The Occupy Anywhere Crowd are continuing their mooch errrr… march (yeah that’s it) in Richmond.

Another difference between the OAAC and the TEA Partiers, the TEA Partiers have to PAY for their rallies while the moochers do not.

For example: Which group has shown it is capable of rioting and destruction of public/private property?   The TEA Party has to put up an insurance bond to pay for property damage (not to mention all the other fees) while the anarchists do not.

But why take my word when a source will do.  Here is the link (unlike most leftist drones).

Nancy Pelosi has a statement she wants to make about violent rhetoric:

“I have concerns about some of the language that is being used because I saw this myself in the late 70s in San Francisco, this kind of rhetoric. … It created a climate in which violence took place. … I wish we would all curb our enthusiasm in some of the statements and understand that some of the ears that it is falling on are not a balanced as the person making the statements may assume.”

Oh wait.  I’ve made a mistake here.  That wasn’t Nancy Pelosi talking about the occupiers.  That is what she had to say about TEA PARTIERS …..  Sorry.  My bad.  I went back to my notes .. and here’s what she actually had to say about Obama’s children:

“God bless them .. for their spontaneity. It’s independent … it’s young, it’s spontaneous, and it’s focused. And it’s going to be effective.”

Certainly puts their (the liberals) views in perspective doesn’t it?

The #Occupy (insert name here) crowd have enmassed quite a few fellow travelers to their cause. But perhaps, though not surprisingly the most noteworthy group to join their cause has been none other than the American Nazi Party:

What is really MISSING – is the “MOVEMENT” from these popular protests – its time to pull WN heads out of their collective ass’s, and JOIN IN the attack on Judeo-Capitalism.  What do you suggest? That WN Working Class White people DEFEND the Judeo-Capitalists?  IF the “movement” wasn’t so PATHETIC it would be OUT THERE – LEADING these protests!  The fact that its these “lefties” as you call them, who are picking up the ball and running with it – only shows how much more in tune THEY are with the fed up masses of White Workers, than the fossilized, reactionary “right-wing”.  WHO holds the WEALTH and POWER in this country – the JUDEO-CAPITALISTS. While anything having to do with even the word “Nazis” has inherent shock value (including the the fact that there even continue to be hate groups such as this), what isn’t necessarily surprising is that they are in solidarity with the #Occupy movement.

Now before you go all Godwin on me in this case (actually, you can’t– it is the Nazis’ chosen solidarity with the #Occupy movement that makes the movement itself de facto Reducto ad Hitlerum), let me state my case.

First of all, the #Occupy demands (official or not) are incompatible with a free society. #OWS protesters do NOT want a free society. They do not want capitalism.  I’m going to come right out and say it:  they in fact, want communism.  Communism, as history has shown time and time again, has invariably led to lives of misery and untold oppression, not to mention the murder of literally tens of millions of people.

Second, despite what they may tell you, #OWS protestors are not just a bunch of peaceful, warm & fuzzy (albeit pungent) hippies.  As there is no way their demands can be met within the legislative process, other than by throwing away the United States Constitution,  in order for their utopian society to be realized, an overthrow of the Constitution must be undertaken, and with it, an unavoidably violent revolution.  They (at least the politically astute among them) know this. Karl Marx knew this. Lenin knew this. Mao Tse Tung knew this. Castro knew this. Adolph Hitler knew this.  And the American Nazi Party knows this.

Third, there is a viral antisemitic theme threading throughout the global and domestic #Occupy movement.  There must always be a scapegoat around which one can rally their useful idiots.  The #Occupy folks have rallied their troops around minority Jewish bankers…capitalists..that happen to be rich.  A veritable trifecta of a target!

And lastly, it should be noted that many democrats of note, including our President, have also sided with the #Occupy crowd.

Envy, oppression, violence, murder, misery.

When it comes down to it, my friends, communists, Nazis, and the Occupy Wall Street crowd are nothing more than different feathers on the same bird.

By now anyone paying attention to the “Occupy Wall Street” protests and its various local offshoots across the country has seen the hypocritical and absurd demands of a class of people who protest the greed of those who have earned their wealth by expressing their own greed for wealth they did not earn. These unwashed masses come with their smartphones and high-end cameras to document this “movement” that is meant to bring attention to an unjust economic divide or whatever their demand du jour is.

National Review points out an interesting decision of the Occupy “movement” to organize a protest in Detriot, Michigan, a city that has enjoyed the fruits of liberal programs for years.

