The Democrats sent over their farce impeachment to the Senate this evening. What really astonishes me is the mental back flips that the anti-Trump people are doing in order to justify this. One guy – he’s actually a bit famous – tried to bring up ancient English law which allowed for the impeachment of former office holders. I pointed out that ancient English law also allowed for bills of attainder – something we don’t do, because we didn’t merely copy England when we wrote our Constitution. One of the key aspects of our Constitution is that is pretty much precludes (as long as it is obeyed) political vengeance. The Founders knew this was important because one of the main factors in the downfall of both the Athenian Democracy and the Roman Republic was the pursuit of quasi-legal revenge. In our system, the defeated are supposed to go home in safety and the victors are supposed to let them go.

Of course, mercilessness is one of the main marks of our political opponents – both traditional left and Never Trump “right”. Lacking any conception of God – and those who make the most pious statements are usually the ones you find the most alienated from any sense of mercy – these people want to punish us. Not just for winning in 2016, but for so much as trying to win. This post-facto impeachment is a means of punishing not Trump, but you and I.

Meanwhile, the Democrats are rapidly discovering that holding 50 Senate seats and 221 House seats is…well…it isn’t much. Especially when your leader is 78 and a bit gaga. Senators Sinema (D-AZ) and Manchin (D-WV) have both come out strong against messing with the filibuster. I don’t put too much stock in them: they are Democrats, after all. They may merely want a price for it. But, in practical terms, busting the filibuster does nothing for either of them – especially for Manchin, set to become Energy Committee chair. Once the filibuster is broken, the Democrats need pay no attention to semi-moderate people like Manchin and Sinema. They’d feel they could peel off a couple GOPers at need (likely true, given Mitt and Murkowski). As long as the filibuster is in place, the Democrats must come hat in hand to Manchin and Sinema on every major issue – meaning they can pretty much get everything they want for their own States. Of course, this leaves out the fact that if Nancy loses 4 House Democrats, there won’t even be anything to send to the Senate to bust the filibuster over. A wise person I know on line pointed out that the filibuster might be moot if Nancy is continually stuck at 210 votes and can’t get the rest because either the Squad or the few remaining moderates won’t budge. A vigorous President could easily get around this by simply hitting the road and arguing for important and popular proposals…but other than their plan to raise the minimum wage (perennially popular even if economically dumb), they got nothing. “Call your Congressperson and demand she vote amnesty for illegals!” is not a great look. But in addition to advocating for very unpopular things, the Democrats have Joe Biden…who often seems to be unaware of where he is or what he’s supposed to do.

I’ve been calling it the 1/20 Miracle – the way cities and States are suddenly opening back up. Nothing changed. In fact, some of the places opening back up have higher cases and deaths than before. I mean, nothing changed other than who was in the White House. It was an op: a very bad flu blown out of proportion to harm Trump. The op is over, and so it is being wound down.

Budweiser, Coca-Cola and Pepsi aren’t doing Super Bowl ads this year. That has got to be devastating to the NFL. Get woke, go broke. The only football I’ve watched so far this year was part of a game on Thanksgiving (had some family over who felt they had to watch) and a bit of the end of yesterday’s Packers game where I was comforting a Cheesehead friend. I suppose I might go back to watching – but the bottom line is that the thrill is largely gone. I really didn’t miss it this year. I spent my Sunday football time writing on my books. It will never again be a “thing” where I rigorously follow and I’ve cut the emotional ties to the team I used to root for. Maybe some day some team out there will capture my imagination and I’ll become a fan again…but, I figure that is unlikely. And I assume there are likely millions like me…because Coke, Pepsi and Bud aren’t spending millions advertising. Meanwhile, Hockey went only mildly woke and it seems to have pretty much dropped it…so, I’ve got my Knights and I’ll watch them win the Cup this year.

Over at Ace – what if the Deplorables start deplatforming the Left? Sure, they can kick us off their Twitter and Facebook…but Joe Average in Dayton can kick them off heater repairs while Fred Normal in Richmond can skip towing your car with the “Coexist” bumper sticker.

Speaking of cancel culture, Miley Cyrus has got herself into SJW hot water. I’d say what it was about, but I’m going to make you click the link. You really won’t believe it.

Battles is now out! Get your copy, today!

I’ve got the first draft of the second series already done. Two books: Shadow Army and Kings and Queen. Same characters, set six years after Battles. Probably get them released mid-year.

