On the whole, rather be a Republican at the moment than a Democrat.

If we do get to 54 GOP Senators, then its better than 50/50 we wind up with 60 or more after 2024. So, fun!

Later today Pudding Brain is going to give an emergency speech telling us that Democracy is at risk. Whatever. What is really notable is that yesterday’s speech finally got some MSM notice on how he’s, well, senile. Grandpa said, once again, that his son died in Iraq…but also went on to say that he went to an historic black college and that he met the man who “invented” insulin…except insulin was discovered rather than invented and the guy who discovered it died before Joe was born. I think that now the Red Wave comes into view, the Democrat power people are setting up Joe’s exit. Won’t happen before January 21st because Harris won’t sign off on it before then (she will – sensibly – want to retain her two-term viability). And what a crushing mistake the Democrats made – pushing Joe to run because they thought he had blue collar appeal, then frauding him into office when that didn’t work…and now it looks like they’ll get crushed next week, and likely get it even worse in 2024 because, guys, the economy gets worse from here (and just watch the MSM suddenly call it the worst recession ever as they try to pin it on the new GOP Congress). If they had just let Trump enjoy the victory he had earned, none of this would be happening.

Whom the gods would destroy…

If there was any doubt the Pelosi attack was a set up, the demented POS POTUS is delivering a lecture on it right now and blaming Republicans for the actions of a mentally challenged violent illegal immigrant being loose on the streets.

I must have missed the national lecture condemning the fat Biden voter who tried to stab Lee Zeldin on stage. F**K I hate these people. I would rather have the mafia govern the country. They’re far more honest than Democrats.

At this point the polls are showing a dead heat. Could still go either way. Early voting by Democrats is way up from 2018, but that is only good as long as Democrats also come out on Election Day. The difference will be in the youth vote. If young voters are energized by the loss of Roe and come out, then it’s a Democratic win. If not, it goes the other way.

One thing about the polls though. I agree with Mark that they don’t mean much. You have polling firms still using landlines even though the use of landlines has dropped considerably. It’s also harder to connect to people as most people won’t pick up on numbers they don’t know.

Cluster, the attacker is a MAGA Qanon fan. Is that what makes him mentally challenged and violent.

    • Mark Noonan November 2, 2022 / 8:53 pm

Comparisons of early voting from 2018 to 2022 are meaningless as there wasn’t nearly as much early voting in 2018. Democrats are more than likely just eating into their election day total…but, really, Casper, it is time to get back down to Earth. Young people are not energized. Nobody likes abortion. What is driving 2022 is “first midterm” and the economy is lousy. There’s just no way around that – this is why House and Senate will flip…we’re only wondering if the House is R+20…or R+40…if the Senate is R+2…or R+5.

It is 70/30 we have a red wave.

50/50 we have an epic beatdown of the Democrat party.

      • Cluster November 2, 2022 / 9:34 pm

There is zero reason for any rational, decent American to vote for anyone in this Democrat Party. They are wholly corrupt, painfully incompetent, and dangerously dishonest.

      • casper3031 November 2, 2022 / 9:58 pm

70/30? Based on what? Truth is, you have already convinced yourself that you will win and if it doesn’t happen, the election has to have been stolen. Doesn’t matter if you lose by a million votes or 10 million. AS for abortion, nobody likes abortion, but a lot of women do like having a choice rather than be forced to have an unwanted child.

      • Amazona November 2, 2022 / 10:37 pm

if it doesn’t happen, the election has to have been stolen.

What utter crap, but an effort to preemptively address claims of fraud when they arise—which they will, because the Dems are panicky and will try to cheat.

And maybe it is time for women to think about the choice to have responsible sex instead of the choice of where to kill the baby. The pious claim that this is just about the freedom to choose when to have a baby is so bogus it is disgusting but you people parrot it with the pretense of sincerity. And you never ever EVER talk about the fact that once a pregnancy occurs two lives ae involved, not just one. Give both lives a choice. How about that?

