This week, the rubber hits the road as far as Team Trump’s efforts to Stop the Steal. We’ll see if they can do it. More people are coming around to my theory that Team Biden thought it in the bag (with some fraud already baked in), but then Trump’s Election Day numbers showed a near-landslide win for Trump and so they had to stop the count, manufacture/flip ballots and then hope they didn’t get caught.

Well, they got caught: the amount of fraud was so large that you can’t miss it. All that remains to be seen is if the courts will accept the evidence and act accordingly.

It looks like Nancy’s majority will be 222, maybe 223. Razor thin – and some Democrat House members are salivating at the thought of a Biden Administration cabinet post. It is very dicey for Nancy: she can’t afford to lose anyone and if a seat comes open, even if in a relatively blue area, there’s no assurance the GOP won’t pick it up in a special election. The bottom line is that both the Squad and the few moderate Democrats are going to cause her no end of trouble – the former because they want to push further left, the latter because they don’t want career suicide. You and I get to watch and laugh.

They are ramping up the ‘Rona Panic again and I think it is twofold:

  1. Get your mind off the still disputed election.
  2. Make out that it is a horror show so that St Joe of Biden can save us all.

It is irritating me no end and I’m hopeful we start to get revolt as the Danes did. The masks do not work. The lockdowns mar more than they mend. We’ve got two apparently good vaccines on the way. End this nonsense.

Joe and the Democrats want to forgive student loans. But, please note: not all of it. I think the figure they are passing around is $10,000.00. Now, why not go large and forgive it all? I mean, they are Democrats, right? The cost doesn’t matter…but they know that annulling the debt would put huge pressure on to end the loan program. They don’t want that. And they don’t want the kids to be entirely relieved of debt, either. Debtors hoping for a break are dependents…people you can pressure to do your bidding. And the Democrats don’t dare risk the program, itself, as it is merely a gigantic subsidy for the college Left.

I’ve said for a while that I want the debt annulled (tax credits for those who paid) and then cancel the program. At the very least, I think we should allow it to discharge in bankruptcy seven years after leaving college (by then, they are either making enough money to pay – and so can’t go bankrupt – or they aren’t and likely never will). The whole thing is a scam: a soak the young scheme to keep tenured radicals on the gravy train.

Ted Cruz ripped Jack Dorsey to shreds in a Senate hearing. This is fine: but unless we start to punish these totalitarian propagandists, they’ll keep right on suppressing the truth and serving up the DNC Narrative. I’ll go to my grave convinced that if the mere truth had been told this past four years, Trump would have crested 60% of the vote.

… the amount of fraud was so large that you can’t miss it.

I am thinking this was by design. Engage in fraud on a scale so massive that it will be hard for the public to comprehend and accept and therefore skeptics are easily characterized as “conspiracy theorists”.

Not sure if anyone caught the Senate hearings yesterday with Big Tech but Zuckerberg admitted that collusion does exist in the industry which could be the pathway to dismantling their power. Zuckerberg admitted that the three social platform companies do indeed coordinate with each other on censoring what they deem “misinformation”. This violates anti trust laws and hopefully the Senate will dig deeper into this issue, because the section 230 angle isn’t working.

Also in that hearing, Zuckerberg feigned ignorance over a tool Facebook uses to spy on their customers called Centra. Now all of this electronic monitoring goes above my pay grade but it’s not difficult to know that it’s not right. What’s the difference between Facebook tracking their customers and what the NSA did about 15 years ago monitoring peoples cell phone calls, etc.??

The Left loves to surveil and control, and whatever issue they need to manufacture to achieve those ends, they will. Make no mistake about that. Linked below is Sen Hawley grilling Zuckerberg, and I will say Sen. Hawley is quickly becoming my favorite conservative to take up where Trump leaves off.

My wife and I were saying the same thing after his appearance on one of the Fox shows last night — smart, articulate, and down-to-earth.

