The Democrat establishment wants Platner out. And, lo, how the mighty have fallen. When Franken became a liability they found some relatively minor dirt on him and he was gone fast…whats coming out on Platner is quite bad and so far the man isn’t budging. A DNC to MSM hitjob just ain’t what it used to be.

What’s the dirt? Well, the rumored dirt the GOP has on him is supposedly hideous…I won’t repeat what I’ve heard (and, of course, the rumors can be wrong, but they come to be via people who’s integrity I respect) but it would be very bad for Platner and the Democrats if such stories were to drop in October. So, different dirt was called up – this time an accusation that Platner broke into a lady’s home and sexually assaulted her (this being less objectionable than what the GOP has on him!). As is typical with these sorts of thing, no apparent eye witnesses nor any contemporary police report. But, believe all women, right? Well, not the Republican woman who came out with similar accusations ages ago…you don’t believe them! But when a properly Democrat lady comes out, it is five alarm fire time. The reality is that Collins is surging, Platner is flat-lining and at least some of the dirt the GOP has is credible and, so, he’s become a liability…Democrats got their Uber-Dirts order filled and that was supposed to do the trick by July 13th (the deadline for replacing Platner with someone else).

Will it? I hope it doesn’t. Not that I like Platner: even if the accusations are false he’s a complete creep, anti-American, anti-Israel dripping sack of…well, you know. But the Democrats dug this grave all by themselves. They were warned in advance – including by some voices on the Left – that Platner was not the guy. But he hates Trump and Israel so all the upper class, liberal white women flocked to him. Now, they got him. I want them stuck with him. I want them sick at heart from now to November trying to decide if they vote for the Nazi rapist or the Republican.

Mitch McConnell seems…not totally alive. Which is not surprising given his age and overall health…but the Senate GOP is locking arms and pretending he’s fine. Fearful, I guess, that we’d get a GOP Senator who didn’t hate Trump if McConnell were forced to resign. While our prayers are for recovery (or a holy death) for Mitch, his condition is emblematic of the old GOP…rigid, dying, but still clinging to power. The sooner he’s out of office, the better.

The Odyssey flick is getting a huge number of puff pieces in the MSM…which tends to confirm its going to be lousy.

The reviews are telling us it is a fresh and subversive look…with, I guess, their not understanding that to subvert is to destroy. Don’t get me wrong, there are plenty of ways to play out the story. Illiad, Odyssey and Job can be mined 10,000 times and you wouldn’t exhaust the source material (and I do wonder why we don’t get more books and movies on Job? I put a bit of into Book X…but it is so central to a true understanding of our position in the Universe). But they are their stories. You can’t alter them without wrecking them. The reason you can mine them endlessly is because all three – as Chesterton noted – deal with some major aspect of the human condition. What are we do to? Where do we go? Why are we here? The problem with modern literature, movies, etc is that they shy away from these questions…they deal with our animal appetites. That we don’t want bad. We do want good. But nothing about what is bad, or good, or why we should prefer one to the other. Some ancient, Bronze Age authors (one we assume Divinely inspired) wrote it out for us in three books. It is all there. All your questions are answered. Often with another question, but that is of the nature of things…because just where were you when the foundations of the world were laid?

It isn’t that they cast a black woman as Helen of Troy (absurd – stupid – as that is), it is that they don’t understand the story…they’ve probably created a technical marvel which will be forgotten in a decade…while Homer will be read to the end of human existence.

The funniest thing, ever, would be the USA winning the World Cup. But, be that as it may: we’re close to 250!

We here on the MAGA side are enjoying ourselves immensely. We’re not dooming. We’re no worried. We’re not apologizing. We’re just having some fun! It is summer time! It is our 250th anniversary! We’re riding a tide of victory in war and peace.