Just noticed that a quorum for the Senate to do business is 51. Kamala doesn’t count towards it. The GOP, if really pressed on things like abolishing the filibuster and packing the court, can halt all proceedings simply by not being there. It won’t be something which can be done all the time, but on the crucial things which would emasculate even the GOPe’s ability to get things done, Mitch might pull this out of his pocket.

I’ve been watching the erecting of barricades and barbed wire along with the absurd deployment of 26,000 Guardsmen to DC and I’ve taking two things away from it:

  1. I’m rather disgusted to be an American at the moment. This is simply shameful.
  2. The government is scared out of its wits.

They know full well that the number who would actually do something for them is tiny. Congress’ approval is at 15%. Joe Biden, even if we want to call him the legit winner (he ain’t) only barely scraped by in the Electoral College by 46,000 votes. The Democrats have bare power to govern, no mandate, and they are held in contempt by half the population.

The China Flu Op is complete and now the Blue State governors and mayors are starting to re-open their States. I thought it would be sooner, but I guess with all the disputes, they waited until after Joe was certified by the Electoral College.

Donald Trump got 75 million votes, 12 million more than in 2016, after a four year campaign of relentless slander with the final year being hit by the ‘Rona and impeachment. Had Trump been treated merely fair by the Ruling Class, he would have got 90 million votes, in my view. I know people who were moving towards Trump but ended up going Joe in the end simply because they felt that doing so would end the insanity (spoiler: it didn’t).

Morocco is awarding Trump their highest award for helping bring about peace in the Middle East. As we all know, the Trump years were most important because they clarified everything. We now know who America’s real allies in the world are.

Biden wants to make the national minimum wage $15. This will be vigorously opposed by the GOP. And I know that 99% of my fellow GOPers are opposed. I am opposed, too. But this is only because Biden is doing it. If we were doing it, I’d be ok with it. The thing about the minimum wage is that it is economic insanity but it is popular. People love it. Whenever it comes up for a vote, the people back it by huge majorities. As Lincoln once said, a commonly held opinion, whether well- or ill-founded cannot lightly be set aside. As we are going to get the higher minimum wage, we should have led the charge on it and used it to get other things we wanted. We have to start thinking like this: we need more votes. Lots more. And this means we need to convince people that if we’re in power, we’ll give them what they want.

Out and About

Trump won’t be charged for inciting a riot. These people are simply ridiculous.

Google suspended Parler from its app store. They really are going full blast into censorship.

Nikki Haley took a look at her political career and decided to burn it down. She said she wanted to deliver some “hard truths” in her speech to the RNC. What she delivered was idiocy. Look, I can understand if you don’t like Trump but right now, at this moment, if you are a GOPer, you don’t say anything bad about him. Keep your trap shut, ya dig? She opened hers – and she’ll still be hated on the Left, and now is forever mistrusted on the right. She’ll be the Jeb! of 2024.

New York City continues to be destroyed by the Democrats. Freed at last from any loyalty to the old, Corporate GOP, we should have a stunning opportunity here to start pulling Blue city voters over to our side.

How much ammo should you carry? Short answer: how much can you carry?

Murkowski is probably not going to run for re-election in 2022.

Georgia promises election reforms. Right now, we control the whole Georgia government. Put in a few Florida-style reforms, and Georgia might remain competitive for a few cycles (we are losing it: it is getting to be another Virginia…OTOH, North Carolina is becoming another Florida).

Senator Manchin said he wouldn’t go for $2,000.00 in Biden Bucks for ‘Rona relief – but, now maybe he will.

Joe Biden’s paymasters in China are claiming the concentration camps liberate women. Expect more of this as the next four years unfold.

Trump rally in Georgia tomorrow, Georgia election Tuesday, Stop the Steal Rally in DC on Wednesday. Here’s the thing about all that: Trump hasn’t quit. Let’s face it, the chances of Trump getting sworn in on the 20th are vanishingly small…but he’s still out there, day after day, fighting on our side. Once W left office, we – his most ardent supporters – ceased to exist. He neither fought for us nor even so much as quietly mentioned that 90% of Trump’s “deplorables” are people who voted for him in 2000 and 2004. I think you can recall how vigorously I defended Bush…when did he ever defend me?

The Trump years have brought clarity.

A growing number of GOP Senators and Representatives are going to officially object to the Electoral Vote of the disputes States on the 6th. Now, to be sure, a lot of this is mere playing to the base: GOPers doing what we want because they know it’ll make them popular with us. There’s a bit of cynicism in there – but less cynicism than, say, a McCain running as a Conservative his whole career while knifing Conservatism in DC between elections. I’d rather have people who are pandering to me…at least, then, they aren’t pandering to the Left. Most of all, I like the fight (Democrats went ballistic on social media yesterday as this unfolded). There is simply no reason to quit and concede.