      • Mark Noonan November 3, 2022 / 3:35 am

I guess we’ll find out Tuesday – but as I’ve pointed out before, Democrats are the people pouring money into races that should be in the bag for them. I mean, my goodness, Titus out here in Nevada represents a D+8 district and she’s got ads all over TV and the latest poll shows her down by 10 to her unknown and unfunded GOP opponent.

As for stolen – the Democrats will, as per usual, use as much voter fraud as they can. They always have – but unlike 2020 where they just needed control of one city each in order to stuff the boxes until Biden came out on top, this is spread out over too many House districts and States. Pudding Brain announced tonight that the steal will be attempted – that was his bit about it may take days to know results. Guess what: It will only take days in places Democrats have control over. Florida will be called for DeSantis and Rubio when the polls close in the panhandle and 99%+ of the votes will be counted within 3 or 4 hours of poll closing. Pennsylvania, New York and Michigan – all with fewer votes to count – will take a lot longer as Democrats try to figure out how many votes they need to tip the Statewide races their way.

Trouble is, they will have even less idea how many they need than they did in 2020 (the stop count was because they were surprised by how Trump wracked up 11 million more votes than in 2016 and so they had to stop it all until they could get the ballots they needed inserted into the system): mid-term turnout is always tricky and the GOP election day total might be rather astonishing.

But even with the efforts at fraud, I expect the Red Wave – I’ve factored that in.

Cluster, the attacker is a MAGA Qanon fan.

      Really? Your source, please.

You seem convinced that the driving motive to vote for Dems is the desire to make it as easy as possible to kill babies. Sadly, that sounds about right. At least I haven’t heard any of them come up with any reason to be a Dem. Much like you.

      • Cluster November 2, 2022 / 10:22 pm

Casper has zero evidence of that, but it does show us the power of the propaganda media. Fox reported the guy had a BLM flag in his RV, so there is that. But more importantly, the guy is an illegal immigrant with a record who the authorities knew of, and he shouldn’t even be here, so at the very least, Pelosi is a victim of his wifes political policies. As many others are too.

      • casper3031 November 2, 2022 / 11:43 pm

The FBI, his social media, court filings.

And nobody want’s to kill babies. An embryo isn’t a baby. No body is for abortion. Just want women to be able to make their own choices.

      • Mark Noonan November 3, 2022 / 3:43 am

And they can make that choice – first trimester is more than enough time to figure it out: the Democrat position is federally funded until the moment of birth. That isn’t pro-choice; that is pro-abortion.

As for the lunatic – the FBI and Court filings are assumed to be lies until proven otherwise (the institutions have all burned their credibility to the ground)…as for the guy’s social media…easy to manufacture and it is odd that our Q-anon, MAGA guy is an illegal immigrant nudist protestor from the Castro district…not the normal stuff of which MAGA is made. I mean, FFS – he’s not even a citizen; why does he even care one way or the other? If you can’t see the inconsistencies between his background and the Narrative, that’s on you.

      • Amazona November 3, 2022 / 3:56 am

But casper has always been so blind to reality that it’s no surprise he is eagerly slurping up this latest product.

      • Amazona November 3, 2022 / 3:48 am

An embryo is a human being. Period. Some women, and their enablers, think ownership of other human beings is just fine, even to the point of passing a death sentence on them. Their crimes? They are inconvenient.

The cry of the distressed reckless pleasure-seeker when faced with the consequences of her casual attitude? BUT I DON’T WANNA !!! And for that, a human being must die.

Not even you are so profoundly dense that you don’t understand that the choice has to be before getting pregnant. You just put your head down and stubbornly bull right through that, because it is not consistent with your chosen political affiliation.

So yes, women SHOULD be able to make their own choices. To have sex is the first one. To have prudent protected sex is the second. But this movement would never place that kind of responsibility on the shoulders of its females, who are quite openly considered incapable of dealing with that kind of decision-making.

No, they are weak silly hedonists who then need the patriarchy to bail them out, at the cost of human lives.

      • Cluster November 3, 2022 / 8:13 am

I guess to Democrats, women are incapable of not getting pregnant (think: forced pregnancies), much like black people are incapable of getting photo ID.