We’re seeing a ginormous spike in COVID cases in our area. Fort Wayne, about 15 miled east of us, went to code red this morning, with new cases going from around 45 per day 2 weeks ago to over 400 per day this week. The county we’re in, a small, rural county of around 34,000 has seen the total number of cases go from under 300 to nearly 1,100 in the last month. The good news is that we’ve only had 8 deaths, and 6 of those were last spring.

      • Amazona November 18, 2020 / 3:42 pm

Are you seeing CASES or just positive test results?

      • Retired Spook November 18, 2020 / 5:49 pm

I spoke with the RN at the county health department this afternoon, just to find out if there’s anything we have to do after our quarantine expires Saturday night. She referred to what we’re seeing as a spike in “cases,” and I didn’t think to ask her what percentage are asymptomatic.

      • Amazona November 18, 2020 / 9:50 pm

From a post of mine three days ago:

        1) The PCR test is practically useless

Mi<According to an article in the New York Times, August 29th, 2020 testing for the Covid-19 virus using the popular PCR method results in up to 90% of those tested showing positive results that are grossly misleading.

Officials in Massachusetts, New York, and Nevada compiled testing data that revealed the PCR test can NOT determine the amount of virus in a sample. (viral load) The amount of virus in up to 90% of positive results turned out to be so minuscule that the patient was asymptomatic and posed no threat to others. So the positive Covid-19 tests are virtually meaningless.

        2) A positive test is NOT a CASE

For some reason, every positive Covid-19 test is immediately designated a CASE. As we saw in #1 above up to 90% of positive Covid-19 tests result in minuscule amounts of virus that do not sicken the subject. Historically only patients who demonstrated actual symptoms of an illness were considered a case. Publishing positive test results as “CASES” is grossly misleading and needlessly alarming.

I am thinking this was by design. Engage in fraud on a scale so massive that it will be hard for the public to comprehend and accept and therefore skeptics are easily characterized as “conspiracy theorists”.

I’m thinking it’s even more sinister and convoluted than that. I think the Dems ramped up regular, garden variety fraud (dead people voting, signatures not matching, people voting in multiple states, ballot harvesting, in many cases not even trying to hide it. IMO that aspect of voter fraud was a diversion; never meant to be enough to alter the outcome of any individual race, while the real election fraud was going on at the software level. And, of course, the aspect of this election that almost no one is talking about are the millions of votes that were tilted in favor of Biden by the censorship efforts of Facebook, Twitter and Google. I think that dwarfs all the rest of the fraud put together.

      • Cluster November 18, 2020 / 11:12 am

I think you’re right. Multiple fronts of fraud create chaos and doubt … exactly what they want. Here’s more from Sydney Powell:

And the will of the people in this country was that Donald Trump win in a landslide. If we can get to the bottom of it, and I am determined to do that, I think we’ll find he had at least 80 million votes.

The only reason the glitches happened in the system is because he was so, had so far many more votes than they had calculated in advance. Their algorithms wouldn’t perform the functions they had originally performed that were set to perform. They couldn’t make up the vote count. He gotten so many hundreds of thousands more than they planned. So that’s when they had to stop the counting and come up with a way to back-fill votes or destroy votes for Trump while they fabricated votes for Biden.

        And then there is this:

MORE PROOF OF FRAUD: 16 of 17 Bellwether Counties Went for Trump — HAS NEVER HAPPENED in 36 Years!

Check the graph out in the article

Rush was talking about this yesterday. Another piece of a massive puzzle.

I’m still not getting my hope up. We are up against an adversary that is committed to doing whatever it takes to win, and threatening to burn it all down if they don’t. but even if Harris/Biden end up taking office, I don’t think they can, in their wildest imagination, fathom the resistance they’re going to face.

Oh for the Love of God wtf are we doing to ourselves? CA, OR, WA, and MI have announced new very restrictive lockdowns and canceled Thanksgiving over a virus so deadly that you have to be tested to know if you have it, and if you do have it there is only 99%+ survivability rate. But wait … even better news, it turns out there is a new invasive treatment called mouthwash

Mouthwash can kill coronavirus in 30 seconds after initial exposure, a new study has found.

