Representative Henry Cuellar (D-TX) is sounding the alarm about Democrat chances in November…but, there’s an odd wrinkle here: Cuellar’s office was raided by the FBI a little while back and he’s embroiled in a scandal. OTOH, we know that Democrats use the FBI and DOJ to punish political opponents and the last thing Team Pudding Brain wants right now is a Latino Texas Democrat warning that they’re going to get destroyed in November because Latinos are going to vote GOP…and a lot of the reason will be Biden’s Border Crisis.
Democrats are getting alarmed here in Nevada, as well. All 4 of our House seats are up along with 1 Senate seat and the governorship. 3 of 4 House seats are currently Democrat as is the Senate seat and governorship. Democrats thought they had this sewn, don’t you know? With total control of the State government it was Fun Time! Part of their fun was redistricting and the Democrats took their Life Seat (NV-01) which was packed full of Democrats and broke it up a little bit to provide more Democrats in other House districts. That was before gas prices sky rocketed and polling started to show a big shift of Latino voters to the GOP. But now they’re kinda stuck…NV-01 is still a high hill for the GOP to climb but in a Red Wave year it could easily go GOP. Meanwhile, Senator Cortez-Masto (D-Zombie Reid) is a nonentity running against Republican Laxalt who is proving an excellent campaigner and the GOP has two good prospects to run against Governor Sisolak (D-Whatever the DNC Tells Him to Do). Could be some very good news in Nevada this November.
Ron DeSantis does it again. No, not smacking Disney down. Not stopping grooming in kindergarten. No: this time, its limiting tenure as public universities. This sort of thing is small but crucial. Progressives get themselves deep inside and then change everything … and one of the best ways to be “inside” is to be tenured in a university. You are practically untouchable. Its like being a made man in the Mafia. There is a huge argument about whether we should go Trump or DeSantis in 2024. I don’t care which one of them gets it – either is going to be a fighter for us.
Remember the lunatic conspiracy theories about people having their organs removed for transplants? Well, looks like the Conspiracy Theorists were just ahead of the curve. Again. But, really, this is bestial what the Chinese are doing – all very Soylent Green which, along with Rollerball and Network are the three 1970’s movies to most accurately predict the future.
Folks, make sure your guns are clean, locked, loaded, and ready to fire because these assholes are not going to stop:
Social credit scores are already in use in various places around the world, but nowhere more than in the communist hell hole that is China. The dystopian measurement acts in a similar fashion to a traditional credit score, however, as the name indicates, one’s score has little to do with their financial prospects or ability to pay off debt on time – social scores are all about your level of compliance to the regime and acceptance of the approved narrative … Governments across the western world are exploring using this tool, especially in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, which proved that the government can obtain almost limitless power in a crisis and set the stage for the next phase of the World Economic Forum’s project 2030 – where the plan is that you will “own nothing and be happy.”
Social scores are already somewhat in effect in America, (think: censorship) This authoritarian effort by world governments simply can not be allowed to continue. Period. Full stop. And if the Left does not stop trying to assume control through forced compliance, and soon, the confrontation will get violent.
In a related and more optimistic story, Elon Musk just might own Twitter this week and that puts a dent in the Left’s control.

This is YUGE:
Musk Wins: Reuters Reports Twitter Accepting Elon’s $43 Billion Offer
This is the first major conservative victory (actually the second: Trump’s 2016 win was the first), but this could portend a major shift away from the brain damage on the Left and a move towards Making America Decent Again.

Dinesh’s new documentary, 2000 Mules will be in 300 theaters across the country on May 2nd. One headline I saw is a pretty apt description of the impact of this irrefutable evidence of the massive cheating in the 2020 election: GAME OVER.
The news of Elon buying Twitter that Cluster mentions along with movie 2000 Mules that Spook mentions are just 2 examples where the curtains of communist secrecy will be torn to shreds. I believe with the recent consecration Russia to our Blessed Mother, there will be many more ways in near future in which the truth becomes known. There can only be peace on earth when people return to God and it seems there are numerous examples of prayer and revival happening. We hear much talk from both sides of the political isle where there is an anticipated widespread defeat of Democrats come November. There is certainly no end to God’s glory. I pray that we see it in our lifetime because without continued prayer and the intervention of our Blessed Mother, we will surely see devastation and destruction never experienced before.
Other examples of the tides turning include the fact that many states are enacting laws limiting or eliminating abortion, CRT, forbidding biological males in women’s sports, gun rights, strengthening election laws, etc… For example, I believe the state of Oklahoma recently passed legislation giving power to the elected sheriffs the right to arrest any federal LEO’s who enter the state with the intention of stripping gun rights or ownership. Many states are starting to exert more force, taking back powers allocated to the states by the US Constitution, as intended by our founding fathers. There is still much work to be done but I see the Lord’s hand at work.
