The Democrats are trying to keep the focus on Liz Cheney, and thus Trump, in order to distract from the massive disaster which is Biden. Prices are going through the roof, the border is back in chaos and our foreign enemies are being kowtowed to. We are being replaced. I am a minority in the community I live in and my government is doing everything possible to make that permanent … and I have an opinion as to why. Hispanic and Black cultures are predominately matriarchal. The women rule to roost and the men fall in line. That’s the perfect equation for an authoritarian government. White cultures on the other hand are predominately patriarchal and of course well armed, educated free, unafraid men are a direct threat to an authoritarian government.
Through the unfounded and manufactured fear hysteria of climate change, white supremacy, and a flu virus, our government is engaged in psychological warfare against us in their effort to control the population … and matriarchal cultures comply without question. Just take a look around you next time you’re out and about. I’ve never seen so many ignorant sheep and this includes large statured black and hispanic men who have handed their balls over to their women and do what they’re told.
It’s our decision now whether we choose to live in a fear based, government controlled society, or do we rise up and take back our lives? The Declaration of Independence is the founding charter of this country and it is an insurrectionist document. We will soon have to reignite the spirit of that document or lose it forever.
Hmmm. I didn’t do a deep dive into history but just off the top of my head I don’t remember ever reading anything about the German or Russian or Cambodian cultures being “matriarchal” and my experience with Latino cultures has indicated to me that the matriarchy, such as it is, is limited to the home and family, while it is the men who run governments and armies. (We sure never heard anything about a Senora Castro, mother or wife.) And I think we can all agree that most if not all Middle Eastern cultures are male-dominated, especially the most authoritarian ones.
I think testicular donations are more of an individual decision than a cultural theme.
This is just an observation but that’s my point. Their familial structures are matriarchal so that’s why I think I’m seeing so much mask compliance in those groups. It plays well with what our government is trying to accomplish … again in my opinion. And there’s no question that men are 99% responsible for historical wars and chaos but isn’t that also what scares the people in charge of the “new world order”? I think so. They want and need compliant men. It’s a double edged sword

Of course they are “advocating for the destruction of the entire nuclear family.” The Left has always tried to destroy the family, along with the other two challengers to Leftist control—religion and education. We’ve been talking about this for years.
As far as the whole “matriarchal” thing, I’m not seeing it. You seem to be seeing a shift from a system in which men dominate to one where women do, and I’m seeing a system which is disintegrating, falling apart and losing any sense of structure. This is part of the Chaos Theory of the Left. They are not shifting the family structure from male to female, they are undermining it so there is no structure at all.

Again, we’ve spent a lot of time talking about the Long Game of the Left, its multi-generational incremental creep toward total control.

Whenever I hear moaning and groaning from the Right about how HARD it’s going to be to change anything I respond with the obvious—that it has taken the Left decades to get to this point, so of course some things, like the generations of Americans whose “education” has left them not just abysmally ignorant but convinced that they know things that are simply not true, are going to take at least one whole generation to change. IF we (1) recognize the problem and (2) have the commitment and the backbone to initiate and push corrections even when under fire for doing so.
People just catching on to this are like those just catching on to the fact that Joe Biden should never have been elected. We on the Right are saying to those newcomers to the reality of Joe Biden “we’ve been trying to tell you this for years now so don’t act so surprised”. Well, that’s how I feel when people suddenly start to see the patterns and agendas of the Left.
I have been preaching about this for years now, right here on this blog. The Left cannot prevail in a strong society, so it either has to wait until a society is falling apart to step and take advantage of the instability or they have to create that instability by destabilizing the structure of a functional society. And the left is brilliant, absolutely brilliant, at doing this. It has the ability to analyze fault lines in a society and then move in and widen those cracks until they are chasms dividing people. Part of that is to get some people to blame a demographic, whether a real one or one they have created in reality or fantasy.
They started with what now seem like relatively benign moves—creating the war of the sexes through promoting radical feminism, and expanding resentment of economic disparity. A nation where young people were told to look at success as inspirational, were told that “if you get a good education and work hard you, too, can achieve this”, devolved into a nation where young people were told “don’t aspire to that level, but drag that level down to yours”. This was no accident. This was a carefully plotted strategy, and we see its success every day.
We went from women simply demanding equal treatment to women claiming superiority as well as special treatment to the abolition of the concept of women at all, stripping human beings of the foundational identity of gender and unmooring them from their most basic concept of self identity, making them mere malleable clay to be molded into whatever Social Justice puppet the Left decides it needs.
In a similar way we have gone from black people wanting to be thought of and treated as equal, judged by their character and not the color of their skins, to black people claiming moral and intellectual superiority and demanding that non-blacks, especially whites, give them special treatment and privileges. The Left has completely reversed the old racism and turned it on its head, so now the formerly discriminated-against are doing the discriminating and adopting the attitudes, belief systems and behaviors of those they formerly resented.
It’s all part of the destabilization of our society, initiated and promoted and actively pushed by the Left. It’s Divide and Conquer all the way. Don’t just turn one gender against another—-create limitless “genders” and turn them against each other. The more resentment that can be created against any gender—including the concept of a new matriarchy responsible for all sorts of problems—the more success the Left is having.
And my observation is dissimilar. I’ve done business in Central and South American countries, and been a guest in the homes of several of the men with whom I was doing business. I saw a sharp divide between the home and “outside” with great deference paid to wives and mothers in the domestic realm and a clear understanding that when it came to business the women were not only not influential they didn’t participate in any way. When we would go to restaurants in the evening, even when this was understood to be a primarily social event, no wives attended.
Outside the U.S., which is feminizing men to a disturbing degree, I don’t see meek compliance among the men, but instead the perception that Leftism will give them power. And it does. Leftism is a bullying system in which those who join up are given the authority to dominate others. BTW, this is borne out by the video of the shrill attack on a non-masked woman in a grocery store—I haven’t heard such an unmanly narrative since the Honey Badger video.
I haven’t linked mask compliance to race or ethnicity. I do wonder how many mask wearers actually buy into the hype and how many, like me, sometimes wear a mask because it’s necessary to appease businesses. I have to fly in a couple of weeks and the mask requirement from the airline is very stringent—the symbolic masks I have been wearing will not suffice. I hate it, but I want to go, and I have always agreed with the concept of “my house, my rules”. If a business says I have to wear a beanie cap with a propeller on top to do business there, I’ll either wear the hat or go somewhere else.