I thought the headline blurb below was a perfect example of the all the brain damage the Democrats have inflicted upon this country and the results thereof ….

Megyn Kelly said on her podcast Monday that she and her family are leaving New York City because it has been taken over by ‘woke’ leftism as she pulled her kids out of their ‘far-left’ schools. She said her sons Edward, 11, and Thatcher Bray, 7, have already been pulled from their $56k-a-year private school. Kelly said she had enough when a letter was distributed to the faculty claiming there is a ‘killer cop sitting in every school where white children learn’. The letters, sent out by the school’s diversity group, also claimed ‘white kids are being indoctrinated in black death’. The boys attended the Collegiate School on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, while Kelly did not reference the school attended by her Yardley Evans..

The School’s “diversity group” has spoken hahahaha. Oh Lord these people are contemptible.

According to Powell, “Dominion has a long history of rigging elections. That’s what it was created to do to begin with.” Powell told about her whistleblower, a former high-ranking Venezuelan military officer who worked with Hugo Chavez when developers in Venezuela first created the software. The whistleblower has signed an affidavit stating that the whole purpose behind the software’s creation was to rig elections.

The software worked as promised, according to Powell. “It was created… so Hugo Chavez would never lose another election, and he did not after that software was created. He won every single election.” Once the software proved its use, says, Powell, Venezuela exported it. “They exported it to Argentina and other countries in South America, and then they brought it here.”

Thinking of the frog-in-hot water analogy:

Last night I was talking with the two teenaged boys, 15 and 17, who work for me, and started telling them about Centra (the program that lets Facebook track members across all platforms, monitor all internet usage, etc) and one of them said, very casually, “Yeah–cookies” and “it’s just for advertising”. When I said no , it’s a lot more sinister than that, they both looked nonchalant. That’s when the penny dropped and I said “This doesn’t really bother you, does it?” and they both agreed, no it doesn’t.

That’s when I said to the older one this is why he didn’t “get” what was significant about the book “1984”—-I said “it’s because you live in 1984, you’ve spent your whole life in 1984 and that’s just normal and acceptable to you” and that led into a discussion about how people a generation older than they are were horrified by the book, found it a sinister and threatening look into what life would be like under a form of Big Brother, but how in just one generation the Left has made that totally unthreatening and just the way life is.

The older one is doing online learning and has different topics assigned to him and a few weeks ago he was taking Psychology and his assignment of the day was about conditioning, so we talked not just about the dictionary definitions of types of conditioning but about examples, so I brought that up and said he was illustrating the success of gradually conditioning people into blandly accepting what had been completely unacceptable not too long ago. They kind of understand where I am coming from now, but are still casual about it. I gave them the frog in hot water analogy and said that right now, that water is very comfortable, warm and cozy, but that their attitude means the heat can be turned up and they won’t notice or care till it is too late to jump out.

I talked to them about the worst of Leftist tyrants, like Stalin and Hitler, and their approach to getting and keeping power by simply eliminating those who oppose them, and pointed out that today’s left is openly talking about tactics ranging from forced “reeducation” of political opponents to concentration camps to out-and-out elimination. That’s when I learned that the word “gulag” has been defanged by making it part of an online game, where it represents something like the old Roman gladiator combats, but with the veneer of excitement that is part of pretend violence. They had no idea that gulags have always been forced-labor (slave) camps where political opponents have been sent to get them out of the way and often literally work them to death.

Their stated attitude was that there is no reason for anyone to want to find them, they don’t pose a threat to anyone so who cares if they can be tracked. So I asked if either of them has ever had a picture posted online of them wearing red MAGA hats, or the new Trump 2020 hats, and pointed out that these programs can sort for that kind of image if the radical Left gains enough power to do what it has said it wants to do and intends to do (find Trump supporters and force some kind of retribution on them) and then track outward and identify every web page they have visited, look at every online search they have done, and find out every single person they have communicated with about their pro-Trump feelings—–and target any or all of them for retaliation by the State.

