Happy Indictment Day to all those who celebrate.
Supposedly the judge will issue a gag order…which, if nothing else has, proves this is political. On what possible grounds would any judge demand silence on this case? It isn’t a matter of national security. All of the parties to it are public. Indeed, with leaks we’re already learning what the case is (as an aside, all leaks are felonies…think about that: the people charging Trump with felonies are committing felonies as they try to control the Narrative). I guess we’ll find out if that is the case.
The whole thing is stupid and destructive. But it is also our fault – that is, it is the Right’s fault. Why is there a commie DA charging Trump? Because for decades the Left worked hard in the trenches to take over the Institutions. They now have people who are committed to the Left. Not to America. Not to the people. Not to truth or the law – just to the Left. Trump is being charged because the Left wants him charged, and they’ve got a DA – indeed, a whole city government in NYC – which will knock down every law in place to get him. It took a long time to get here.
And it will take us a long time to get back. We’ve already discussed it a bit but there is nothing more important than things like school boards, county commissions and sheriff’s offices. Secondary importance are State legislatures. Least in importance right now are federal offices…all we need do is retain enough federal power to prevent a packing of the Court and hamstring efforts to legislate the Left into power. Sure, they’ll still just do whatever they can, but without a Court to ratify it as constitutional and without the ability to make it into law, it is really just something the Executive branch is doing…and that can be undone if we get that back.
But down in the cities and counties, that is where the action is. That is where you really shape the legal system and the culture. There is Drag Queen Story Time because we let the cities and counties fall to the Left. Take them back and we replace Drag Queen Story time with Veteran Story Time. We teach the kids to be healthy, sane patriots. We protect the rights of the people against Federal encroachment. We build the power base which will eventually allow us to recapture all of government and destroy the Left. We never give up the fight at the federal level…but we understand that until our States and localities are sending patriots to Congress, we can’t do much with the Federal government. If we build the power then one day we’ll find we’ve got a trifecta of America First in DC…and then the Revolution.

Because it’s NY. Have you ever seen more mindless sheep roaming the streets, combined with power hungry, predator, wealthy elites?? I haven’t. NY is a sewer of undesirables yet they all swim in the same political direction. Why? Because most of them, just don’t give a shit. AOC represents a district comprised of nearly 700,000 and won her first election with just 100,000 votes in 2018, and just 82,000 votes in 2022. And remember, this is someone who killed lots of good paying jobs in her district as one of her first action items.
And if you haven’t all noticed, you’re going to be paying much higher gas prices this summer. I guess the Inflation Reduction Act isn’t working. Oh and the rest of world is moving on without America. I guess the world is tired of the stupidity of Biden and the Democrats … aren’t we all. China is aligned with Russia, Saudi Arabia is aligned with Iran, and NK is making deals with them all … and leaving America on the sidelines. Did you see what the President of El Salvador said?? LOL. Even he called out the authoritarian nature of indicting Trump and questioned America’s commitment to democracy. We are a joke on the world stage, and Democrats still think they are cool.
Mass layoffs are happening (I love watching Biden voters get the pink slip), and a major recession is looming. We are f**ked.

I get a kick out of the Left’s hyperventilating about the “Trump CULT”. This from a movement that is so inherently cultish it could define the term—but it does explain why they assume everyone else functions on the same adulation-of-the-anointed basis that they do.
The thing is, support for Trump is anti-cult. It includes people who think he’s wonderful, people who think he’s obnoxious but effective, people who don’t like him at all but appreciate his boldness in standing up to the elites, and now even more people who just want to support pushing back against an evolving police state. Support for Trump is much less for him as a man and much more for what he represents.
I don’t think he intended to be a lightning rod for the insanity of the Left, but that’s how it’s turned out, and it is fascinating to see the panic and fury he engenders just by being the anti-cult, anti-Left, symbol of F U to the elites who so smugly flex their muscles to inhibit liberty and impose their philosophy of control on everyone else.
You don’t have to like Trump to be for Trump, and this is a lesson that might start to sink in as the Left continues to furiously keep digging itself into its hole.