Detroit, Grand Circus Park — Detroit would seem an odd place for the Occupy movement. After, all, it has already received everything the 99 Percenters are demanding.

Want redistribution of wealth? For 40-odd years, Detroit has gotten tens of billions of dollars in welfare assistance, from the Great Society of Lyndon Johnson’s administration to Barack Obama’s Strong Cities Initiative.

Want good-paying jobs? Michigan is the notorious home of the Big Three automakers, who paid their workers a best-in-the-U.S. wage of $40 an hour — far above the average U.S. manufacturing wage of $15 an hour, resulting in blue-collar workers who often earned six-figure incomes.

Want socialized medicine? Canada is right across the river from Detroit, offering a single-payer, government-run health system.

And yet on Friday, some 500 demonstrators from across Michigan descended on downtown Detroit to protest conditions here. They gathered at the Spirit of Detroit statue at the base of Woodward Avenue. They marched up Detroit’s main street past the gleaming new corporate headquarters of Quicken Loans and Compuware, past a sea of empty storefronts, past the corporate-sponsored sports complexes, to their destination: Grand Circus Park. They held signs reading “Make capitalism extinct” and “The People are too big to fail” and “Eat the rich” while chanting “Good jobs now!” and “Tax the rich!” and “F— the GOP!”

Unwittingly, however, they were protesting a Democratic-run city that represents the failure of their agenda.

You got to appreciate the irony.

Many would like to portray the supposed #OccupyWallStreet movement as a spontaneous, grass roots effort.

Nothing can be further from the truth:

Billionaire financier George Soros’ fingerprints, for example, have been all over the anti-Wall Street campaign from the very beginning. And this week, the infamous hedge-fund boss publicly announced his sympathy for the protesters and their complaints about bailouts — despite the fact that he lobbied for even greater unconstitutional handouts to bankers in 2009.

“Actually I can understand their sentiment, frankly,” he told reporters while announcing a large donation to the United Nations. “I can sympathize with their grievances.”

But Soros’ support for the protesters goes far beyond his tepid public statements. In fact, the original call to “Occupy Wall Street” came from the magazine AdBusters, an “anti-consumerist” publication financed by, among other sources, the Soros-funded Tides Foundation.

And today, I received this email from Chris Browers of the Daily Kos:

Occupy Wall Street is spreading like wildfire. There are now supportive groups for the protests in over 250 communities in the United States and Canada.

Almost wherever you live, there is an Occupy Wall Street group near you. Many of these groups have already started their own local protests, while the others are planning upcoming events.

Daily Kos is joining with SEIU, the Service Employees International Union, to help grow this new movement of the 99%. We need to let the 1% know that we will no longer be silent in the face of the economic pain they continue to inflict on everyone else.

Please, pledge to join an Occupy Wall Street group near you. After you sign, you will be redirected to a comprehensive list of local groups.

Make no mistake about it, folks. The far left Soros sock puppets, under the direction of George Soros himself, have established a beach head. What was once ostensibly a grass roots effort are now the marshaled forces of Soros, SEIU, and other fellow travellers.

Much has been said by the usual suspects on the left of this country that #OccupyWallStreet people are just the leftward version of the TEA Party. But when did you ever see a TEA party demonstration in which its members provoked violent confrontations with law enforcement as a means of creating a propaganda opportunity?

And make no mistake–they mean to do violence. In fact, the violence is already occurring.

Note that President Obama has already signaled his not-so-tacit approval.

The ultra far whacko left of this country are making their stand, and have made their intentions known that they will resort to violence and outright revolution in order to meet their nefarious ends.  Via Obama’s failings, they are seeing a living museum of the failure that is Keynesian economics and neo-socialism, and they are getting desperate.  To borrow a coined phrase, they will not go quietly into that good night.

It is my contention that we are in the beginnings of an epic battle; a last-gasp fight for the very heart and soul of America that could very well evolve into the next civil war.

President Obama’s smooth path to the Democratic nomination may have gotten rockier Monday, after a group of liberal leaders, including former presidential candidate Ralph Nader, announced plans to challenge the incumbent in primaries next year.

The group said the goal is to offer up a handful of candidates from various fields and areas where the president either has failed to stake out a “progressive” position or where he has “drifted toward the corporatist right.”