And what scared me was that while they understood this, intellectually, there was no visceral response to being, as I put it, chipped like a pet dog so they could be tracked at will. We talk about the dangers of Big Tech and its ability to spy, track and monitor people, but we don’t talk about how the younger generation finds this perfectly normal, unthreatening and benign. I think that is a threat we need to consider.

    • Retired Spook November 19, 2020 / 6:47 pm

and pointed out that today’s left is openly talking about tactics ranging from forced “reeducation” of political opponents to concentration camps to out-and-out elimination.

Now this guy is not a big cog in the Democrat wheel, but his message is nonetheless frightening.

David Atkins, a newly elected California member of the Democratic National Committee, declared recently that Democrats and liberals should “start thinking in terms of post-WWII Germany or Japan” in order to “deprogram 75 million people.”

The 75 million people he referred to are presumably Trump supporters.

I think I speak for a large percentage of those 75 million when I say, bring it on.

The US government, once they determined that this Dominion server was involved in switching votes, then the intelligence community began a search for the server and discovered that the server was in Germany. In order to get access to that server and have it available for use in a legal manner they had to have the State Department work in tandem with the Department of Justice. They had to request that the government of Germany cooperate in allowing this seizure of this server. The appropriate documents required to affect that kind of seizure were put in place, signed off on, and it appears there was also US military support in this operation. The US military was not in the lead. But this helps explain why Esper was fired and Miller and Kash Patel were put in place — so that the military would not interfere with the operation in any way.

By getting ahold of the server they now are going to have the direct evidence of when they were instructed to stop counting. They will also discover who gave the direction to stop counting and who initiated the algorithm that started switching votes. The CIA was completely excluded from this operation.

The press conference was eye opening. The small amount of evidence Rudy and Sydney presented is over whelming and that is just tip of the iceberg. The fraudulent mail in ballots is one thing and according to Rudy enough to declare Trump the winner alone, but the Dominion aspect takes this crime internationally and will ultimately show that Trump won in a landslide with over 400 electoral votes according to reports. Stay tuned.

Whether or not the Supreme Court agrees to hear the evidence remains to be seem. If they do, it’s going to be a bad time to be a Democrat. If they don’t, it’s still going to be a bad time to be a Democrat, because if anyone thinks this is going to go away if SCOTUS dismisses it — think again. “This is stunning, heartbreaking, infuriating and the most unpatriotic acts I can even imagine for people in this country to have participated in, in any way, shape or form. And I want the American public to know right now, we will not be intimidated. American patriots are fed up with the corruption from the local level to the highest level of our government and we are going to take this country back. We are not going to be intimidated. We are going to prove it and we are going to reclaim the United States of America for the people who vote for freedom.”

When did the media become the judge and the jury? And honestly who in the f**k do they think they are? What right does anyone in the media have to see this evidence before a judge? And considering the actions of the media over the last 4 years, I wouldn’t tell them anything either and I am sure Sidney and her team understand that and will present all of their evidence where it actually matters … in a court of law.

Figure out a dollar value for simultaneously trashing one candidate and praising another while hiding his blatant deficiencies, and then add on the value of simply hiding information voters had every right to know about his abuse of power and enrichment through corruption.

If media outlets like CNN were properly re-identified as propaganda arms of the Left instead of being part of a free press, they would lose their protections and be treated like any other PR firm pushing lies and maybe even being held accountable for them.

Trump should never concede. Ever. He rightfully won the election. Democrats have been at war against this country all throughout 2020 culminating in the theft of the POTUS election and their actions must have consequences. The following is from Wayne Allen Root, a LV oddsmaker:

I actually took screen shots before I went to bed. Trump was winning Michigan by over 300,000 votes when they stopped counting. He was up in Wisconsin by over 100,000. In Pennsylvania he was up almost 700,000 votes. But in the wee hours of the morning I took a new screenshot. Suddenly Biden was up by 9,000 in Wisconsin and 30,000 in Michigan. How’d that happen? I thought they stopped counting?