I started to read the indictment but it was such BS it wasn’t worth the effort. Every count read, essentially, “…with intent to defraud and intent to commit another crime and aid and conceal the commission thereof, made and caused a false entry in the business records of an enterprise…” But there is nothing to explain what was “false” about the entries, and of course Bragg has refused to state the alleged “other crime” the existence of which is the only thing that allows him to disinter the dead and expired misdemeanor charge so he can bootstrap onto it to elevate it to a felony.
Further down the list of crimes mentioned in the indictments:

All, or nearly all, of the “crimes” Trump associates have been accused of or convicted of are similar process crimes. While the Left elects DAs who refuse to prosecute murder, rape, arson, etc.
And look at the outrageous treatment of the J6 defendants, denied their basic rights, held in solitary confinement, denied medical care, and certainly denied their rights to speedy trials. For what? For felony loitering, for the most part.

The first of the allegations claims the offense took place on February 14, 2017, and all of the subsequent allegations reference events that took place after that in 2017.
What I still haven’t seen is an explanation for how the alleged offenses were supposed to influence the election by hiding information, when they took place a month or so after Trump was inaugurated in January 2017.

A new study using data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Cleveland Clinic revealed that people who have been fully vaccinated with COVID jabs could lose 25 years from their life expectancy.
The bombshell study, compiled by renowned insurance analyst Josh Stirling, was released in the wake of a stunning February report from the UK government that showed “fully vaccinated” people accounted for a staggering 92% of COVID deaths last year.

I think this time will be a bit different: never have people been able to be propagandized so easily by the malevolent. The internet and smart phones have made it pervasive such as a Goebbles could never dream of in the past. The most ridiculous and obvious lies gain millions of adherents almost instantly. To me, this means they’ll be able to delay the political result of the collapse…of course, the longer you delay it, the worse it will be. Things are simply starting to not work…but it is buried under a mountain of lies.
Heck: most people are unaware of the Crescent Dunes Solar Energy Plant in Tonopah, NV – on the face of it, the concept of the plant looked good…but at the end of the day, Nevada Power terminated the contract when it was costing $135 per mwh when other solar arrays cost less than a quarter of that. Maybe they’ll eventually get it to work but meanwhile its a billion dollar waste of money of which you, dear taxpayer, picked up $700 million of the cost. Think about it – solar power is high tech but pretty freaking simple and here this company had buckets of taxpayer money, a place which is sunny almost all the time…and still couldn’t build it right. Supposedly engineers looked at the designs, right? Apparently nobody did the math which would have told them before they started that the energy produced would be fabulously expensive. I think about what my Dad actually did for a living – when you boil it down, it was to do the math on proposed aircraft and missile designs to see if they’d work before you even committed a cent to development or production. I guess we don’t have anyone with that level of math skills any longer.
Then you think of derailing trains, ships launched with a list, buildings which topple over (or one here in Vegas which, after it was completed, the found that they had built it wrong and it would definitely fall over…so they had to dismantle it). We don’t know how to do things any longer. I don’t know how Musk managed to gather his team for his spacecraft…but they do seem to be one of the few engineering team which has its act together. Maybe its the last one we have?
When the collapse comes, it will be rather stunning as everything just stops working all at once.

You may be right. The tech revolution has altered every aspect of life in a profound way, and the speed of technological advancement is accelerating at an exponential rate. Still, human nature is human nature is human nature. Technology just enables humans to hurt each other in new and novel ways.
The country is also running out of trained and competent plumbers, electricians, drywallers, framers, etc. … you know, the people who actually keep the country running on time. Ivy league grads are worthless.

This is the coldest winter I can ever remember in Phoenix, AZ. What the hell happened to global warming??
It moved east. In Indiana we had one of the mildest winters in recent memory. I got numerous texts over the winter from my brother-in-law in Sun City saying it was colder in the Phoenix area than it was in northeast Indiana.
I came back to Colorado/Wyoming to take care of some business including getting my horse hooves trimmed, and have had to postpone my appointment twice and maybe a third time if the snow in Wyoming hasn’t melted enough by Monday to get it done. I’ve already changed my return flight once so might have to ask friends to get the work done for me if it ever stops snowing. They got about 2 feet at my place in Wyoming and more than that in Casper. I’ve had snow here in Colorado about every other day since I’ve been back.
The snow pack in the west is record breaking and the run off will be extreme. All the reservoirs in AZ are full – Saguaro lake, Canyon lake, and Lake Roosevelt are all full to the point they are already releasing some water in anticipation of what’s to come. God turned around the drought in one year.
Yeah, but those wily Californians are way too smart to build reservoirs to hold water in high-moisture years, no sirree. They are canny enough to put their money into a train that goes nowhere, promoting electric cars without adding electric infrastructure, and going after the deadly gas cook stove.