“Without debates by challengers inside the Democratic Party’s presidential primaries, the liberal/majoritarian agenda will be muted and ignored,” Mr. Nader said in a news release. “The one-man Democratic primaries will be dull, repetitive, and draining of both voter enthusiasm and real bright lines between the two parties that excite voters.”…

For some, this is just a chance to be extra-pure liberals…Obama hasn’t toed an entirely socialist line (ie, he hasn’t instituted a dictatorship and simply enforced socialism, law and constitution be hanged), and so they are going to prove to themselves that they are true blue.  On the other hand, there are cynics who know that if there is a kook left challenger to Obama it will allow Obama to shift right and still hold the base.

Unless someone like Hillary breaks ranks, none of this will amount to much.  The Democrat machine will ensure overwhelming Obama victories in the primaries and caucuses but the fact of kookism on the march will allow Obama to position himself in what he (and his MSM sycophants) will call the center…able to point right and left and say, “I’m the one who has a reasonable, balanced approach”.

It won’t work, of course…the kook left won’t be able to gain traction and neither will Obama ever appear reasonable.  People have tuned him out – no one is terribly interested in what he has to say.  We’ve got a long, miserable road to travel to get rid of Obama…all through it will seem as though Obama is doing this, that or the other thing.  But, in the end, the race will resolve itself upon the Reagan Question:  are you better off than you were four years ago?  If the answer is “no” for a majority, then Obama will be beaten.  Kook left challenges and attempts to appear centrist won’t matter at all, in the end.

 

Shocking News: The MSM Didn’t Do its Job!

Just a bit flabbergasted by this from Rex Murphy at the National Post:

As the bad economic news continues to emanate from the United States — with a double-dip recession now all but certain — a reckoning is overdue. American journalism will have to look back at the period starting with Barrack Obama’s rise, his assumption of the presidency and his conduct in it to the present, and ask itself how it came to cast aside so many of its vital functions. In the main, the establishment American media abandoned its critical faculties during the Obama campaign — and it hasn’t reclaimed them since…

…The media trashed Hillary. They burned Republicans. They ransacked Sarah Palin and her family. But Obama, the cool, the detached, the oracular Obama — he strolled to the presidency…

This is, I guess, all a bit of a surprise for Murphy – but, for me, the surprise is that in 2011 anyone could still be shocked by the MSM liberal bias.  I mean, come on:  let’s review:

1.  The MSM covered up relentlessly for the Clinton’s when Bill was in office.  No real questions about the massive, illegal fundraising (it is actually illegal for Al Gore to have collected a bag of foreign cash from a Buddhist monastery).  No real attempt to investigate just why the Congressional GOP decided to impeach (honestly, it really is illegal for a President to lie under oath and suborn perjury…even if it is “just about sex”).

2.  Hillary was allowed to coast to the Senate in New York without the MSM ever asking just why a first lady of no discernible gifts or experience should be allowed to carpetbag her way in to the Senate.

3.  Al Gore was puffed up like no tomorrow in spite  of his part in illegal fund raising and his definite lack of intellectual heft, executive experience or leadership ability.

4.  John Kerry got a complete pass on how badly he lied about American soldiers in Vietnam and was allowed to present himself in the MSM as a war hero, rather than being correct portrayed as a back-stabber who threw his war comrades under the bus in order to ride anti-war, liberal sentiment in to high office.

5.  And then comes Barry – the fifth in the series.  And someone is surprised that the MSM carried his water?  Covered up for him?  Slandered his opponents?  This isn’t about a love affair with Obama; it is the MSM determination that whomever opposes a Republican will get good press.  Sure, there was probably an added zest to MSM lies and cover-ups as they were thrilled that they got to do it for a black man (convinced, as they are, that we’re all racists, this was just another way for them to stick it to us, in their minds)…but had Hillary got the nomination, they would have been just as sycophantic to her, just as slanderous against McCain (and Palin) and just as determined to re-elect her as they are, today, to re-elect Obama (stories of the MSM turning on Obama are false…one or two MSMers with a shred of honor might, but most of them will never stray from the party line).

This is what the MSM does – and I was delighted the other day to hear Rush refer to an AP reporter as the “stenographer” of the report…that is pretty much it:  whatever comes out of the DNC and the Obama campaign will be slavishly retailed to the American people.  A few oddities will creep in – the MSM does like to be able to refer to those few instances where they spoke the truth (usually on page 3 or later and always outweighed many times by the lies and cover-ups)…but the basic thrust of MSM reporting will be the burnish Obama and his Democrats and slander the Republicans.  And if the GOP wins next year, the MSM won’t learn their lesson, at all…they’ll just keep slandering the Republicans and wait for the next liberal messiah (which will be fun for us, because it will probably be governor Cuomo of New York).