Got a chuckle out of a post that read; “I was once a man trapped inside woman’s body… then I was born.”
I have always said that Democrat self awareness is completely absent and the video below is proof positive. Imagine Twitter banning a Presidential candidate? Or censoring one political party or another?? Can you imagine the horrors of that. //SARC

And in another story on MSNBC this morning, evidently there’s a spike in mental health crisis for American teens and the “experts” just can’t figure it out. I wonder if locking them down and terrifying them over a virus and racism has ha any effect??
One of the best put-downs EVER!
When will this stop!!?
If you go to the state of Washington, don’t use the word Marijuana as it is now racist. “House Bill 1210, would replace the word “marijuana” with the alternative term “cannabis,” in the state’s legal code. Washington Democrat Gov. Jay Inslee signed the bill last month and it is set to take effect this June.”

OK, my question was rhetorical, but progressives in state houses and governorships need to be voted out and replaced by non-woke candidates that embrace common sense and logic and aren’t driven by emotional issues.
Just simply more proof of Progressive mental retardation. This country needs to stop normalizing Democrat behavior because it has become completely untethered to reality. It’s exactly like having the over emotional teenager in the home make all the decisions. It never turns out well.
This is going to be harder than it has to be, if we continue campaigning on ISSUES instead of on political structure. Issues are important, but they are also emotional speed bumps, while discussing the best blueprint for governing the country—restrictions on federal scope and power with most authority left to the states or the people vs consolidation of power at the top in the hands of a few elites who then make the rules for everyone—is not only less emotionally challenging it really fits in with the federal overreach we have been seeing with masking mandates and forced vaxxing.
I flew out the first day of no masks required on airplanes, but it was made very clear that masks were still mandatory in the Denver airport. I’d say about 80% of the people I saw were not wearing masks. The public service announcements about masks being required kept playing about every five minutes, and no one cared. The time is right for a focus on what it’s like to have tyrannical elites forcing their rules on us.
We can prove Freud right and keep doing the same thing but hoping for different results, or we can change our game plan to fit the current situation. We’ve got the ammunition—forced lockdowns and masking, forced vaxxing, trying to deny parents the right to decide what and how their children are taught, disastrous economic decisions that are never repealed, just doubled down on, because we the people have nothing to say about them. So are we going to change gears, or stick with attacking our opponents?
I say, attack the other system, and then almost parenthetically mention that the opponent is part of that system, supports it and will vote to continue it.
And boosted !!!
Lord Fauci issued a new decree yesterday:
America is ‘OUT of the pandemic phase’: Fauci confirms COVID infections are ‘at a low level’ but people should still get ‘intermittently’ vaccinated
“intermittent” means once a year. Kind of like a flu shot.
So Joe Biden freed a white man but left a black LGBTQ woman behind bars in Russia???
Russia and the United States carried out a dramatic prisoner exchange on Wednesday, trading a Marine veteran jailed in Moscow for a convicted Russian drug trafficker serving a long prison sentence in America, a senior U.S. official said.
Brittany Greiner and of course Joy Reid may be upset today.
The YCMTSU file has had some really bizarre entries lately, not the least of which is this one.
I noticed something this week. Now I realize that because I personally tend to view everything through a political lens I probably bring politics into more conversations than most people do. But last week I found nearly everyone I spoke to almost instantly bringing up politics, and/or testing me to figure out where I stand.
On my way to Florida my seatmates almost instantly tested the waters with a couple of comments about Colorado changing so drastically over the past few years, and once the tire-kicking was over we happily discussed conservative political perspectives all the way to Fort Myers. I admired a dog being walked by my new neighbors and my next door neighbor joined us, and the same thing happened, and I was assured that Neighbor #3 is also a conservative. On my way back to Colorado almost exactly the same thing happened with my seatmates on that leg of my trip.
Even in a patio furniture store in Florida the clerk did the same thing, though she was obviously a Scarborough groupie because everything she said was profoundly stupid and completely wrong. I told her that—well, I left out the “stupid” part but she would say something and I would say “that’s not true” or “that’s wrong” and she would insist that she “looks everything up”. As this was a store, and I didn’t want to roll around in too much muck on a trip I was otherwise enjoying I just kept telling her she needed to find other places to look up information. And it reminded me of the old Lib days here on the blog, with the other person skittering wildly from one topic to another as every memorized sound bite would fall flat and another needed to be dredged up.