Democrats? They’re going full communist. This is the natural progression of things – inevitable, really, since McGovern got the Democrat nomination in 1972. Gotta keep in mind that McGovern was the darling of those whom Mayor Daley smashed heads in 1968. They let the radicals in…and the radicals just keep taking more and more space. Democrats should have kept smashing heads. But, too late now. They’ll go into November – and very likely into 2028 as well – making ritualistic statements about freeing Palestine and asserting their support for They/Them.

Officially the Democrats are still set to win. We’ll see. The only thing they have going for them is historic precedent – in terms of money and broad based appeal, the GOP has it going on.

Oh, and Tim Walz pardoned a guy who raped a child just so ICE would have a harder time deporting him. This is the sort of thing the GOP will emphasize going into November…likely starting with ads during the World Series.

Hey guys! I was in Del Mar the past few days. As I’ve noted before, I have been going to that beach for more than half a century but it was this trip where I finally got tagged by the stingrays endemic to the area. Fortunately, it was a juvenile, I stepped on the poor guy and he only managed a glancing blow at me…so, rather than “cry like a girl” agonizing pain, it was just a bit of swelling and a burning/tingling sensation for about 48 hours. But it has been a few days, huh?

The Supreme Court ruled that the “temporary” in “temporary protected status” is, indeed, “temporary”. Shocking, huh? Who coulda guessed? Turns out that just as a Democrat can hand-wave in millions, a Republican can then hand-wave them out. The trouble here is that it took years of litigation to simply get a ruling observing that the law is just like that – and on and on again with provision after provision of our immigration laws. On the books – in some cases – for decades; ruled on previously by the Courts; clearly assigning to the Executive plenary power to determine which foreigners are to be allowed in, to remain and to be kicked out. There is no court case to even bring in the matter of immigration enforcement…it isn’t a matter of equal protection of the laws. It isn’t a punishment to be sent home…it is just being sent home. We aren’t denying anyone life, liberty or property. The presence of any foreigner in the USA is entirely discretionary. But Democrats find judges who simply ignore the law…and that is what needs to be squashed. And if Roberts won’t squash it via judicial order (essentially telling the district courts to butt out, such matters are only for the Supreme Court), then we’ll have to squash it by law – as per the Constitution which assigns to Congress the methods whereby access to the federal courts is granted.

We still don’t have our ruling on the birthright citizenship case and the prognostication is that Roberts will write it. I don’t expect him to do other than try to split the baby – issuing a ruling which doesn’t totally accept birthright citizenship but also doesn’t totally reject it. Ultimately, this is a matter for the Legislature to address and we’re gonna need a much more MAGA Congress to get anything close to what the framers of the 14th intended. The good news is that the people are going to be on our side in this – none but a lunatic commie would think that just because you were pushed out in US territory you are as Yankee as Sam Adams.

Speaking of commies, in very low (and I really mean very low) turnout primary elections in New York, Mamdani’s commies managed to knock out several incumbent House Democrats. These people loath us, of course, but they ain’t exactly in love with the current Democrat leadership. These are the people who really believe the USA was founded so white people could be racists. Who believe that there should be no border…and no law enforcement (except against white people, of course). They are completely lunatic in their views…and Trump plus the RNC are going to make them the face of the Democrat Party. Officially, the Dem leadership is pleased as punch…”we’re a big tent” and all that. But the Democrats are already starved for funds and these commies aren’t going to make big money feel like donating.

Keep in mind, also, that these commies lost blacks. Lost Latinos. Lost working class voters. They got in via their overwhelming support from upper class whites…especially females. One of the little Maoists is already on the seventh year of her PhD program…and is a trust fund baby. Complains about cruel landlords…while her own father is a landlord. In other words, just typical commies…half-educated, half-baked children of extreme privilege. The only senior communist leader who was working class was Kruschev…not coincidentally, he was also the only one who retained a shred of human decency. Don’t get me wrong, he’d order a man shot at the drop of a hat…but he remembered what it was like to work, and he dined with his servants. Other than him, the rest of them are all junior league Lenins and Maos…just itching to punish everyone for the sin of not giving them all power and money for the asking.

