Turns out that Pudding Brain, back when he was VP, mishandled classified documents. The MSM says that this is (D)ifferent and is of no concern. Naturally they say that, because China Joe actually broke the law – he was VP and didn’t have classification authority, unlike Trump who could declassify anything on a whim and didn’t even have to write down that he did so.

But, it doesn’t really matter: the law only applies to us, not to the Democrats. Even if we got an AG at some point willing to enforce the law against Democrats, they’d go before a DC jury which would vote to acquit no matter the facts. This is why I’ve suggested randomly assigning federal cases to different areas of federal jurisdiction…and/or moving most major agencies of the government out of DC. Put Justice in Yuma, AZ. Defense in Boise, ID. Treasury in Mobile, AL. This would also make it a lot harder for lobbyists.

The newest Current Thing is that gas stoves are a threat – and they’ve really worked this thing up. I hadn’t even heard of it until this morning and by the end of the day I was being referred to “studies” that allege NO2 from gas ranges causes a range of health and cognitive issues. They are doing this, of course, to get us all on 100% electricity, eventually controlled by a “smart thermostat” which will be able to ration our power as the Ruling Class sees fit. But, that aside, I’m amazed at the number of people who are acting as if they are convinced of the dangers of natural gas – as if we hadn’t been cooking with natural gas since the 1880’s with no ill effects. Are they really convinced? Are they really that stupid that they’ll set aside a lifetime’s experience and just believe it because the Experts say so? Or is it that they are really that dishonest? In either case, the result is the same: now we have to defend the use of natural gas.

This is how the Left wins: they are always on the offensive and are forever opening up new fronts. Any attack helps the overall push…and they don’t care how stupid the attack is. That it is made is the criteria for success because even if we manage to beat back the assault on gas stoves, it just means we didn’t have time for something else.

Like, for instance, in Minnesota to teach in public school you’ll have to be licensed and to be licensed you’ll have to positively affirm CRT and transitioning kids. The lives of thousands of children in Minnesota are about to sacrificed on the altar of Woke and we’re going to be overt there somewhere, trying to argue against a gas stove ban…

Joe went to a carefully cleaned up section of the border near El Paso for a photo op and a few remarks about how there is nothing wrong. You and I know it was all quite ridiculous but the Independent voters who will decide who wins the next election will just see it on CNN and it’ll be, for most of them, the first bit of border reporting they’ve seen in years and it’ll all look great. Do keep in mind that lying propaganda works. It works very well. Until everything falls apart.

McCarthy and the new GOP House majority are making some base-pleasing early moves but the proof will be in the pudding. What sort of investigations are done? What sort of bills are sent to the Senate. What is done to bills emerging from the Senate. That’s where we’ll find out of McCarthy and the GOPe have leaned any lessons. Fight and we win: it is as simple as that. Roll over and we’ll lose. We’ll know in a few months.

The odds are slim to none, but wouldn’t it be hilarious if, just like the GOP did with Nixon in 1974, the Democrats would go to Biden and say, “you need to resign or your impeachment is imminent.”

I’m thinking we should really shake up the Dems by immediately starting impeachment against Harris. I don’t know if there is a time limit between a guilty finding and voting for removal but a guilty finding just sitting there waiting to be acted on might push the Dems into pushing her under the bus so they would have time to get a new VP in place.

Who would have to be approved by the House, of course.

LOL – but, yeah; very unlikely. OTOH, there are theories that China Joe is being under-bussed. It would make sense – he’s way too old, is barely functional and the House GOP really has nothing to fill the time with except investigating him and picking fights over policy. Meanwhile, waiting in the wings is Gavin Newsom – and he will be formidable. He looks and sounds good on TV and he’s completely ruthless and dishonest. The MSM will be ordered to swoon over him. Honestly, I think the wire-pullers would prefer Buttigieg because he’s way more stupid and pliable, plus gay with kids. But he’s proving such a monumental failure at the federal level that they might figure it’ll be hard to sell him in time for 2024. Meanwhile, they’ll talk up California as if its a glorious success story – all video taken in the swanky beach communities and nobody to notice the sh**-filled streets of San Francisco and LA.