Side note: Democrats are already prepping for Trump’s Strange New Respect Award: remember, by 2024, the GOP nominee will be the Worst Person Ever so Trump will be demoted to A Really Bad Person But Nothing Like This New Guy status.

New House rules eliminate hate-filled words like “father”. I guess they can’t have a Catholic priest say the opening prayer any longer. However, I am advised that “son of a bitch” and “bastard” can still be freely used to describe Congress.

Comey and the destruction of the FBI. Rely on it, after Comey I will never, ever speak to a federal law enforcement agent without a lawyer present and even then only after a full grant of immunity. I don’t care if an FBI guy wants directions to 7/11: he ain’t getting it from me. We can’t trust them: we’ll never know when they are lying to entrap.

In the past 24 hours I’ve seen two Georgia polls – one showed both GOPers comfortably in the lead, the other shows both Democrats comfortably in the lead.

Once again, polling is useless. I guess we’ll see how it comes out – my view is that the GOP is favored to win both seats, but we’ll see what the Margin of Fraud is.

Meanwhile, Pennsylvania’s vote numbers just don’t add up. But, you already knew that.

Report is that Homer’s The Odyssey has been removed from a Massachusetts school curriculum. There is, of course, no way to say that Homer’s work is racist or anything like that – it was written by Greeks about Greeks. But, they are calling all Western literature racist, sexist, what have you. The reason for this is that they don’t want people to know their own history and heritage. The stuff they produce is unreadable garbage, for the most part, and it can’t stand comparison. So, eliminate it and all the kids will get is SJW drivel. This has to be stopped – but it will take a Revolutionary movement to do so.

Revolution means that those who are in charge of things today are entirely removed from power.

And, of course, I wrote the Mirrors series of books and am now writing the Shadow Army series simply because I couldn’t stand what I was finding in bookstores these days. I’m not saying I compare to any of the great writers, past or present: but my stories are about sane people trying to do the right thing in difficult circumstances. You know: something worth reading instead of plowing through some SJW tome about what it’s like to grow up a differently-abled gender-fluid xir of color. If there has ever been any art, literature or music you’ve ever felt moved to create – do it. We take back the culture ultimately by producing our own.

Trump wins the Stimulus debate: because by demanding $2,000.00, the message he sends out is that he’s fighting for us. It doesn’t matter, in the end, if we get it or not: Trump stood up for the people. This works to his advantage whether he runs in 2024 or not.

Dictionary dot com is going full Orwellian Newspeak – telling everyone what words they can and cannot use, and also changing the definition of words (they recently changed “court packing” from, you know, packing the court to “not approving a Democrat nominee for the Court”). Once again, Revolution is needed to fix this.

They had to hate to report this: Gallup says that Trump is the most admired man in America, edging out Obama.

Merry Christmas!

Hope you all have a blessed holiday! Been a rough year!

Been finishing up the first draft of the Shadow Army series of two books – still waiting for Battles to come back from formatting, but that should be done soon.

For 2021: no surrender. We fight and fight and fight. But we also remember who we are: we are the people of morality and sanity. Right is on our side.

God bless all of you!

Almost done with Battles!

I’ll have it out in a few days: gotta be formatted and then I have to proof it one, last time.

Yesterday, the MSM and the various gay rights group were breathlessly telling the world that Pete Buttigieg, to be Biden’s Transportation nominee, will be the first openly gay cabinet member. Another great advance in human rights by the Democrats. One problem: it wasn’t because Buttigieg isn’t the first openly gay cabinet member: Ric Grenell was.

Why do I bring this up?

Well, earlier today I saw the NY Time’s Maggie Haberman getting all misty eyed about some female Biden aides who combined work with family. And you’re going, hey, what about Ivanka and all the other powerful women in the Trump Administration who have been his most effective people these past four years? Didn’t they also bravely balance work and family?

Sure: but Haberman’s audience has no idea about it because Haberman, and the rest of her MSMers, carefully hid the fact that the really top people in Team Trump were all women. Just as they hid the fact that Ric Grenell is gay. The MSM doesn’t just lie by stating egregious falsehoods (though there is plenty of that), they also lie by what they don’t say.

Saw this morning that there’s a viral Tom Cruise video where he goes on rant against employees not properly obeying China Flu protocols. My question: why is he filming? Since when is Mission Impossible 7 vital to the health and safety of the people?