The deal with Iran continues to be worked as oil prices drop and Trump puts pressure on gasoline distributors to speed up price drops. Yes, Trump knows market economics…but it is good politics and, lets face it, always infuriating when gas prices rocket up but only drift down. Still not sure we can find the right batch of lunatics in Tehran to make a full deal with, but the bottom line is that Iran has been reduced to impotence…nobody really cares what they say or do. And if they get sticky, we’ll just blow up some more of their stuff.

Trump kicked off America 250…and, guys, being American is going to be just our thing this year. Democrats have decided that they can’t say a good word about America because if they do so, it might help Trump. Wave that flag – everyone who sees you do it will know you’re MAGA.

Usha Vance caught some flack for her maternity dress…so she revealed she got the $50 dress for less than $9. There is no better way to make her relatable to American women. My wife loves deals like that. I’ll bet 90% of all women do. Sure, those with blue hair or upcoming prostate exams won’t be wowed by it…but they weren’t going to vote for us anyway. Whatever betide, if my books ever become big I just hope Usha forgives the fact that in Book X, the main bad guy is a witch…named Usha.

Starmer is going to resign his office. Doesn’t really matter as his replacement will be a carbon-copy. There isn’t a dime’s worth a difference between anyone in Labour. Heck, between anyone on the global Left. They’re all liars. They’re all cruel, greedy and stupid. Starmer and his Party – in conjunction with the Tories – allowed the rape gangs to flourish in the UK and are still trying to sweep it under the rug…but what do you expect from people who think that abortion and “assisted suicide” are good? Who think that hordes of foreigners are great? Who believe that if they just impoverish their own people it will cure “global warming”? And, of course, as they push these anti-human policies they’re all stealing as much as they can.

Labour does look like its heading for a trouncing but an election doesn’t have to be called until 2029. And with Labour holding an absolute majority of around eighty seats, there is little chance anyone can force an early election. In other words, lots of time to set things up – mostly by imposing censorship to ensure nobody hears how bad it is and, of course, grant yet larger numbers of migrants citizenship so they can vote in another Labour government with 34% of the vote. The Tories are completely craven. Reform is showing itself unwilling to actually tackle the immigration issue…and Restore Britain will be lucky to get 5% of the vote…which is indicative of how many actual patriots still reside in the UK. Just the sad and pathetic ending of a great nation…the Ruling Class, starting with the next King, will convert to Islam and that will be the end of it (and you just watch the feminists say the burka is feminist as it saves women from the perils of the Male Gaze).

The Left is so lunatic here in the USA that they are actively vandalizing the reflecting pool in DC – tearing up the material and dumping algae into the water. These are people who will kill us all in an instant if they had the power.

Still lot of back and forth on the Iran thing. Its a process, guys! Patience. Trump will bomb if he has to – and even bomb quite a lot if necessary. The Iranians have nothing but bluster – and an army of social media bots. They can’t close the strait – it takes a Navy and Air Force to do that. They haven’t got one. Some are saying Trump doesn’t realize the sort of people he’s dealing with – the reality is the Iranians still don’t know who they’re dealing with. Trump isn’t just another American President who will roll over just to get something signed. It is either do as you’re told, or lose out. Meanwhile, the oil flows, gas prices drop and the whole world starts to adjust to getting oil through any channel but the strait of Hormuz.

People are going to serious extremes to paint it all bad. I mean seriously quoting known liars because they’re saying the Orange Man is Bad. It is like we’re going to have to draw pictures explaining that the side which can bomb at will is the winner. But, not really: they know we’ve won. They just hate Trump – and need to somehow prove to everyone that they hate Trump.

RNC came into June with $125 million on hand. Democrats? Negative $3.5 million. And the GOP number does not include the gigantic amount Trump and his various PACs have. There is no way the polls are right given then – they aren’t wrong; they’re lies. Not even within ten points of reality.