I think Newsome might look and sound good to the hard-core, but he will have to carry the baggage of a wrecked state on his back if he runs for the presidency. The fiasco of trying to ban gas-powered vehicles ought to be enough to sink him even without the utter stupidity of making this claim hours before admitting that there was not enough electricity in the state to charge the electric cars he was touting as their replacement.

His heavy-handed dictator mode of governing might sell in a state run by collectivists who love tyranny in any form (except the alleged tyranny of Trump, forever to remain undefined) but in the Heartland, not so much. And even they might start to wonder at the abuse of power inherent in ruling that a medical doctor is not allowed to practice medicine in any way other than that proscribed by the government, or lose his ability to practice. The very establishment of a government protocol for medical treatment ought to concern people.

And now letting illegals become cops might be the final nail in a Newsome presidential bid coffin. As you point out, this is to put American law enforcement under the control of foreign criminal cartels—-as if it isn’t already corrupt enough, as if it isn’t already abusive enough, in some settings.

As for Buttigieg, I can already see a campaign against him: “How far up do you want him to fail? He’s failed as mayor of a small city. He’s failed as head of a small federal agency. How can you even think of giving him a chance to fail at being president of the United States?”

I’m tired of wokeism being blamed for everything. It’s not the ideology, it’s the people. So instead of blaming woke concepts, let’s directly blame the people that promote them … ie; white liberal women, liberal TV pundits, college graduates, and lazy millennials. Maybe call them woke supremacists.

Just saw a fantastic George Carlin quote – “The obedient always think of themselves as virtuous rather than cowardly”

    TRUTH. 2020 proved this.

    Back to the Biden docs:

Some of the documents were supposed to be contained in a SCIF, and no explanation has been offered how they ended up in Biden’s possession.

A SCIF is a Sensitive Information Compartmented Facility. It is for a higher level of security for classified information. Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) – An accredited area, room, group of rooms, or installation where sensitive compartmented information may be stored, used, discussed, and/or electronically processed, where procedural and physical measures prevent the free access of persons unless they have been formally briefed for the particular sensitive compartmented information in authorized for use or storage within the sensitive compartmented information facility.

In other words, anything in a SCIF is at the highest level of secrecy. Visit Access Request – An authorization letter/request that must be submitted to the Personnel Security Office to verify an individual’s clearance level and/or if they are briefed into SCI before classified information can be shared with them.

The Intelligence Community takes its SCIFs pretty seriously.

Policy. GSA-controlled SCIFs are the responsibility of the GSA Office of Mission Assurance (OMA). This Order provides security guidance for the accessing, safeguarding, and storing of classified information and material in GSA-controlled SCIFs. The use, discussions, and storage of classified information and material may only be handled by an individual with an appropriate security clearance, a need to know the information, AND WITHIN A GSA-CONTROLLED SCIF.

Surely, Biden could blame the illegal possession of all those classified documents on careless staffers who “accidentally” swept up SCI material into packing boxes. Of course, SCI material isn’t supposed to ever legally leave a SCIF, so how it even got to Biden’s vice presidential office is an issue, but hey, details, right? And yeah, the documents ended up separated out into three different unsecured locations, clearly having been moved multiple times. But is that really all that suspicious?

Of course, on Saturday, that narrative took another beating with the discovery of a fourth trove of classified documents. This time, they were found in Biden’s filing cabinet at his home office. To say that it belabors belief that they ended up there without the president’s knowledge is to severely understate the situation. Clearly, with so many documents floating around in so many different locations, this wasn’t just some staffers haphazardly packing boxes in the final days of the Obama administration.

Hunter Biden claimed, on an application, that he owned the house where the documents were found. On the same application he stated he was paying $49,910 per month rent on his “current residence” just 7 lines below his claim to own the house he said was his “current address”.

Why do you think someone here doesn’t want you to see studies by reputable organizations such as the American Heart Association?

No one is trying to block information from the American Heart Association, etc. These sources are not the problem. You are.