I’ve been wary of the “vote flipping” accusation against Dominion because, well, shades of “Putin switched votes from Hillary to Trump” from 2016. But, this seems a bit different, now: it isn’t the ridiculous idea that a Russian hacker got into a voting machine which wasn’t connected to the internet and then flipped the votes as they came in…this is an accusation that the programming of the machine was accidentally or malicious set in such a way that it would produce more votes for Biden and fewer for Trump. Now, did it actually happen that way? Only a full, forensic audit by a neutral outsider could determine it…which is something that the “it wasn’t rigged” people are fighting furiously against.

RSM links to a report showing the statistical likelihood of Biden’s victory. Spoiler: not very likely at all. Now, does statistical variance prove something nefarious happened? Nope. But as it was such a variance, it certainly justifies a close look at the vote…which, once again, the “it wasn’t rigged” people don’t want.

Strange, huh?

The Supreme Court shot down the Texas case – unanimously. This is about how I expected it to go. It shouldn’t have gone that way, but the Court wasn’t going to provide us a way out of this. Politics is always the answer to political problems. Do keep in mind, though, that war is a continuation of politics by another means. If we are sure our loss is due to cheating as the Democrats are convinced that their losses are due to cheating then politics will shift from ballot to cartridge box. It is incumbent upon everyone who wants a democratic Republic to ensure that all future elections are free and fair.

That said: do note that Democrats are already gearing to force Joe out – they’ll get him out over Hunter’s corruption of Joe senility, but they will get him out. He will not see the end of his term in office, come what may. Joe is pliable enough, but the last thing the Democrat powerbrokers want is a President who’s wife and closest aides are the only people allowed to see him.

As China cracks down on Hong Kong dissidents, one person notably silent on it is Pope Francis – likely as a result of the Vatican’s agreement with China, the provisions of which are still not fully known. To be sure, the Pope has said things against China, but it is odd that he hasn’t stood forth on the matters of liberty, and especially as it relates to Chinese Catholics. I have to come down hard on the Pope on this one: no agreement with China is worth this much. My view is that various parts of the Church bureaucracy are in the hands of the same sort of people who run the American and other global bureaucracies: ie, people who are both stupid and bought. China is a menace to human decency and must be excised from the councils of the world.

Speaking of which, the Democrats are practically owned by the Chinese. Don’t crow too much about this as I’ll bet a lot of GOPers are now CCP franchises, as well. What is really astonishing in the chump change which the Chinese buy our leaders with. You’d figure that if you were going to betray the greatest nation in human history, you’d at least want the ChiComs to provide a hot chick, right? Nothing doing: they’re sending us the chicks the CCP leadership rejected. Now we can really see why we went Russia, Russia, Russia this past four years: it was likely paid for and orchestrated by China, which has a vested interest in getting rid of Trump and having something else be America’s bogeyman.

Texas is suing to block the election results. And, Texas is right – the rules of the votes were changed in an apparently unconstitutional manner which both violated Equal Protection as well as annulling the State Legislatures plenary power over how Electors are chosen. We’ll see how it comes out: if the Supreme Court rules that the State legislatures have to take it up, then the States in question all have GOP majorities. People do forget that the States elect the President and the State Legislatures – without any input from the State Executive – decide how Electors are chosen.

RIP: Chuck Yeager

As you all knew, China has lots of influence in America. And it is probably much worse than we think.

The bottom line is that our Ruling Class is largely made up of people who are very low: immoral people of little knowledge who care nothing for our country. We really should have seen this coming sooner.

The last time the sons of Americas most prominent families volunteered to fight for this country was World War Two. To be sure, a few joined up for later conflicts, but usually for brief tours far behind the lines. You don’t find the sons and daughters of the rich out there fighting in gritty places like Afghanistan. Nope. If they are there at all, it is a military lawyer or some such thing. This demonstrates that they don’t care about America. They love being rich and having the good life, but they feel no obligation to stand forth: and so the sons and daughters of the middle class and poor go (and, these days, fewer and fewer of the middle class show up). How much longer will working class kids from Alabama sign up to defend this country? How much longer before they decide that as they still have the will to fight, they are just going to fight to ensure that they reap the benefits of the United States?

One thing is certain: this can’t keep going on. We can’t sustain a Ruling Class which allows itself to be easily purchased by foreign enemies for a little money and illicit sex.

Lockdowns don’t work. Not quite sure what the real thing is here: I figured that after the election, they’d ease up. But now I’m starting to think they want St Joe to save us…so they are going to lock us down until Spring and then claim that the normal falling away of the virus is thanks to Biden forcing us all to wear the same masks we’ve worn since March saved us all.