On again, off again with Iran – but I saw some of the video of yesterday’s bombing and it was ferocious. Trump now says the Mullahs again are ready to talk. We’ll see – but also for the first time he indicated the next step is taking Kharg Island. Though, keep in mind, that could be a decoy to have the Mullahs move their remaining assets there to be bombed while we move somewhere else. Bottom line, Trump just showed the Mullahs – and the world – that we have absolute military supremacy. Whatever amount of pain we want to inflict will be inflicted and Iran can’t even slow it down. Oil futures are down under $87 a barrel … which makes me feel the people most in the know figure Iran really is ready to deal; that is, the Iranians, themselves, might be telling the oil market that they’re quitting and thus oil will soon flow very freely (Iran desperately needs this – they haven’t made money in weeks and Goon Squads don’t work for free).

Irish and Brit politicians who knelt for Floyd of Fentanyl are upset that some people in Belfast are rioting against the migrants…anyways, the protests are mostly peaceful, right? The disgusting part of the pols is that they’re straight faced telling us that it is wrong to riot because of injustice right after they told us people must riot because of injustice. We’re used to such disgusting acts…but that doesn’t make us any less disgusted. I still don’t think the Brits – or the Irish – have the guts to really do what is necessary…that is, after a few are picked up by the police, the rest will quiet down. There is no way out for the UK without violence…it is the only way you can possibly get the government to listen. Only if Whitehall fears a lynch mob will they concede that a policy change is necessary. But, I do have some hope – maybe they really have had enough? It wouldn’t take much. Been saying that for a while – you don’t need 69 million Brits to rise up. Ten thousand would do in a pinch. One hundred thousand would make it a walk over. The British Army is about 75,000 strong, has a massive manpower shortage and is shot through with DEI leadership…I doubt they’d stand and fight as they almost certainly haven’t been taught how to do that. Get ten thousand rebels marching on London and you’d probably see half the government flee to France. Reminder: our opponents are stupid cowards; not men or women we actually have to fear.

Vance is going on The View – and, honestly, I can’t imagine why. Clearly he thinks it is a good idea. I mean, sure, he’s intellectually miles above the hosts on the show…but the problem here is they’ll say stupid things and when the applause sign lights up, the mindless crowd in the seats will cheer. I get taking the fight onto enemy territory…but, still.

Black lady I follow on X is just furious about the reaction of some black people to the Anthony verdict – pointing out the egregious lies being spread such as the jury was all white (it wasn’t; not even close) or that Anthony was the victim of a mob attack…which allegation was not raised where it would matter most: in court. This is because it didn’t happen. What clearly happened was that Anthony was somewhere he wasn’t supposed to be, got into some hot words with a man there, and then like a lunatic barbarian stabbed him over nothing. Out the gate this was a bare minimum second degree murder. The jury came back with first degree murder. But there really never was any doubt that it was felony murder…Anthony should have plead out. But, he didn’t. And he didn’t because he clearly has the idea in his head that his skin color excuses him from civilized behavior. He was taught that he’s of a Master Race…and it was in the public schools and pop culture where he got this message. Seriously: Goebbles’ efforts were weak and pathetic compared to what our public schools and pop culture shove into the minds of Americans. Anthony simply felt that no white man should ever so much as talk back to him…he’s actually worse than the Klansmen of old who at least looked for some genuine offense (even if made up) to justify their actions…Anthony just didn’t like someone taking exception to him.

But it is crucial that we don’t get drawn into the race aspect here. It doesn’t matter what skin color Anthony is. What matters is that he’s a barbarian. He shouldn’t be getting mere jail time – he should be whipped within an inch of his life. And then get jail time. And then he hauled out once a year to again be whipped within an inch of his life. It is how you instruct barbarians. They won’t learn any other way. Hey, I get it: he’s what he was taught to be. Sorry ’bout that. Wish he hadn’t been taught to be a savage. But, he was – and now we civilized people have to apply the corrective. He took a man’s life – his life – over nothing. He wasn’t defending himself. Wasn’t defending others. He wasn’t even doing honest crime – trying to steal and fighting his way out of the jam. He just…saw a guy giving him some lip and decided in an instant that the man had to die. You can’t fully atone for that in a human justice system. The crime is so entirely disproportionate to anything rational that we can’t really get to justice. Killing him in return doesn’t balance the scales.