It all started with that bizarre Arizona call by Fox News.

Folks, someone knew. The fix was in. A few key people made millions betting on this election. They knew the exact minute to jump in. They knew exactly when a Trump landslide would turn to a Biden victory, with the help of a fake TV network call and fake ballots.

  15. Cluster November 20, 2020 / 8:52 am

We have entered into a very precarious political environment in this country and the next 4 weeks are going to reveal a lot. Careers and even lives are at stake:

If these charges are false, their careers are finished. If defamation lawsuits get launched — and I don’t see how Dominion has any choice but to file them, or go bankrupt — Sidney Powell could lose her house and her license to practice law. She’d be a pauper. The same is true of Ellis, Giuliani, and anyone else on the president’s team. But only if the charges are unsupported and untrue.

Given the death threats to election officials in Michigan, and the doxing of their children, for refusing to certify a corrupt election, I’d say Ms. Powell is risking a lot more than money.

And this is how you win. You never back down and you put everything on the line. Godspeed Sidney Powell

Jenna Ellis on Fox News Radio (WRT Georgia vote certification) “We have evidence of double voting, non-resident voting and (I didn’t catch the last)” followed immediately by Fox reporter (Chad Pergram, I think) saying, “there is still no evidence of wide-spread voter fraud.”

    • Amazona November 21, 2020 / 9:51 pm

Well, between the insistence that “evidence” is the same as “proof” and the incessant redefining of relevance so they can claim that only what they agree is “WIDESPREAD” fraud matters, they are tap dancing like crazy to pretend there is nothing wrong.

If the Georgia “paper ballot” everyone claims is so bombproof is not a paper ballot filled out by the voter but a paper ballot created by a machine after the voter touches symbols on a screen to indicate his voting preference, and if that machine then prints out a name of a candidate to tell the voter this is how the ballot will be counted but registers the intended vote in a bar code, running those ballots through machines again will prove nothing..

The only way to certify the Georgia vote is to have one person read the name of the intended candidate as shown on the machine-created ballot, call it out to someone who records it and then run that ballot through a machine to see if the bar code matches the name. If even ten votes out of a thousand show a different name within the bar code than that printed on the ballot, this is proof that the machines are programmed to flip votes, to tell the voter his vote is going for one candidate when in fact the machine has flipped it to the other.

I didn’t come up with this—this is what happened in a prior election in which machines printed out paper ballots based, supposedly, on what the voter entered on the touch screen.

This doesn’t address double and triple counting, except that a fraudulent bar code would count that fraudulent vote more than once.

  19. Amazona November 22, 2020 / 1:59 pm

You know how one aspect of keeping the panic level high has been the “bombshell” revelation that Covid antibodies taper off after a short time, meaning—-according to the “experts”—that we can just keep getting re-infected over and over again.

But….emphasis mine: Viral evidence historically tells us that you don’t generally get infected by the exact same virus twice, certainly not within a short period of time. It’d be a poor immune system which lets that happen and we’d probably not have made it as a species into the 21st century if that’s how it worked. So there’s an expectation of some duration of immunity. It needs studying, but our experience and evidence for coronaviruses (Le Bert et al, 2020) suggests that if you have memory T-cells, durability can be very long lasting. This study showed that people still had robust T-cell responses in 2020, 17 years after the first SARS outbreak back in 2003. The concerns people have expressed about falling antibody levels underscores a lack of knowledge about acquired immunity. It is not efficient nor required for immunity to maintain high levels of antibodies to everything to which you are immune. Instead, cellular memory enables very rapid re-generation of antibodies upon re-encounter with the antigen, if that is required to defend the host. Alternatively, innate and cellular memory responses can be sufficient.

“The bottom line is this,” he addressed the group. “There is utterly unfounded public hysteria driven by the media and politicians. It’s outrageous. This is the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on an unsuspecting public.”

