The Democrats/MSM/Never Trump are running a con: and the con is the assertion that a 77 year old, addle-brained career politician will solve the problems. It is a stupid assertion. Only an idiot would believe it. But it is the assertion they are making…and with all their powers of opinion-generation, they’re going to see if they can get an electoral majority to be stupid enough to believe it.
Personally, I don’t think they can – and I also happen to think that they also know they can’t do it. So, in reality, what they’re doing right now is battle space prep for 2021. With Trump re-elected (perhaps quite resoundingly) and maybe back in full control of Congress (and this time with far more pro-Trump people in the mix), Democrats know they will be in for a rough time. So, if Trump does win – as I think they expect – they need to make certain that their side remains both white hot against Trump and certain that Trump is illegitimate. So, put out that D+10 poll showing Biden up 12. When the event comes out, the only way Trump could have won is by cheating, right?
It is also good to remember that there is an army of consultants, pollsters and talking heads who will simply be out of work if polling started to consistently show Trump heading for victory. Who the heck is doing to donate to your Democrat Pac and buy your polling data if there’s no point to it? So, there are a lot of vested interests in keeping up the appearance that Trump is doomed…and while Trump will Tweet out from time about fake news and fake polls, I don’t think he actually minds this stuff. The less the Democrats see reality, the better for Trump.
Meanwhile, the National Association of Police Organizations which endorsed Obama/Biden in 2008 and 2012 and didn’t endorse at all in 2016…has endorsed Trump. Just how many cops or family members of cops do you think are going to vote Democrat this year? One percent? Maybe two percent if Biden gets lucky? If they thought it sure that Biden would win – that if real data showed Biden up 10 or 12 points – they wouldn’t endorse Trump. They might not endorse Biden, but they wouldn’t endorse Trump. At worst, they’d keep their powder dry and hope for the best. Someone at NAPO is sure Trump will win.
The vandals of Antifa are showing themselves to be overtly anti-Christian. Plenty of statues of the Blessed Virgin have been defaced. This tells me of the essentially evil nature of Antifa even if nothing else did: everyone who hates Our Lady is heading down a pretty dark path.
On a more plus side of that, you might recall that there was an Antifa/BLM push against Saint Louis IX…threats to destroy the statue of the Saint-King in St Louis. I’ve been following for many days now the Catholics who have been holding daily prayer vigils around the statue. They get abuse hurled at them (and sometimes physical violence, as well) but they are standing firm. They pray the Rosary and other prayers and even did a Eucharistic procession around the statue. I’m mighty impressed with the courage of these Christians.
The National Museum of African American History & Culture says that things like being married and working hard and respecting authority are “White” things. Which is curious because the racists of the KKK used to say exactly the same thing. When I first saw the thing, I thought it was a joke – someone trolling. But it turns out it is real…and I bet the authors of it simply do not know what actual racism against blacks was like. It does not surprise me that they work at a museum: I figure that anyone allowed to be in charge of anything designed to propagate facts has long been taken over by ignoramouses who hate facts.

Walmart, Target, Kroger, Sam’s Club and numerous others have changed the mask dynamic by not allowing customers to shop without wearing a mask. I guess people can shop with their feet, but the options are getting fewer and fewer.
That said, I mentioned a meme I got from a friend the other day that featured a guy holding a sign that said, “if masks work, why didn’t they issue them to prisoners instead of releasing them?” It may have been an attempt at humor, but the question is valid. Prisons and jails would have been a great test of the efficacy of masks.
I think it’s important that we don’t forget Jessica Whitaker, she was the woman shot and killed by Black Lives Matter protestors for saying All Lives Matter. It’s not mentioned in the media which is more than enough reason to burn these media/propaganda centers to the ground in my opinion, and we need to make sure that voters know that BLM has the blood of innocent American lives on their hands as does everyone who supports them. It WILL be tough sledding for the entire country IF that happens. I don’t think the country is quite far enough gone yet to allow that to happen, but I could be wrong. IF your scenario does come true, and the Democrats keep their campaign promises (and at this point I BELIEVE them when they tell me what they want to do), I think you’ll see a lot of idealistic Americans who suddenly come to the realization that they should have been more careful what they wished for.