But whipping him and having him break rocks, would go a long way – and provide a bit of instruction to the barbarians out there that if they can’t control their emotions then some really bad things will be coming their way. In a generation, the problem is cured.

Democrats are actually complaining about the Reflecting Pool being restored. Aside from those merely chimping out over it, the basic complaint is that Trump didn’t go through regular channels on it. He just awarded a contract to a company he felt could do the job. Think about this. What they wanted wasn’t a clean Pool, but a years-long effort around the Pool which would, if anything, fail in its purpose…but would have provided huge amounts of graft for the connected. That is seriously their objection once you strip it down…nobody was able to steal! Or call the Pool racist! Or any of the nonsense the Ruling Class wants.

To give a real flavor for what is wanted we could look at Newsom’s choo choo in California – infinity over budget and still not functional on even a basic level. All the money got spent, though! Huge numbers of connected people are sleeping on piles of money. But that doesn’t quite capture it. Here’s the real deal: the Biden people in October of 2024 awarded millions of dollars to Native “healers” to deal with drug addiction. They were going to use “traditional remedies” to help…guys, I’m not aware that the Natives pre-Columbus were dealing with addiction. And given that “traditional remedies” flopped in the face of smallpox and malaria, not sure applying them to drug addiction is going to get the job done. But the job wasn’t supposed to be done – it was just supposed to be paid for. A lot. And over and over again. It wouldn’t be so bad if I could at least apply for it and, using traditional Irish remedies (whiskey and potatoes, I guess), get paid. But, none of that. I’m not the right skin color/gender/ethnicity…I can’t get paid for that. Though if I were properly connected I could, perhaps, rake off 10% for facilitating the theft.

Empires don’t die of disease, or poverty, or low birth rates or any of the things offered. Nope: they die of the one thing nobody mentions: bureaucracy. Rome and China – eaten alive by bureaucrats. They both ended up with government fully staffed and nothing getting done…not education, no infrastructure, not defense…just a bunch of bureaucrats arguing over who got to steal what…until Alaric (Rome) or Mao (China) comes along to kill them all.

Henry Nowak was murdered in the UK for the crime of being British. This is where “you must be actively anti-racist” gets you: a system which allows crime against whites as some sort of reparation for alleged sins of the ancestors. Note that they don’t say “you must actively fight for justice”. Because justice is the last thing they want. They want revenge. The foreigners for the fact that their ancestors were easily conquered (very, very easily, actually) by the Brits, while the British Ruling Class hate those of the past who actually did things…monuments to Nelson and Wellington point out, in stark relief, just how useless the modern British Ruling Class is. I guarantee you that in the minds of these people, Nowak’s death was punishment for Plassey. And, so far, the Brits are mostly just rolling over for it…a few fits of anger here and there, but the general run of the public seems apathetic. It is so very sad. And to fix it would be so easy: just apply justice. Don’t even have to deport all the new arrivals…just treat them on an equal basis with the British. In five years, all the really bad elements would be gone…in jail or back home.

There is no way we get the Texas primary result if Trump is at 40% or less approval.

There was a poll not long before the vote which showed Cormyn slightly up over Paxton. This wasn’t a mistake: it was a malicious lie. It was an attempt to depress Paxton’s turnout – an attempt to interfere with the election. The rest of the polling is pretty much just that: a lie. Lies designed to make it seem like Trump is unpopular and the GOP is doomed if it sticks with Trump. Both the Democrats and the RINOs want this to be true – they need this to be true. And they are trying to propagandize their desire into reality.

