Wisconsin Republican Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner, a former chairman of the House Judiciary Committee where Attorney General Eric Holder testified on Thursday, suggested that impeachment of administration officials involved with Operation Fast and Furious may be the only way to bring the scandal to a close.

In a heated exchange between Sensenbrenner and Holder during Thursday’s Judiciary Committee hearing, Sensenbrenner said impeachment is one option on the table if Holder and the Justice Department continue to withhold information from congressional investigators.

Sensenbrenner didn’t specify which administration officials he thinks could face impeachment proceedings, or if Holder is among them. But he did say the drastic measure would be a last resort.

“There is really no responsibility within the Justice Department,” Sensenbrenner said. “The thing is, if we don’t get to the bottom of this — and that requires your assistance on that — there is only alternative that Congress has and it is called impeachment.”

Folks– This IS an IMPEACHABLE offense– and that’s not hyperbole. The Obama justice department, via Fast & Furious, has become complicit with and a party to out-and-out MURDER, with hundreds of innocent people, including one brave U.S. border control agent, dead as a result of this program–all designed to make it easier for the Obama administration to impinge on 2nd amendment rights. This is nothing less than unconscionable; a criminal act worthy of the rank of “High Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

Holder must resign. Obama must resign or be impeached.

The shooting that took place in Fort Hood over two years ago was the worst mass murder ever to take place on an American military base.  Thirteen people died and 29 were wounded by an Islamic radical shouting “Allah Akbar” as he fired.    The shooter, Nidal Hasan, was an Army Major serving as a psychiatrist.  He is also a Muslim.  He was inspired by radical Islamic cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, an al Qaeda leader in Yemen.  In fact, Hasan and Awlaki exchanged as many 20 emails, and this radical Islamic goon declared Hasan to be “a hero.”  Now Awlaki is worm food … he was killed by a U.S. drone strike.  But what about Major Nidal Hasan?

What happened at Ft. Hood was a terrorist attack.  A terrorist attack on an American military base that killed 13 people.  It was an attack carried on by a Muslim shouting praise to Allah as he shot 13 people dead.  It was an attack that was carried on under the tutelage of a radical Islamic cleric who was later targeted in our war on Islamic terror.

But what of the obAMATEUR administration?  You do remember, don’t you, that when obAMATEUR took office he told us that acts of terrorism would be referred to as “Man-caused disasters,” and that our war on terror would henceforth be referred to as our “overseas contingency operation.”  So …. What about Hasan’s attack at Ft. Hood?  Gang obAMATEUR has now informed us that this was not a terrorist attack, it was simply “WORKPLACE VIOLENCE”.

Again …. The obAMATEUR administration’s Department of Defense has, according to Sen. Susan Collins, classified the worst shooting on a military base by a Muslim in co-hoots with al Qaeda to be nothing more than WORKPLACE VIOLENCE.

Forget the word “terrorism.”  Forget the phrase Islamic terrorist.  We are talking about the Obama administration here!  This is the same administration that …

Rep. Allen West sums it up in a Tweet, “America has no Commander in Chief.”

Gotta love Allen West for accurately depicting the situation.

Imagine if some distraught individual went to an army base clinging to his bible and chanting scripture as he/she killed 13 people, then we’d have big sis Janet, saying she was justified in putting Christians on terrorist watch lists.

Unbelievable!

Here is a partial list:

To fundamentally transform the United States of America.

To put more Americans on food stamps than ever before.

To turn 16% of our economy over to the government (healthcare).

To plunder from the pockets of the producers and redistribute wealth.

To pay off political backers by “investing” in their non-sustainable solar companies.

To change union rules so as to make unionization easier.

To deny American energy efforts for the sake of “green” dreams.

To turn long-established bankruptcy law on its head by giving preferences to unsecured union creditors.

To apologize for America on the world stage.

To bow to the enemies of America.

To demonize millionaires and billionaires.

To implement rules and regulations costing businesses trillions each year.

To give the EPA power to destroy segments of our economy … coal, for instance.

To bailout certain industries and then stick the taxpayers with the tab.

To spend $800 billion on virtual dance projects and bridges for endangered squirrels.

To lose 2.5 million jobs in our economy.

To sue states when they try and do what the federal government fails to do – protect its borders.

The list can go on and on .. and it is way too easy to compile.  Please feel free to add to the list.  This should make for some interesting debate.

