Starting a few weeks ago and now really gathering steam is a coordinated effort in the MSM to smear the Supreme Court’s Conservative majority. I’m sure most of you have seen at least bits of it but what the stories all amount to is the portrayal of business as usual (the Liberal Justices and families do the same things – and apparently the sorts of activities have been common in the Court for ages with no complaints) in the most lurid terms possible. With the smears comes the Solution: pack the Court for the more far Left voices, enact “ethics” rules for the seemingly reasonable part of the Left.

What it all amounts to, though, is an attempt to de-legitimize the Court as preparation for its emasculation. To make it something of no account in American governance. At least until such time as it regains a Liberal majority, then it will all be Holy Writ again. But, of course, you can’t put the toothpaste back in the tube…once the Court is de-legitimized it doesn’t get legitimacy back. It either becomes utterly powerless or a mere rubber stamp for the powerful. In neither case do you retain an independent branch of government able to halt unconstitutional actions by the other two branches. To nutshell it, because the Court is no longer a happy hunting ground for the imposition of grossly unpopular Liberal policy, the Liberals propose to destroy the Court…and in the process destroy the Republic.

While most Liberals, themselves, are too brainless to understand what is happening, we on the Right must very much be aware and seek to stop it. But here’s the real problem: just as polls now show majorities are fearful of the climate change hoax, so will majorities eventually hold the Court to be corrupt – if the MSM repeats a lie often enough, it gets believed and thus affects votes. Essentially, the MSM – at the behest of the DNC – is going to lie to the American people until the people say we have to “do something” to fix the Court…and the “something” will not have any connection to the Constitution. And if the Court strikes down the “something” that will be seen as proof that the Court is corrupt. Our problem isn’t Liberal desire here so much as Liberal lies – especially Liberal MSM lies.

The Founders knew full well that there would be lies. They were all men of the world and bleakly aware of the follies of mankind. They wrote the First Amendment so ensure that the truth would also be spoken. That with everyone getting their say, the lies would more often than not be exposed and people would support the truth. But what the Founders never envisioned was 90% or more of the means of speaking being under the control of liars serving one Party. What we can’t do is pretend that the uniformity of lies from CNN/MSNBC/CBS/ABC/NPR/Washington Post/NY Times/etc, etc is something protected by the First Amendment. The Constitution is not a suicide pact.

Starting on the local and State level and going to federal if as and when we obtain trifecta power, we should enact a series of laws removing all protections from those who lie in the MSM. The Sullivan ruling – made by a Liberal Court to empower the MSM to lie with abandon – must be jettisoned. And I think that we’ve now got a Supreme Court which has a vested interest in seeing it jettisoned. We must not ever get the government in the business of policing speech…but we must restore the pre-Sullivan criteria that if you lie about someone in public, you have defamed them and are liable for civil penalty. Keep in mind that Sullivan held that actual malice had to be shown and it is almost impossible for a person lied about in the press to prove actual malice (who can see into another person’s mind?). What we must restore is a standard of falsehood: if you lie, you must pay. Don’t want to pay? Then don’t say in public anything you aren’t 100% certain is true. I don’t see this as a burden for anyone. And I mean, at all. Tell the truth or shut your trap.

If we can do this, then we will be able to push back against the MSM. Remember, they lie all the time about everything. If they don’t lie all the time about everything then the Democrats will lose in landslides all across the country – including in Blue States. It is lies which sustain the Left, nothing else. Take away the ability of people to lie without fear…and we win.

Jim Cramer says the banking crisis is over. So, I suggest you invest in canned goods and shotguns given Cramer’s record of always being wrong.

Tom Brady reportedly done with dating models. Yeah, Imma call that Fake News. I mean, why do rich, good looking guys date super models? Because they can.

Well I read that First Republic bank was in full melt down mode yesterday losing over 75% of its value, so there is that. Maybe Cramer missed that one.

Re: LIES, which this country is awash in, how infuriating is it to watch the same people who lied through their teeth about Russia Collusion and the Ukraine phone call, still on TV opining about the next manufactured crisis??? How do they even have a shred of credibility with anyone? And of course they have no shame. In a decent, informed society, these people would no longer have any influence, yet there they are. The other way that lies become reality is through this construct of “my truth”, or “her truth”. Their is only one truth and all of these progressives trying to co-opt the word truth, is a design to ultimately give the word no meaning.

Bottom line is that Democrats have become that unruly, unhinged teenager who loudly complains about everything until they get their way. And the GOP is the battered parent who always gives in. It’s time to change that dynamic.

But they need to have crises, one after another, to distract from the real crises—-fentanyl poisoning and human trafficking both supported and enabled by the Biden border policies, for example, and the disintegration of once-great American cities now under Leftist control.