Once upon a time there were two main parties in this country. They both represented people who love this country, respect it and the foundation upon which it was built, and both wanted basically the same things for the nation and for its people There were disagreements about the best way to accomplish those goals, basically between the idea that any effort to address any issue would have to be done through the states if it was not a delegated duty of the federal government and the other wanting the feds to do more, expanding the federal role beyond the strict limitations of the Constitution. But in general, both sides were pretty comfortable trying to work together, and a lot gone done.
Now, however, one of those parties has morphed into one representing a very sour, very hostile and very antagonistic view toward the nation itself. It now claims the United States is, as an entity, corrupt and racist and not worth saving, Many openly talk about wanting to “burn it down” to build an entirely new nation. This party is now represented by thugs, criminals, vandals and radical Leftists who openly talk about their hatred for the other side, of their desire to see opponents die, who daily widen the gulf between the two parties and fill that gulf with hatred and threats and violence.
And now we have trolls squirming in with simpering little smirks trying to portray the understanding of the Right that there simply is no common ground possible between these two wildly divergent concepts of the nation and how it should move forward as the underlying reason for lack of “unity”. Well, when one side declares itself to your enemy, and constantly uses the terminology of warfare to describe its attitude toward you and its agenda for you and its intent to destroy you, and illustrates its commitment to those goals by engaging in rioting, vandalism and murder of those who represent the opposition then “unity” with that side can only be capitulation. The only way to “unite” with people who want to destroy you is to submit to them.
So let’s be a little more precise here. We do not reject the concept of “unity”—after all, over the past two centuries both sides have achieved unity in many ways on many issues—-but we do reject the Left’s demand that we capitulate and abandon our values, principles of government and our very sanity. And we see abandonment of sanity as a requirement for being part of the Left.

Another interesting number to know would be, how many criminals have been released from prisons across the country due to COVID-19? The media is not reporting this, other than isolated mentions of specific states and localities (I wonder why). The last article I found that gave a national number was Fox News on April 16 when they reported that 16,000 had been released nationwide. It looks like Planned Parenthood is starting to worry about the publicity given to its focus on killing black babies. Planned Parenthood of Greater New York will remove the name of Margaret Sanger, a founder of the national organization, from its Manhattan health clinic because of her “harmful connections to the eugenics movement,” the group said on Tuesday.
“Connections to the eugenics movement”? Gee, that makes it sound like she was only peripherally associated with it. Not at all like an activist. so dedicated to it that she actually formed an organization designed to kill black babies.
It has been known for decades that Planned Parenthood was started to help control “the Negro population” and still kills a disproportionate number of black babies. But recently there has been more attention called to this, as the Left has had to try to juggle its “everything is racist” meme with its “killing babies should be supported by everyone” theme. Evidently the two have clashed, and Margaret and her original motives and racist identity are being “canceled”.
A member of the American Eugenics Society, Sanger wrote that “clear(ing) the way for Birth Control” was necessary for the success of “eugenists and others who are laboring for racial betterment” and declared the “campaign for birth control is (…) practically identical in ideal with the final aim of eugenics.”
“(T)he mass of ignorant Negroes still breed carelessly and disastrously, so that the increase among Negroes, even more than the increase among whites, is from that part of the population least intelligent and fit, and least able to rear their children properly,” read one article from Sanger’s The Birth Control Review.
To quell black suspicion of her racial agenda, in 1939, Sanger launched the “Negro Project” to enlist black ministers to help her promote birth control. “We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population,” she wrote in a letter to Clarence Gamble, explaining that if it did, black ministers would be able to “straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.”
Sanger even admitted in her autobiography that in 1926 she spoke to the “women’s branch of the Ku Klux Klan,” through which she said she “accomplished my purpose” by inspiring a “dozen invitations to speak to similar groups.”