But the vote shows it isn’t working – not one little bit. Cormyn was humiliated in the primary. Losing by nearly two to one. Plus GOP turnout has been high – lost in the shuffle is that the GOP won all three Georgia Supreme Court seats up for grabs last week. That Court now stays with us for the long term. It was crucial for Democrats to win those so they could start to Californicate Georgia. They won’t be able to, now. Far from being a swing State, Georgia now will start to shift back to reliably Red. Over and over again over the past few months it has been like that – endless polls and analysis showing we’re doomed, results showing we’re surging. And this is before gasoline prices start to drop.

The people are tired of liars – the Democrats latest attempt to lie their way into office, Talarico in Texas, is going to fail miserably. The man is a complete freak – totally out of step with Texas. But the Democrats thought they could nominate him – a white man – and use smooth words to convince Texans to send a man to the Senate who utters blasphemy on the regular. Ain’t gonna work. It won’t even be close. The race is called for Paxton on poll closure.

And the GOP base is tired of electing Republicans who always find the time to help Democrats and never find the time to advance core GOP desires. The SAVE Act is backed by at least 80% of the people. It is a slam dunk. Paxton said he’d back out of Cormyn got it passed. Trump clearly would have endorsed Cormyn if it had been passed…but the GOP Senate leadership figured they are untouchable and this whole MAGA thing will just blow over once Trump is gone. That isn’t happening. Hopefully Thune will now wake up to reality and ride the wave…a GOP Senate that now passes the SAVE Act – or at least puts a real effort into trying – will roll up huge victories in November.

Bill Cassidy is out – didn’t even make it to the runoff; came in third, so two other GOPers will vie for Cassidy’s seat this November.

The Usual Suspects are out there deploring this – “just because he wasn’t loyal to Trump!”. News flash: it wasn’t Trump who overwhelmingly voted Cassidy into history’s dust bin. It was the people of Louisiana. Seventy three percent of primary voters voted against Cassidy. That is a complete rejection not by Trump, but by the people.

The proximate cause, of course, was Cassidy voting to impeach Trump in 2021 – voting to do so based on what was a transparent Deep State op on January 6th. In other words, Cassidy wasn’t standing for Law … he was merely cooperating with a Dem op. And that is why he was punished. The GOP base – increasingly MAGA – is fed up with Republicans who help Democrats. It wasn’t the actual vote…it was why he voted like that.

The bottom line is that we’ll no longer tolerate weak-kneed Democrats in GOP clothing…people who only run as Republicans because that is the only way to power in their State or district. If you are to take GOP votes, we want a GOP result. Nobody has to jump on a grenade for Trump. You can be in opposition to this or that Trump policy. Plenty of GOPers are and Trump isn’t saying a word against them…because they aren’t cooperating with Dem ops. Trump doesn’t mind fair give and take – and he knows that the battle is some times knee to groin. He’s ok with that. In fact, he seems to enjoy that. But don’t backstab…don’t get out there repeating Democrat talking points – which are always lies.

The result also shows that MAGA is vibrant – the two advancing are, from what I can tell, MAGA and More MAGA, at least in rhetoric. The base is still with Trump. And if Trump and the MAGA GOP can get these people to show up in November, the result will be amazing. Reminder: all models are based upon the Trump 2024 voter not showing up. Could it end that way? Sure. But Trump and the GOP have a billion dollars in hand to remind these people how important it is to vote.

In 1859, the State of California passed the Pico Act – named after Andres Pico who led the effort. What did it do? Per the Constitution of the United States, it split California into two States – that is, with the consent of the State in question. This Act has never been repealed – it is still on the books in California. It was never completed because the Secession Crisis came on right afterwards and there simply wasn’t any time or desire to deal with it. Post Civil War, it was simply forgotten. But it is a law – and it is still in force. And Trump could do the funniest thing ever by sending the Pico Act back to Congress for their vote on it.