Here’s a great example of “her truth” which was a lie and destroyed a young girls dream. I’m telling you folks, America better stop these people … and soon.

A celebrated Black Lives Matter activist ruined a white student’s life by claiming she heard her threaten to run them over – only to later admit she may have misheard.

    • Amazona April 29, 2023 / 10:09 am

      misheard—made it up, whatever

Asma bint Yazid narrated that the Messenger of Allah said:
“it is not lawful to lie except in three cases: Something the man tells his wife to please her, to lie during war, and to lie in order to bring peace between the people.”

So if the BLM considers itself to be at war with white people, it’s fine to lie.

That quote is identical to the “ends justify the means” mantra that Democrats live by, so by extension, Democrats have a lot in common with violent Muslims. No surprise.

You know I am not a scientist, or a doctor, or a CDC official, BUT I have been right about everything and they have been wrong about everything.

Health officials are sounding the alarm over a spike in rare and serious brain abscesses in children in and around Las Vegas, Nevada.

Dr Taryn Bragg, a pediatric neurosurgeon and associate professor at the University of Utah who treats the cases, told CNN she had ‘never seen anything like it’ in her 20 years’ experience.

Physicians are not sure what has caused the rise, but said it could be due to weakened immunity to infections due to Covid measures such as lockdowns.

From the very beginning, I knew something was not right about the hysteria surrounding covid. I never took time off from work, I never took the vaccine or any booster, and I only wore a mask when I had to comply to some stores ridiculous requirements. I knew in my soul that this was just another US Government lie, which there are many. I also knew that the lock downs could do irreparable harm to our country and our kids, and ONCE AGAIN, I am right. Now do you think any Democrat official will be held accountable?? Never fully trust an “expert”.

    • Amazona April 29, 2023 / 10:08 am

weakened immunity to infections due to Covid measures such as lockdowns….. or THE “VACCINES”? I notice the hesitation to mention the toxicity and/or unintended consequences of the experimental drug still being touted as safe and effective (though “effective” has been redefined as “will lessen symptoms”).

So take that next big scary step, Dr. Bragg, and discuss how many of these children got the jab.

    • Amazona April 29, 2023 / 1:39 pm

They try to slip in the child-sex stuff but we’re getting better at spotting it. I think the parents fighting against porn in schools were the leaders in this as now more people are paying attention to the fact that the Left openly, actively, wants to sexualize children.

We still see howling about BANNING BOOKS !!! A friend who is conservative even posted a link to a snide comment about the free speech people being the ones to ban books, and I jumped on that in a heartbeat. It is just such a handy sound bite and superficially attractive, and we need to seize on every chance we get to shred it. (I used to pounce, but have moved to seizing.)

But what we need to do is not stop with just blocking things like this effort at legislation. We need to follow up on it, like naming those who sponsored it and asking why they want children to be having sex. Who objected to having the child sex language removed? Name them, and make a big deal out of their support for expanding acceptable sex to young children.

We are so used to being on defense, we seem to think we have succeeded if we merely halt an objectionable act. No. We need to pick up the banner and take it into battle against them. We need to shove it down their throats. We need to make it focal points of campaigns.

Back to that whole thing about putting the ball in their court—-why not ask the loudest complainers why they don’t sponsor a bill outlining the maximum income allowed for any friend of any official. Lay it out. Get specific. How much money can someone have before being disqualified for friendship with a public official?

Can you meet a friend at Starbucks but not at the French Laundry? Can you go to a wedding anniversary in Omaha but not in the Hamptons?

  5. Amazona April 29, 2023 / 8:33 pm

One of the many (oh so many) areas where the Right has simply dropped the ball is our refusal to jump on and shred every single comment about a “balanced Court”. That is a de facto admission of the belief that the purpose of the Court is to legislate through its ruling, so it is only “fair” to have equal representation of both political systems.

That is so profoundly wrong, yet it doesn’t get dealt with when it comes up. To hell with pouncing—we need to seize every opportunity to address this, in the strongest possible language.

    • Cluster April 30, 2023 / 10:23 am

“Dropping the ball” is what the right does. Of course that’s because most of the “right” prefers being the opposition party rather than leading, and are too afraid of being called a racist if they say anything. Speaking of the SC, the Democrats have been engaged in a full on assault on the Supreme Court and nothing is said from the right. Chuck Schumer threatened Alito and Kavanaugh on the steps of the SC, Democrat activists show up at the personal homes and intimidate Justices, and the propaganda media is doing their best to destroy Clarence Thomas …. and yet very few people on the right are even saying anything about this. We need to be louder, and bolder. Fight fire with fire.

