are breathlessly monitoring the gas pump prices, you seem to be quite happy ignoring the drop in inflation, and the rise in household income. Of course not. Those are complicated mathy problems, way more involved that some green numbers on a filling station sign.

You people just can’t keep track of your obsessions. You bleat that you won’t tolerate a “king” and then demand that the president somehow exert powers not in his Constitutional range of authority to manipulate prices of goods that are in fact set by markets and far outside the purview of presidential authority.