Iran might have thought Trump had forgot about them, but Trump hasn’t – earlier today he issued another warning to them: make a deal or else.

Looks like what we all suspected was correct: Omar knew all about the corruption. We need to indict, convict, denaturalize and deport this foreign agent.

Trump is now in China with quite the retinue – including Musk. And he’s talking up Xi as if he’s the greatest guy, ever. Almost like there’s some big deal already worked out and this summit will merely announce it. We’ll have to wait and see, of course. But do keep in mind that Xi has to make nice with us right now.

A few days ago, two of Xi’s hand-picked military leaders were given suspended death sentences (which works out to life in prison) for corruption – and a host of other lower level military officials are being prosecuted. The Chinese government is corrupt – nothing gets done in China save via bribes, so convicting those two men of bribery merely means they fell out of favor. Why? Can’t say for certain, of course – but you gotta figure that the total failure of China’s weapons to protect Iran is playing a role here. Xi has spent vast sums to build a military capable of challenging the USA and the equipment is a complete bust. It might as well not be there as far as the US and Israeli air forces are concerned.

That, in turn, put a huge squeeze on China. For all the talk of China leading the way in green energy, they still massively rely on oil – cheap oil, provided at a deep discount from Iran. Said oil has not been forthcoming of late! And we still control the spigot…and will continue to control the spigot for a long time to come. At the moment, China can’t engage the USA in direct confrontation – until they manage to build a military force which can challenge us on the seas and in the air, they are entirely dependent upon our good will for survival. As I noted some years back, China is like Germany was back in 1910…very powerful, but still second rate because at the snap of fingers, the British could shut Germany out of the world’s markets. Makes sense for Xi to make a grand deal with Trump and hope that in later years another cowardly, traitorous Democrat will get into the White House and gift China world power.

Side note on this: while China ended the one child policy 11 years ago, Chinese couples still aren’t having a lot of kids…and at the moment the whole Chinese military is made up of the sons of one-child families. That is, the family line goes extinct whenever any Chinese soldier gets killed. This is very sensitive in Chinese culture. China has a military…but it is manned by men whom the Chinese are loath to sacrifice. Used to be, China could always count on endless waves of men for warfare…not so much any longer. Too many Chinese soldiers die and the families of the remainder might decide its time for a complete policy change before their sons – their family lines – are also wiped out.

The Ruling Class is trying to work up the hantavirus as the next Covid pandemic. Don’t know why they’re bothering – none of us are going to fall for it a second time. Until we start seeing people dropping dead right in front of us, we’re going to assume that any “pandemic” is a mere fraud designed to control us.

Democrat Senator Van Hollen tried to ambush FBI director Patel by bringing up the rumor that Patel drinks a lot – this rumor is, by the way, completely unsourced to named witnesses – and Patel responded by bringing up Van Hollen’s recent $7,128.00 bar tab. Van Hollen tried to get out of that by saying it was for 50 people, but that still works out to nearly $143.00 per person…and even in a DC bar with inflated prices, it means everyone pounded down at least 5 drinks. To be fair, that isn’t nearly what me and the shipmates used to do on a 72 hour liberty…but we also weren’t United States Senators…

Nolan’s upcoming Odyssey is rumored to be extremely woke – like woke on SSRI-strength steroids. If so – and it does appear to be the case – then I’ll be disappointed. Nolan has done some really good movies over the years and, in fact, over the past while has made about the only watchable movies. From what I understand, the problem isn’t just a Nolan thing here – in order for any film to get Oscar consideration, you have to check off lots of DEI boxes. If your cast and crew doesn’t, then it won’t matter how good the movie is, it can’t be Oscar nominated. There is a slight hope that Nolan just checked off the boxes and let the story alone, but the word is that he’s using a recent feminist re-write of the epic as his source material (it is claimed as a translation, but if you look into what this lady did, she re-wrote the story with modern Leftist ideology at its core). It looks as though we have another big-budget flop in the works here.