It doesn’t matter how stupid a Democrat is:  the MSM will say they’re smart.  It doesn’t matter how corrupt a Democrat is:  the MSM will always say that the GOP is more corrupt.  It doesn’t matter how incompetent a Democrat is:  the MSM will just say he has an unusual leadership style.  Short of murdering someone on live television, there is nothing a Democrat can do to break MSM support…they will always find some justification for him; some excuse for failure; some slander to hit back at the GOP with.  In a real sense it has gone beyond bias and turned in to slavish devotion…that the MSMers feel any dissent from the Democrats is treason to all that is good and beautiful in the world.

And, so, don’t anyone act surprised…but, also, don’t anyone act concerned.  The people have tuned out the MSM – automatically discounting any bit of nonsense they put up and learning to read between the lines, just as citizens of totalitarian nations are required to do.  By filling in the gaps with what is not reported, but is obvious, the truth is made clear…and made doubly so by the increasing number of people relying on the New Media for the full story.

California’s “Suicide by Liberalism” Continues

Bankrupt State falling apart?  Then what you need to do is continue to erode the moral values which once upon a time made your State great…hey, you’ve already got one foot in the grave and another on banana peel, might as well go for it!  From California Catholic Conference:

On Sept. 6, Archbishop José H. Gomez issued the following statement on California Assembly Bill 499, which would allow children 12 and older to be vaccinated against sexually transmitted disease without parental consent or knowledge.

I am praying that Governor Brown will veto AB 499, which passed the California Senate last week.

Parents have a fundamental right and duty to be responsible for their children’s physical and spiritual well-being. Children have a fundamental right to the guidance and protection of their parents.

This legislation would deny those rights.

AB 499 would allow children as young as 12 years old to decide by themselves — without their parents’ involvement — to get vaccines to prevent sexually transmitted diseases…

Come on, Archbishop – who you trying to kid?  We know that all parents can ever do is get in the way.  It is always better if bureaucrats and politicians are in control.  Parents might try – horror of horrors! – to convince their kids that sex before marriage is wrong…better if we just piece by piece remove all parental authority and allow the kids, carefully guided by liberals, decide “for themselves” what to do. Geesh, next thing you know that crazy priest will be asserting that parents can even tell kids what to wear and what to buy!  Where would this all end if it weren’t for liberals?

It is just amazing, isn’t it?  Its sort of like they know they are dying out, but they just want to do as much damage as they can before they go.  California teeters on the edge of bankruptcy, but someone in the legislature found time to draft and pass a bill requiring something that no one other than a tiny minority of anti-family fanatics cares about.

I do wonder how long it will go on – just how utterly destroyed will California be before the people wake up and elect some Republicans to save the State?

 

Obama Jobs Bill: Billions for ACORN and the Left

ACORN and other radical left-wing groups would be eligible for up to $15 billion in federal funding if President Obama’s new economic stimulus package becomes law.

Now that public polling shows Americans are realizing that economic stimulus programs don’t work, the Obama administration is calling the latest round of futile stimulus a “jobs bill.” In a sense it really is a jobs bill: a jobs bill for Saul Alinsky-inspired community organizers.

The draft legislation, which had not yet been introduced in Congress at press time, makes ACORN, Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA), and a phalanx of leftist groups that regularly feed at the public trough eligible for funding…

With the left getting rebellious over Obama’s failure to turn America fully socialist, Obama has to do something to recover their support…and there is nothing a leftist likes better than some taxpayer swag.  To be sure, this doesn’t mean that all $15 billion so earmarked would go to ACORN and similar groups, but with that much cash flowing you know that such groups would pick up at least hundreds of millions…and, perhaps, billions.

This is probably part of the reason Obama wants it passed as is – if he can’t payoff his supporters, there is simply no upside to the bill.  It won’t improve the economy, it won’t create jobs…it won’t, that is, do anything to help Obama in the larger sense, so it had better at least solidify his leftist support.  If the GOP is allowed a say, then the payoffs won’t be in the final bill.

Kill this bill – don’t even think about passing it.  Pass a GOP jobs bill out of the House and let Reid kill that in the Senate, or Obama veto it after passage.  We have no reason to work with the President and the Democrats, at all, because their efforts are not directed at helping America, but at helping themselves.  Let the people decide in 2012 what they want – legislation which is just a payoff for cronies, or legislation that will actually help the United States.