12 Former Officials Indicted for Voter Fraud

Well as the talking point goes, all Republicans are racist, so….
….. for whom did these officials commit fraud?.

QUITMAN, GA (WALB) – 12 former Brooks County officials were indicted for voter fraud. The suspects are accused of illegally helping people vote by absentee ballot.

State officials launched an investigation after an unusually high number of absentee ballots were cast in the July 2010 primary election. “As a result of their grand jury findings 12 individuals were indicted in that particular matter and we will be trying that case in a court of judicial law instead of a court of public opinion so that will be pending this next year,” said District Attorney Joe Mulholland.

The defendants include some workers in the voter registrar’s office and some school board members. They are Angela Bryant, April Proctor, Brenda Monds, Debra Denard, Lula Smart, Kechia Harrison, Robert Denard, Sandra Cody, Elizabeth Thomas, Linda Troutman, Latashia Head, and Nancy Denard.

And as the second talking point goes.  “Democrats don’t commit voter fraud.”

Here is another example, drones, of Democrat voter fraud.  We see and will see this more and more as the Democrats begin to lose in the arena of ideas, when class envy, class warfare, demagoguery and race cards no longer have any affect.

No wonder, liberals are against any type of voter verification for without it they could not pad the ballot box.

The #Occupy (insert name here) crowd have enmassed quite a few fellow travelers to their cause. But perhaps, though not surprisingly the most noteworthy group to join their cause has been none other than the American Nazi Party:

What is really MISSING – is the “MOVEMENT” from these popular protests – its time to pull WN heads out of their collective ass’s, and JOIN IN the attack on Judeo-Capitalism.  What do you suggest? That WN Working Class White people DEFEND the Judeo-Capitalists?  IF the “movement” wasn’t so PATHETIC it would be OUT THERE – LEADING these protests!  The fact that its these “lefties” as you call them, who are picking up the ball and running with it – only shows how much more in tune THEY are with the fed up masses of White Workers, than the fossilized, reactionary “right-wing”.  WHO holds the WEALTH and POWER in this country – the JUDEO-CAPITALISTS. WHO is therefore the #1 ENEMY who makes all this filth happen – the JUDEO-CAPITALISTS. While anything having to do with even the word “Nazis” has inherent shock value (including the the fact that there even continue to be hate groups such as this), what isn’t necessarily surprising is that they are in solidarity with the #Occupy movement.

Now before you go all Godwin on me in this case (actually, you can’t– it is the Nazis’ chosen solidarity with the #Occupy movement that makes the movement itself de facto Reducto ad Hitlerum), let me state my case.

First of all, the #Occupy demands (official or not) are incompatible with a free society. #OWS protesters do NOT want a free society. They do not want capitalism.  I’m going to come right out and say it:  they in fact, want communism.  Communism, as history has shown time and time again, has invariably led to lives of misery and untold oppression, not to mention the murder of literally tens of millions of people.

Second, despite what they may tell you, #OWS protestors are not just a bunch of peaceful, warm & fuzzy (albeit pungent) hippies.  As there is no way their demands can be met within the legislative process, other than by throwing away the United States Constitution,  in order for their utopian society to be realized, an overthrow of the Constitution must be undertaken, and with it, an unavoidably violent revolution.  They (at least the politically astute among them) know this. Karl Marx knew this. Lenin knew this. Mao Tse Tung knew this. Castro knew this. Adolph Hitler knew this.  And the American Nazi Party knows this.

Third, there is a viral antisemitic theme threading throughout the global and domestic #Occupy movement.  There must always be a scapegoat around which one can rally their useful idiots.  The #Occupy folks have rallied their troops around minority Jewish bankers…capitalists..that happen to be rich.  A veritable trifecta of a target!

And lastly, it should be noted that many democrats of note, including our President, have also sided with the #Occupy crowd.

Envy, oppression, violence, murder, misery.

When it comes down to it, my friends, communists, Nazis, and the Occupy Wall Street crowd are nothing more than different feathers on the same bird.

Is obAMATEUR a liar or just bad at math?

obAMATEUR has been caught in a lie yet again.  A liar is a person who knowingly says false statements  if they know those statements to be untrue at the time they utter them.  This brings us to some usual class warfare screen from the obAMATEUR.  Was it ignorance (he has an adequate supply, after all) or was he lying.

