We’ve withdrawn from the UN’s “Human Rights Council”…and, about time. It is a disgusting organization which is a mere tool of anti-Israel and anti-American creeps. Now, let’s withdraw from the UN…or, if we must keep it, let’s move the headquarters to Goldfield, NV…with a ban on air conditioning to save the environment.

The SPLC has become a hate-group, targeting anyone who disagrees with the left and then pressuring corporations and groups to cut ties with the targets. Turns out, this isn’t very wise: the SPLC just got hit with a $3 million judgement due to their actions…and now as many as 60 other groups are considering lawsuits. Here’s the thing: it isn’t actually a good idea to lie. We can get quite rough in the give-and-take of politics, but consistently lying about people is a poor business model.

Yet sending illegals back to those countries is cruel and inhumane because they risked death—more important, risked death for their innocent children—-to escape the brutality of their home countries, where they live in constant fear and crushing poverty. (While being able to spend six or seven thousand dollars to pay someone to haul them to the US border so they can try to enter illegally, but that’s another story.)

Mexican presidential candidate Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) called for mass immigration to the United States during a speech Tuesday declaring it a “human right” for all North Americans.
“And soon, very soon — after the victory of our movement — we will defend all the migrants in the American continent and all the migrants in the world,” Obrador said, adding that immigrants “must leave their towns and find a life in the United States.”
So in other words, they want to come steal the wealth the white man created because they’re too f***ing stupid to do it on their own.

This seems like a great time for a Trump tweet to the effect that if Obrador thought he could be half the president Trump is, his people wouldn’t need to go to the United States to have jobs and housing and education and food and freedom.

No wonder the media covers this story 24/7.

Poor pathetic Time magazine—its cover features a fake photo next to a faked photo, under a fake headline, and when called out on it doubles down with its own version of “fake but accurate”. And then they get THAT wrong.
“Under the policy enforced by the administration, prior to its reversal this week, those who crossed the border illegally were criminally prosecuted, which in turn resulted in the separation of children and parents,” the spokesman continued. “Our cover and our reporting capture the stakes of this moment.””
“…capture the stakes of this moment…” ????? Huh? Time doesn’t even try to make sense any more. More like “…capture the unethical dishonest depths to which Time Magazine has sunk, in its frantic effort to shore up a failing agenda…”? That would be a lot more like it.
But no, idiots at Time, the policy enforced by the administration and since reversed was the sequestration of children from the adults who dragged them through hell, putting their very lives at risk, to the US border to try to use them as pawns to help them break the law. The adults will still be “criminally prosecuted” but those who made the choice to drag out the procedure by pulling out the Asylum Card after they got caught, who are actually the parents of the children they have put at risk, will await their hearings or trials in facilities that allow them to be with those children. Still criminally prosecuted, just with the kiddies getting to experience what it is like to be arrested. Who knows—maybe that is a good thing.
We still don’t know what will happen to the children who had been loaned, or sold, to adults not their parents, to experience the same stress, discomfort, fear and danger to get to the border. The Left appears to be arguing that these children, whose treatment can certainly be considered abuse, should remain locked up with their unrelated abusers while the adults are awaiting finalization of their legal proceedings. That is an interesting take on “protecting the children” but hey, it’s the Left.
Of course, the Left was perfectly fine with the Obama regulation that encouraged adults to expose children, their own or others, to extreme danger and stress, under his “Bring A Child, Get A Pass” rule, and they certainly never objected to having those innocent young children then dumped when they were no longer useful, too often to become ensnared in child sex slavery.
There are certainly different rules for foreigners eager to break US laws. In the US, when a citizen is arrested and held for trial, he or she is separated from any children in the family. It’s always been this way. In the US, children who have been put at risk by their parents are routinely taken away from those parents. The parents don’t like it, the kids cry, but it is done to protect the children. Even driving with a baby not in a car seat, or a child without a safety belt, is considered child abuse in the United States, but dragging a child across a country or two, in conditions ranging from uncomfortable to lethal, is OK for foreign kids. No objection there.
In the US, when a lawbreaker is found with a child not his own, and without proof that he is a legal guardian of that child, after crossing state lines with the child, the child is taken away and the adult is considered a criminal for taking the child across state lines. If the adult did this with the intent of involving the child in a crime, the stakes are higher. But to the Left, taking a child away from a non custodial adult who has dragged it across national borders is awful, inhumane, something only a Nazi would do.
This whole episode has moved the Left firmly from just being gullible hyper-emotional morons to depraved promoters of evil.
And this media hysteria is being noticed by the electorate. Russia has been 24/7 in the media, non stop frantic reporting on the “existential threat to our democracy” that Russia posed and Trump was compromised. This was all a matter of fact and it was just a matter of time until Mueller gave us all the incriminating and juicy details. This went on for a year and half but since the IG report, there is ZERO reporting on Russia and now we are 24/7 focused on “the border crisis” ….
What the left is really objecting to is the fact that conservatives are not rolling over and cowering in the face of virtue signaling and shaming as they had grown accustomed to with the likes of John McCain, Jeff Flake, George Will, etc. The other day I saw Mort Kondracke and Fred Barnes back on Special Report and both of them have morphed into leftists, pure and simple. And those two use to be the “voice for conservatives” back when Britt Hume hosted Special Report, and what a sad thought that was.
Conservatives and traditional Americans are realizing that we never really did have representation in Washington. We had a lot of people lying to us and saying all the right things on the campaign trail and on the Sunday shows, but little did we know, none of them really believed in it. Someone like Mort Kondracke NEVER had any intention of applying conservative principles ….. it’s just too hard and if he did, he may be disinvited from this weekend hot cocktail party.
Ironically, it was a bellicose billionaire and a life long NY Democrat who stepped up to represent the American people and deliver traditional conservatism.
