It appears there’s a little more to the rules change than was initially reported. It was the topic of discussion this afternoon for most of the 3 hours from 3Pm – 6PM on our local drive-time talk show. My last exposure to parliamentary procedure was in Hoosier Boys State in the summer of 1962, so trying to understand what exactly went on is like trying to read Greek. As near as I can tell, it was the result of a bunch of Ron Paul supporters trying to rain on Romney’s parade.