I’m seeing the feminization of our culture. Everything is about feelings now, and “personal truths” and victimization. I see too many men in man buns, skinny jeans, earrings, who are all selfie obsessed. I see too many schools preaching against “toxic masculinity”, I see government diminishing the role of the Father, and at the same time I see a society blurring the lines of gender creating confusion, anxieties, and societal unrest.
Too many men have abdicated their role in raising their children and providing safety and security for their spouse and family. And authoritarian governments are all too happy to step into that role.

I saw something the other day—would link to it but probably just deleted it—that was a NYT (I think) puff piece on Liz Cheney that was swooning in near-orgasmic ecstasy I haven’t seen since the old The One We Have All Been Waiting For days of Obamadom. She was portrayed as the voice of integrity and character in an otherwise degenerate party, struggling mightily to save a once-great party from the death spiral of (gasp!) TRUMPISM—which, of course, let them carry on about Trump. That brought out the lies, ranging from the “baseless” claims of election fraud to the assertion he incited a deadly and lethal riot, leading of course to the claim that he was trying to incite his brain-dead robotic followers to “overthrow the government”.
Basically, the worse the Biden/Harris debacle looks the louder the Left’s voices have to howl, and the more frantically they have to try to divert and distract attention away from their train wreck of an administration “That’s not a dumpster fire! That’s the rosy glow of economic recovery/border security/international respect/domestic security that you’re seeing! Trust us!”
Democrats are pulling out all the stops to halt the election audit in Maricopa County, AZ. I wonder what they’re afraid of. OK, I don’t really wonder.

Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs on Monday criticized the ongoing Republican election audit of the 2020 ballots from Arizona’s largest county as a political stunt, calling it a “farce” and saying it should end.
Of course this makes her nervous—after all, she certified an uncertifiable vote count. It’s not only a felony, it helped change the course of history and is complicit in creating the messes we see now, including the damages to her own state from runaway illegal immigration. Naturally she would like this to stop right now, before she is proved to have been at the very least negligent and possibly complicit in a massive fraud.

Just saw a headline that inflation is at an annual rate of over 4%, a 13 year high. To come up with a number that low they have to be excluding things like food, fuel, building materials, appliances, etc., ie., things that people actually buy. I suspect the actual number is at least 3 or 4 times higher.
Glen Beck is talking about the inflation rate on his radio show. I’ll have to do a little research, but he says if we were using the method to calculate inflation that was used in the 1990s, it would be double the 4.2%. I still think that’s low. We’re about to relive the Carter years. Fun times ahead//sarc.