On multiple occasions, the obAMATEUR has stated that he should not be paying a lower effective tax rate than a teacher.  Here’s just one specific example (among several):  At a recent town hall meeting in Mountain View, California, the obAMATEUR said, “Somebody who’s making $50,000 a year as a teacher shouldn’t be paying a higher effective tax rate than somebody like myself.”

That’s a pretty bold claim on the part of the obAMATEUR.  FactCheck.org did the math, and you don’t have to guess at what they found … obAMATEUR’s claim that he pays a lower tax rate than a teacher earning $50,000 a year is FALSE (not surprisingly).  Here are the details from FactCheck.org.

A single taxpayer with $50,000 of income would have paid 11.9% in federal income taxes for 2010, while the Obamas paid more than twice that rate — 25.3% (and higher rates than that in 2009 and 2008). And if the $50,000-a-year teacher were in Obama’s tax situation — supporting a spouse and two children — he or she would have paid no federal income taxes at all.

The outcome is the same whether we count payroll taxes or not, and even if we look at what the $50,000 earner will pay on 2011 income. Whatever the assumption, the rates Obama paid were higher — and usually much higher.

The obAMATEUR has made it crystal clear that his 2012 reelection campaign is going to be based on the exploitation of wealth envy.  He has and will continue to resort to flat-out lying in order to pander to the dumb-masses (liberal drones to you slow witted leftists) who don’t know any better.  The obAMATEUR is creating his own reality – a reality where the rich don’t pay their “fair share” and he pays taxes at a lower rate than middle-class Americans  (A reality where many liberal simple-minded drones reside – some of them post here).  None of his statments are true, yet he will continue to push these ideas until people actually believe that they are true.

Me personally, I will go with liar.  These statements are untrue, he knows them to be untrue, and he knows them to be untrue at the moment he makes them.  That makes him a liar.

The obAMATEUR’s own campaign team has acknowledged this strategy of focusing on wealth envy, because he has zero accomplishments when it comes to the economy (and most other aspects of his presidency).  His advisors say, “He needs to shift the focus from his stewardship of the economy to the stark choice confronting voters about the nation’s political leadership.”  Yep, he can’t run on “FOUR MORE YEARS” or “ARE YOU BETTER OFF NOW THAN WHEN I WAS ELECTED?”   So now jobs are no longer the focus for the obAMATEUR.  I guess he got tired of “not resting” until he fixed the economy and created the jobs he promised.  Screw jobs, because the obAMATEUR knows that he doesn’t know how to solve that problem.

Instead, let’s focus on his leadership (in reality the lack thereof).  An obAMATEUR campaign advisor says, “Most Americans are very concerned about the future and the direction we’re going to take.”  I don’t see how the obAMATEUR  administration thinks that this is going to work in their favor considering the latest Rasmussen polls show that just 17% of Americans say the country is heading in the right direction.

So what direction does the obAMATEUR want to take this country?  Toward a redistributive society where the government seizes money from the Haves and gives it to the Have-Nots; toward a society where political leaders, not the private sector, decide where new economic growth will and will not be, and where new jobs will be created and where they will be eliminated.  The LATimes reports, “Obama is tapping into resentment over the growing concentration of wealth in fewer and fewer hands.”  They say this “helps the president forge an emotional connection with his base, especially minorities and working-class voters who have been falling behind.”

Does this re-election strategy inspire you to work hard or risk your savings to start the business of your dreams?  If the obAMATEUR manages to pull this off based on a re-election campaign of wealth envy, then the achievers in this country better bend over and grab their ankles.

Example 2 come from the News Observer:

You have to have more ability from Congress, I think, to work together and to get over the partisan bickering and focus on fixing things. I think we ought to suspend, perhaps, elections for Congress for two years and just tell them we won’t hold it against them, whatever decisions they make, to just let them help this country recover. I really hope that someone can agree with me on that. The one good thing about Raleigh is that for so many years we worked across party lines. It’s a little bit more contentious now but it’s not impossible to try to do what’s right in this state. You want people who don’t worry about the next election. – Governor Bev Perdue (D-NC)

There are two fundamental reasons, I think, for this:

1.  Democrats are very worried they are going to get clobbered next year, so not having elections or transferring power to non-elective bodies (which Obama can appoint prior to be booted) is a means for them to retain power no matter what the voters want.