Yesterday in Wyoming a conversation about why crab legs suddenly cost $65.00 a pound led to at least half an hour chatting with the head of the department who was the most unlikely-looking conservative you could imagine—-bleached hair, big ear gauges and a gajillion tattoos.
My point is that it seems to me that people in general are becoming very sensitized to politics these days, to the point of being compelled to discuss things even with complete strangers. Even the brain-dead Lefty in the furniture store is concerned, though she blames everything on Putin and Trump. When someone brags about four clot shots and planning to take a fifth and claims that we are exporting more oil than we ever have, there is nothing to do or say. But there seems to be a need to try to understand what is happening to the country, which I have in the past found to be pretty much restricted to us political junkies.
I found it fascinating, and hopefully a harbinger of a really heavy turnout in November as the sense of concern and malaise and even near-panic has so many people really focusing on politics all of a sudden. I think it is fertile ground and we should be taking advantage of it, sowing our own seeds of information.
If Musk opens up Twitter I think the timing is perfect, if I am right and people are looking for answers Furniture Lady is a hopeless cause—it was easy to see that she is simply stupid as well as studiously ill-informed—–and it’s true that most of my exchanges took place in Florida or with people going to Florida or on their way back after buying in Florida, but I still got that vibe.
As I said – revolutions happen very slowly, and then all at once.
Things are just bad, and no indication that they’ll get better…and even if people want to think that Pudding Brain is in charge rather than a floundering puppet, there is no desire on the part of those in charge to improve things. They’re just blindly pushing on ahead…certain that out of all this will come the Progressive Utopia.
But I’ve also seen more acceptance of the Right – less shyness about it. I peg “Let’s Go Brandon” with breaking down the barriers here. Silly, but it worked even if nobody designed it that way. Look at your receipt at the store, sigh and say “Let’s Go Brandon” and people will nod and smile.
Of course, never interrupt your enemy when he’s making a mistake – as one smart guy I know on Twitter points out, we want Joe on that wall…we need him on that wall! As long as he’s the face of the Democrats then things go from bad to worse and all we on our side had to do is push lightly here and there. And one of the ways to push is not against personalities, which can get dander up, but against systems, as you put it. So, don’t get all bent out of shape over those who want to cancel student debt…point out that the debt exists because of a stupid loan system which allows colleges to charge more each year for increasingly bad product. Fighting over cancelling the debt will get us nowhere…explaining that the system has to be changed will. With the added benefit that anything which reduces the amount of money going to colleges drive a stake into the financial heart of those who hate us the most.
Could not agree more. People say we should impeach Biden and I say, as Spook says, “then what?” But you are right—we want him on that wall. And we want Harris up there with him, and Pelosi.
A friend sent me a link to a piece on Australia’s Sky News in which the commentator said “America has 330 million people and seriously, the best they can come up with to lead the country is Biden, Harris and Pelosi?” It was wonderful, and it included a clip of a Pelosi speech in which she made Biden look articulate and statesmanlike by comparison—and she didn’t just use her hands a lot, the way she does, but had her arms waving around in a very odd way, like octopus arms. We’ll never see that clip in this country. (I’ve tried to copy the YouTube address to post it here and it won’t link—I’ll see what I can do.) But these people truly are the gift that keeps on giving.
Yes, they are dragging the country down, but I think if a Republican Congress can throw up enough governmental stop strips to slow down the Biden Express till we get a Republican in the Oval Office we can recover. I think the answers are so obvious that recovery would happen very quickly, adding a few more nails in the Dem coffin.
And you are right about not pushing back on things like canceling student debt, but using its weight against it like political judo. The last time I had lunch with Harriet Hageman, before she got kind of busy running for the Cheney seat in the House (and please please please send her money! Hagemanforwyoming.com ) she talked about the Dems wanting to add two more states so they would have four more Senators, even though making DC a state would require a Constitutional amendment, and I made much the same point you made about the student loan thing. That is, instead of pulling back on the idea, lean into it and expand it. Don’t stop at just adding Puerto Rico—split California into three states, combine the eastern parts of Washington and Oregon into a new state (Olympia?) and carve out the southern part of Illinois for another state. Combine eastern Colorado with western Nebraska and Kansas for another state (Centennial?) and divide New York into two states. And so on. Basically stop letting blue metropolitan areas call the shots for states which are mostly conservative. Basically let Los Angeles and Chicago and NYC be totally blue, but stop letting them drag their entire states down at the same time. (We should divide Texas, too, but I’m not up for another war.)