So now the meme has to be “Antifa goes to war to sexualize children” complete with photos of helmets, tactical vests and long guns.

Follow it up with questions such as: “Are all Antifa members pedophiles or just those who attack people trying to protect children from grooming?”

Nothing to see here folks, just the third US bank failure in the last two months. Hey but the economy is great, just ask Joe.

First Republic Bank has been sold to JPMorgan Chase after regulators seized it on Monday, making it the third major bank to fail in two months.

    • Amazona May 1, 2023 / 10:28 am

They DO need to show up in tasteless costumes to howl and shriek at whatever is pointed out to them as badbadbad and they do need to make sure that whatever children survive their pregnancies get groomed into early and adventuresome sexual activity as early as possible, while getting in line to be permanently mutilated by chemicals and/or surgery to accommodate the latest Leftist fad.

A guy named Norman Fenton wrote about a UK agenda of reaching zero carbon emissions by 2050.

My twitter thread highlighted the eye-watering points that the strategy required:

All airports in the UK except Heathrow, Belfast and Glasgow to close by 2030.

No flying at all by 2050.

    No new petrol/diesel cars by 2030;

By 2050 road use restricted to 60% of today’s level.

Food, heating and energy restricted to 60% of today’s level by 2050.

Beef and lamb to be phased out by 2050

I said that, apart from the extreme limitations on personal freedom and travel, this means either a colder, hungrier population or massive depopulation.

Before thinking “Oh, that’s just Great Britain, it doesn’t have anything to do with us” consider a couple of things. One is that the UK is a canary in the coal mine, and the other is this: If you still don’t believe the elites will restrict meat and dairy eating, watch especially the segments of the New York mayor talking here.

Mayor Adams eats a plant-based diet and he has announced his goal is to reduce food-related emissions produced by city government by 33% within seven years time, and to accomplish that he and city officials are going to restrict how much meat citizens can eat. and Klaus Schwab’s World Economic Forum has been laying groundwork to begin starving the people it considers useless and has now ordered governments in the West to begin attacking the food supply. I personally find it chilling to see the comment “Food is a luxury this planet cannot afford”. But then I’m not a power-mad Leftist wannabe dictator.

Achieving Net Zero: A report from a putative delivery agency

An analysis of what it would take to achieve this goal, which covers all aspects of life in the UK, such as the fact that most older homes are wired for minimal electricity use and would have to be rewired, and have poor insulation. The kinds of things the fifty-pound heads (intellectuals) never stop to consider as they blithely just make plans to starve people and make the survivors cold and miserable and unable to travel.

At present, the amount of battery storage needed to contain the energy
for a jumbo jet crossing the Atlantic weighs six times the maximum
cargo that such a jet can carry today. Since the total world effort in
battery research has improved the energy density of storage by a factor of six since 1970, it would take another 50 years of equally successful research progress, at an historic pace, before a large electric
jet could take off even without passengers and cargo!

Bigoted Dems Attack GOP Councilman Who Identifies as LGBT ‘Woman of Color’

I wondered how long it would take to bring this to the next level. This leaves the left in a difficult position. I’m guessing they’ll change the definition of the day to fit whatever they need to advance their evil.

    • Amazona May 2, 2023 / 7:55 am

I thought this was brilliant, on several levels. One, of course, is the parody of Leftist insanity, and then of course the poor Left having to deal with it. Tough for them, as they have come out so openly in favor of men claiming to identify as women and even white people identifying as black. Now it’s going to have to be that these are reserved for Leftists, and conservatives just can’t do that because science or something.

      • Cluster May 2, 2023 / 10:57 am

Zero chance. Yesterday it was proven that SecState Blinken lied to Congress about his communication with Hunter Biden re: Burisma. And nothing will be done about that either. Without accountability, we have no country.

Still waiting for organized outcry from various sources and voices about the multi-tiered “justice” system and how elites are not held to the same standard as ordinary people.

But wait….that would depend on an organized GOP with a clear-cut agenda and plans for execution.

        never mind………..

      • Mark Noonan May 2, 2023 / 9:45 pm

        Big fat zero on that.

Of course, none of us really know – and they don’t either. All I can say is that for all the Ukrainian booster claims of piles of Russian corpses and brilliant Ukrainian attacks is that the Russians have been steadily advancing for weeks and the campaign season in Ukraine doesn’t really start until the end of May when the ground starts to dry out.

Neither did I. And the results are not surprising.

See how many more zoo animals have “died suddenly” in just the last three weeks

Since my last post about this wrenching subject (on April 11), animals in zoos worldwide have died untimely deaths that often sound uncannily like countless human deaths since 2020