House Republicans voted to oust Representative Liz Cheney from their leadership ranks for her refusal to stay quiet over Donald Trump’s election lies.
Note the effort to elevate a Never Trumper who is being shunned by her state and her party for her determination to put her petty personal grievances above facts, integrity and/or party loyalty.
As someone who will be voting for Liz Cheney’s replacement I can say that my decision is less about her odd conviction that going after Trump would elevate her in her party than it is the refusal to process the objective information proving that there was widespread and often very significant fraud in the election.
Whether this is due to being blinded by hatred or simply a calculation about what would appeal to enough people to raise her status or simple stupidity, I don’t care. Of all the things she could have gone after Trump on, this is the most easily disproved, but evidently what her polling said would attract the most Leftist attention.
She tried on the “incitement to insurrection” thing and it evidently didn’t fly, so she did a quick lateral move to “lied about the election” and that seems to have gotten her on the NYT lapdog list.
Hope she likes it there, and the few political scraps she’ll be tossed till she no longer serves any purpose.

Liz Cheney is the very embodiment of the “establishment class” and she conducts herself accordingly. She is not, nor has she ever been a representative of her constituents … she is a representative of the deep state and more specifically, the pentagon. As for whether or not those pseudo-conservatives ever really did want the policies Trump initiated (or those outcomes even though they never had a clue about how to make them happen) I think they claimed to find these agendas important in much the same virtue-signaling way the Left claims to want an end to racism—good slogans too often mean doing things people don’t want to actually have to do. When the slogans of the Never Trumpers bumped up against the power of personal animosity they never stood a chance.

They do that with everything. They never examine their actions and measure the outcomes for effectiveness because that is what adults do. Instead, they scream louder and blame others for their failures and incompetence. Democrats destroy everything they touch.
Their main strength has been their success at propaganda, and this may prove to be their downfall as it is a lot harder now to control what people are told. In the Old Days it was the NYT and network news, now there are too many venues for information to be spread. But if they continue to depend on their ability to simply overwhelm facts with their preferred narratives I think this may blow up on them, because their constantly inflating narratives are just getting too big to be very convincing.
Back in the day when Walter Duranty and the NYT were telling Americans how super marvy Stalin was and how his critics were just big old liars there weren’t many voices to contradict them. Now that the Times is telling Americans how mean and nasty Trump is, they have to keep turning up the volume to try to drown out the facts, and that means constantly having to escalate their fabrications. It even means having to elevate losers to the imagined status of heroes, so they can tell Americans how noble these losers are as they join in the lies.
But there is a sense of panic and desperation in the frantic expansion of the hysteria. They are now bleating about THE END OF DEMOCRACY!! which means they don’t have much farther they can go before they run out of sky-is-falling memes. We have to get rid of permanent Washington. Not only term limits, but also service limits. No more career federal bureaucrats. I’m thinking 10 years of service maximum for bureaucrats, two terms or 12 years for Senators, and 4 terms or 8 years for House members. Then they’re done with a modest pension.
Following Trump’s lead and breaking up the Beltway would be a big help. Just as going back to the Constitutional model of state sovereignty and a federal government severely restricted as to size, scope and power would mean power would not be consolidated in one place—Washington DC—but scattered among state capitals so power brokers would have to decide where to focus their efforts, moving agencies out into the Heartland would do much the same thing. He only got two of them moved, but it was a start.
I am in favor of lobbying, but controlled lobbying. That is, anyone can hire a lobbyist who can then promote a cause or policy to chosen legislators, but only in public venues. No more trips or jaunts, no more gifts, no more cozy off-the-books relationships. Ms. Lobbyist wants to approach Senator So-and-So about a proposal, this is a public meeting in a designated lobbying location, with minutes of the meeting. Given the large sizes of constituencies these days, the only way a lot of us can reach a Congresscritter is through a lobbyist, so make it transparent and far far less lucrative for the lobbyist.

To deconstruct this nonsense a little, the author is saying that when a private entity–that is, a political party—allows its members to make decisions about how it will be run and what its objectives are by allowing those members to voice their opinions and then vote, that is exactly the same as being uncomfortable with democracy.

Among other things, the law requires proof of identity for absentee voting, restricts ballot drop boxes to early-voting sites or election offices (where they can only be used if a staff member is physically present), limits how many absentee ballots a person can deliver for non-family members, and makes absentee-ballot requests good for only one election cycle (previously, they were good for two cycles). In other words, it objects to efforts to protect the integrity of the vote by trying to make sure only eligible people can vote, ensuring chain of custody of ballots until they are counted and not allowing individuals to deliver large quantities of ballots ostensibly filled out by other people are considered “voting restrictions”.
And they are. To be honest, they are intended to restrict voting to people who are eligible to vote, who can prove who they are, and to restrict the ability to tamper with ballots or submit large numbers of ballots that have ostensibly been cast by people not present to verify this.
Oh, the horror! No wonder the Dems are so distressed!