I’ll just say it: the Martin Luther King model has turned out to be a catastrophe for both America and the black population. It taught that political activism is the way ahead. Straight line from Du Bois to King to the race hustlers of today. Keep in mind that Du Bois – founder of the NAACP – was the son of an immigrant who lived a middle class life in an integrated, American community which gave him so much opportunity that he obtained a PhD from Harvard…but he rejected the ideology of Frederick Douglas which urged integration and became a Pan-Africanist…a black nationalist. This man, who had no connection to American slavery or Jim Crow, used both of those to attack the nation which had given him a great life. And it has simply lead to disaster.

A couple days ago an old man in New York was murdered – pushed onto the subway tracks by a random attacker. The attacker was there because a couple weeks before that, he had assaulted a random woman who refused to press charges because she “didn’t want to see another black man in jail”. This is where race-conscious political activism leads…to complete insanity. Had we kept with Douglas things would have been better. Here is George Washington Carver’s – a man strictly in the tradition of Douglas – eight points of the true Lady or Gentleman:

Be clean both inside and out.

Who neither looks up to the rich nor down on the poor.

Who loses, if needs be, without squealing.

Who wins without bragging.

Nobody can improve upon this – it is all anyone needs. If everyone followed these precepts – even if haltingly and with mistakes – this world would approach Paradise. But it was abandoned – and largely so because the white upper class in the USA paid for it to be abandoned. They paid for political activism…because they simply could not imagine a world where black people were their actual equals. I know that sounds weird, but it is so – for all the trouble Klan racism caused, the worst was that of upper class whites in the big cities. It was they who essentially decreed that black Americans could not make it…and so they were going to pay off political radicals who would keep a welfare-dependent black America in line for them. This all needs to be reversed…and the means are now in place. The end of race-based districting is the door being kicked in…the end to racially set-aside political power at the beck and call of urban white liberals.

The media is barely reporting it but the US Navy is winning the battle for the straight decisively – and if this were normal times, we’d now have national heroes to celebrate. But it works out well for Trump so the MSM prefers to ignore the fact that the Iranians tried their best to attack our ships and got totally destroyed without even causing damage. And the blockade continues…Iran is desperately trying to get empty tankers into their ports because they’re running out of storage room for oil…and I guess that if you shut down production you can’t just whistle it back up. That is, once it is cut off, there’s a significant time and effort cost to get it back up and running again…time when you have to spend a lot of money while not making any. I honestly don’t know what game the Iranians think they are playing…Trump will resume strikes if there’s no deal. And as we’ve now got past the War Powers Act time line, he can resume strikes at any time without having to invoke the Act.

The redistricting fight has ended in catastrophe for the Democrats. Do think about it: in response to Democrats massive gerrymanders (which, among other things, shut the GOP out of New England even though 40% of the voters there are GOP), the Republicans did a modest gerrymander in Texas (nowhere near as byzantine as the districts Democrats draw in their gerrymanders). In response, Democrats went flat out…and in Virginia tried to draw a 10-1 gerrymander in a State Trump got 46% of the vote in. To do this, they had to violate laws that they had written! It was Democrats who got Virginia a “non-partisan” redistricting commission. It was theirs – it had already drawn districts overly favorable to Democrats. And there were strict provisions in their own law to prevent redistricting outside the commission structure (this to prevent a transient GOP legislative majority from writing districts!). Democrats ignored all that, forced through their referendum (at the cost of $70 million)…while the GOP just waited for it to be done, got an injunction against the results and then a SCOVA ruling on the obvious…it was against the law for Democrats to do that. Now its at least even money for the GOP to hold the House (personally, I think it’ll be 222 or better GOP, but we’ll see)…because in response to the Democrat outrage in Virginia and the SC ruling that race-based districts are unconstitutional (mostly because they are), Red State after State is redrawing districts. Florida already has their new districts…and we’re going to get 4 more GOP reps out of the State.