“There is absolutely nothing to be done to contain this virus other than protecting your more vulnerable people. It should be thought of as nothing more than a bad flu season. This is not Ebola. It’s not SARS. It’s politics playing medicine. And that’s a very dangerous game.”

Continuing, Dr. Hodkinson added, “Masks are utterly useless. There is no evidence based on their effectiveness whatsoever. Paper masks and fabric masks are simply virtue signaling. Seeing these uneducated people walking around like lemmings, obeying without any knowledge base to put the mask on their face.”

He also claimed social distancing is pointless as COVID-19 “travels by aerosols, which travel 30 meters or so before landing. And closures have had such terrible unintended consequences. Everywhere should be open tomorrow.”

Next, the doctor touched on testing. “I’m in the business of testing for COVID. I do want to emphasize that positive results DO NOT, underlined in neon, mean a clinical infection. It’s simply driving public hysteria and all testing should stop.”

The only thing Dr. Hodkinson advocates for is to “protect the vulnerable” by giving all nursing home residents daily doses of vitamin D.

In Alberta, where the meeting took place, people under 65 years of age have a 1 in 300,000 chance of dying from COVID.

“It’s just another bad flu, and you have got to get your minds around that,” he stressed. “Let people make their own decisions.

Continuing, Dr. Hodkinson added, “Masks are utterly useless. There is no evidence based on their effectiveness whatsoever.

The Blaze had piece on this last week.

This is why proponents of the mask religion are resorting to fabricating data in order to demonstrate effectiveness while blocking the publication of any study, such as the large Danish randomized controlled trial, demonstrating that masks don’t work.

Then again, we don’t need any fancy study to project or predict what we see with our eyes. The virus is spreading universally more than ever (because of the cold weather and seasonality) despite months of extremely unprecedented draconian mask-wearing and other voodoo restrictions. Nowhere is this more evident than in the military, where there is more compliance than you will ever experience in a civilian population, which itself has been remarkably obsequious on the mask issue.

Last week, researchers for the Naval Medical Research Center in Maryland and Mount Sinai Hospital in New York published a study in the New England Journal of Medicine showing how mask-wearing and social isolation failed to stop the spread among U.S. Marine Corps recruits at Parris Island. The over 3,000 participants were divided into two study groups, and those who tested positive up front were removed from the group on day 1. By day 14, spread was actually greater among those in the supervised quarantine group (2.8%) than in the control group (1.7%).

The New York Times pulled a mighty fast one with this piece: “States That Imposed Few Restrictions Now Have the Worst Outbreaks.” This would be huge news if true because it would imply not only that lockdowns save lives (which no serious study has thus far been able to document) but also that granting people basic freedoms are the reason for bad health outcomes, an astonishing claim on its own.

The piece, put together by two graphic artists and seemingly very science-like, speaks of “outbreaks,” which vaguely sounds terrible: packed with mortality. It’s odd because anyone can look at the data and see that New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Connecticut lead the way with deaths per million, mostly owing to the fatalities in long-term care facilities. These were the states that locked down the hardest and longest. Indeed they are locking down again! Deaths per million in states like South Dakota are still low on the list.

How in the world can the NYT claim that states that did not lock down have the worst outbreaks? The claim hinges entirely on a trivial discovery. Some clever someone discovered that if you reflow data by cases per million instead of deaths per million, you get an opposite result. The reasons: 1) when the Northeast experienced the height of the pandemic, there was very little testing going on, so the “outbreak” was not documented even as deaths grew and grew, 2) by the time the virus reached the Midwest, tests were widely available, 3) the testing mania grew and grew to the point that the non-vulnerable are being tested like crazy, generating high positives in small-population areas.

By focusing on the word “outbreak,” the Times can cleverly obscure the difference between a positive PCR result (including many false positive and perhaps half or more asymptomatic cases) and a severe outcome from catching the virus. In other words, the Times has documented an “outbreak” of mostly non-sick people in low-population areas.