      • Amazona November 6, 2022 / 8:49 pm

That’s a good point, These abortion enablers seem utterly oblivious to the fact that their arguments demean women. That they are saying, essentially. “women are too weak to be responsible for their own actions or the lives they create in their reckless pursuits of pleasure. We can’t expect them to show discipline, courage, or character—they’re just women, silly and weak and all about self-indulgence. They need big strong men like us to rush in and protect them from the consequences of their hedonism by killing their babies for them’.

Supporting abortion is the ultimate denial of the strength and character of real women.

      • casper3031 November 3, 2022 / 12:01 pm

“An embryo is a human being. Period.”

Does that mean that the hundreds of thousands of frozen embryos held in fertilization clinics are unlawfully detained? Should they be freed?

“No, they are weak silly hedonists who then need the patriarchy to bail them out, at the cost of human lives.”

And you want them to be mothers? What kind of mothers would they be?

      • Amazona November 6, 2022 / 8:45 pm

Oh, I think anyone this pathologically selfish and narcissistic would probably be a horrible mother. How can a bad person be a good mother? But your silly either/or is just plain dumb. She can suck it up, pretend to be a decent human being for a few months, allow good people to give that child a loving home, and move on to the next bump and tickle—hopefully using birth control next time.

      • Cluster November 3, 2022 / 4:37 pm

And you want them to be mothers? What kind of mothers would they be

First of all, who are you to judge a womans ability to nurture their new born? The maternal instinct is very strong, give it a chance. If not, ever hear of adoption? Cap, re: abortion, you concern yourself with everything that takes a back seat to what matters most, and that is the child. And the callousness of the abortion lobby towards the child is disgusting. It’s NOT a choice. It’s a child. And state sanctioned murder.

      • casper3031 November 3, 2022 / 5:10 pm

“First of all, who are you to judge a womans ability to nurture their new born?”
I’ve known a few mothers who had children they didn’t want and were resentful. Also know some who were happy after having a baby they weren’t expecting.

“If not, ever hear of adoption?”
My late wife and here brother were adopted. I have an adopted daughter. My current wife has two adopted sons from her first marriage, so yes I’ve heard of it. I also know the there are over 700,000 kids in the system awaiting adoption as we speak. Might want to take care of them before flooding the system with more. Maybe you should adopt some. I’m sure your paternal instinct would kick in.

      • Cluster November 3, 2022 / 6:23 pm

        Here’s a good read

Lots of loving families out there wanting to adopt rather than kill. Also, see where it says “African American children over represented”. And that’s despite the abortion lobby aborting more black babies than other races. Maybe our government should look into what the underlying issues are, rather than just celebrating murdering their unborn, like you.

      • Amazona November 6, 2022 / 8:43 pm

Awwwwww, so some snowflakes were “resentful”. And that’s a good reason to just kill off babies? For some, I guess. Heaven forbid someone might feel resentful about the results of bad decision-making. No, the little snowflakes must be protected from the consequences of their actions even if if this means killing off an innocent life.

Abortion is the ultimate expression of narcissism.

      • Amazona November 6, 2022 / 8:40 pm

Wow. This bloodthirsty obsession of yours about killing babies is really going into overdrive, isn’t it?

      • casper3031 November 3, 2022 / 6:45 pm

As I told you, I’m a big fan of adoption. Just not a fan of forcing women to give birth if they don’t want to. Their choice, not ours or the governments.

      • Amazona November 6, 2022 / 8:39 pm

Poor silly sap casper, still pretending that somehow those evil Republicans are forcing women to have reckless unprotected sex so they can then force them to have those babies.

It takes a special kind of stupid to refuse to admit the choice is when and how to have sex, not to run to an authority figure to kill off the resulting baby.

    • Retired Spook November 3, 2022 / 12:00 pm

Early voting by Democrats is way up from 2018

As Mark notes, comparing 2022 to 2018 early voting is meaningless. Comparing it to 2020 tells a different story.

  3. Rm42 November 3, 2022 / 5:31 am