2.  Liberals, by their actions, show an inborn contempt for the people of the United States.  In President Obama’s exquisite phrasing we, the people,  are a collection of knuckle-dragging morons who bitterly cling to guns and the Bible (I guess I’m only a half-moron – I still don’t own a gun, but I am ever more fiercely clinging to my Bible.  In fact, I just read the Gospel of Mark today…).  We are not whom our liberals want to have to consult in matters of policy.  We are tiresome.  We just get in the way.  If we would just do as we’re told, all would be well..liberals would be rich and in charge and enjoying a lavish, taxpayer-funded lifestyle while the rest of us would be poor…but equally poor, so its all good.

To me, this is ultimately just one more sign of a Ruling Class growing more worried and desperate.  We’ll see how things come out – but I think that we, the people, can look forward with confidence to 2012…they’re on the run.

The Kook Left Raises its Banner

President Obama’s smooth path to the Democratic nomination may have gotten rockier Monday, after a group of liberal leaders, including former presidential candidate Ralph Nader, announced plans to challenge the incumbent in primaries next year.

The group said the goal is to offer up a handful of candidates from various fields and areas where the president either has failed to stake out a “progressive” position or where he has “drifted toward the corporatist right.”

“Without debates by challengers inside the Democratic Party’s presidential primaries, the liberal/majoritarian agenda will be muted and ignored,” Mr. Nader said in a news release. “The one-man Democratic primaries will be dull, repetitive, and draining of both voter enthusiasm and real bright lines between the two parties that excite voters.”…

For some, this is just a chance to be extra-pure liberals…Obama hasn’t toed an entirely socialist line (ie, he hasn’t instituted a dictatorship and simply enforced socialism, law and constitution be hanged), and so they are going to prove to themselves that they are true blue.  On the other hand, there are cynics who know that if there is a kook left challenger to Obama it will allow Obama to shift right and still hold the base.

Unless someone like Hillary breaks ranks, none of this will amount to much.  The Democrat machine will ensure overwhelming Obama victories in the primaries and caucuses but the fact of kookism on the march will allow Obama to position himself in what he (and his MSM sycophants) will call the center…able to point right and left and say, “I’m the one who has a reasonable, balanced approach”.

It won’t work, of course…the kook left won’t be able to gain traction and neither will Obama ever appear reasonable.  People have tuned him out – no one is terribly interested in what he has to say.  We’ve got a long, miserable road to travel to get rid of Obama…all through it will seem as though Obama is doing this, that or the other thing.  But, in the end, the race will resolve itself upon the Reagan Question:  are you better off than you were four years ago?  If the answer is “no” for a majority, then Obama will be beaten.  Kook left challenges and attempts to appear centrist won’t matter at all, in the end.

 

California’s “Suicide by Liberalism” Continues

Bankrupt State falling apart?  Then what you need to do is continue to erode the moral values which once upon a time made your State great…hey, you’ve already got one foot in the grave and another on banana peel, might as well go for it!  From California Catholic Conference:

On Sept. 6, Archbishop José H. Gomez issued the following statement on California Assembly Bill 499, which would allow children 12 and older to be vaccinated against sexually transmitted disease without parental consent or knowledge.

I am praying that Governor Brown will veto AB 499, which passed the California Senate last week.

Parents have a fundamental right and duty to be responsible for their children’s physical and spiritual well-being. Children have a fundamental right to the guidance and protection of their parents.

This legislation would deny those rights.

AB 499 would allow children as young as 12 years old to decide by themselves — without their parents’ involvement — to get vaccines to prevent sexually transmitted diseases…

Come on, Archbishop – who you trying to kid?  We know that all parents can ever do is get in the way.  It is always better if bureaucrats and politicians are in control.  Parents might try – horror of horrors! – to convince their kids that sex before marriage is wrong…better if we just piece by piece remove all parental authority and allow the kids, carefully guided by liberals, decide “for themselves” what to do. Geesh, next thing you know that crazy priest will be asserting that parents can even tell kids what to wear and what to buy!  Where would this all end if it weren’t for liberals?

It is just amazing, isn’t it?  Its sort of like they know they are dying out, but they just want to do as much damage as they can before they go.  California teeters on the edge of bankruptcy, but someone in the legislature found time to draft and pass a bill requiring something that no one other than a tiny minority of anti-family fanatics cares about.

I do wonder how long it will go on – just how utterly destroyed will California be before the people wake up and elect some Republicans to save the State?