There are hundreds of ways to look at Covid-19 data. The Times picked the one metric – the least valuable one for actually discerning whether and to what extent people are sick – in order to generate the result that they wanted, namely that open states look as bad as possible. The result is a chart that massively misrepresents any existing reality. It makes the worst states look great and the best ones look terrible. The visual alone is constructed to make it looks as if open states are bleeding uncontrollably.

I’m confused. I see a headline: Huge: Trump Campaign Disowns Sidney Powell in Wild Statement and I think “uh-oh”. So I read the support for the headline:

There was no server raid in Germany. This isn’t Zero Dark Thirty. Anyone with a rudimentary understanding of US-German relations would realize that this notion is batshit crazy. Anyone who claims to have sources on this is lying. Anyone who says it happened is full of baloney.

    — Jordan Schachtel (@JordanSchachtel) November 22, 2020

Hmmmm. So who is Jordan Schachtel? Naturally I look to Google and I find this, from 03/14/2016:

Two more staffers for Breitbart have resigned from the company, citing the website’s pro-Donald Trump stance.

National security correspondent Jordan Schachtel and associate editor Jarrett Stepman sent their resignations to management on Monday afternoon.

So fill in the blanks for me. How does someone who wrote a snarky letter to Breitbart claiming that he had to, for reasons of personal integrity, step away from a publication he thought was too nice to Trump suddenly appear as a spokesman for “the Trump campaign”?

Then anonymous (of course!) “…national security officials within the Trump administration said they have seen no evidence of Powell’s claims…” My response to this is “Good for you, Sidney! Keep the information away from those backstabbing weasels until it is presented to the court!”

Redstate jumps right in, first with the first breathless headline and then saying Here’s the Trump campaign today essentially telling Powell to go jump in a lake,. Just how, one might ask did the Trump campaign” “essentially tell Powell to go jump in a lake”? Well, Jenna Ellis tweeted, under the headline Trump Campaign Statement on Legal Team, “Sidney Powell is practicing law on her own. She is not a member of the Trump Legal Team. She is also not a lawyer for the President in his personal capacity.” A quick word search finds no reference to “jumping”, or to a “lake”.

You just can’t accept anything at face value any more.

Even RedState has jumped on the “there ain’t no evidence and Sidney Powell is a lunatic” bandwagon. Why? Because she has refused to put her evidence into the sieve of White House leakers. Smart lady.

And she IS smart. No one doubts that. So, if she can’t back up her claims, why is she making them?

I have a feeling this much-ballyhooed supposed throwing her under the bus theater has a purpose. Trump is not disowning Giuliani, and Giuliani is not disowning Powell. Ellis said Powell does not represent the President in his personal capacity. Powell says she never signed a representation agreement with the President or sent him a bill. Those are just statements of fact, which the Agenda Media (and some who pretend to be otherwise) have dressed up in all sorts of speculation presented as fact about what all of this “really means”. None of that means that when she is ready to make her evidence public such a formal agreement can’t be signed and she can’t take a retainer, in time to file for him. But in the meantime, it makes sense to me to keep the howling jackals at bay, and confused, and thinking they have some raw red meat to chew on.

She and Rudy fired a shot across the bow of Dominion and the election officials who hired Dominion. They set the stage for future revelations. They got the dismissal they needed from the Pennsylvania judge, to let them get into the Appeals Court and then the SCOTUS.

I might be wrong. I was wrong once, a long time ago, and I kind of remember what it felt like. But I see a two stage plan in action: The careful navigation of the legal system and the manipulation of the press. I do not believe that Sidney Powell and her powerhouse team, and/or Giuliani, somehow just didn’t understand what they needed for a ruling in the PA court. That judge laid out the defects upon which he based his ruling, which can be cured. They need to keep the pedal to the metal in this proceeding, and that means not being delayed by challenges and appeals from the other side, so they now have a dismissal, letting THEM drive the bus to the Appeals Court, and from there to the SCOTUS. The opposition just wants to run out the clock.
